Ordered on the app for quickness, how ironic! Used the drive thru, were given our drinks and mayo and asked to park up to await 2 meals which were for our teenagers. Waited 20 minutes watching several cars coming through the drive thru after having being served. Went in to be told they had no record our our meal and didn't know what had happened. The manager said he couldn't give any discount but would upgrade both meals and add extras. Meanwhile the Indian takeaway we had collected for ourselves previously was getting cold but we waited again and after about 5 minutes they produced our order. On arriving home we found no upgrade had been made and the only extra was a portion of popcorn chicken! We had to heat our Indian food back up before we ate it, but it was by now, lukewarm. Terrible service with no ownership taken an no real apology or explanation.

Whenever we go they get the order wrong every time 🤯 seems clean though and the staff are nice enough,

Food was delicious & the restaurant/toilets were nice and clean. I had the boneless 3pc with gravy and water. All of the food was freshly cooked and hot. Staff were pleasant.

Pretty rubbish to be honest, it was nearly empty when I went in but took ages for the food to be ready, they missed items off our order and 1 hour in the car park isn’t always enough for a family eating

As a family, sometimes we decide to have a treat and go to KFC. The food is alright when they give you the right meal! I ordered a twister wrap without any sauce (a very simple request). I made it a meal by adding chips and a drink. The staff were rude and told us to wait beside the car park for our food. When it was eventually brought to us the chips were scattered in the bottom of the bag and I didn’t get my water. My wrap was only one piece of chicken and the wrap itself; there was no salad. The service is poor and so is the quality of the food.

Ordered food using the app and then went in store to collect. Waited 30 minutes to be told no gravy ( person before me must have had the last!).. then the order arrived. Dreadful service.. all focus was on just eat etc, rather than those who have attended the restaurant. Absolutely dreadful a would give the place a miss!

Visited Saturday 26 February, hadn’t been to a kfc in years but three weeks ago visited Hartlepool KFC and was very pleased with food , so decided to visit Billingham / Wolviston Services . Meal was ordered through a young man who I couldn’t hear great with his quiet voice and him wearing a mask , but took order quickly , whilst waiting for order a young lady wearing a grey top im assuming manager /supervisor very rudely reprimanded a delivery driving for sitting outside instead of coming in for orders ( maybe justified ) to me it was her attitude, as a customer I was appalled at the way she spoke to him , down to him and very very harshly , Our food wasn’t the best nothing like the kfc in Hartlepool, whoever owns this franchise I would suggest some training , especially staff talking to others in a dreadful manner were customers are , this lady couldn’t of cared less who was stood at the counter… won’t be returning

I ordered through just eat. When the delivery came there where items missing. So I called the restaurant. The person that answered the phone refused to do anything about it and started shouting at me over the phone even though it was there fault. This is the worsed customer care I have ever come across.

Visited here a couple of nights ago and ordered a family bucket. We only had a 5 minute drive to get home with our food following the order. Food tasteless, chips soggy with burnt chip oil. Asked for barbecue sauce, was given 1 sachet for a family bucket for 4. Piece of chicken missing from order. Tender stomachs all round over night and into following day, proving the meal had bacteria in it. Will never return and spend my money here again and I it feel it only correct that others are aware of how terrible this place is. This establishment has bad ratings for a reason. You've been warned!!

Called here for some food and they have stopped serving the vegetarian burger. Was really looking forward to trying this so had to look elsewhere for my meal. 2 others ordered from here and the salad was good but the burger was very average.

Food was nice but quarter of the order was missing, missing 2 drinks, 3 gravys and a portion of chips, pretty bad that, all ways being spot on before, they was someone elses order messed up when I went to collect too.

Ordered a Boneless Banquet from the drive thru at exactly 12pm, I was given my drink and receipt at the drive thru window and due to me being hard of hearing and the server wearing a face mask I mistakenly thought she had told me to park in parked order bay 1, this made sense as there was a queue of cars behind mine so I went and parked up. 20 minutes passed and I still had no food. I was unsure if the store itself was open due to COVID hence why I waited so long but I eventually walked into the store when I seen other people entering with my receipt and asked the woman behind the counter with a black cardigan on (presuming a manager?) where my order was to which she snottily replied 'You weren't told to park up', dropped my bag of food on the counter and before I had chance to explain I was hard of hearing she walked off ignoring me. The food turned out to be stone cold due to how long it had been sat there. I only have half an hour for my dinner break (to which I was late getting back and received a verbal warning) otherwise I'd have refused this order and requested a refund, but I simply didn't have the time and hadn't eaten all day. I used to work in a drive thru and have had this happen on a few occasions, every time I would make the effort to walk out to the car park and find the customer and give them their meal, instead of leaving it to go cold for 20 minutes. This is the first complaint I've ever made about anything but the sheer rudeness of this employee has stunned me.

