Sergios Kebab & Pizza in Erewash

I used to look forward to my end of the week treat but recently the food has completely gone downhill the chips have often come cold and dry and the kebab has come greasey and made me feel ill, the kebab had multiple hairs in it tasted as If it was old leftover kebab the kebab was hard and had purple/green dots on certains prices.

Stupid price for not very good food

Open at early convenience, rang ahead ordered medium Donner kebab, can of pop and satisfied v.much with my order so far. Friendly staff with good local knowledge. Thanks Sergio's Kebab and Pizza!

Ordered through Just Eat. Service was fine although a little slow at over an hour. The delivery driver was polite. The burger was fine but the kebab was a little sub standard. There wasn't much meat and the quality wasn't great either. The chilli sauce was pitiful, and closer to tomato sauce than chilli. Chips were overdone and cold too. We had a pizza that was very tasty but not as advertised.

Always a super meal. Fast delivery service. Pleasant staff.

First time I've ever used the place ,ordered 2 pizzas 1, 10inch the other 12inch . They were tasteless its like they use the cheapest ingredients. I'll never use again . £16 wasted.

2 hour wait for what can only be described as an average meal shame as normally a good service

Not used this place in ages. Not likely to use again either, ordered a large chicken kebab in a naan bread cost £9.90. Very disappointed got home unwrapped it to find half tray with chicken other half mostly salad and not much sauce either. I know costs of everything have gone up but at least put some moneys worth in it especially when charging £10. Looks like the other takeaway shops in Stapleford will getting my business in future very disappointed....

Driver parked outside my house, rang me as he couldn't find my address Order was not complete and I had to ring again to get the remainder of the order. This is getting worse and I will be changing my takeaway order elsewhere in the future Nothing wrong with the food but the service is getting worse.

The best kebabs in town! The shish and steak combo on naan with all the trimmings is unbeatable. The chips are also amazing. 10/10 Sergio’s, keep up the good work. 😋👍🏼

The food all in all was lovely. My only gripe is the pool of grease under the kebab. I'd upgraded to naan but couldn't eat it as it was swimming in grease, which is a shame as I'm sure it would've been delicious!

best local takeaway deliverys always on time

A wise old Kebab shop owner once told me there are three grades of Lamb doner meat - Great, average and poor. All I can say is this one ticked all the boxes - quality meat and salad, nice chilli and a soft pitta.

Normally enjoy my kebabs from sergios, ordered online two steak kebabs , one no salad with sauce, one various salad and sauce , both arrived plain no salad or sauce, the meal before this was also wrong, maybe time to find somewhere else

Amazing Food!!!! Ordered through the website as cheaper delivery and less fee than on Uber eats and just eat. The food was amazing you could tell the pizza bases were fresh and followed instructions through the website. Amazing local business that I have been going to for the past year and never failed me! + thousands off options on menu

Well, for the first time in over 11 years a non-positive review. Delivery much longer than told so thought food would be piping hot as a result. Think again. Burgers and onion rings passable, JUST. Warm ish. Chips possibly worst I've had in a long long time. Such a shame.

Never ever order from here they lie and take your money. On the website it said open until 1AM and let us pay and guess what no order but they have taken the money. Good to collect but NEVER NEVER NEVER get delivery you will be robbed.

Been here a few time and when you ordered from here and you ordered the some meals all the the time and ask for extra cheese what you pay extra 50p and there is no cheese just a joke

Ordered a wrap and a Sergio's special. Was staying nearby so a one off visit. The portion size was gigantic and I couldn't finish it. It was ready for pickup ahead of time too. Flavoursome and cooked well. Wish there was something similar to where I live!

Regular good customers. Rang for our usual Friday night delivery order at 8pm and told 45 mins to an hour. Arrived at 10.10pm! Sent packing. Rang constantly from 9pm constantly engaged. Just be honest with your customers ‘Sorry very busy will have to collect’ that will do instead of ruining our Friday night hanging on. Excuse at the door, ‘Inundated’. Will not be for long with this customer service. Unreliable, shame, off to pastures new Xx

Tried this place for the first time. Was informed that the food was on its way at 2155 and would be delivered by 2205. I rang at 2215 to be told it was almost there. 12 minutes later the food arrived, chips were soggy, naan bread was like a wet sponge, the mayonnaise on the kebab meat had solidified like jelly. It was awful! I rang again to inform them and was told I would get a full refund from Just Eat. I won't be trying them again soon.

I'm a regular to Sergio's and it doesn't disappoint. It's a standard kebab/pizza shop with counter for service. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There's a large selection of fast food - pizza, chips, kebabs, wraps, nuggets etc They have a deals menu as well. I typically go there once every 2 months over the last 10 years and never had a bad experience.

Ordered pizza chips salad and sauces, 1 hour to have it delivered, way way too much cheese on the pizza, very greasy and heavy! Chips, too soggy for you too pick up on your fork. Easy delivery and nice chat delivery.

