fries were cold and rubbery wrong size burger no straws or napkins could not eat it and the chocolate thick shake was like water no flavour

Once again failed to deliver all food ordered, shocking not good enough.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered on the in store app. Just a plain chicken wrap with lettuce On receiving the wrap I could smell mustard on the lettuce, returned it straight away as allergic to mustard. NOTHING ON THE IN STORE APP TO SAY IT CONTAINS MUSTARD OR ANY DRESSINGS. Had to ask a memember of staff to produce a allergy leaflet. !!!! These leaflets should be on display at all times! Or an the app. Ordered a plain chicken burger, bun and one piece of chicken, while waiting for my order I witnessed the cook put rubbish in the bin push it down then immediately handled my burger, I felt sick to the stomach 😫 asked for the manager who was unavailable 😡 so no results. Nobody came to see me at all. Not one SINGLE PERSON IN THE KITCHEN AREA HANDLING FOOD WORE GLOVES!!!!!!!! Have written a letter to the environmental health. A very disturbing experience. Walked out in disgust still feeling sick. 😪

My food come and was the wrong food. When I rang up to explain all they said was sorry and I could have my money back. 17 working days later & I’m still waiting for my money back. I’m so annoyed! & unhappy with the come out.

food was incorrect to what i had ordered unfortunately, arrived cold. drink was also spilt and came with no straw. i’m not entirely happy, i understand but i’m a student and the price didn’t add up to the service

The upgrade looks a lot nicer, but at the cost of seating, which is really inconvenient for a place located in the town centre.

delivery time kept extending - which is somewhat fair but food arrived ice cold and considering its McDonald's chips and a burger , most ended up in the bin as was awful to reheat

It says its delivered, but its not. I ordered it around 18:10 and it originally said 18:30ish, the estimated delivery time has moved back about 25 times since i placed the order, and now its gone str from 'preparing a driver' to 'the foods delivered'

The order was never delivered and at the 2 hour mark said it was delivered me 11 year old son was crying as he’s waited so long, I then had to cook for him after he earnt this take away for it to never show but just eat stated it had been delivered

I don't understand why people don't do them job properly. I'm a regular customer and every single time I order food from them they do miss something or send me wrong food ... the straw never come with the drink, and the new cups are very soft you can't even pick them up and drink because they never send straw. Need to stop order from McDonald's as is very disappointing. Today they miss my fries and straw for the drink .

Drinks were spilt, and drinks were not in sealed bag - driver arrived on a bike. Did he remove the drinks from the sealed bag to fit them in and caused them to spill in transit?

We got are drinks and no food what so ever! For the charges I get for the convenience of using just eat, you would think they wouldn't forget the food! Check your bags as quickly as possible but I bet the driver is already gone before you can do anything then all you can do is request a refund. I don't want a refund I want my food I ordered. Fed up of using just eat now and will not use again.

Food didn't arrive delivered to 15 Dorothy road. Map issue shows dorothy road as the correct address which should be 96 Margaret road. Not even similar. Driver should have used another map system to deliver the food to the address stated on the order it's not that difficult. I've reported the issue alot. I have now had to go out and get my food my self lost money potentially on the delivery fee and i'm inconvenienced and kids are extremely late having dinner.

Drippy staff that seem to be zoned out rather then helping serve customers.. they hardly look at the till area ad you see a lot of Uber drivers annoyed they get ignored aswell. It's like I'd you come in you have to use a app or a touch screen as staff do not aknolage people at the till so you have to call "hello anyone working" most stand like a meeting of manakins in a store room. The managers really do need to train the staff to be prompt to humans at the till area. I rate this the worst mcdonalds in the country as they have too many stuff doing nothing but chatting to each other and helping themselves to coke. Rather then seeing people at the counter. Reported to head office aswell.

I recently visited this McDonald's and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was correct and served quickly. Late delivery said delivered when not

Not only was there a massive deviation from the estimated delivery time - fine, restaurants get busy - but the delivery driver took so long that the food was cold and the ice cream melted. I understand that it's a tough economy and you have to work two delivery apps, but paying £20 for inedible food is a bit of a waste of everyone's time.

Food okay, cleanliness poor. Male toilets disgusting, highchairs still had food from previous customers on and in ir. Bins full in female toilets. Not healthy in a food environment.
