Didn’t get cookies that I had paid for or any crispy onions or cheese on one of the sandwiches and the sandwiches were cold

Missing items as always and it’s the same every time food is always hot or cold if that’s what you have asked for but if you get a drink don’t get to excited because it most definitely won’t be there I definitely believe they do this to save on cost and they are smart about it too as they only do it with the meal deal so that you can’t even claim it back in claims on the app because it will only allow you to complain about the full meal deal and not a missing item in the meal deal

Staff don't no ongoing offer ! I waited half an hour just them to rectify offer then there system gone off just a bad service .

I have gone in 2 times to claim my free food through subway points as they reset, but second time i went in he denied me of food due to me not going into his store for the points that i get, i have only just started working in market harborough and this is the service i get, on top of that last time i got charged 60p for bacon even tho they admitted i shouldn’t have been and they just said they can do nothing

Don't bother trying to redeem your subway points, they say that your card doesn't show on their system even though they can print a receipt which shows your point balance. Very interesting... Reading the reviews other people have also had this issue. Maybe because letting you redeem your points doesn't let them make any money?

food was cold as anything when arrived. may aswell of stuck it in a cooler bag with ice!

The bread was dry and the sandwich looked like it was assembled with a slingshot. They don’t let you use the subway rewards to redeem items with points. Avoid

Really nice staff-- helpful when I forgot a sub, came back, sorted it, no problem. Everyone there is very very nice and helpful. Cannot complain! Good work guys! 😉

Food was stone cold! And I mean fridge cold. I ordered 40 quids worth of food that is meant to be hot. Tried to call the store but no answer.. asked for a refund via just eat and didn’t receive anything. Absolutely disgusted!

Great, delivered on time and we all enjoyed our food. Would be good to be able to completely build your own sandwich from scratch (there's a build your own option but you still need to choose a pre set starting base such as ham). Loved the fact we could pay cash on delivery, a great option.

Subway Market Harborough. Always accept the order when they don't have anyone to deliver it! Always get a message saying "apologies there wil be an unexpected delay" they are totally useless! When the food turned up it was limp and hardly any fillings. Subway sandwiches used to be that you could barely close the bread but now they look empty.

My food was VERY squashed and the roll was wet from the steam and being in a plastic bag

I ordered a sub toasted and when it came it felt like it had just came out of a fridge, I had to air fry it at home, I also paid for extra cheese but got barely any inside the sub.

Food is always cold when it arrives, also things are often missing and when you call them they don't answer. Gave them a few chance to improve but I won't be ordering from there again. Always late delivery with no apology from the drivers.

Service at Subway has improved greatly recently compared to previous times where I've had an entire meal missing. Now everything arrives, nicely prepared (rather than looking like it was thrown together in a tornado) and service from the delivery team is always pleasant.

Don't remember the server's name but he assembled and packaged my order so poorly that half of the footlong sandwich I ordered had slipped out of it's wrapping and splatted all over the floor and my clothing. The incompetent employee had a smug look on his face the entire time and his vengeful expression was extremely confusing as I was a first time customer, I don't really understand what his issue was. I was gracious as to not demand for a compensation however when I gave him feedback on improving his assembly technique as I was leaving, he instead decided to blame me by saying my order was too complex? What about a meatball marinara with 2 sauces, lettuce, olives and onion is complicated to you??? Worst experience ever and will not be coming back here. That employee ought to be sacked ASAP.

Toasted sandwich? Not toasted and cold. Specified non contact delivery, it was contact. My hash brown bites were cold soggy and overall the actual sandwich was just awful. Not as good as when ordered previously.

Order was incorrect, dressing wasn’t on the salad!

Ordered the foot long meal deal. Delivery was late. Sub was cold, as were the inedible potato crinkle wedges. Also, I had specified I’d like cheese on my sub and also paid for extra cheese…there was no cheese at all on it. Sub was dry (nacho chicken) and I’m afraid it all went in the bin. Cookie was fine, so that was my lunch. Extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately I ordered a large and only got a small, and they sent the wrong crisps. When I tried calling no answer. Had to request a refund but I’m not sure how it works. I only need a part refund as I never got a large… disappointed this time. It’s not the normal though.