We stayed overnight at the holiday inn where we did not have a good experience. It was 9.40 pm before we discovered this fish and chip shop. The 3 staff were getting cleaned down to close at 10. However we ordered 2 large cod and chips, 1 mushy peas&a small nuggets and chips. All the food was cooked fresh, several people popped in for chips while we waited. The food was salt, vinegared& wrapped to take back to the hotel. It was a shame we came away to eat as I couldn't tell them how delicious it was. The crispy fish were huge & had been skinned so nothing was left. The chips were proper fat home cut chips, crisp outside & fluffy in. My daughter really enjoyed her juicy nuggets too. This place is a little gem. All that food for under £18 and the hotel had wanted £13.95 for 1 club sandwich! Well worth a visit. Great customer service and the shop was immaculate.

Best chicken kebab ever! Aswell of all the other great food, like the pizza! This is my favourite takeaway in the area, especially for kebabs. Definitely worth the money!!

After spending ages explaining a quite simple order for 2 (even had change of staff to understand and agree on order), opened packaging to find, although the correct kebabs were inside, accompanyments were missing or wrong and 'pitta'breads were soggy and falling apart. Disappointed.

Dreadful. Which is a shame as it used to be fantastic. Portion sizes getting smaller and got my order wrong but said it was my fault.

Notes we left on just eat order, was simple, and when food arrived it come wrong, in notes it said garlic and chilli sauce in one kebab, and both arrived with garlic so we had to bin one. Jalapeño poppers just tasted of deep fried oil, Free Garlic bread was nice hence 1* rating.

Good local kebab house that also does fried chicken, pizzas and burgers. Clean with friendly staff a good place to go for a tasty kebab or pizza, the kids really like their burgers. A regular haunt for my eldest

Lovely takeout, decent delivery time and good prices! Food came very hot which was fantastic! Pizza is very tasty, generous cheese which makes a great change from other takeouts. Garlic bread is good. Wedges are really yummy. Very good prices means we keep going back for more

The chicken kebabs are lovely as the chicken isn't heavily flavoured like other places. Also lovely on a naan instead of a pitta. Delivery is also super quick too.

Decent kebabs, variety of options, not expensive, tasty

Orderd 12" double pepperoni pitzza. Delivery was 10 minutes late and I was given the wrong pitzza. However when I opened it there was blue mold around the edges of the pitzza. I phoned them back up explaining the problem and they turned around and say it was to do with the oil they've been using :/. I've never used this service before but I can safety say I will not be using it again. Definitely a waste of my time!😣

Top quality food , I would rather visit this takeaway than one of the main brand chains as the food is far superior . I have no problem in recommending this place to anyone & know that in the relatively short time it's been open it has attracted people from a wider area than most in the game .

This is my second time of visiting, brought train from Peterborough to Toton Centre with a 4 hour wait until my return train, I sought my tea, Segios do have a menu in our messroom and I love the food Very reasonable price..... so whats the problem On the first visit I ordered offer 4 and was short changed by £1, unfortunately I was away from the takeaway when I realised. This time same offer 4 and this time I was short changed by £2!!! Now I would like to think that it was a mistake but twice!!! I am sure Derbyshire standard of maths isn't that bad I won't say they are on the take but check your change!!

Decent enough takeaway close to Long Eaton, pretty easy to park outside and quick turnaround for food. Quite clean inside. Chap taking orders was friendly and polite. Food was decent (Chicken Shish kebab - hot, tasty and fresh) for a takeaway and good value for money. I would happily use again.

We have recently changed our takeaway delivery company to Sergios after a recommendation. We have used them three times recently. .. The choice of menu is fabulous. I can highly recommend the chicken kebabs and the steak wraps! The food is served hot, fresh and with really good quality products. The delivery times are average (about an hour). Really cannot fault Sergios. .. Our new favourite take way :-)

Seriously generous portions, often have to resort to saving some for (later) Ron. Quality is as good as you could expect for the type of establishment, value for money is brilliant, given the quantity of food!

To be honest my son goes here more than me, but we both love it. Who knew that there could Beauchamp a range of kebabs? The meals are awesome value, do you get enough? - put it this way, it is rare that anybody has room to finish the lot off!

Staff friendly and efficient, menu broad, but best of all is the fresh cooked chicken or lamb kebab wi every time.th salad. Mmmm. Excellent

Got my order wrong this time, time before there was a black hair in my chicken kebab and a few months prior they gave me chicken that was still pink! I will not order from here again. Sandiacre needs a new take away

Used Sergio's a few times now and from the pizza, to chips and kebabs it is just consistently very nice. Good delivery times, very inexpensive and most importantly great food!

I eat here at least once every fortnight. Never fails to satisfy, service is good, price is reasonable and food is gery good. They also have a very easy to use mobile site which is a big plus point in my opinion.

Nice clean kebab and pizza shop. Staff were friendly and able to provide advice. On the back of this I went for a medium chicken kebab meal which includes chips and a can of drink. They had explained that the large was very big and that the chicken, while not cubes of breast was instead marinated strips of chicken cooked on a grill. I opted for salad with garlic Mayo and chilli sauce. After a short wait - note there is nowhere to sit - it was delivered in a carrier bag all wrapped and in Styrofoam packing. This kept it warm until I got back to my hotel. Unfortunately no plastic forks are provided which would have been useful.
