NO COMAS AQUÍ. Absolutamente asquerosa comida llegó 2 horas tarde, luego recogieron la comida y dijeron que me transferirían mi dinero de vuelta, nunca lo transfirieron de vuelta. Luego mintieron en mi crítica diciendo que me comí toda la comida y reembolsaron el dinero. ¡No lo toqué 21 libras por nada dicen que conseguirán que el gerente llame pero nunca un comportamiento impactante cerró este lugar!

Absolutely dreadful. Please, do not go here. Worst take away I have ever experienced. Ordered a chicken tikka wrap with garlic mayonnaise. Turned up after 1 hour and 10 mins of waiting. Then i unravelled what was the most disappointing thing I’ve ever seen. Soggy. Wet. Wrap. No garlic mayo on it. No salad on it (which I asked for). Nothing. Ate it in 5 bites and then drove to McDonald’s immediately after. That’s how bad this was. This literally made Mac Donald’s look like a gourmet restaurant. No lie. PLEASE DONT GO HERE.

Tried something different tonight and was not disappointed! Went for the 2pc chicken with chips, kebab meat and a drink and it was an absolute bargain! The chicken was amazing! Loads of chips! Loads of kebab meat! And all hot and fresh! A new favourite for me!

Food was perfect! Absolutely loads of it as well! All arrived nice and hot. Spot on! My new favourite place to order from! X

Food was absolutely lovely! And loads of it! No complaints whatsoever about that! Unfortunately, they called saying there had been an accident so my order was very late! I'd still order it again because it's so nice! Hope the driver was ok!

Worst service ever, took longer time to deliver yet my orders are not complete. I put a call through I was told reach out later because they are busy after explaining to them about my missing orders, lastly the pizza taste bad

One of the best takeaway ever. This is the one of the best takeaways, a £65 order for my family delivered in 20 minutes. One of the best around been here since I was a kid and still the same owner. Well done lads!

Lovely kebab ask for more salad then meat get it right every-time friendly staff too

My kebab was a solid 9/10. If there was a tiny bit more salad you'd get the extra point to make it 10/10.

The food was absolutely delicious & the driver was really lovely. Forgot the salad but everything was so perfect it was fine.

Disappointed tonight, I have ordered this 4 times previously and gave 5 stars, the mixed kebab was smaller than before, the lamb sish was very chewy, there was very little Donna meat, it says £1 delivery and it was £2.50 on check out, it also charged 50p bagging charge which I never had before , not sure if I will order again.

I placed an order for 7:30pm as that’s when me and my partner were due to arrive home. I then received a call from a family member saying my food had arrived 45minutes early. Pointless ordering for a specific time as they don’t stick to them! Came home to cold food :)

Don’t know what’s happened to paradise these last few weeks pizzas have been stiff & crust hard. Bring back old pizzas

My pizza was burnt, the garlic sauce was too watery to eat, the delivery man sat in his car for what seemed like 10 minutes before he noticed I was waiting at the door. Pizza just lukewarm. Not a great meal all in all.

All the food was cold, the pizza was mushy and the kofta kebab was definitely not kofta by the taste. The food was so late. A family member down the road ordered 30 minutes after me and both orders came at the same time so obviously the restaurant left our food out until theirs was ready so they could deliver them at the same time. Delivery man was so rude and just said “where’s the money” and left.

Almost a hour after getting the txt i got a manky cold keebab and stale chips

Didn't receive my food and the place was closed when I rang to enquire were it was. Please expect a guy asking where his £17 is in the morning! WTAF!

Meal deal with pizza and kebab.. kebab had no sauce no salad just nan and meat driest thing ever! And then the pizza was undercooked base was very doughy! Will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered 20 pounds worh of food said it was free delivery but still charged me 5 pound for delivery food was cold when it arrived would not Order from them again rip off 😒

The driver literally told me “come and find me” he was 3 streets away. I called gave him more directions. He called 2x and drove past my house twice. I told him exactly where to go and it took him 45mins to find me. My food was cold after that. He didn’t even apologise. Disgraceful service !

Food was cold, lack flavour. No taste

I ordered 2 kebabs. I left a note to ask for no naan or chips just extra salad on one. It came with a naan which I can’t eat. And a small amount of salad. Although tasty I am disappointed and still hungry.

They changed delivery time once ordered meat was more quality and little in portion.

My wrap came with one strip of meat and some lettuce, It was tiny.

Large chips was a bit tight, I wouldn’t of called them large. But they were nice, and hot when we got them.. and the pizza was lovely. Good food and decent prices.

Cheapskates, ordered garlic bread with 2 toppings, and the actually cut the peroni in half and put half a piece on each triangle!!! Well never going back, wow never seen owt like it

Was the 1st time I ordered, and ordered my usual mixed meat with chips. Mayo and salt and vinegar on the chip, mayo on meat and chips. And came perfectly as ordered, even in a naan too which was a 1st for me. But will be ordering again soon!

This is the second time that I ordered pepperoni and again none on but this time it was both pizzas not as we ordered not happy about this one could live with but both not good in fact wife just binned hers cause it had chicken on and she not like chicken

I ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese and mushrooms when it arrived there was no pepperoni

The food was fine but kind of bland. The "Hot Spicy" pizza was missing the green chillies and was not hot or spicy whatsoever, and the chicken tikka pieces didn't have much flavour. The "Paradise Special" was better, mainly thanks to the seekh kebab which added some much needed flavour. The food was ready at the collection time given, which was 25 minutes from ordering.

Ordered from here a lot, always disappointing to be fair, there’s always bone in kebab. Ordered tonight and all of us found melted plastic in our food, didn’t eat it. Previously me and my brother ordered kebab and chips on just eat, they sent naan bread and had ago at my brother saying if you pick chips and kebab you should know you get naan not chips. One last thing, I have low blood sugar and I passed out outside their store while my brother was ordering and they accused me of being on drugs lol. Overall just don’t order literally waste of time and money.

The only 2 issues I had was the pizza was burnt and I couldn't eat it and was chucked the kebab was nice but hardly any donner meat in the kebab more salad then anything I thought ide give it a try I did read about people's pizzas being burnt on feedback and I should of listened I wouldn't order from here again I wasted money ordering from here allways read recent feedback

Tried Paradise today for the 1st time and I can say, it definitely won't be the last!! Food was amazing and so delicious! We had a slight issue with missing food but the restaurant had it rectified under 15 minutes. Thanks guys and we look forward to ordering again.

The food is unbelievably tasty I mean... 💦 Good 💦... just double check if you're in an awkward delivery place they know in advance that's the only reason they'll be late 😊

Food came early but our 2 12” pizzas were burnt

the food was cold chicken strips over cooked impossible to eat so basically the meal went in the bin the driver went to the wrong address can't say anymore it was waste of £20

First time ordering from yourselves and we will be ordering again my other half and I really enjoyed the food and it was great value for money!

The mixed kabab was good. I ordered onion bhaji and got a samosa. I wasn't calls to see if that was okay. Just a wrong item

Kebab was tiny for a ‘large’ lettuce was brown. Came with naan instead of chips as asked along with tomatoes which I stated to not have - luckily I’m not allergic! Honestly, gross for £7.50.

Food tasted like the nights before just reheated (we place a preorder for when they opened)

Food was lovely, arrived well in time. Driver was courtesy and caring upon arrival. Food was warm and arrived well packed. Only issue I had was I felt the chicken strips were very dry and the batter was hard but the rest of the food was amazing... I would definitely order again without hesitation.

Have to say this is one of the best kebabs I have ever had! Brilliant!!!!
