McDonald's Grantham in South Kesteven

Ordered takeaway and we were missing a burger (a Big Mac as well which is more on the expensive side). EVERY TIME we ordered some sort of takeout at this restaurant something is missing. Where is the organisation? Most annoying thing is that when we called the restaurant and contacted the virtual assistant on the app they said we have to contact Uber to get this resolved. This was not Uber's fault! The delivery driver was great - right on time and polite. The bag was closed and locked with the cardboard so the driver couldn't have lost anything. This was the restaurants fault for not putting it in so I do not understand why Uber and the delivery driver is being blamed for a mistake that's not theirs.

Ordered 4 Mc Spicy large meals drive through waited about 15 minutes in the bay.Went home and checked no fries.Call them and asked to deliver those but refused extremely poor service.

Dry chips, so dry we couldn’t eat them and my burger was shocking looked like it had been throw together no dressing. Never again £30 wasted!

A good place to stop for a break and something to drink on a long journey East. They serve the McDonalds menu but good, friendly, quick service.

Lunchtime McD chicken sandwich & cheeseburger - both stone cold and inedible so threw away as we left the site and pulled into layby locally. Went online to ask for refund and got a voucher for £ 1.75 after spending £ 7.80 on food that legally was so tepid it shouldn't have been served. Very disappointing especially as that McD was jammed packed. Do they offload their cold onto drive-in orders...? They can keep their f**king voucher...

There was a time when there used to be three waiting areas. Today half the car park was waiting for their order. My order went to the wrong car. You expect your food to be hot . Dreadful

Absolutely useless crew, restaurant was quiet with few customers. I used the drive thru but was kept waiting to place my simple order, went thru to the payment window and was told to go fwd to the next window. Waited and then in an accusatory tone was bellowed at “you haven’t paid!”. I know, I’ve been told to come fwd to this window. Then I was told I’d have to hand over my contactless card so they could traipse thru the store to a payment point. That was never going to happen so I had to go hungry or drive thru the system again.

Not ordered from Macdonalds for a long time as items missing in last couple of orders but thought would give them a try again placed a order fine and arrived 30min later but yet again items missing but also cold frys half size portions also hair in one of the burgers VERY disappointing will not be ordering again it has just gone down hill

3rd time McDonald’ s grantham have sent us an incorrect order and someone has had to go without food. Their mistake and they admit it but will do nothing to rectify because it was an Uber order. Do not use this service as they will just deny all liability and if you want it to be corrected you will have to pay for another delivery. Appalling service and a great cop out!

To, że często długo trzeba czekać na jedzenie, bo najpierw obsługują Mcdrive to już wszyscy widzą, ale dziwię się, że ludzie nie skarżą się na braki w zamówieniu. Naprawdę nikomu się nie zdarzyło? Bo mnie wiele razy. I to najbardziej wkurza, bo nie zawsze sprawdzi się na miejscu i okazuje się dopiero w domu, a nie będę się wracać spowrotem. To obsługa powinna tego pilnować, a zdarza się im nagminnie czegoś nie dać. To o czym oni myślą do cholery. Porażka

Waited almost 20 minutes for food to arrive, when it did, it and the coffee were cold. Usual excuse trotted out "short staffed" The problem is all the delivery companies sitting around waiting for their orders, they are prioritised over the restaurant users. As a McDonald's user for many years, I won't be using this branch again and probably not any other if they are going to neglect their sit-in customers.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Limited menu on display which isn’t useful. When I got my burger it had clearly been sat for a while as it was cold. Good job I was starving!

After waiting twenty minutes for three meals it arrived to table and half was stone cold. Asked for new hot food, Lady polite but food arrived back at table in just two minutes still at the same temperature I sent it back. Ridiculous.

We visited the drive-thru and it was being well managed with members of staff directing the two lanes of traffic. Our order disappeared between placing it and getting to the pay window, but this was very quickly rectified. We still got our order quickly, and once in the car park realised the happy meal was wrong. On entering the store to ask for this to be rectified, the customer service was fantastic and the team, including the manager, seemed very keen to go the extra mile to make it right. Very impressed with the level of customer service to keep us as happy customers, particularly during a very busy period for them with long queues. Well done McDonald’s team!

