Called to explain i had a missing item, was dealt with buy a rude member of staff who put the phone down on me just because i asked her name, the most unhelpful customer service member i have ever dealt with!

*Countless* times over the last couple of years or so, as soon as the weather starts to warm up, there will be no Milkshakes or McFlurrys available.

I’m not going to rate the restaurant like usual, purely because… it’s a Maccies ain’t it 😂 Yeah, pleasantly surprised. I know there’s a huge debate about whether or not it’s spicy or not. It’s spicy. I’d actually prefer it to be spicier because I’m a f*ckin demon but I guess they have to cater for more people. And you know what, actually pretty flavourful, crispy but also a good level of moisture when you bite in. Looked like it did on the box and also a decent size. Yeah actually really enjoyed it. Would order again.

Ordered a mcplant meal, the bloke on till put it through as a quarter pounder with cheese. Didn't realise till I was fifteen minutes away and had gone to pick up my partners food, so we had to drive all the way back, let his food go cold just to get another burger. Lucky I didnt take a bite out of it.

My daughter who works for McDonald’s ask me to try the new vegan burger as she wanted my feedback only because I’m a vegetarian and would not normally eat from McDonald’s , so I gave it a go and I must say it was really nice and very tasty , calories weren’t to bad as well so my feedback is very good and I’m sure I will be revisiting at some point to have another one ,

Ordered breakfast via just eat. No issues with just eat but… The store sent the wrong order received a bacon roll not a breakfast roll. I raised the issue on line with just eat and the online automated response advised I needed to call the store. I called the store to inform them with an expectation that this would be rectified . I spoke to Steven who can only be described as rude and unhelpful. Initially taking the call in a very noisy area and telling me to repeat myself as he couldn’t hear me , he eventually realised that if he moved to a quieter area he could then have a conversation with me ! He told me that I had to phone just eat to request a refund. My point was that I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the correct order. He insisted I had to call just eat. I asked why I had to do this when it was the stores error not mine, his retort was ‘ well I can’t just bring you one myself!’ At this point I asked to speak to the manager , only for Steven to inform me that he was the manager!! I again tried to explain that I just wanted the correct meal, he reiterated there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to call into store and collect the correct item ! Despite my pointing out that I had ordered a delivery which would suggest there is a reason I didn’t go to the store in the first instance , in my case - I do not drive and he again informed me there was nothing he could do and put the phone down on me.

Went up today at the drive through today and been given the wrong cheese burger no sauces as asked me the kids and poor communication

Purely and simply ordered a veggie burger it was in a veggie box .. Took a bite without looking it was chicken ... I did complain and contacted head office .. But obviously something is very wrong with the procedure..

A couple days ago i went to McDonald’s, i was really looking forward but then i hit a roadblock.. i ordered my large fries and they were delicious! And then i ordered a Caramel Frappe that should of been lightly iced. But the drink was full of ice. It was very watery and very cold. My other visit to McDonald’s when i ordered a caramel Frappe it was very nice. (the third picture is the second time i went here when it was nice) but my point here is that it shouldn’t have been iced that much, if it was a bit iced that would of been fine.⚠️Do not come here if u want a watery drink⚠️

The place was clean and cleaning was happening all over. In fact so much emphasis on cleaning they served tepid food with stewed tea, and all without a smile or a please (there was a thank you)

Good food and like the table service grandchildren ate all their dinner but need to get the tablets thats on tables fixed as out of 4 only one worked so grandchildren were arguing over it and the other that worked was upside down

Came midweek lunchtime through the drive thru, there was no queue. Was asked to park in a bay because they needed a bit longer to “heat up my apple pie”...we waited OVER 5 minutes for them to heat up an apple pie 🙄 ...and when a member of staff brought out our food all we got was a “Here you go.” No apology for our wait and not even a smile. I think you need to teach your staff about manners.

Good tasting and filling food on the go. We had the takeaway breakfast wraps with a Latte and enjoyed it alot and it was an attractive price. Also, there is plenty of parking.

I am disgusted with how I was treated in the McDonald's on Nottingham Road Mansfield today. I took my 6 year old daughter for a happy meal, I ordered the meal, waited for it to be served, collected it and looked around for somewhere to sit. The restaurant was busy due to it being kids holiday, which I expected, it didn't help that a large table was full of face paints and modelling balloons...I'm guessing that was to entertain the kids although not much entertaining was being done as the people at the table were busy on their phones. Fortunately (or so I thought) a table became available so with food and daughter in tow I headed over to the table, only to be told by a staff member that I couldn't sit there because I hadn't been waiting long enough, and there were people in there that had been waiting hours for a table!! Really hours!!!! there was no one standing around, and you don't wait hours for a table in McDonald's, I asked her to bag the food up and I would leave, I also asked to speak to the manager. Meanwhile the family the table was been saved for sat down, this was the same family that had been sat down at a table outside discussing what they were going to order when we walked in, they had been making no attempt to look around for a table themselves, one of which would have come available sooner had they bothered to look, when the manager came over he said they haven't been waiting hours they have been waiting 30 minutes, and to make matters worse they hadn't even ordered and paid for their food, yet I had. I'm so angry that the staff and management thought this was acceptable, several customers around the dining area thought this was a joke, one lady even offered me her table as she left, but there was no way I was sitting down in there after been told I couldn't as I haven't waited long enough. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!

