El miembro del personal que prestaba servicio era una señora (! ) de aproximadamente 45 años, cabello oscuro, unos 5 ’ 2 y el peor problema de actitud que he experimentado en el sector de la hostelería. Ella estaba estafando a varios clientes mientras que ella estaba haciendo mal sus pedidos. Era lenta, grosera e increíblemente hosca. Tampoco había ninguna razón real para que ningún cliente fuera sometido a esto. Nadie fue grosero ni siquiera le preguntó por qué preguntas incómodas era francamente odiosa. Le pedí un rollo de salchicha y su respuesta fue “¿bueno cuál?” Ahora, estoy familiarizado con Greggs, pero nunca me han pedido que elija un rollo de salchicha específico... así que le pregunté qué quería decir y ella dijo “bueno, ¿quieres uno vegano o uno normal?” Y puso los ojos en mí. Estoy bastante seguro de que no quería uno vegano que fuera con mi bocadillo de tocino, pero la humillé respondiendo a uno “normal”... .. ella absolutamente usó la terminología frontal allí, pero en mi opinión está más que rectificando. Algunos clientes esperaban ver a una gerente para quejarse de su actitud. Si eres tan infeliz en tu trabajo, entonces cambia de trabajo. La única estrella es que la encantadora jovencita que estaba sirviendo y haciendo todo lo posible para mantenerse positiva mientras trabajaba junto al miembro del equipo desde el infierno.

First class breakfasts. I've had several! Always great value for money and the service quick for walk ins. Very lucky to have this Bakery a short walk away. Excellent!

NO COMAS AQUÍ. Absolutamente asquerosa comida llegó 2 horas tarde, luego recogieron la comida y dijeron que me transferirían mi dinero de vuelta, nunca lo transfirieron de vuelta. Luego mintieron en mi crítica diciendo que me comí toda la comida y reembolsaron el dinero. ¡No lo toqué 21 libras por nada dicen que conseguirán que el gerente llame pero nunca un comportamiento impactante cerró este lugar!

Food swimming in grease, 2 pieces of sf chicken both with no chicken on usually most takeaways give u 1 good piece and 1 with barely any meat on...I got two crap pieces which looked brown inside and donner meat with a puddle of grease at the bottom of tray, chips were nice but that's it

I’m absolutely embarrassed with the behaviour of staff, I was scanning my shopping with my mother and my 2 young children. A staff was looking us with very angry face. As soon as we noticed her we just ignored her and started scanning my shopping. After I want to scan a pineapple she came and said I will do it, I said to my daughter in Greek come next to me bc the staff was going to touch her! The member of staff looked at me very angry and said what? I answered I’m not talking to you! She replied you are rude! I called the store manager and explained the incident and asked him from the staff to apologise for her disrespectful behaviour towards me infront of my children and he turned to me saying that this is not gonna happen! We will investigate. Is a shame to treat people- clients specially when they having children like this!

Ordered waited an hour and a half chased apparently a power cut. No food coming and a 7 day wait for a refund absolute joke

No whoppers available only tiny kids burgers. Decided on the crispy chicken burger absolutely appalling. Burnt, mouldy brown lettuce and slimy old tomato. Cold fries literally thrown into the bag so basically we got a huge brown paper bag full of cold soggy fries. The cheese bites looked like they had been kept warm since yesterday. Come on guys how hard is it to serve fast food? We’re not talking gourmet French cuisine Michelin Star food here. It’s FAST FOOD! how on earth can you ruin a fast food burger. Complete waste of £25. Everything went in the bin! I didn’t dare eat it.

Went to drive through twice home delivery once drive through had to wait 20 minutes second time they forgot order all together home delivery cold food

Came here yesterday at rush hour with the family and went in to see that business was definitely booming it did take a while to get our food but I had a lovely fruity grimace shake and we got some overcooked chips and the lad at the till gave us some freshly new cooked ones for free and let us keep the old ones which were actually quite nice happy birthday grimace and I will recommend this to all the alphas around
