Decided to order for delivery. Ordered family deal 4 fries 4 burgers came Luke warm the 2 quarter pounders were pink .under cooked

Been there to grab fries because I was craving for it But I have to wait 20 mins to be served just for one thing. Even tables were not clean. Hope they'll improve to make things better.

Typical mcdonald's no better or worse than any other

Drink has leaked everywhere. Can we get a refund for the drinks

Always busy.. small area for kids helps with the waiting. This branch is cheaper than surrounding branches

Food was OK, service was good but the place itself is quite dated and in need of a good clean

we did not get what we ordered so not very pleased

One spilt latte out of 3 ain’t bad. That said that’s the only thing I have to complain about

who can explain on how can you make a chicken and bacon wrap taste like gone off milkshake?

Twice in a row I received just half of the order. Drinks, deeps and ice cream were missing on both occasions

I really like it and there was literally Doughnuts and I ate doughnuts it was so good for McDonald's 50th birthday I loved it I even got a despicable me 4 minions it had stickers can scan a code if you scan it then you have to catch the smileys it was the best game I ever seen

delivered to wrong address not happy as my grandkids were looking forward to there meal.....

gave us the wrong food, not a single thing was correct

Well I came at 1.25pm today and had to wait 20 minutes for my food it ment to be a fast food place I'm very disappointed

What an absolute joke! Ordered a treat for the family, received drinks only no food, waited an hour and now can’t get anything as McDonald’s can’t do anything. Thanks a lot just eat! Just jokes more like.

my order hasent turned up yet again, mcdonalds quick enough to take money, but nothing as come, been waiting over a hour, mcdonalds in mansfield say it's been delivered, but it hasent , I'm so mad again thinking of deleting just eat

The driver just drove straight past and didn’t deliver no food

The guy called me and said “hi i’m just eat” so i went to the door and when i got there he was stood with lettuce hanging out his mouth, and when i asked if it was my burger he ate, he said no so i confronted him and when i did he said “can you help me get this out my teeth” referring to the lettuce. this is not good. i want my burger back. there was floating spit in my drink also. hmm mcdonald’s what you playing at??

Got kicked out for no reason after we ordered our food and she couldn’t even tell us the reason why and she also refused to give us our food after we payed she also said she might even be banned forever for no reason

Not happy delivery driver had a cigarette on when passing my food over.

They really need to retrain their staff to be able to complete even the most simple tasks. Most of the order was completely missing, and they can’t even get the orders correct with what does actually turn up.

The delivery time was good although the food was only just luke warm

ordered big mac meal and 20 nuggets , got no fries. Not rocket science says it on receipt. Charged me for them

I ordered this food and again it’s was not very good for my other half and her child it was cold and unhealthy to eat the crispy chicken wrap was not as good as your label it on your adds thanks for your time but please get someone better to make the food many thanks mr carpenter

My order left McDonald’s Mansfield branch at 12:11 according to the GPS of Just Eat people my ice creams as I do understand it’s very hot outside but they are like water. The man even admitted to me on the door when he delivered my food I’ve been to Tim Hortons and somewhere else in Mansfield I do not appreciate cold food and ice cream that like water

My food says its been delivered but i havnt recieved anything yet ?

Food never arrived, no contact number to complain, so no meals and £25 into the ether.

haven't had my burger, haven't had my £7.00 refund.

No straw, it seems like I am supposed to drink shake with my hands, not reading the driver message and knocking on my door while I explicitly said not to do it, medium fries having 160g while the large ones have 150g (with packaging)

half of order missing and phoned restaurant and they said because we orders from you they couldn't do anything, and gave us a number to call which is for partners only and so we are now on here getting a refund instead of getting our missing food. won't be using just eat again to order from McDonald's. waste of time

The estimated delivery time kept getting pushed further and further back, ended up waiting an hour and a half when the original wait time was 30mins. Then when it did eventually turn up everything was freezing

It took them ages to deliver he kept ringing for the postcode even though it was on the app all the time because he couldn’t find where I live and went to 2 different house before mine and when the food got here it was cold and couldn’t eat it

my tea was only quarter full and the delivery driver was berry rude

Ice machine has been broken for 2/3 weeks.

It arrived late and freezing cold, for the price paid it is unacceptable and I’m not happy with the service at all, I should be entitled to compensation else I won’t be using these services again!

30min wait for food at 11am. Shortstaffed by the looks of it. Atrocious. Some people will be waiting for food their entire lunch break!

Wow had a really helpful lady, Lucy. My shake unfortunately was very strong I had table service via app, she was so kind and helpful in how it was dealt with. She went and replaced it while I carried on with my meal which was also delicious! I got to try the Biscoff drink as an alternative and it was fire. So nice to get such a friendly and helpful member of staff I will definitely try the Biscoff again!

Hat-trick. Fairly self explanatory. My guy struggled with counting to 3 though and gave up at 2. Full refund so no drama, but seriously, how hard can it be?!

Try to milk cash out of you when you redeem free stuff, takes forever to get food, food is mid boo burgers better, try to force you to buy stuff when you need toilet should be free, try to kick you out when you chilling doing nowt wrong
