Great food and great staff should give it a try

Just tried there pizza and it was exactly as I asked for( wellDone, thincrust) definitely a must try 10 10

Had a brilliant experience with these . Food great, sometimes late delivery but that's only to be expected if busy and they do let you know. Never been in so hence o stars x but brilliant over the phone x I always ring them up. Dont trust apps due to extra costs x

Ordered food, they canceled because the driver wants £6 for delivery when I'm a regular and made my partner very upset

A bit tatty and worn out shop. Terrible car park. Looks like a bomb site. Staff OK. Prices OK. Service very slow. Waited 15 mins for peas fishcake n chips twice, despite being the only customer. They forgot the peas and some chips weren't cooked properly. Won't be back.

The Royal Chippy & Pizza 🍕 was of the highest quality I have tasted myself. I've been involved in Takeaway Business for over 20 years from being a manager of Domino's Pizza to local takeaways, but this Shop serves Excellent, high-quality, and most of all, Value for money for money food Keep up the Great Food 👍

These used to be so good, but I will never go there again after the last collection. Got order wrong, and when we got the chicken it was nuked. When I complained they said its done that way to make sure the chicken is cooked. If that's the case, get a new cook.

Not great when you’ve waited an hour for food to call them to be told they’ve just printed off my ticket. Do you not look at your online orders ?

I've been ordering from here for a long time but the food is no longer worth my money. Chicken Tikka that smells and tastes of fish..... go figure. Pizza used to be good but they've gone down hill. Unless your ordering just a bag of chips which are still good then don't bother. Disappointed!!!

Took money and never delivered tried to get a refund and nothing. Kind of disgusting practice.

£20 down the drain as I never got my refund for the order I never received. Absolutely disgusting, and the staff member I spoke to on the phone wasn’t even remotely helpful. Avoid this place.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. My partner and I broke down on M1 near junction 25. They delivered fish, chips and peas to our broken down car in super fast time and the food was superbly hot and delicious. (After 3 hours on the hard shoulder we were getting very hungry and no tow truck in sight. I realized the Royal Chippy was nearby, but, due to brambles, fences and trees, I couldn't get there. That's when I called for delivery...) Thanks guys 😊👍

Food is very nice can't fault it but delivery service is shocking. The past 3 or 4 orders have even well over half an hour late and after giving them the benefit of the doubt 3 or 4 times I won't be ordering again. Waiting almost 2 hours for our food.

Couldn't give 0 stars, so a reluctant 1 it is. We ordered 2 meal deals, only 1 drink turned up. There was no salad or sauce on the wraps, which is a shame as it may have soaked up some of the salmonella. Within an hour of eating, I didn't feel right. Myself and my partner have both been throwing up and peeing out the back since the early hours. Should have known really, as the last order we had from there wasn't up to the usual standard. Safe to say, we won't be buying another takeaway for a while, so yeah, cheers 👍

Been here a few times the food is always good and always enough, delivery on time never had a problem , polite and pleasant people. Value for money .

ordered a good mix of food all very tasty . collectes and they unfortunately forgot to put in the fish cake i ordered and when i rang waa very apologetic and swnt one out to me . great service and great food

if you are reading this then you understand the value of real reviews. The food was over an hour late and after they finally turned up charged us for freezing cold food that I wouldn't give to a dog. Never again!

Took too long to arrive almost 2 hours the cheese on the pizza tasted very cheap and sickly also the chips tasted stale not the worst food but I wouldn't recommend due to slow delivery and below average food

Food was acceptable. But the place is a pigsty, the service slow and some staff not wearing face coverings. There are many better chippies in the area.

Ordered food from just eat. Had a 3 meat kebab with a side portion of chips. Delivery driver turned up early which was good but then my experience sank like the titanic as soon as I opened the door. Delivery driver said that I had not clicked if I wanted my kebab with chips or naan On the just eat website.... Well I couldn’t select This because there wasn’t an option to.Although the description kebab would normally entail some form of bread surrounding meat. I was fobbed off with extra chips on top of the side of chips I’d already ordered instead of a naan bread or pitta. I think in reality they had just ran out and instead of calling me to ask what I wanted or explaining this to me they were just LAZY and fobbed me off with what chips they had left in the fryer. And wait the best it yet to come... the sheekh kebab was soggy, There was about 6 peices of chicken tikka and to top it off there was hairs in it. Basically burned £12. Waste of money!!! AVOID!!!!