All staff were very polite and very helpfull and very happy with the service i got today and social distancing.

I came on a trip with my family to Grantham and was pleasantly surprised with this McDonald’s. Food tasted really fresh and it was a really quick service. Thank you!

Rarely eat at Mc Donalds, Staff loverly and helpful, lady on the door, helped me with the order board she did it for me. Food fine, very clean,and the system works well.

Called here on our way back from Norfolk today Fri 7th Aug 2020. Parked easy, wasnt busy. On entry was advised about social distancing, ordering etc. Went to order and the lady at the door said i coild order on their machine which i hate and she kindly did it for me. Food was delivered but wasnt asked about sauces etc so had to chase someone to get them. Food was on and price ok

I ordered extra cheese in my McMuffin. They removed the egg to compensate apparently. Nice toilets though...

Just about warm enough food, served without a smile or a please or thank you with lashings of lethargy, However the place was spotlessly clean

This has to be the worst McDonald's ever, 20 minute wait for food 10 people in restaurant so not busy , food luke warm at best , fed up of complaining as nothing changes, wife persuaded me to go in hoping it had got better, if anything worse than before.

We have visited McDonalds nearly every day over the past few years. We always have the same order, coffee and Oreo McFlurry. Suddenly this week, the portion of ice cream has visibly shrunk. The tub was barely half full. When I complained to the Duty Manager she said ‘That is the correct portion ‘ She was very upset when I asked her name and said that she didn’t want me to use it. OK Holly! I won’t use it. I won’t be using that McDonalds again either.

We called here today for a hot drink to takeaway. I waited in the car whilst my 14 year old daughter when inside for the order.Whilst waiting for the order, a group of lads entered and they were obviously known to a member of staff and they started swearing at each other.Not the behaviour that I expect from staff at McDonald’s.NB: If management want to contact me, I have my receipt detailing my order number and time of visit.

Stopped here half way through our trip for a coffee. Service was fine and coffee is a good price and tastes great. Small car park but not busy when we visited.

Quick stop, ordered food ourselves, it arrived quickly. We ate, we left, got back on the road. Clean restaurant. Usual McDonald’s, no complaints.

This is a very busy place (Sunday lunch time) with a small car park which had cars jousting for spaces as the two entrances allowed. The Good. Quick service & my chilli chicken wrap was tasty, The Bad. My flat white Coffee was tepid & tasted disgusting. The wife’s garlic Chicken wrap was tasteless. It’s McDonald’s not a place I frequent much & this very average visit means it will only be a “needs must” basis in the future too.

I could have cooked it quicker myself… Complained to server who said it was not there problem speak to manager if I wanted to complain. I said “ if I want to complain? I am complaining!” He walked away and did not fetch the manager. Poor service. Food was good.

Stopped on the way home from the seaside. It was the usual Mcd stuff, mostly fine - the fries weren't very hot. Service - well it's a screen to order now, only service is being handed the food and they missed out one of the dips. As I said, typical Mcd.

Abbey and her favourite treat, happy meal box, new toy, Chicken Chips and a milkshake. You know you have been good to get one.

McDonald's is a very nice place and me and my friends went to get a bite but we waited for over 10 minutes for a exceptionally small order.

Treat for kids. Two happy meals and food three adults. Great staff and facilities. Kids always love mcdonalds and today no exception.

Went to McDonald's for a quick bite to eat the other day. We were waiting well over 15 minutes for relatively small order. I've noticed that the cars get the priority which is a bit ridiculous when they were by far more people in the restaurant and they were cars waiting in the drive-thru. I ordered a plain hamburger and chicken wrap meal. When the order finally arrived at table, the plain hamburger was just the bun. I don't know how anyone could have got confused by this type of order since a plain hamburger would just be the bun and the beef without the extras. The issue waa fixed after a complaint but then again waiting a further 10 minutes.

