good afternoon. In our meal we didn't have medium fries.

Never arrived, driver stole it, McDonald's useless in helping us.

Not happy. The delivery driver was great and quick from pick up. Now to the food. Chicken nuggets loop warm burger cold.... What else do you expect from a Macdonald's in all fairness there no resturant as they make out they are. Now heres for the next bit how simple is it to put ketchup in my kids meals as added as required, and my 20 box share nuggets missing dips aswell. I don't get how someone can forget something so simple and things are on the screen in large letters to read. Not happy ,

My order hasn’t been delivered.

All of the food was cold. Nuggets tasted like cardboard. Ice in my drink was melted and spilled in the bag. Order came with non of the sauces I ordered either. Not happy at all.

I found 2 large pices of egg shell in my mighty mcmuffin I thought I broke my teeth than I choked, vomited and all went in the bin. thank you so much.

I wouldn't have gone in except I was hungry and it was convenient. I had a meal deal. Chicken burger, 4 chicken dippers, and fries. The fries were awful, almost cold and the texture of cardboard as if they had been standing in the kitchen for a long time. The burger bun was small and flat. A very disappointing experience, and I doubt I will return.

At least check the package before sending it to the delivery, ordered burger meal and flurry, and when the delivery arrived, there was only drink and fries, no burger, what am supposed to eat now just some fries and coke for 20 quid. Was already disappointed last time when they cancel the order after waiting for 1 hour and now missing food. Not ordering anymore from here.

freezing cold and incorrectly prepared

I canceled my order as the address was wrong and the delivery driver hung up on me and didn't give me any further instruction I don't live in mansfield I live in stoke on trent I would like a refund

Never visit this place again. Waited 25 minutes for four burgers fries and drinks. People with numbers after ours being served first. Staff looked miserable . Food Luke warm when we did eventually get it

Don't frequent Maccies very often but was presently surprised, really nice beef patties and lovely latte.

I ordered the big mac Minecraft large meal, for the purpose of getting the Minecraft toy for my grandson as he's collecting them, only to find no Minecraft toy delivered with the meal... A large big mac meal is cheaper than the Minecraft meal.

Ordered and the pancakes came with no syrup .. this was for my little girl .. she was really upset. Not happy about this

we ordered the Minecraft meals. no toy was in the delivery. the hot parts were cold and the cold parts were warm. It was incredibly late as well.

As well as missing food which I’m being refunded for all three of the Minecraft collectibles are missing which there is no option to report in the missing items option

My food was cold, the ice in my drank had completely melted just made the meal really unpleasant.

We meet every day for coffee and chat in the morning it's out safe place I personally made new friends which helps my mood the staff are wonderful from behind counter to front of house. They have a laugh and joke and make us feel welcomed if we have problems with orders of app for maccies they help out. It's always clean and it's amazing how they have to put up with customers abuse or the state at which toilets are left. Mansfield is a bad place for substance users who often come in the mornings and leave a mess often not buying ought and sometimes going to sleep it's hard on staff putting up with aggressive behaviour my hat goes off to them they are good ambassadors for maccies.

the only thing was that they didn't put the pineapple slice in with happy meal they just put chips witch wasn't part of the happy meal

Not even worthy of one star. Food was disgusting. Ordered egg and bacon mcmuffin meal for breakfast. Food was dry and off colour as though it had been sat in kitchen all week and they had just reheated it. Needless to say I couldn't eat any of it. 🤬 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

not delivered at all. the map tracker showed that the driver had missed to turning to the road I live on. It then showed that they had turned into a cul-de-sac a little further on. It showed that the driver was in that location for 10 minutes, before being marked as delivered, despite it not being delivered to me

Cold and late food, I understand it could have been a busy period, but still......cold food. quite rude delivery driver, sounded like they kicked the door, then demanded the code, no pleasantries at all, no hello, no thank you (even after a decent tip!) and no goodbye, simply me stood at the door wondering if there was another bag coming....there was not.
