Subway in Mansfield

Super delicious hot sandwiches. Toasted baguettes and toppings you can choose as many as you want and the ones you like. Great staff. I recommend this place

order late, hot food was cold and items were missing.

Cold and the delivery driver who was foreign and on the phone to another man was demanding I gave them a code for his phone….. I didn’t have a code I felt very violated on my own front door step

The delivery was perfect, he was on time and kind. The food however, absolutely disgusting.

The delivery time was fine and the driver was great. However when it arrived it is freezing. We haven’t even been able to eat it. The cheese bites are hard. The nachos are soggy. Everything is freezing.

The garlic bread and pizza was ridiculous! Not impressed at all, the biscuit was was smashed up too!

Items missing from order. This has happened several times but I've always let it slip. Tried to complain thos time but it got ignored so I'm done this time I guess. I'd say they have about a 50% failure rate in my experience.

Got sick of receiving deliveries with either incorrect items or missing items. Decided to complain one time and got ignored. A true measure of a company is in its conflict resolution. I have decided to just stop using companies who don't care. I advise you do too out of principle, regardless of how little impact it has, as its the right thing to do.

Ordered a Philly steak, the steak didnt get put on. Waste of time.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour ping on the app that the food had been delivered but never was, phoned the restaurant they refused to help, tried contacting just eat can’t speak to any one and can only request a refund for half the price if the order disgusted to say the least

Must say I had a disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, and the staff were very ignorant to customers. Not to mention, the store was messy and poorly maintained. I won't be returning anytime soon.

It's not this,what i delivery,there is no fresh veggies,no tomato no salads.... There is just a bread and meat.

Order 2 subway melts, and some fizzy pop. Someone decided to put the bottles of pop in with the food. My footlong had a bottle of pop laying right on top of it length way. So it was cold in some parts. It was also in some kind of new packaging. So at the end of this, it was cold and was crumbling all over the place. The sauce was flowing out the end due to the pressure of the bottle. I had to use the bag to stop it from going all over the carpet as it was just crumbling. Who ever packed this into the bag, really should be thinking more about what they are doing! Last order i think from this place. Luckily there are 2 others i can choose from.

My food was cold but tastes 10/10

Nice subway. Always have all the ingredients. Service is fast. Staff are friendly. Sit in area is a little small but it's fine if you manage to get a booth. Good vegan options for my wife. Overall better than ypur average subway. Good for fast food.

Order took ages to arrive, turned up cold and to top it all, the delivery driver handed my order to a random person outside my house, without checking name or anything, I had to interfere to get my food. Shocking service

All food stone cold got about 5 crinkle cut fries and there was one of the nacho chicken bites missing bearly enough to feed 1 of my toddlers let alone them both and late driver seem miserable to top it off

We had vouchers, but can not be used in the small shops and big place is a bus drive..so was a bit annoyed. The staff and food were incredible tho.

Gentlemen called Callum working behind the till charged me more than the price. I advised him the meal deal price that was advertised above his head and was given the response I don't make the prices and said he was not going to honour this. And continued to have a debate with me trying to belittle myself infront of members of public

I ordered and was charged for a footlong butninky had a six inch delivered. Just eat say this is allowed as portion sizes can vary. Not when you've paid extra they don't. I'll be making a complaint

So so bad, what happened subway? I thought the whole point of subway was flexibility but alas not in this branch, wouldn’t let us add salad to sandwiches, wanted to charge us extra money on everything. The staff were rude and spaced out. Yep not returning here!

Ordered steak wrap .. juices dripping through the wrap made it stick to the paper. Very messy. But truly delicious !!

I had a gluten-free sandwich, which was over toasted and rock hard, so a good 3/4 of it was unedible.

It was a simple order, yet took over an hour to make. Poor service, all for some easily store bought food and a few cookies. 3.99 for delivery is already a lot considering how short the distance is but for it to be late as well? Incredibly poor

Food was freezing. Sandwiches were okay but had things missing/added. Half of the order was missing yet I paid full price! The driver was rude. If I weren’t as quick he would’ve thrown the food on the floor.

My order was missing 12 cookies at the cost of £5.39, this is not the first time this as happened 😡

Came to this subway at just after 5pm today- sign on the door said they are open until 6pm. Looked like they had already finished the close down. Upon entering they said it was cash only - no sign on register to indicate as such. I said that was fine and I’d draw out cash. Then was told we weren’t allowed to sit in despite them not closing for another hour? Seems to me they just wanted to shut up shop early and couldn’t be bothered. Really disappointing experience.

Dreadfull! Ordered a meal through app, arrived to collect and order was not completed as they did not have meatballs defrosted. Waited half an hour whilst the helpfull staff tried to get arround the situation but in the end could not resolve. The staff could not refund and did not know how to do this despite their manager ( not on site ) advised to do through app. They checked app on my phone and agreed there was no way of doing this. Had to get my credit card company involved after manager and complaint email gave no response. The phone is constantly engaged. Please understand this was not the staff that were in branch that are responsible. It is a company from website to complaints to manager to training issue. Really poor. Do not use app to order food as you will spend hours trying to get a refund if its not available!

wrong cookie arrived, sandwich also had some pieces of chicken and jalapeños which i didn’t ask for.. but still tasty

Didnt have my meatball sub in stock regardless they accepted the order and then rang me, i can deal with that but what i cant deal with is spending £32 on 2 footlongs and a 6 inch for my child to recieve all 6 inch subs that were stone cold to boot.

Restaurant did their best to help. Driver turned up to house then drove off. Restaurant confirmed the driver had forgotten the order. Driver marked as delivered and never returned to the store to collect the forgotten order. Appalling service from just eat
