food did not show up at all and have no way to contact the stores because the number is unrecognised.

One of the worst I've ever visited. Very quiet but waited over 15 minutes for my food as the staff worked at a snail's pace. Broken door as you walk in, broken self-serve checkout, dirty tables!

Amazing chicken. It's ruined KFC for me. Huge portions, juicy, flavoursome and great value. My per person cost here is high bug I had 8 peices of chicken.

On Saturday night on way home from watching the football I purchased kebab meat chips 2 large cod fish and peas. The cod fish was both inedible so dry and had bones in it that even the cat turned her nose up and would not eat it. Ended up throwing both large cod in the bin and making cheese on toast instead. If it had not been so cold outside and bad weather I would have taken it back for a refund. DONT BUY FISH FROM HERE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO COOK IT/ KEEP IT WARM TOO LONG THAT IT DRIES OUT. The kebab meat my son had was ok so paid over £26 for a regular kebab meat some chips and 1 pot of peas rest went in the bin

The laziest KFC anywhere. They won't do table service, indeed, any service is too much trouble. Bins often overflow. They do not monitor the car park and need to be aware that disabled parking bays are used by their Deliveroo drivers. It's just bad. The portion sizes make no sense and are random. A small rice or gravy can be the same size as a large. Sometimes fries have salt, sometimes they don't. Occasionally, some pieces of chicken are effectively just bones with almost no meat. Some wings are tiny, others are huge, they don't care if someone orders 3 and get 3 tiny ones. As for the tables, they are cleaned with a dirty rag. Wipe once with a paper towel and see what it looks like, it's gross. Toilets are also horrible. The hand dryer, if it works, doesn't get hot so everyone walks out with wet hands. March 25 update. Rice had changed. Why don't we just get rice instead of trying to pretend we all want rice from the deep south USA. I'd like to see them try this rubbish in Asia!

Came in for some fish and chips was served by Kez whose customer service was the best we had been given since visiting Skegness. Served frequently by a younger gentleman called Callum again excellent service.

I really wanted to put this review on the McDonald’s system but after 5 attempts i still couldn’t complete. Friday 9th August I called in on my way to Doncaster. I tried to order from the self service but it wouldn’t allow me to pay. I went to the desk and one of the restaurant floor staff served me. Her name is Di. The same thing happened when she submitted the order on the till. She rebooted the system to no avail. She brought the duty manager and he had same issues. She the brought the restaurant manager and he transferred to another till. Di remembered my order for the manager and reminded him i now only had a couple of minutes for breakfast. I thought Di went above and beyond. She came to check if my meal was alright and asked if i needed anything else. She is amazing and a credit to the restaurant. I hope someone from the store replies. Also the McDonald’s site puts people off praise reports - so many questions before you can say what you want to. Thank you Di x

Made my usual visit through drive through paid and moved on to collect meal wasn't available told to wait in car park waited 20minutes no meal went in to ask where is meal no apology told to wait after a further 10 minutes got my meal no apology or conversation just a negative look felt really uncomfortable probably senior citizens are not welcome hope not true like the food.

I had not visited McDonalds in a few years. It was what I remembered. I continue to love the McDonalds apple pie. Yum.

Lazy twits can't be bothered to put in a effort to their 9-5 job. Forgot half my sodding food. Didn't want those cheesy bites after a long day of school anyways thanks McDonald's, best three quid ever spent. At least get your 0 requirement job correct next time, ruined my eavning as I was looking way too forward for those

They prioritise the cars so if your going to walking in and order expect to be ignored and wait around 30 minutes for your order.
