Excellent coffee. Friendly professional staff. It was Easter Sunday, and they offered a free pastry to customers towards the end of the afternoon service. Nice touch and impressive to see that the staff and company were trying to cut back on food wastage.

Lots of people mention the slow service, that’s doesn’t bother me as long as the food is good. We have had several meals from there and none tasted that good, but the last was awful, it wasn’t dry or off, it just tasted horrible, looked disgusting, We couldn’t eat it and it has put me of chicken for a while. The fry’s aren’t good either ☹️ We won’t be going back sadly - KFC used to be my favourite

I don't know whether this place is dramatically understaffed or the staff are just slow. I used the drive through tonight. They take 6 car's orders, stack/park them up and then bring them their food out one by one after a 15+ minute wait.

3 people eat yesterday there all of them had food poisoning!! Never coming back! No wonder why is so empty there

Lived down to my expectations. Shockingly bad. I'd give no stars if I could.

not one member of staff was capable of keeping up with orders. they seemed to be easily confused and bags were filled up with the wrong items. I don't mind waiting for "fast food" but when its getting to the 30min mark its gets a bit infuriating. lots of shouting from the staff but not a lot of listening. if you don't mind getting others food this is the store for you. this one needs a spot check and a secret shopper not good enough. staff seem poorly trained or they just seem dis interested or not bothered.

Very poor experience. Arrived at 1 PM to a completely empty restaurant, to then be ignored for 10 minutes. When we were finally asked for our order, the drinks machine was broken. There was a mini fridge full of cans of pepsi etc, so I requested one of these instead of a drink from the machine; to be told that these could only be given to deliveries. Extremely unhelpful staff who clearly couldn't have cared less.

No fries, the frier was broken so had an extra bottle of Pepsi, not a problem, no corn so would I like another side ? choice of gravy or coleslaw ok I'll take coleslaw, my loyalty card would not be accepted !! get home and I have four tubs of coleslaw 😣 so I think three stars is about right 😁

Great place to come to be ignored, it seems they're not interested in taking orders off customers. Ever since this branch opened it's been absolutely terrible for customer service and waiting times for drive thru and food orders are unbelievable.

Getting increasingly disappointed with KFC. We went in this particular branch in Netherfield, stood. There 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. We walked across the road to Mac Donald's. This is the third branch of KFC that I have had issue with. KFC used to be my go to fast food in fact when my dad was poorly and we spent long hours at the hospital I particularly lived off fried chicken, but I feel I can't recommend it any more

Food ok ... had no large cups so got a medium and a small to make up... wasn't particularly busy but still took a while for food to arrive, but was fresh and hot ...

Absolute Joke, waited for 40 mins for 2 boneless banquet for one , then every other car after me was told to park in the car park, Never again !!

Very very poor service, incredibly slow. Waited for ages in queue and even longer for food. I’ve had many KFCs so know how long it should take, this place is well below average I’m afraid.

Never got any chicken seen as it's 24 HR visited twice in one week having same the same issue .. food is cooked in over cooked oil so the food smells horrible and also the batter is always under cooked

The wait for the chicken you have is because we prep cook and serve the food ourselves, we are not considered a fast food service we are considered a restaurant however if you are left waiting 10 mins or longer without notice the restaurant is sure to be apologetic and in some cases may upgrade your meal to a large, the reason kfc Netherfield gets such a poor out look is because every customer believes that we are a fast food restaurant. Awful. Waited 25 minutes in an empty restaurant. To then get back to work and see that I am missing items from my order. Staff didnt seem to know what to do. And zero leadership. I couldn't tell who was in charge. Avoid!!

Just got back from the Netherfield store with half of the order missing. Been trying to call and no one is answering... Maybe I should have checked but maybe they should have done the job correctly and got my order right to start with. Have been hearing a number of complaints about this restaurant and now sadly know why. The service was so slow and it wasn't even busy. Not happy! Having to now drive back to get the completed order.

Total garbage, typical of todays fast food outlets. Myself & 2 teenage daughters were out in the campervan for a few days & decided to use the ease of a takeaway/fast food outlet. Turned up at KFC 9.25 Saturday night when they close at 11pm (having just left KFC 3 miles away near the racecourse as they had no fillets left, sides limited to coleslaw only, no Crushems & at least a 10 minute wait for chips) Only to be told that ALL this KFC had left were 9 pieces of chicken, no Crushems or anything else, i commented that it's only 9.25 & you don't close until 11pm. I feel sorry for the staff, really poor management. We left & ate elsewhere. I didn't want to give any stars for the rating but it won't let me continue unless i add at least 1 star !

There is nothing fast food about here. I could have cooked a Sunday roast in the time it took to be acknowledged and served. Not particularly friendly staff, not very clean. One poor member of staff taking orders preparing food and distributing the orders. Unfortunately there isn’t another KFC nearby otherwise we would not come again. I think they need some competition to gee them up rather.

Called into the drive-through at the KFC, sat for 5 minutes at the service point to order, no reply so went to delivery window sat for a further 10 minutes till a member of staff finally came to the window stating that had to go round again!! I informed this staff member I had been sitting at the order point for some time and at the collection window for some time as well! He started again that I should go round again but stuck to my guns and insisted that my order was taken! All this fuss for a zinger burger!! It's not as if the place was packed out! I will be not visiting again! Terrible staff terrible service.

