McDonald's in Kettering

Food was stale and cold and forgot 50% of our components such as stares and sauces and some fries

i don’t have a problem with delivery but i’ve ordered twice today and both times items have been missing and i’m not happy

Gave us the wrong sauces pretty mid also the share box was just thrown in there not very cash money dawg

ordered £45 worth of food and didn't even receive half my order rang the restaurant and they was rude and responded with its not our problem

Missing food no straws AGAIN no sauces cold not even slightly warm useless never again

Took ages to arrive as The delivery time kept changing. When it did arrive it was stone!

Items missing from order no syrup for the pancakes or jam for the porridge. No checks are made before sending out.

you sent the wrong dip, I ordered sweet and sour and you sent the curry one and my tea didn't make it as it spilled in transit

Food stone cold. Ice melted. Inedible. Just Eat do not like to take liability for the temperature of the food, but they are equally to blame. The couriers should not be taking on THAT many deliveries that the food quality is impacted. £28 down the drain.

When the food arrived, although it was early which was great the chips were cold we had no straws for our milkshakes and we’ve paid for sauces and not received them

Coffee had been chucked in the bag, spilt over absolutely everything and through my entire hallway and all over my table, items just chucked in absolutely careless, food ruined

Ive finally given up on all mcdonalds locations. My last order was missing half the burgers and the rest was either cold or melted. Service is beyond useless, never had a good experience and got what I ordered.

i ordered at 17.52 and time quoted was 25 - 40 minutes - food finally arrived cold at 19.15!

Just got breakfast and two peoples were totally missing. Come on, it’s not that hard to read the list? Disappointing for people as now it’s stopped delivering and there’s nothing I can do so had to give up mine. Frustrating. There’s always missing items but this was the worst. Won’t be ordering here again

I ordered in-store at the order machines. I waited over 20 minutes for a single 20 box of nuggets. Which had been missed. And still had to wait 10 minutes at the counter to be served and ask about my missing order. And when I got them they were cold and like cardboard. Highly unimpressed. As a chef myself I can see no reason to make a customer wait 20 mins for a single item and absolutely no excuses for them being served cold. It's unacceptable.

Food and drinks was freezing cold because my driver was 40 mins late, half are drinks were empty from “spills”

driver was absolutely useless I told him where to go for directions he didn't listen at all and both drinks were spilt because of him so we didn't get our full drinks food wasn't hot because of him I had to go out in the middle of the street to find him

We waited over half a hour for 2 coffees as I ordered them to the table due to my partner being disabled. Only when I asked I got the coffees, they were cold and only half full, when I took them back they said that's how they come but I've never had that before, very unhappy with the service and attitude of the staff

This wasn't the delivery drivers fault but there's only an option to say "spilt food or drink" - Mcflurry put into the same enclosed bag as an unsealed/leaking red hot coffee. bag wet through and mcflurry completely melted and also liquid. This is basic food prep, don't put hot in with cold or frozen, the temperature will equalise.

All but the vegan burger was cold, not remotely fresh so impossible to enjoy the meal - waste of money sadly.

Food was a bit cold but apart from that great👍.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered on the in store app. Just a plain chicken wrap with lettuce On receiving the wrap I could smell mustard on the lettuce, returned it straight away as allergic to mustard. NOTHING ON THE IN STORE APP TO SAY IT CONTAINS MUSTARD OR ANY DRESSINGS. Had to ask a memember of staff to produce a allergy leaflet. !!!! These leaflets should be on display at all times! Or an the app. Ordered a plain chicken burger, bun and one piece of chicken, while waiting for my order I witnessed the cook put rubbish in the bin push it down then immediately handled my burger, I felt sick to the stomach 😫 asked for the manager who was unavailable 😡 so no results. Nobody came to see me at all. Not one SINGLE PERSON IN THE KITCHEN AREA HANDLING FOOD WORE GLOVES!!!!!!!! Have written a letter to the environmental health. A very disturbing experience. Walked out in disgust still feeling sick. 😪

My food come and was the wrong food. When I rang up to explain all they said was sorry and I could have my money back. 17 working days later & I’m still waiting for my money back. I’m so annoyed! & unhappy with the come out.

food was incorrect to what i had ordered unfortunately, arrived cold. drink was also spilt and came with no straw. i’m not entirely happy, i understand but i’m a student and the price didn’t add up to the service

The upgrade looks a lot nicer, but at the cost of seating, which is really inconvenient for a place located in the town centre.

It says its delivered, but its not. I ordered it around 18:10 and it originally said 18:30ish, the estimated delivery time has moved back about 25 times since i placed the order, and now its gone str from 'preparing a driver' to 'the foods delivered'

delivery time kept extending - which is somewhat fair but food arrived ice cold and considering its McDonald's chips and a burger , most ended up in the bin as was awful to reheat

The order was never delivered and at the 2 hour mark said it was delivered me 11 year old son was crying as he’s waited so long, I then had to cook for him after he earnt this take away for it to never show but just eat stated it had been delivered

I don't understand why people don't do them job properly. I'm a regular customer and every single time I order food from them they do miss something or send me wrong food ... the straw never come with the drink, and the new cups are very soft you can't even pick them up and drink because they never send straw. Need to stop order from McDonald's as is very disappointing. Today they miss my fries and straw for the drink .
