missing straws for drinks no sauce for nuggets food like warm just another normal order from McDonald's

Food was cold. Burger was dry, even with extra sauce. Iced latte was just a white coffee with ice - and so bitter!

Not great at all didn’t even bring our correct order when questioned he said he didn’t seem to know what to do about it.

Chips were cold. No sauces included even though selected.

Time kept changing as courier decided to collect more orders and deliver before us.

Haven’t sent my chips I orded 3 meals and one didn’t come with chips and a fruit bag instead, the chips are literally crunchy every single one.drinks have spilled. I would like a refund

Ordered a coffee but got warm milk only, no coffee at all. Extra bacon slice on pancakes was grey and fatty

ordered 2 breakfast meals didn't get no food just drinks that was like discoloured water not even hot chocolate very disappointed 😞

I order a sharer box of nuggets and only got 15 instead off twenty

Some of my order was missing and when I tried to get refund on the items what was missing I didn’t get it and the food what did come was all cold wrong drinks was put in also

my drink had leaked and split the bag open and there was Fanta dripping everywhere as soon as the delivery man had given me the bad now I only have half a drink not very happy with this delivery.

Delivery driver was one the phone why dropping off my order and didn’t even talk which I found rude

80% to 90% of the time when we order from ilkeston order is missing items and looks unappealing to eat and is luke warm fries are soggy 90% of the time

how can you give drinks and no straws and my milkshake taste like mint

I recently ordered three large milkshakes; however, two of them were only half full, and the third was even less than half full. This is unacceptable, especially considering I paid for large-sized drinks. This has never happened before and surely won't be again as I will not be ordering from you again

stone cold just for a change!! fast food but cant cook it fresh and keepnit warm within a 5 minute delivery. absolute joke I shouldn't need to use the microwave to reheat the meal!

Drink went all over my cream carpet due to the paper bag breaking as it was wet through because of the little straw hole at the top and bad driving!

Every single time I have had food from this particular McDonald’s the food has been STONE cold and I have had over half my order missing. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I have never been so disgusted by a restaurant

Really busy, as you would expect on a Saturday in London. Food ok, not the best but not the worst McDonald's we've had.

Ordered McPlant meal, veggie wrap, veggie happy meal and chicken nuggets. McPlant burger wasn’t there at all, happy meal had chicken nuggets not veggie dippers. Happy I get a refund but I want my food not a refund. Won’t be ordering from here again.

stone cold, ordered a pie which is usually hotter than the sun inside and even that was cold. chips were horrible and tasted like they were a few days old.... last time we ordered it was rubbish but this time has topped that - well done McDonald's 👏

Very poor, placed an order for delivery-this place should be shut down. Cold food and part of the meal missing milk shake more like angel delight mixed with water. When contacting them over this issue, they said nothing could be done about it. Not McDonald's, I remember it being.

Food was cold when arrived delivery was at my house and left my food at McDonald’s so had to go back and get my food when he finally delivered my food it was cold and my order want complete as my breakfast wrap was missing

My order was very dismal, as everything was "STONE FLIPPING COLD", particularly nothing to actually eat at all & not only that there was missing items from my order too. Very disappointing, especially when the cost is at it's high & they treat their essentials like 3rd class waste. McDonald's should be ashamed & start considering a different approach on how they do business. Better to be shut down or get Gordon Ramsey involved!!!!

Ordered a £30 order tonight at 7:30. Waited 3 hours for them to just cancel it. I tried calling but the number was busy. I can just assume that they had turned the phone off. Wont be ordering again.

Burgers, fries and chicken nuggets cold, McFlurry half melted on arrival. Food 25 minutes later than requested. When food arrived it didn’t have any of the extras on the burgers that were ordered. This is the second order, months apart that has arrived stone cold

Only issue was my cheesy bacon flat bread had no bacon
