McDonald's in Kettering

Wrong order this will not feed my family

lovely delivery driver very polite

great delivery, food arrived warm and well presented. my large coke had spilled in the bag but no damage was done to any of the other drinks.

Burger had been dumped in box chips were really cold missing drink

food cold by the time it arrived. 0 stars should be an option!

Food was barely warm when it arrived and this was definitely the restaurant issue as the cheese on both my cheese burger and chicken mayo was not melted like it would be if it had been put onto a freshly cooked item. And no straw for my milkshake either! Delivery driver very professional and friendly

Delivery time kept getting pushed back

got wrong ordered delivered so got driver to take it back and still waiting for my food

Food was freezing cold and looked like it had been kicked around. The drink was in the bag upside down. Definitely not worth the long wait

Every meal was missing half or most of its items even my stack burger had only one Pattie? Only 4 mozzarella stick out inmy share box that is payed 7.15 for both chips were less that 1/4 full and our mcfluffys came in drinking cups

Got sent a Mcspicy instead of BBQ ranch stack burger, obviously the mcspicy doesnt cost as much as a stack burger. I sent a picture to just eat and they wouldnt refund. Incredible service there.

Wrong order delivered and have to wait for a refund, poor service

Cold food, delivery drivers use multiple apps and don't see anything wrong with delivering food that has been sitting in their bag for 30 minutes. don't bother ordering at peak times if you want a reasonable experience.

Ordered at 11am came at 12:20pm. It was cold to the touch when we took it out of the bag. It should not take over 1 hour from both companies to deliver a small order. I'd like a refund please. Thank you.

One of the Managers there, was slightly rude to his customers including myself, I work at a McDonald’s and we should always treat customers with respect and care. This manager obviously didn’t want to be there, waited at the counter for 2 minutes whilst he was standing around then out of the blue he said “what do you want” I politely said “can I have 9 nuggets slightly crispier” as they were soggy last time, to get a “No” and a dirty look, Worst service, to the guy that works there, at our work place we always make sure customers are happy with what they order!

Delivery driver was very nice and kind , food was still hot too

i got handed the drinks and they were on their side and leaked through the bag and spilled everywhere

Frankly speaking this has been my single worst experience ever ordering from McDonalds in my area, and although locals claimed this franchise was better than the other one they are both equally awful. The food arrived late, cold, & incorrect/pitiful

No drink with my meal so was not happy

An absolute waste of money—by far the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The food was awful: everything was cold and dry, as if it had been reheated after sitting out all day. The fries were dried out and almost hard. The burgers had only one slice of pickle, a tiny squirt of ketchup, and cold, dried meat. The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese smelled and tasted like fish, making it impossible to eat. Most of the food ended up in the bin. The Grinch Happy Meal toys were swapped out for paper Jenga pieces, even though Grinch toys were still available in the display box. Additionally, the vanilla milkshake was replaced with a strawberry one.

Missing items AGAIN. Dreadful store

thou 1 items not supposed to have cheese it still had cheese.

We orderd the food at around 5 and it arrives at 6:45

NOT ENOUGH SEATS. Not nearly enough seats in this branch. It didn't help by having the upstairs now closed and several groups of teenagers just sat around (no food or drinks) taking up table spaces. Why aren't they told to leave? Of the (few) seats available for me to use are those horrible high stools. There was a poor toddler trying desperately not to fall off one of those stools. More tables please and no high stool ones !

McMuffin was great but the porridge was totally without syrup or spoon!

First time I've had a order from mcdees and it's arrived still with heat in it 🤣 and with my sauces

everything was stone cold and you could tell that my order was sat on the side for ages chips was all soggy had to heat it all up in the microwave and couldn't eat the chips not even my younger kids would touch them

My order turnt up all missing. There was no main burgers no sharing cheese bites. A missing medium chips and small chips no sauces. The food that did turn up was stone cold so wasn’t eatable as it was hard. Very upset children. The 1 medium chips and 1 small chips that did come was half empty. Very disappointed. And very upset children. What a waste of money. Discusted.

Absolute joke and left my child unhappy. Order £50 worth of food with the app. Received the delivery to find my child's whole meal missing. Tried to use the app to recover it and correct the issue with constant lagging and no success. Next..a telephone call in which they explained that they couldn't redeliver because they 'have nothing to do with the deliveries' all they offered was a refund that takes 3 days..or to reorder the food and pay again..also a free burger if we are in the restaurant.. How many people have had orders messed up!? The kettering staff just cannot get to grip with customers orders.

Absolutely disgusted with McDonald's, had enough, bad enough when you pick up and half your food is missing. Then for once we decide to get it delivered and missing large double quater pounder meal for my son. When rang they were absolutely useless and they said it was nothing to do with them. So all in all paid for food which we never recieved and my son without a meal.

Driver went the wrong route-Food was stone cold

The driver kept driving near my house then back towards town multiple times and took the mick with how long he took. The food was cold, both large chips were practically empty and the big mac burger had a chunk out of it and was folded in half.

food arrived cold, quality was poor. even though delivery was on time we were 3rd on a delivery root which ment our food was cold.

Food arrived cold the drinks were warmer then the food.

Absolutely the worst McDonald”s I have ever been , pigeons walking around inside . Every table was full of left food , no body cleaning them . The staff was talking the whole time to the manager & on there phones . The machine didn’t give me a receipt to leave a formal review/ complaint . Food was then cold after a 20 minute wait

Food stone cold. Ice melted. Inedible. Just Eat do not like to take liability for the temperature of the food, but they are equally to blame. The couriers should not be taking on THAT many deliveries that the food quality is impacted. £28 down the drain.
