Mcdonald's Restaurants in Stockton-on-Tees

Called in just after 9 am with my granddaughter as car park pretty empty and drive through fairly empty placed 1 order of pancakes and not many people waiting and thought nice to sit in for a change. fast forward 25 mins, I along with several others asked for our orders, staff apologised and offered refund. However then proceeded to mention they only had one oven working and were doing their best. It would have been nice to have been given the choice after a 25minute wait for “fast food” or leave. Could have been managed better.

When you order food for £35 It comes on time Amazing then you open the bags to missing over half your items Big Mac Meal replaced for a plain cheese burger no chicken nuggets no share box spilt drinks. No chips for any of the food. And you call up and they say oh I’m sorry we will refund you. £8 not even enough to replace your Big Mac Uber delivery and McDonald’s need to re think. And put the customer first. Shambles i payed £35 for a chicken sandwich and to split smoothies Joke.

Called in one evening on the way back from the airport ordered 2 meals sat 10 feet away from the counter the food arrived in good time but after travelling 10 feet the chip were stone cold I complained to staff who took them away and replaced them only to find the chicken burgers were also stone cold my partner wouldn't let me take them back as I had already kick up a fuss I always thought that food has to be at a minimum temperature when sold 🤔I've reported this to the local authority

Ordered 2 mcmuffins and only got 1 delivered. Totally incompetent people in this place. They blamed it on the Uber driver even though bags are sealed.

Order food waited 10 minutes food said collected waited another 20 minutes spoke to a member of staff then waited a further 10 minutes for food. Staff clearing orders before they’re actually completed, multiple other people complaining at the same time

This never sells iced drinks always unavailable. If Carling made McDonalds it certainly did not make this one. Worst ever !!!

We get a drive through every week and every week they get the order wrong. I find it staggering. Its starting to become a running joke in our house as to what surprise we are going to get or what is going to be missing. It's strange that they never put anything extra in by mistake!

Just been to Portrack Lane Stockton to get the 6 yr old a happy meal. Decided we'd have a chicken wrap with garlic mayo so ordered 2. At home, opened the wraps to find 2 pieces of chicken in it in slimey non garlic 'mayo'!!...no sign of any salad!!😠 Still! The 6 Yr old was happy with her HM!!!😒 Never again!!!

This outlet cares more about delivery than customers using the inside area. Went to order and waited a long time ,while 6delivery drivers on and out ,after waiting to long went to cancel order manager Chris came not very helpful asked whatwe had ordered as machine we ordered with ran out of paper after a couple of times he got it right then said order was now ready ,one of staff wheels name I have implied she had called order when I said she had not she disagreed asked her if she was calling my wife a liar shale walked away and started joking and laughing with others about it I asked manager her name and after 4 to 5 times he gave me it when I said I would complain alloy the staff attitude ,the staff in question heard me and seemed to think it a joke .the manager I was not bothered about it at all and deliveries where ordered my be half hour earlier and would go first after pushing and threats of report I g the incident he did apologise of sorts . It seems he needs more train I g as a manager the staff seem to think they no best. Other things the chairs jar twofold low back rest very uncomfortable . More delivery drivers than customers may be other people have had same experience. Would advise anyone not to use this customer unfriendly outlet . We left here an nd went to out let in portrak lane what a difference very professional run out let .

The toilets in this restaurant are absolutely disgusting!! Total breeding ground for disease! Appalling that they are covered in urine and faeces literally all over the walls floor door! It made me feel sick! They clearly don’t clean them!

This has to be the worse Macdonalds ever. 48 minutes wait in drive threw, literally stationary, if there was a way out of the queue I would have took it, only about 8 cars in front of me, too focussed on deliveries. Get home to cold fries and a burger missing. Not the first time they have got our order wrong so dont know why I went back to be fair.

Absolutely fed up with no getting everything we've ordered, fries, burgers missing and also what's going on with fries? You ask for large fries and your lucky if you get a mix of small and medium. The drive thru is taking longer every time you go

Went in for a meal after swimming at Splash. Ordering and food itself was fine. We sat near the tablets as one of my children wanted to play on them whilst we waited for food. The table behind us had 5 young people sat at it (4 person table, so all squeezed on), one drink between them and no other food. They continued to swear loudly throughout our visit, including playing music full of more sexualised and rude words, when I spoke to them they laughed and continued. I spoke to staff twice. (I had my 2 young children with me). The first time they did ask them to stop (this didn’t have any effect, they just got worse after), and the second time I got told there was nothing they can do, they are not allowed to ask them to leave anymore. It’s a shame as the food in McDonalds is getting better, healthier options, unfortunately this is the second one we don’t feel as a family we are welcome to anymore, instead of us visiting and purchasing 3 meals and desserts, they seem to prefer to keep the young groups of kids using their Wi-fi and purchasing one drink between them. Not a good business plan, but they have lost our custom, along with Bishop Auckland McDonald who also prioritise these sorts of customers rather than families.

Went in for breakfast, I presume it was the manageress who served us. Her attitude was appalling,when asked for a breakfast with scrambled egg she said we haven't done them for ages, asked for a hot chocolate her reply was machines not working, no sorry but the machines not working atm, her attitude and full persona was terrible,like she couldn't be bothered to serve us and as if she was better than us, how she is in that position is beyond me.a nice friendly welcome with someone who wants to help you dosnt take much it's basic customer service.

Wanted a quick meal tonight so called into the drive through on route home. Waited ages after been given the drinks to be neatly handed drinks again and the person to say “oh have you not had your food yet?”. By the time I got home there was a portion of fries missing and no bacon in the “bacon Big Mac” and the food was cold- what a waste of nearly £20! Very disappointed and not the first time, doubt we’ll use this McDonald’s again.

Stopped for breakfast and the service was quite quick and the food good quality. They didn't have snack wraps though and as a vegetarian I'd have to pay full price for the breakfast wrap and take out the sausage or bacon - Rather than just having one without for a slightly cheaper price. This was quite disappointing.

The door says "open 24 hours" on it but we got there just before midnight and it was already locked with staff refusing to open the door or serve us. Very infuriating after walking over 10 minutes to get there. Staff said we had to be in a car and use the drive-thru despite it being very unbusy. So if you're workmen in a van that won't fit the drive-thru, or pedestrians or cyclists and it's not daylight outside, you stay hungry. Just like us five weary folks did.I strongly recommend the BP petrol station across the road which has a 24 hour Spar shop including a 24 hour Subway. Ironically the petrol station staff didn't care we weren't in a car and were most friendly. There's also Tesco up the road but obviously not open all day Sunday.

Huge drive through queue, door locked. FAST food ??? Not the first time, what an unreliable service . Won't bother in future

Tuvimos un desayuno y un almuerzo rápido aquí en la misma semana. Es muy práctico, ya que el restaurante está justo a la vuelta de la esquina de casa. La comida es muy buena, con problemas, siempre es fresco cada vez que vengo aquí y es ideal para un café con leche rápido en una mañana.

nice fast food with very friendly service. drive through always seems busy and getting to and from restaurant is not good if you are driving the opposite way. Never the less I would go again.
