Awful hygiene made me feel Ill I ordered a chicken burger and it tasted rubbery would not recommend ordering here lost a loyal customer

Can't comment on atmosphere as never been on. Food and delivery team are really good worth the money.

Worst experience from a takeaway I have ever had, refused to deliver to us even though it says we are available to be delivered to on the app. Tried to explain it that they shouldn't say they can deliver and then refuse too and the manger was rude about it and just put the phone down on me.

This place has gone very downhill very fast. Used to order all the time and spend a lot there. Past few times however they continuously have got our order wrong, this was always resolved before, but this last time we were put through to someone (presumably a manager) and he was unbelievably EXTREMELY rude! Appalling customer service. Never experienced that before but this one time was enough to put me off from the place for LIFE. Will be finding elsewhere to order from in future. Hope they come to their senses and fire that guy, he will run their business into the ground. Also the past few times the chicken had been very chewy, so if you do decide to order from here (though I wouldn't recommend it in the first place), stay clear from the chicken.

Girl taking orders constantly had her fingers in her mouth biting her fingernails to the bone , disgusting Kebab meat , thick , tasteless and red hot Chips - old , unsalted and again boiling hot

This was the best kebab we've had! USA chicken was always a winner but this only just wins - their fries were nicer! Pizza was apparently very good too!

Ordered on Uber eats and after 25 mins they cancelled. Not sure if this is normal but very frustrating to now have to start again! After past bad experiences this place is now blacklisted

Food was very good it was unbelievable

First experience with being new to the area. We had a kebab each and a portion of fries. Fries were really good (unsalted), and the salad and bread for our kebabs were really fresh. It was cooked for us when we arrived, which heightened the quality. We will come again.

The staff are like family and the girl who takes care of you when you call up to order is very clear and understands people with speech impediments 😜

Been having food here for the last 10 years, never had a bad meal yet, good price, polite staff.

Usually Sergios is a great meal but the last 2 meals I have ordered from Sergios have not been to there usual standard the recent meal the chicken fillet burger was not a fillet of chicken and it was very chewy and previous to the the chips looked like a batch that had been done for a while and was very chewy has previously the food always been good

The service was very slow the staff was talking to each other and not getting food ready. They was leaving the shop to go outside talking so the food took along time as I sat waiting

Ordered the “Sergio Special” kebab with salad, which is advertised as served on pitta. It arrived still somewhat hot, but looked like an absolute dogs dinner having been dumped into the tray and smothered in cheap sauce. Worse still, it was served on naan (which I specifically avoid) and had no salad. The chicken was okay (though dry) while the steak was so tough as to be inedible, and the doner appeared uncooked. Couldn’t even eat the “fries”, which were obviously just cheap oven chips. Managed about three bites and the whole lot went in the bin. Avoid this place like the plague.

Tbh wouldnt even give it a one star messed me over 3 times now as i us you because your close but tonight the pizza stone cold took over an hour to come when website says 45mins

when paying by card the food has been left on the floor or the dustbin which is disgusting I totally understand that when delivering distancing is also of the utmost importance however this is why we leave instructions so both parties can feel safe whilst delivery takes place ; we have asked the delivery driver on numerous occasions to not do this but still it's done we have rang the shop but it seems leaving food on the floor or the bin is ok in their eyes hmmmm hygiene standards are worrying

Ordered bbq chicken pizza arrived on time and was very tasty, I would’ve given 5* but for me the pizza just needed to be cooked maybe 5 minutes more that said still extremely satisfied and happy to recommend

Looking forward to my chicken kebab it was awful nan bread cold not cooked chicken cold paid £2.50 for delivery which is only about 5 mins Way so disappointed had a few bad meals now time for a change

Would give zero stars if I could! Just waited for food and it came in a soaking wet paper bag. Food dropped all over as the bag ripped. Called to tell them, purely to give feedback and got told that "food sweats" (if was not just that, it was soaking). Explained that i didnt expect them to do anything as we had already waited a long time for the food and that I was just giving feedback, and the guy literally shouted at me and said "well what the **** do you want from me then?" So rude! Most expensive takeaway in ilkeston too, so paying for rubbish service and to be honest the food we had left wasn't great either!

