The men are predators, came in to get some food with my girl mates and the workers are being very inappropriate calling us sexy, making us feel really uncomfortable.

Took an hour to arrive and food was awful.

Pizza dough was undercooked and quite unpleasant, would have far preferred it to arrive on time and properly cooked. Will order again though, nop complaints about the garlic bread, chips or the pizza topping itself, just the undercooked dough

The food was devine as always, I love the pickled cabbage, it is incredible. The lamb was cooked perfectly and so tender and flavoursome and it pairs nicely with the mint sauce.

Really lenient in finding us! Great customer service and constant communication.

This place is a total joke. Ordered food one evening for my wife and i, not bad so thought we would oder again tonight. Put the order through, was accepted so all looking good. It was a full 10 miniuts later that a really rude guy called to tell us they don't deliver to our address. After politely informing him they delivered to us only last week so I didn't understand the problem we were told to f☆☆k off and hung up on, still waiting on the refund. Please save yourself the bother and order from somewhere they are atheist polite

The best kebab around and the meat never fails to disappoint.

placed order at 8:33 pm finally arrives at 10:11 after requesting a partial refund I was ignored and the kebab meat turned up pale like it was under cooked not to mention not even so much as an apology. I asked the driver if they were busy and he said no not really...

Even though delivery is about 7 miles away my food arrived hot. Very prompt delivery and tasty food.

I ordered from this place and it was incredible the chips tasted fresh and the chicken was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside will definitely will be coming here again.

I ordered from this place yesterday and I have to say that the food was on point.The garlic chicken wrap was delicious and the pizzas were on point. I will definitely come here again without hesitation.

I was recommended flames and they weren't wrong! everything I've ordered so far is delicious. My personal favourite is the chicken kebab with fried onions, peppers & mushrooms. I usually add one of their crisp, dressed side salads too as an extra. Always polite on the phone and willing to tweak the menu slightly. Friendly delivery drivers too

Short changed again! Such a shame. Great food otherwise. The biggest part of the order was omitted, despite us checking that part of the order was fulfilled. Charged for the full order.

I've been there a few times with mixed feelings Defenetly recommend 8 wings & chips I had a chicken burger with chips 3 times from there. 2 timebi woken up middlenof the night sick from that chicken. possibly wasn't cooked properly 1x i had pizza, which was okay, but the young guy behind the the till try to overcharge me when i asked double pepperoni double chese, saying its extra topping cost +£1 Price wise, it's expensive now with the interior pricenwent up again

I ordered 1.5l of original coke and got 1.25l of Diet Coke, not too significant but the kebab was chewy and a bit over cooked

Ordered online to pay when food arrived with link sent to phone as have done many times in the past. No link sent. Food arrived, driver couldn't let us had our food until it had been paid. Driver called Flames. Passed the phone to me, after I received a mouthful of abuse from the guy at flames for not paying when they sent the link (even though i tried to explain to him that i hadn't had a link sent to pay it! - i even showed the driver my phone with my past order links paid on there), guy at flames said he had to put the order through a second time to send me a link and strangely enough there was a couple of quid added on! I asked about this (the receipt in the drivers hand was the same as my online order) and the guy at flames said it was delivery charge which was already on the receipt!!! So now after abuse from the guy at flames, luke warm dinner for family and friends and flames adding on a couple of quid just because he was annoyed!!! NEVER going to them again!

Very disappointing, arrived freezing cold and not a great standard at all. Soggy burger, was not worth it at all. Won't be reordering.

Delivery was on time and food was hot. Kebab contained good quality meat and love that the salad and sauce comes in separate pots. Generous portions as well. Very happy and would order again

Took about an hour to be delivered, which ok it’s Friday night but came and chips were lukewarm at best and kebab wasn’t too hot either, thought was expensive for what I got. Bit disappointed

Food was good but Pizza was cold by the time it arrived and felt like it hadn't been transported in an insulated bag or similar

Paid just under £20 for a cold pizza... was disappointed with the amount of meat on the pizza too. It's a shame as it could have been really nice.

Food was late but it is a Friday, was also a little cold but the quality and taste was exceptional. The customer service was good too, I asked for an additional sauce in my burger and the guys sent a free pot for me to enjoy which was super appreciated. The driver was also super nice. Will buy again.

Their pizzas are outstanding, and there's a huge selection of them! If you're local, try the Harborough Fat Girl pizza. It'd be rude not to! And their timing is impeccable, food is always ready on time!

Food was yuk chips tasted like they had been put in microwave sauce seemed watered down the chicken in the burger well what can I say I mean chick the bread bun was soggy can of drink was god tho even the pudding had chucks of ice on it so it had Been defrosted and frozen again and let's not forget the driver said he was gonna come back with my change and didn't come back so ripped us off so we got robed ordering from this place first time I've ever given less than a 4 star review not good atall please take in mind u will get bad food and lose alot of money

Most disappointing takeaway!! we ordered 2 wraps, one of which was £14. Spent £27 in total including delivery. We were handed 2 small wraps with barely any salad and cold meat. We have ended up having to cook and wishing we didn't bother. AVOID if you don't want tiny portions of poor quality food.

Never been this area before, stayed at travelodge. Ordered a pizza and steak kebab on pitta. Really really nice, my wife had the kebab and she said that's there is loads and it was very nice and I had the pizza and it was really nice, I would say nicer than the pizzas I get from my area. Food was fast getting to us granted mid week so don't know about weekend. I would 100% order from here again spot on.

