McDonald's in Mansfield

Food was stone cold, took well over an hour, ice creams were melted and there was a missing drink

Never turned up but says delivered

was missing an item mozzerella dippers and had payed 6.79 for them and damaged drink and leaking through bag

I never received my order.when i contacted just eat, their response was driver tried to contact me and then he might have left somewhere outside in safe place.Just eat wont do refund as well.Horrible service.I have never experienced something lyk dis

Someone rang before food delivery but didnt speak just back griund noise. Could track delivery to the botttom of my street before delivery updated as delivered. No food has been delivered to my address. This is the second time this has happened

The delivery man went all over Mansfield and close to Mansfield woodhouse before coming to my door and the food was cold ice cream melted and the drink flat

I ordered large order of over 50 pounds and took 80 mins for delivery and when I received the food no milk shakes and food was barely warm had to be put in microwave fries were not eatable as were very cold no sauces in for my dippers not happy even the driver said sorry to c u were waiting for so long for your food as they could see the time on the receipt to when it was delivered I would some feed back on this as over 50 on a order is quite a big order

For some reason the wrong address as been put on my order and it took 5/6 phone calls with the driver before we got him to change the postcode and make the delivery. Needless to say our food was cold.

I know it may not be just eats fault but can’t get through to McDonald’s. But we’re missing the 6 chicken nuggets

On the tracker the man was at Lidl for over 10 minutes before delivering my food

The food was just about luke warm, the actual muffin was so tiny it didn't even fit the food, overall it was quite disappointing

I was delivered the incorrect order which I didnt realise until the driver had left. I ordered a triple cheese burger, chicken mayo and large fries and got a plain double cheese burger and medium fries

as usual the food was freezing cold and looked like an elephant had sat on it. after a spin in the microwave it was edible at least.

Wrong items were sent and just eat don’t care. It’s not the first time I’ve had wrong items. I think because they are delivered and you’re not in the store to take it back to the counter then nobody cares

Been there to grab fries because I was craving for it But I have to wait 20 mins to be served just for one thing. Even tables were not clean. Hope they'll improve to make things better.

Always busy.. small area for kids helps with the waiting. This branch is cheaper than surrounding branches