We stopped here for coffee as it was a convenient place to stop on our journey. Service was fine and the coffee was very good as expected. Car park is a little small but not very busy when we arrived.

McDonald's would almost always be a 3/5 for us - sometimes lower if there are problems with orders, temperature of food etc, but not often higher than 3/5.

As a local of the are, where this McDonald's is situated is just a joke, it clogs up the town for traffic, when it was renovated I don't know why they didn't do an entry one side, and an exit the other, drive thru is shocking, best to park elsewhere and walk over.

I visited with my family, food came as expected time, venue nice and clean, but food quality specially chips are a bit cold and smells of oils. Except this all fine. Hope they will control on quality.

My daughter and I have been popping in to Macdonalds in Grantham every week for the last year as a stop off on our way to QMC for my daughter's chemotherapy. over this time we have got to know the staff and in particular Nikki and Sharon. They have been amazingly kind and have always had time to talk to my daughter to say hello and see how she is doing, Today to mark the end of her chemo they showed her round the store. I would like to say a big thank you to these ladies who have been amazing and very friendly and are always friendly to all the customers in the store - thank you for your kindness over this last year.

Order placed at 19:51 and finally got the order at 20:13. 22 minutes waiting and then when it arrived at the counter one of the four meals was missing.

The staff are all very friendly and always polite. good value for the money. I always go there early every sunday morning before I go and do a stall at grantham station car park carboot.

Waited 25 minuets for a cheeseburger!! the new format makes McDonald’s a restaurant not a fast food outlet. it’s only good for drive through now

Called here today Friday 6th July 2018 on way home from holiday as desperate for a drink. Wasn't too busy and the coffee and cake was good and much needed. Car parking was a bit tight though.

I've been going to MacDonald since childhood and always saw it as a treat. The way the restraunt runs has worked great for 60 odd years but for some reason they've decided to change it. With stupid self service touch screen and food that is cooked to order. It's no longer fast food it's just slow cold food!!

Came to Grantham McDonald's for family food. All food absolutely stone cold. Phone to get rude manager called John who needs to learn customer service skills tried to tell me all food is cooked fresh to order What a loaf of rubbish. Other McDonald's in area the food is red hot but not in Grantham. Will be speaking to McDonald's head office London regarding their so called manager and his customer service

Undercooked and soggy chips. Terrible service. On other visits staff have seamed miserable. I like McDonald’s but this one has really gone downhill.

Came very quickly indeed and it was edible. However, and surprisingly as they were very busy, the chicken burger was barely warm - even the fries were hotter. Had I had more time I would have returned it. Hopefully they'll take note.

Used the drive through, food was hot, fresh and very good. Staff were friendly and efficient. What more do you want.

picked up early breakfast. new style decor. nice but seats a bit hard. heard some teens call seats 10 minute seats. I find seats adequate and power points under tables useful. Some staff serving seemed unsure in what they were doing

Very rude staff there hands were so dirty it looked like they just hire the homeless i could see the cook picking his and touching the food and plus swearing in front of my children i want my money back and this Mcdonald's should be shut down

Visit mc Donald on a regular basis around nottingham and Lincolnshire as I'm often needing Wi-Fi due to my job. Great service and nice and clean place. Very friendly staff and quick service. Food is always hot and fast as you would expect.

Stopped off here and used the drive through for my Daughter who was catching a train and we went back for a sit in meal later on that day. The drive through was very quick service and offered a great chicken legend meal. The sit...

So so so slow. The staff are not with it at all. More need to serve so customers not waiting. The slowest service in any McDs I have been in. It's a disgrace. Hardly fast food. All run by kids with no idea.

Llamado a almorzar y estaba muy decepcionado, dieron una envoltura muy viejo el pollo era terrible, mi bebida era el 90% de hielo y el mcflurry era como sopa. En general muy decepcionante. Una envoltura. No es una cosa complicada para llegar a la derecha

En cuanto a la ubicación no era perfecto, pero soy un cliente habitual y no tengo problemas siempre para conseguir los pedidos justo y está limpio. El personal es agradable y servicial también.

