cold food!! waited a long time for the food too

stone cold, ordered a pie which is usually hotter than the sun inside and even that was cold. chips were horrible and tasted like they were a few days old.... last time we ordered it was rubbish but this time has topped that - well done McDonald's 👏

Didn’t bring straw or napkins, didn’t bring one of the hash browns i ordered

food was cold apart from the drink the pancakes had no syrup on them and i was not given a refund

Food arrived completely cold and there were no dips with our chicken sharebox, should've been 4 in there. That's honestly shocking, given how much money it cost. Never again.

so we did an order and there was x 2pancakes missing for my son's birthday , McDonald's tried to say it's not there problem , when clearly it was , wouldn't recommend as the driver should have checked too

My order was very dismal, as everything was "STONE FLIPPING COLD", particularly nothing to actually eat at all & not only that there was missing items from my order too. Very disappointing, especially when the cost is at it's high & they treat their essentials like 3rd class waste. McDonald's should be ashamed & start considering a different approach on how they do business. Better to be shut down or get Gordon Ramsey involved!!!!

Very poor, placed an order for delivery-this place should be shut down. Cold food and part of the meal missing milk shake more like angel delight mixed with water. When contacting them over this issue, they said nothing could be done about it. Not McDonald's, I remember it being.

delivery was very late, ordered it at 1:45 didn’t arrive until past 3 o’clock and food was missing from my order

Food was cold when arrived delivery was at my house and left my food at McDonald’s so had to go back and get my food when he finally delivered my food it was cold and my order want complete as my breakfast wrap was missing

Ordered a £30 order tonight at 7:30. Waited 3 hours for them to just cancel it. I tried calling but the number was busy. I can just assume that they had turned the phone off. Wont be ordering again.

Absolutely disgraceful food stone cold took over 2 hours to be delivered and still came cold. Couldn’t eat it absolutely disgraceful service today.

Burgers, fries and chicken nuggets cold, McFlurry half melted on arrival. Food 25 minutes later than requested. When food arrived it didn’t have any of the extras on the burgers that were ordered. This is the second order, months apart that has arrived stone cold

Only issue was my cheesy bacon flat bread had no bacon

No straw for my drink and no dips sent

our food was picked up at 6.10 pm.. only just delivered now.. at 6.50.. its all cold and milkshake is melted.. why has it taken 40 minutes for a 8 minute journey

Foods cold, the bag is soaked due to a drink that has been slipped, looks like it’s been left like that for a little while as the happy meal box it’s wet too

The driver was at the restaurant for over an hour and when I rang the store they told me no delivery drivers are in store ( implying our order had already been taken) within 5 minutes of getting of the phone with them the order was sent out and when the food was delivered it was stone cold so had obviously been sat in the store for over an hour

Over an hour late, cold and items missing.

Been to this McDonald's a few times the past year and EVERY TIME they get the order wrong. Just Eat drivers also tend to gather here like a gang of pigeons. Save yourself any hassle and go to another Maccies a few miles up the road.

Food was cold when arrived the drivers are taking too many orders on at once that’s why the food we ordered was cold.

The cheese burgers were cold and not edible - they were also squashed flat as though pressed under a weight. two were thrown away as they were inedible.

Delivery driver delivered another order before ours and then got lost so food was stale and cold!

I placed my order at 17:45. It was then approved and estimated for 18:25. The estimated time constantly kept changing getting later and later! My order finally arrived at 19:45 after waiting 2 hours! To then find everything in my order was freezing cold!

Ordered at 17.20 came at 7 kept changing delivery time food was freezing cold could tell it was stood for a while

you can't really say it's late because you keep changing the time but 15-30 minutes late and the order was missing food it was all cold abysmal

again mcdonalds staff can't seem to pick the correct dips as ordered. this may seem an irrelevant issue but its not when you have an autistic child who will only eat with his dip dip. never have any problems from any mcdonalds apart from ilkeston. they are a joke.

reordered as previous order only brought drinks!!!!! so when 2nd one turns up delivery guys on a moped drinks spilt all over the food split bags one item then gets dropped on doorstep still waiting for refunds ive got for any one questioning why Id bother to reorder I have a severely autistic child that struggles to comprehend and process things that go wrong he was really distressed 🙄

Sat 22/02/25 over an hour in the drive thru 🤬 Finally got food to get home and it was stone cold and missing items ! No apology from staff at the wait over 25 cars in queue people beeping getting angry ! Worst McDonalds ive had the misfortune of visiting. No excuses an HOUR in the drive thru is not acceptable ! Dont bother with this one 👎 Normally would have gone back but im too angry and annoyed joke of a place !

Well it took over 2 hour 15 min then was missing a happy meal and no milkshakes food was cold not happy at all got 3 kids waiting !! Never again worse service ever .