I love a Boneless Bucket, just finished eating one in fact. The young gentleman behind the drive through counter was both friendly and helpful but he forgot my gravy.......this upset me as I drove home to eat my order and only then found no gravy. I shall check next time before I leave. I say next time because I will go back, these things happen and that gravy is delightful. See you soon KFC

Ordered 12 boneless feast £18.99. Took the order home;opened it.....order all wrong. Boneless chicken had many bones and the popcorn chicken was missing. Took it back to store they apologised..and then told me I would have to wait 15minutes. I told him my experience....within 3 minutes he had gathered my order. He gave me extra popcorn chicken and 2 bottles of drink and I jokingly said got in is that order correct.....he smiled and apologised again. No harm done......until I got home and found that my order was correct except the order we missing 4 pieces of boneless chicken. I wasn't going to go back again this evening,choosing to eat what they had given us....but I will be going back to the store tomorrow. Really poor service.

From previous experience with KFC, it's not always a good one. I have to say this time at this branch the customer service was very good. The only reason I am giving 4stars is they didn't have exactly what I wanted and I had to wait a while. However it was worth the wait as it was very fresh

All very well but if they are cheating on the KFC flavouring in the batter mix to make it go further you're not serving up the original KFC. Not once but several times half the chicken is just batter with no taste.

This is a sad KFC. Slow service on multiple visits and generally feels unclean. The staff rarely smile and often can be seen smoking outside from inside. I'm about to go inside just to see if it has improved........I'll update in 10 mins......

Food is ok, When its not out of stock. Three occasions I've been here and two out of those three occasions they've had no gravy, No pots of BBQ, No napkins, No wet wipes. This is only at mid-day. Can't blame the staff for that though. However....The service is poor. Staff can be ingnorent and so so so slow. 20 mins from paying for my order and getting my receipt to actually receiving my order. Previous visit, It was 30 min. We always spend more time waiting for food than we actually do eating it, Seriously....It wasn't even busy. There was three of us in today. A guy before me, Me then a guy after. I'd hate to be there when rush hour hits. One can't help but wonder, after reading all these reviews about the poor customer service, general lack of stock and poor waiting times, What the area manager would be doing about this establishment?

The last few times we have been there always something not available!! Today no corn no hot drinks and food not hot! Won't be using you again 🙁

When i was visiting this KFC i wasnt sure whether it was a chicken shop or a chicken farm, it took that long to get my zingers. For a while I thought they must be rearing this chicken from birth it's taking that long. So sincere was my dissapointent, when I eventually got my stacker box meal and lifted the lid from my gravy I nearly fell off my chair. This KFC commited the unholiest of unholys: watery gravy. If this KFC was a formula one driver it would be Pastor Maldonado, slow, drippy, full of errors and lucky to still be around.

Food was nice, but barely any chips, and had to park and wait for over 10 minutes for drive through. Also got no napkins or wet wipe in the massive bag they gave me for my one order. Food is nice, service could be better.

This place is disgraceful let’s start with what I ordered zinger box meal large popcorn chilling while I was eating my burger I found a hair in my mouth from the burger the chips were freezing and soggy popcorn chicken also cold I wouldn’t even rate this place a star but you have to to comment really poor hygiene chicken was in plastic containers in the middle off the floor the workers were just completely rude I asked for no ice it come with ice the man that was cooking the food never had a hair net and he had long hair don’t go to this place I’d rather drive a extra 20 minutes to an other kfc than go this one it’s completely horrible 😡😡😡😡

Had to wait ages to be served and then ages for the food. Nothing fast about this food. Very few chips. One pack had about 8 chips in it! Chicken was also very grisly. Not good this visit. Staff were friendly enough.

Very slow service, chicken a bit uncooked, tables were dirty which has been uncleared didn't help as bins were full to the brim. Order was incorrect but was corrected. Won't be coming here again any time soon.

called in here the other day after saying many months ago "never again" and boy was I pleased I did...What has happened...Store clean, staff inviting and guy called J ( poss manager not to sure) went out of his way to make sure myself, husband and grandchildren, who can be very awkward and slow in choosing, were made to feel like a really valued customer and was a pleasure us being in the store. Will now definitely be using all the time and may the chap keep up the good work...only little downside is could due with bit more notice on entrance...balloons....swing sigh etc

After waiting over 35 minutes they gave my order to someone else whom realised at the exit and brought it back then it was given to me minus a drink which I had to ask for, all this and no apology whatsoever. Last time i go to netherfield KFC and their rude staff. Discussing and very unprofessional.

Really not good. There were 3 customer complaints as we waited for our order. No sides available. And when we got home, we found some of the order missing.

The worst KFC I have ever been too. The tables were dirty. It smelled of old chip fat. Service rubbish and had to wait ages for the food and when it came the order was wrong. Terrible.

The world's slowest KFC. Food was good but don't bother if you are in a hurry.

Everything was fine, however we waited for 10 minutes. There was hardly any people, so the staff started to make the food once ordered. But that's not their fault.

First off, why do you only have 3 staff in on a busy lunch time shift? How can my food come cold when I was waiting over 20 minutes for it? And then how was my order wrong? Wouldn't go back again and definitely won't recommend this KFC to anyone, unless you want a cold/wrong order. Many better choices across the road like McDonald's, Chippy, Subway and Gregg's. Has to be one of the worse 'fast' food restaurants I've been to.

Not a good first visit. Went via drive thru and had to wait a while for my order to be taken (no staff on for a Friday night!). No Krushems, no cookies and waited about 5 minutes for payment to be taken and food to be given. The actual food itself was edible. The chicken was fine (boneless banquet) but the gravy was extremely runny and thin. Don't think I'll be back and not what I'd expect from a KFC.

Despite repeated complaints, staff have continually missed ordered items for take aways. Evidently, this must be down to bad management and practices. This situation must improve.

Wasn't busy but got our order wrong to start with. The chicken on all the burgers was like rubber, felt that if I threw it onto the ground it would have bounced back. Table was filthy and the bin was over flowing. Quite diabolical. Did wonder why we didn't use KFC very often then went here and realized exactly why. I'd avoid at all costs. Total waste of money.