Me and a friend went to this KFC, via the drive through, for lunch (about 2pm). For starters the length of service was ridiculous, over 20 minutes (and yes, for drive through), my friend had to go in *twice* to ask where our food was. Secondly, when we finally arrived home to eat, we discovered some of our order was missing. My Boneless Banquet Box meal was only with small fries (despite ordering and paying for large) and the Mini-Fillet snack box we ordered (again, and paid for) was missing completely from the order. I would suggest NEVER using this KFC's drive through, and personally me and my friend are going to avoid it completely from now on. NB - i would have given oit zero start, but that wasn't an oiption

Ran by kids who couldn't careless. Ordered a boneless dipping banquet,then asked for extra BBQ sauce. Meal took 20mins and didn't have any dips or sauces. I usually check (which I shouldn't have too) but was in a rush so never had time. Not the 1st time its happened and I'm sure it wont be the last as theres always items missing. Manager needs to give his team a good kick up the ass as it's a reflection on themselves. If not, KFC need to replace them.

This is one of the worst KFC establishments in the UK. The level of service is diabolical - slow and apathetic. No greeting or farewell. The restaurant is very untidy, at least 40% of the tables had trays, food cartons, and drink containers on them. The choice of dips is always restricted. Today they had run out of sweet chili dips. I complained to KFC customer services three weeks ago. They assured me things would improve very quickly. They tell lies. I will not return to this restaurant. McDonalds is adjacent to this place - far cleaner and much better, friendlier and efficient service.

I wouldn't normally bother to review a fast food joint, rightly or wrongly, but this place is worthy of mention. I ve been in numerous times for a coffee or snack as it's on my route to work. It's always clean, with good service and say what you will about fast food but the fries are always crisp and , yes it's KFC / fast food so you're not expecting haute cuisine but it's pretty decent stuff to fill a pre / post work gap.

Dropped the grandkids off and decided to pop into the adjacent KFC. Had the 3 piece meal. Ok but not as tasty as I remember, the chicken use to be. The staff were fine and the toilets clean. The 1 hour maximum stay in the car park seems a bit mean.

Why is it that on every occasion I request a large gravy, two small ones are given. Not sometimes but every time. Two half filled small gravies are simply not the same. Saving money somehow??? Care to comment KFC?

Called tonight and was served by a very pleasant girl. Quick and efficient. Good value. Only quibble is that the outside rubbish bins have such wide openings that the brazen seagulls had a great time dragging the rubbish out and spreading it about. This needs resolving ASAP.

Went for my dinner here, there was only 2 other people in, every table hadnt been cleaned and the floor was a mess, no excuse for this as it was not busy at all.

Went through the drive through, could hardly hear the server because of all the staff laughing and shouting in the back ground and told we can still have the fillet burgers we ordered but they've ran out of lettuce!!!Got to the window to collect the food and was absolutely disgusted at the uniform (filthy!) worn by the girl that served us, kelly. Poor service and poor standards.

Absolutely disgusted that a kfc can be so dirty and unclean. Previous customers waste food all over most of the tables. Food all over floor making it like a skating ring. Bins overflowing

We had the 10 piece wicked variety bucket, very tasty something for everyone ,ideal as my daughter won't eat chicken on a bone ,so the fillets were ideal ,more than enough to eat .

Called in here on the way home from light water valley for our tea. Quick food for four hungry people.

I wouldn't recommend to stop here for a burger when the schools are out as it is full of obnoxious teenagers!

The KFC was situated near our hotel and after a busy day without eating we called for a meal. We were served by the nicest man ever really chatty and kind. His name was Frasier Craig and couldn't have been any more helpful. The food was hot and tasty and just what we needed x

This is at a motorway service area so I was not expecting too much but could not find a clean table and had to go to the counter and ask for a cloth to wipe the table down, A staff member came out and started cleaning the wrong table! Should not have to ask in the first place. Service was slow, my husband had to ask about the food and only then was our order made up. Food was very average and toilet floor very wet. It has been years since I have been in a KFC and it will be years before I set foot in one again.