Así conseguimos una carga de alimentos por mucho menos dinero. Obviamente el método dos carriles no siempre funcionan bien. Pero el personal simplemente nos dio la comida correcta para factura de otra persona. Muchas gracias no ofrecen la diferencia, pero su necesidad de conseguir rendimiento...

I only bother going to this place if needs must. I agree with some other reviewers that they often get the orders mixed-up or miss out items which you then have the inconvenience of returning to sort out and your name gets added to a list of I-OWE-U.

Realmente no sentarse y comer de todos modos, así que no puedo comentar sobre la simpatía ni nada de eso. Pero es barato y buena comida, ¿qué más se puede decir?

Both the member of staff who served us and a nearby manager were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served quickly and was hot and tasty. Restaurant and toilet areas were clean and tidy.

I'm not sure if they do it as a strategy or out of just pure stupidity. But for whatever reason there is always something missing from the order or they get it totally wrong.. Whether you use it for breakfast, lunch or tea please don't waste you money, always check your order and then check it again, even the drinks.. who knew that they did Orange coke mix ??!! Especially when you ask for sprite. We now travel out of town for our order.. to avoid the frustrating experience and awkward conversation with their staff.

Not been before but was impressed with the level of cleanliness and how quickly the orders were taken,but they lost a point due to having to wait 5 minutes for a chicken legend just before 1100 in the morning...good overall though...

Got served quickly and efficiently by friendly staff but then had to wait awhile for the food to be ready. Once it was served to us it was very hot and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the toilets were fresh smelling.

After a trip to the gym I love to have a grilled chicken salad.Grantham McDonalds is one of the best ones the food is always fresh and the staff are usually friendly. One of the friendliest members of staff is Sally who works out front, she keeps that place Spick and Span, clearing up as well as she can even when it's really busy.

weekend is busy but staff always friendly. drawing and food always ready, wifi keeps others sane. During the week I drop in here for sales and business meeting as coffee excellent, as good as anywhere else _ shame about the cups _ wife goes well during meetings and easy access to data and parking makes certain all can attend, peaceful privacy in public.

Burnt bun and looked nothing like picture worst mcdonalds yet. And my friends burger was even worse no salad on big mac unsure who made these but whoever it was needs their eyes testing

However the crew member who seated us and subsequently bought our good over was very friendly and apologetic. Food was hot and tasty though ... worth the wait. Called for a takeaway tea and porridge at the counter. Not the best service from a McDs but I think staff were a bit rattled after run in with a previous customer who demanded a refund because of slow service.

Returning from Nottingham late at night we passed through Grantham. Whilst waiting at the traffic lights we noticed a McDonalds with a drive through on the opposite side of the road.Rather than stop for a while we thought to continue the drive home with Liz enjoying a snack and a coffee for myself.Our receipt shows we paid at 22.57. However it was a full 20 minutes later we left the unit with what passed for food.We sat with the car engine switched off, listening to the alarms going off in the kitchen, whilst the staff we running across the car park delivering food to various park cars. Eventually we got a packet of luke warm chewy stuff and left, having wasted 20 minutes of my life and £5 of my money.Not recommended.

Family drive through - three McFlurries and a banana milkshake - I can't stand their burgers, but the McFlurries are great value and go down a treat - the amazing thing (not) is that they are always the same - no matter where you are in the country - funny that!!!!!

I was minding my own business with my friends at maccies when the people behind me turend around and yelled at us 'Stop banging around it f***ing annoying' when i was just talking so me and my friends might not vist for a while.

Shouldn't be open, during major building works. Will avoid for a bit. Plus just what is the obsession of dysfunctional horrible children with the sauce dispensers? A pretty bad experience, overall

Great fast food and value for money. Local bus company issue special offers to use in Grantham store, makes it even better value.