I ordered delivery from this place and there was a hair in my pizza, forget about how oily this pizza was. called the shop and the guy was like maybe it's your hair!! And he said next time I'll give you discount! He actually belives I'm gonna order again!

Food didn’t arrive as ordered so we rang them and was told there was a misunderstanding. Not sure how because it was ordered on there website! They were not interested in correcting it and the food that did arrive was terrible and went straight in the bin! Certainly wouldn’t recommend.

The quality of the food is not great. I got a take out and it was ok to eat however the fries were soggy.

They tell lies, they don’t send food out then make out the customers lying…. Will never use again! Spent hours arguing them.

The best kebab I've had since circa 1990! Loads of fresh veg, several jalapeños and and a proper chilli sauce (not sweet!) Perfect. Thank you.

Absolutely gutted this evening, I’ve been using these guys for at last the last 10 years and they’ve always made fantastic donners delivered right to my door in one of Harborough’s surrounding villages. Tonight everything changed. Ordered our usual order, waited around thirty minutes and received a message that we’re now too far away to deliver to at around 5.5 miles. :( So disappointing, hopefully it’s just a temporary problem with delivery drivers.

Not great considering the prices are quite high. Chips were under cooked and the steak kebab was really fatty. Took over an hour to deliver. Won't go here again.

I order every Friday same order for long time And they mess up every time I order just get a lump of grated cheese and was told I’ll get a free order when I ring up again and to get told I’m not aloud as they don’t know what I’m going on about Spend 20 pound plus every week have been for long time and now they just lost a regular customer because of the poor understanding and communication. Shame really as I like there food.

What a bad experience. Unfriendly is an understatement. Bid sign saying cash only, no cards. I saw 2 potential customers leave after asking if cash only is really true in this the electronic cashless age. I paid cash and got our food. Kebabs were ok. Nothing special. Too much salad and the salad isn't well chopped, too chunky. Chips over salted, limp, under cooked. Not a place to use twice. Don't recommend.

Upon ordering over the phone I had to ask if there were any deals on pizzas which there clearly wasn't and then I asked to pay over the phone man said he would send me a link to pay but never recieved this. THE PIZZA'S WERE TASTELESS, A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY £20 00 AND TO TOP IT OFF WE BOTH HAD BAD STOMACHS THAT NIGHT AND FOLLOWING MORNING. ABSOLOUTLEY DISGUSTIÞNG DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH

Shocking the chicken was raw I rlly wouldn’t be surprised if it was rats and not chicken. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone took an hour an a half to arrive. I’ve been told that you have a rat infestation.

ordered takeout for delivery this evening. when it arrived the driver was pretty much in his car already before I had even opened the door. then when I get everything out of the bag my chips are missing. ring to say about this, but could tell they didn't really want to resolve the issue as just offered to give me free chips on next order (hardly free when technically already paid for them). told then I wanted my chips now, you could tell weren't happy with as had to travel back to desborough. 45 minutes after calling , the chips finally got delivered but were stone cold. when called to say about this, excuse was that the driver has many deliveries. I mentioned the food should be in a hot bag, not just on the seat. all the guys argument on the phone was that he got the chips to me. even the rest of the food that was initially delivered was horrible, absolutely soaking in grease on oil, and the garlic mushrooms were disgustingly dry.

Order took nearly 2hours!!! When it arrived everything was cold, garlic bread was literally just bread. Didn't even get an apology. Will not be ordering from here again!!!!

Food arrived earlier by about 10 minutes which was appreciate. Chicken burger meal was delicious, real flame grilled chicken, hot on arrival. Chips were fine and drink was cold.

Kept me sane and fed through the pandemic and beyond with their home deliveries. My treat of the week. Bloody lovely.

Used to order from here years ago but the food quality went downhill. Decided to give them another chance end of last year and it was good.... the first time. After that there was always something missing. The final straw was just after Christmas when I ordered food for 5 people and there was a whole kebab missing and they wouldn't bring out another because it would take 45 minutes despite living just a 5 minute drive away. Customer service is also very poor, try to fob you off or tell you its on the way when that isn't the problem you're phoning about.

I am LGBT. Harmed nobody all my life and just want to live my life. But the 2 men who served me humiliated me and laughed and sneered as they ridiculed me. Why come to a tolerant country like ours to destroy the self esteem of people who live here. Horrible people- LGBT folk, take your money elsewhere

The delivery driver screamed at my daughter to pay her on delivery even though she had already paid through just eat. They will not sort it out even though she has proof that she paid twice that night, once through just eat and once to stop the delivery driver screaming at her. They will not sort it out, and just eat are not replying to any complaints through there website, and not accepting customer service calls presently. Beware of these guys!

I do not recommend!!! The food showed up missing 1 persons meal, when I called to tell them, the response I got was a rude "well what do you want me to do about it!?" because even though I definitely ordered it and I definitely heard it when he read the order back, they have the nerve to claim it wasn't on the order to begin with!!!!!

Tried to order online, but was put off by the service charge. What is this service charge for? Probably to compensate for the credit card fee which is against the law. Unfriendly staff. Warm drink. Chicken kebab had a good taste but most pieces were too dry and whole kebab too expensive. Tomatos and onions too chunky. Used to be a good take away but not anymore. I won't visit again.

Lovely, nice food. Good service. Good banta. Plenty of food on the menu. Would recommend if you’re hungry