Running a little late one lunchtime so called in for a McDs. Firstly it was difficult to find a seat, just got one but had to wait while it was cleaned. My wife and I ordered a normal meal deal, so nothing special. I know I should have said something but I was very hungry, the fries were limp, curling up and luke warm. The burger was tasteless and semi cold. The coffee was hot and tasty. I wish there had been a microwave for a quick blast to warm up the burger but it would have been no good for the fries. By the way why do they put salt on the fries for some of us it spoils the taste.

Its relatively clean in there which is nice but the food itself is sometimes a bit stale like the bread is mostly hard and chewy. And the staff is usually polite but very worn out it looks, minimal customer effort it seems

Normally only way Mcdonalds on a long journey or quick need for food on the go. Yesterday the latter meant we called at Markham moor for food.

This is the best in the area. Always get good fresh tasting food. The staff are friendly and helpful. The tables and seat are always clean

Por primera vez en mi vida estoy revisando un McDonald's en verdad, me había encantado la comida como un regalo, mi favorita es la hamburguesa Big Mac y, ah, y el barrio pounder! Pero esta noche pedí 2 hamburguesas big Mac y 1, bien la col, la lechuga sabían como el panecillo se como en la salsa especial de rancio y no existía el personal era servicial y amable fue la comida! Nunca en mi vida no creo que lo revise un Maccas!

Por desgracia, este MCDONALD'S ha optado por el sistema de calentamiento en el lugar de la hamburguesa en la parrilla estilo fresco de restaurante para llegar la comida mas rapido y satisfacer la demanda.

En ocasiones me llevaría a mis hijos aquí para el desayuno y como pedir ellos mismos en la pantalla. Era es, comida rápida, que no está mal a mis hijos les gusta ir aquí y también ir a veces para cenar o comer y generalmente es bastante concurrida pero siempre parece organizado y no me ha decepcionado en cualquier momento.

Después de utilizar la máquina de autoservicio mi tarjeta negaron así que probé otra tarjeta (que ambos tienen un montón de dinero en) que fue enviado a la cajera con una bajada a hacer un pago. Mientras colocaba en el impulso que me registré mi banca en línea, que el dinero había sido sacada de.

Me vienen aquí mucho solo y negocios. Iv nunca tuvimos una mala comida y iv nunca tuve nada aquí no te puedes equivocar. McDonald's estándar sencillo y limpio. Personal agradable pero nunca ver las mismas caras. Escribiendo esto hace que me apetece una Big Mac!

Burgers are not as good as another large chain but, the children just love it here. Hate the queues and struggling to find a clean table.

Nice and clean, food good and you don't have to wait very long. Great place to take the kids, they r early look after them.

I took a group of ten children in Sunday for a happy meal. The staff was attentive and brought us balloons, the service was quick and efficient and all the meals was cooked and presented well. thank you

Cheap fast food that fills a gap! For a little while anyway!The limited edition american burgers are a nice change from the Big Mac (my usual) I do recommend the Xmas range as well and the mozzarella sticks are amazing, the only problem is they don't have them on the menu all the time!

Quite clean,quick service,plenty of room but gets very busy so not always room to sit. Modern and contemporary.

OK so it's fast food for a fast fix. Doesn't mean it has to be served lukewarm by rude staff who don't even look at you during the transaction. The Drive-Thru (how I hate that contraction)'s till was out of action - not their fault - so had to squiggle my way out of the queue (I have a biiiiig car) to go in to order. The girl who took my order - I refrain from calling it 'service' - clearly had better things to do than to leave the pickle out of my otherwise standard god-damned cheeseburger, could not even remember that I'd ordered a takeaway (there was only me at the tills) and left my 'fries' sitting on a tray on the desk whilst they cooked up a special pickle-free delight. When I asked her to put them back under the warmer while this complicated manoeuvre took place, she looked at me as if I'd ordered a bag of crack and a couple of prostitutes on the side! The staff all seemed to be trying to outdo each other in striking a pose whilst calling out orders a la american stylee and the food itself had given up in a sulk and decided not to bother making any effort.I could have had a roast dinner for the price of the 'convenience' lunch. I've learnt my lesson.

You know what you are going to get at M D.they now have a great choice,of health food too.So if you are looking for a quick snack it is the place to be,you soon get served.

The kids knew exactly what to do and above all what they wanted a pleasure to take them.We were so inspired by the way Mac,donalds look after young and old.

Service was quick and staff professional, food was hot and tasty. Coffee was excellent. Car parking is limited

I always ask for my fries to be without salt, which they are happy to do, although you do get funny looks from some of the staff. Occasionally an order will be wrong, but that's why you check it before you leave. Most of the time it is the sauces that are left out of the order and considering that you have to pay for some of them (extra sour cream and chive for example) this is unacceptable. The staff look like they would rather be anywhere else than serving you, but they are always polite.

Food is ok however its anyoing when they miss items in my order. Theu food is great if your on a budget or just craving fast food

Took my daughter and a little girl she was caring for though the drive through. Ordered a happy meal and milkshake for daughter and a cheeseburger for me. Average service by a disinterested youngster as expected, what was unexpected was the blue plastic in my burger, but tasteless and a bit crunchy - ah well in Farnsfield by the time I began to eat it , so too late. Back to Burger King then!

Its just Mcdonalds nothing to say other than if you've ate at one you've ate at them all. Note: I had Chilli Chicken wrap meal
