The best restaurants serving Fast food food in North East

Everytime I order from this place my food is late. Its unacceptable. Especially when I order my food at 7 and only get it after 9 at night. Ridiculous.

Paid £17 for freezing cold food. My partner went to the drive thru and came home (which is a stone throw away) and the full items especially the chips were absolutely disgusting. Clearly not fresh fast food as stated!! I have give this mcds far too many chances so wont be spending my money here again

Visited here this morning for breakfast with my wife. I had the breakfast muffin with bacon. Food arrived quickly and as soon as I took a bite I thought the bacon tasted off. I opened up the muffin and the smell from the (undercooked with lots of fat) bacon was awful. There is no way at all it was fresh. I told a passing member of staff who was very apologetic and asked me what else I wanted. I asked for a normal sausage and egg muffin that she brought within two minutes. However, this one was so grease soaked that the one bite I took had to be spat out into a napkin and then put in the bin. Horrible food. My wife’s food was just about edible. We just got up and left and decided that we’d never go into a McDonald’s ever again if this is the quality of the food they now deem acceptable to serve.

Not one customer in store drive through drink machine broke but if we want a drink we would have to come in store to pour ourselves a drink. I’d understand if the were busy ! But not one customer. Rubbish. Customer service

Absolutely disgusting, chips taste a week old they are stale and hard and inedible, burgers are so greasy also asked for no pickle as allergic and they seem to put extra on I had 6 per triple cheeseburger never again this isn't the first time I think I'll be using aycliffe from now on

Poorly cooked chicken, stone cold fries and totally flat cola. An absolute disgrace so I suggest you avoid unless desperate for awful food

Disgraceful, parked in disabled parking for 1h 24m to use the restaurant to eat our meal, not an unreasonable time, but have been fined for parking and charged £60 parking fee... Won't be using KFC again he or anywhere. Absolute disgrace to charge for parking when in restaurant eating.

I mean, atleast its better then well pheasant fields lane, but its just STOOPID for that drive time, if it was like near greggs i would give this 4/5 but it.. just 3 stars

Went to order food and the lad looked over at his colleague and rolled his eyes, shocking customer service skills, after doing our order he sighed he was so rude. Called Bailey. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Very poor meal delivered in 15 minutes but was cold and soggy very disappointed had better from aldi

Sat and watched the guy opposite pick out not 1 but 2 hairs from his food! When our order came chips were cold, chicken was hot and when we asked to change an unopened spicy Mayo dip for a bbq dip you’d think I had asked the member of staff to sign a contract in blood in exchange for her soul. She went into such a tirade and rudely spoke down to me. That’s after my teenage son had asked and they had just point blank refused. Luckily another member of staff saw how ridiculous it was and simply changed it. Won’t be back

Ordered a drink of coke from then at 08:00 on the click and serve 30 minutes and it still had not arrived I had to go in and get it myself ridiculous. It does not take 30 minutes to make a coke

Got a mcdelivery from the portrack lane outlet iStockton they missed off a philly cheese meal from my order weeks later still waiting for a refund and no way of contacting them absolutely appalling service

I got a delivery from KFC on Felling bypass Gateshead. Ordered 1 Family Feast: 6 pc chicken, 4 regular fries, 1 large gravy, 1 large beans and 7up Free bottle of pop. Fries were disgusting Beans were warm and not nice Don't know why they call the bottle of pop FREE The chicken was 6 legs, no thigh meat, and it had no taste and it cost me a grand total of: £22.99 Service charge 10% (min £0.99 max £1.99): £1.99 Delivery: £1.49 Total: £26.47 - NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!
