McDonald's in Kettering

drinks were all split in the bag

I ordered a mc crispy but instead I got a barbecue and lettuce with chicken. I got to go without my mc crispy as I hate barbecue sauce. however the chocolate milkshake that I ordered actually tasted like chocolate and not a mix of different flavours

Simply put. It was cold. Basically just bought expensive microwave food.

Yet again part of the order missing. No 3 chicken selects in the select meal.

Briefly, mcflurry was melted and resembled milk. The order was that old the bag had gone soggy, and obviously we then had to try and salvage the food. REALLY irritating to see the order get picked up, the courier then travel to the other side of town

The food was not hot. The chips were actually cold and had to be microwaved to be edible. The McCrispy,Chicken Selects,Nuggets and Apple Pie were all lukewarm This is the second time we have had a delivery from this McDonalds and will never order from them again

Staff are really nice and have to put up with a lot. Food is standard mcdonlands fare so can't really complain. Looks a little better now it's done up

Raspberry & white Choccy pie was delicious & the shamrock milkshake was surprisingly good too!

The food was good, but they never give us straws to serve our drinks and the ice cream is open. Which seems unhygienic to me. Otherwise, it's ok.

Ordering 2 meals and having the Fries missing from both is ridiculous.

Brilliant service very friendly and even help me I had my hands full and trying to keep cats in the house he took it upon him self to close the door for me very much appreciated

ordered extra cheese on a mcrispy and it wasn't there. food is cold and my drink spilt. delivery driver was kind to say sorry which was nice I don't think it was his fault tho.

I ORDERED MY FOOD ABOUT 8.45 , IT CAME ABOUT 10.25 , BUT THE WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG, ALSO NEITHER OF THE DRINKS WERE THERE. I SENT THE WHOLE ORDER BACK WITH THE DRIVER. I WOULD LIKE MY ORIGINAL ORDER TO BE DELIVERED AS SOON AS ITS POSSIBLE PLEASE.

Food not warm, in particular the chips were virtually cold.

Ordered sausage and pancakes meal with extra sausage patty, but got no sausage patties at all and the pancakes are rock hard and cold. Not pleased 😤

Order number - 96276 We placed an order, they missed out the burger. Trying to contact the site no one answering the phone. To add we have called 4 times. Contacted the Uber driver who said it’s not their problem. Tried to contact via the app again no help at all. All in all you’ve taken our money and not providing the products. Poor customer service as a whole.

Exceptional service and atmosphere, great staff especially the kind lady keeping the seating area clean this morning. Excellent people skills and very welcoming. Glad we still have this in the town

Food was barely warm when it arrived and this was definitely the restaurant issue as the cheese on both my cheese burger and chicken mayo was not melted like it would be if it had been put onto a freshly cooked item. And no straw for my milkshake either! Delivery driver very professional and friendly

Got sent a Mcspicy instead of BBQ ranch stack burger, obviously the mcspicy doesnt cost as much as a stack burger. I sent a picture to just eat and they wouldnt refund. Incredible service there.

Cold food, delivery drivers use multiple apps and don't see anything wrong with delivering food that has been sitting in their bag for 30 minutes. don't bother ordering at peak times if you want a reasonable experience.

Ordered at 11am came at 12:20pm. It was cold to the touch when we took it out of the bag. It should not take over 1 hour from both companies to deliver a small order. I'd like a refund please. Thank you.

One of the Managers there, was slightly rude to his customers including myself, I work at a McDonald’s and we should always treat customers with respect and care. This manager obviously didn’t want to be there, waited at the counter for 2 minutes whilst he was standing around then out of the blue he said “what do you want” I politely said “can I have 9 nuggets slightly crispier” as they were soggy last time, to get a “No” and a dirty look, Worst service, to the guy that works there, at our work place we always make sure customers are happy with what they order!

Frankly speaking this has been my single worst experience ever ordering from McDonalds in my area, and although locals claimed this franchise was better than the other one they are both equally awful. The food arrived late, cold, & incorrect/pitiful

No drink with my meal so was not happy

An absolute waste of money—by far the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The food was awful: everything was cold and dry, as if it had been reheated after sitting out all day. The fries were dried out and almost hard. The burgers had only one slice of pickle, a tiny squirt of ketchup, and cold, dried meat. The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese smelled and tasted like fish, making it impossible to eat. Most of the food ended up in the bin. The Grinch Happy Meal toys were swapped out for paper Jenga pieces, even though Grinch toys were still available in the display box. Additionally, the vanilla milkshake was replaced with a strawberry one.

Missing items AGAIN. Dreadful store