Food is very nice but the only reason I won't give a 5 star is because they don't do grilled kebabs.

Food is always great! The only thing that does bother me is that they almost seem to make up the prices even when they are stated on the board, and there menu differently... that's 3 different prices

Ordered two cod and chips with mushy peas... they arrived almost to the minute of the predicted time! Hot, tasty and really well presented even included the wedge of lemon! Will definitely order again - very tasty, nice batter and right amount of chips! Thanks

Went here today for the first time, only had a large chips but they were really good, as good as george's in my opinion. Server was very polite also, and the place looked very clean.

By far the best takeaway around. Food quality is amazing, variety of food is awesome and you can't beat the price. Would recommend. Will never order anywhere else again!

Undeserving of one star for a rating, but had to give this to post a review! Since being taken over the food is disgusting, oily, greasy, soggy & cold on arrival! Delivery is outrageous, over 2 hours late so had to get kids something else to eat as past bedtimes & the driver refused to return food. Service is as bad as it gets, couldn't get them on the phone & after personally driving to return the food, they only offered a small percentage refund! Don't waste your time or hard earned money ordering from this disgraceful, despicable so called food outlet!!

So ordered the first time an waited 90 minutes, ordered the 2nd time thinking maybe they where having a bad day. And it took over 2 hours to get to me... The food is nice though... Its supposed to be fast food...

Ordered a few times and will never go anywhere else. Beautiful food. My kids said the pizza is the best they have tasted. The fish and chips couldn't be any better. My partner loves the kebab from here too. Always busy but food always comes on time, hot, and tasty.

It's only our second visit but wow, I had the chicken wrap with salad and my husband had naan mixed meat with salad and I have to say it was devine, no wonder they are so busy, but still have time to give great customer service, thanks guys.

Pizzas are the best around overall the whole menu is spot on id go nowhere else top bossman.

Ordered from here last night for the first time the chips was dry cold looked like they was sat around for a long time my 10 year old daughter wanted chips and cheese when it arrived it was covered in chilli sauce which burnt her tongue out definitely won't be going here again over £20 spent and the lot went in the bin

Ordered pie chips and peas last night where I discovered pie top was like concrete . Obviously been re heated a few times as no other way for a pie top to become in fit to eat not to mention like warm meat filling . Dog eat what i couldn't and both me and dog and one of my kids violently throwing up and shaking until stomach was clear . I'm not leaving this as ive still got some of so called meal left and will be taking further . Believe me it was disgusting and they will know when they pick phone up

Really nice guys that work here. Top food always hot. Portions have gotten smaller over past few months but still Sandiacres best chippy/pizza/kebab house.

Ordered fish chips and nuggets said they would be 50 minutes it had been an hour and 20 no food so rang back he said the driver should be here and he would ring him. Still no food 15 mins later so rang back and he said the driver wasn’t answering his calls and he didn’t know what to say. 2 hours and 15 minutes later still no food.

I would like to start with the fact that I would have given this a 0 if I could. From the start the order was wrong. The delivery driver then suggested that he wasnt sure if I had paid, when I had in fact paid on card. I was this close to a potential ‘double payment’. We eagerly opened the food only to be greeted by a chicken burger that had at most 1% chicken content. The chips were stone cold and unseasoned. The chicken wings were dry to the bone and immidiately absorbed any remaining moisture from my mouth. The wrap was a tasty. And the cake slices are thinner than an elderly mans hair. We also couldnt wash this abysmal meal down with our drinks of preference as they failed to bring them. I expected better from a local well established company.

Used to be an amazing chippy and pizza takeaway but the quality of the food has dropped recently, the Pizzas aren't as nice and the food as a whole isn't as good quality, the cips aren't to bad though and the delivery takes an age compared to others in the area

not from area and staying for a bit, thought it was a normal chippy but the it was absolutely terrible, food was substandard and not cooked right. the kebabs were disgusting. thought staff were not only creepy but rude. wouldn't go again.

Friendly - tell the staff how you would like your meal. I love the nans, fish and chicken. The food is fresh, hot and tasty. This takeaway has been closed but reopens on Monday 27th March. Opening times will be Mon-Sat 2-10pm. Closed on Sundays. Until 27th April food (not drinks) will be half price on Mon-Thurs 4-10pm. Half price is collection only.
