McDonald's in Mansfield

If i could give this a 0 stars i would!!!! Very rude staff. Specifically the little one called Madiea, i believe it was? Very rude!! Gave me and my girlfriend scowly looks constantly and made me feel very uncomfortable. Very sarcastic and cocky also. God help you if you bump into this team member!

I like McDonald's food, but it's never that filling, I'm usually hungry by the time I reach the door . But the coffee is the best fast food coffee 🤤

Worse thing about this place are the toilets are horrendous. Small and can't use the disabled toilet using g radar key

the mcmuffin was freezing and the hash browns were like rubber Luke they had been reheated, very disappointed as I am a regular customer and order this quite often but this is the first time I've been disappointed

Only ordered 3 things and you missed one out. Very annoying because then they don’t deliver another one

Delivered with no straws for four drinks, no sauces for chicken selection or mozzarella sticks and cold. Very disappointed for the grandkids.

Can't beat a big Mac when your hungry I normally have the family meal because you get drinks with it also as I was hungry had as many burgers as would fit in the bin worth a visit for sure

original delivery time 8pm (ordered 7 20) at the door time 8.50pm . I wouldnt have ordered if it said delivery 1 hr 30. it didn't tho it said 15 to 30 mins. unfair advertising that

Order not delivered despite the fact i could see the driver icon at the bottom of my street. This has happened all too frequently when ordering from McDonald's and am only evert refunded for dood and not delivery or service charges.

Ordered for half past 12 and order didn’t arrive until almost quarter past one. Driver drove past and took another order first which meant by the time the food arrived it was all stone cold. There were also no straws or napkins in the bag and no sauce for the chicken nuggets. Appalling service

Absolutely p take waited 35 minutes in store to get my food. It was overly busy. They prioritise delivery’s and when you finally get the food it’s either incorrect or cold. Staff just walking around trying to make it look like they are doing something. Very disappointed

Stone cold. Fries were ruined and couldn't be salvaged and the milkshake had completely melted. The delivery guy said something about a woman he delivered to who did something to his phone and it was broken and that's why he was so late

Fun fact about this place, if you order more than 5 items, they will randomly forget some items. Ordered 2 fries and burgers?!, welp your drink is gone. Just like that. This fact, is extremely consistent. This has happened 4 times in a row, I just have to sit here and take it. Can I complain to someone? Nope. You can do literally nothing about it. Do. Not. Order. Food. For. Delivery. Because they know they can get away with it.

Ordered double chilli cheeseburger to table. Waiting 15 minutes only to find it was cold. Returned for a replacement. 10 minutes later, still waiting. Went back to counter and got given a standard cheeseburger which is less expensive than the chilli one. Poor service all round.

Always busy.. small area for kids helps with the waiting. This branch is cheaper than surrounding branches 30 mins wait for a single burger ..... wow

Going by my last visit today. It wasn't a pleasant visit. Crackheads standing outside in the doorway so the doors stay open letting the cold winter air in and people clearly find them intimidating because 90% of the people sat well away from the entrance. There were also no sugars on the condiments tables. It's a shame.

Not sure why it redirected me to an old order but this review is for the order on 23/11/2024 @20.40. The food was late the time kept changing and food delivered nearly an hour later. When the food arrived it was cold and the fries were all stalr&dry.