This place has definitely gone down hill, rude staff & management, our order was delivered with missing food when I rang to ask for my order to be redeliverd with the missing items I was greeted with you can f##k off and the phone was put down on me!!!! Absolutely disgusting service

So I was in the area and I fancied something to eat and this was the first place I saw. I thought great ! I can get a pizza or a Kebab, something quick and tasty, brilliant ! so I parked up. But as I got toward the shop I noticed a guy smoking and spitting on the ground. To my surprise he turned round and he was one of the employees !! He had the t shirt on and everything. My initial thought was “no I don’t think so”. I got back in my car and drove off. Not painting a very good picture of cleanliness. I know I have not tried the food but that was enough for me. If they haven’t got any respect for the presentation of the business then why would they have any for the food they create.

Food from here is very nice and blokes who work there are very friendly. The only thing that stops the place being perfect is that they don't do chicken doner.

Probably the best pizza in Ilkeston. Big burgers, not that good as pizza but still good. Unfortunately chicken kebab and fries is very poor quality. For pizza and cheese burger we waiting 15min so it's not that bad ;) Anyway I really like this place.

would love to review the food but it never came. rang them no answer third party who i ordered from didnt answer to them either. avoid avoid avoid!!!!! only order if your on a diet and you will be satisfied. btw order the invisible chicken kebab it was awesome. is there a option for zero star please google give that option as i feel one star is really a good score for such a poor service #rant over #avoid

The service was terrible. The employees were rude and useless. Items ordered were not delivered, and when we contacted the restaurant to have them deliver the missing items and when they arrived refused to give them to us unless we repaid the full fee. Absolutely terrible.

The chips went down hill then the chicken and now you can't have half and half on the pizza collection deals, partner orders from.work but kebabs are hit and miss...we don't bother anymore ..really gone down hill. Pizzas are tasteless ..shame was lovely when it first opened 😓

Ordered an omelette, trying to make better choice but have a little treat! Omg it was awful! Dripping in grease and made with cheese when I ordered ham and mushroom! So got something I didn't order n made me feel sick! I did complain n was given a new 1 without cheese but even that came dripping in grease n tasted foul! Omelettes are to be fried lightly not in loads of oil! Will not be ordering again

No era la mejor comida para ser honesto cordero shish era como masticar una funda de caucho. . Hamburguesa de burger estaba ligeramente quemada kebab estaba muy grasienta. . Media pizza de ingredientes estaba atrapado al principio de la tapa de seguridad y abajo era ligeramente quemada. El servicio más de pollo estaba parada. . No es la primera vez que hemos tenido comida horrible desde aquí. .

Ordered chicken kebab with salad and mayo came without salad put the chicken on the pitta which they never do on large one refused to replace saying i would have to pay again it was a soggy mess said they would send salad it never came never again told my family they won't use them either

No tiene sentido pedir. Todo lo que tienes es "el equipo se está actualizando" y no hay órdenes mostrando. 15 minutos de espera en el teléfono y no hay resolución.Pedimos la semana pasada llegó después de una hora y 15 minutos; y llegó el frío de una tienda un 1 minutos en coche. Obviamente que están yendo a peor y peor.

Ordered chicken shish kebab with other things when it was finally delivered late the order was right except for the chicken shish I got steak so called the shop to be told they don't do chicken shish and we had ordered off a old menu when we said why didn't you say this when the order was placed was told they wasn't going to change it has it was our fault but how can it be when they took the order???We won't be using these again and the family we where visiting won't be either

Collected an order only to discover once we'd got home the chips were missing. The kebab was very bland with minimal salad. Had gone here on a friends recommendation but wish I'd stuck with my usual. Will not return.

Simple on line process to order for delivery or collection which is great. Extensive menu choice, food waiting to be picked up when stated and tasted good, all at a very reasonable price.

We often order from here if I'm feeling too lazy or disorganised to cook.Their pizzas are great and their kebabs delicious. The kebabs in particular stand out, never greasy and the salad is always really fresh and crispy.The deliveries always happen when they say they will or sooner and the food always arrives hot.

Defiantly the best take-away in Ilkeston always on time and warm and the food tastes great. Don't order from anywhere else
