Ordered The big Stack burger with fries Buttermilk chicken bites and a vanilla milkshake all of it was amazing really fresh nice and hot will be ordering again from the Arnold store

I never have a bad experience! I accidentally selected cash instead of card and when I spoke to the manager she was absolutely lovely and sorted the problem out straight away, food was delicious and delivery was very fast. Highly recommend 😊

Food from ohannes is great - especially when they get the order right but they more often get some little detail wrong or missing. If you order delivery don't believe the estimated time - minimum double it. Still great but not 5* any more.

Don't listen to the notes we asked for sauce to be separate as it was first time ordering but food was very nice bit on the semi cold side and get more then enough for the price

Food turned up 45 minutes late. Was cold, Chips were under cooked. Used to be lovely really gone down hill! Delivery driver was rude. Won’t be ordering again!

chicken bites aren't chicken breast - burger nothing to write home about no option for bacon (at all) or cheese on all but one of the burgers. £8 or whatever for one burger in a bun with 2 sauces by itself tiny pot of mayo would need about 5 Edit: everything I said was true - chicken bites aren't chicken breast, only one burger comes with cheese (as of April or whenever it was as I've tried to forget the experience.... they've changed the menu because of this review and then tried to make out I'm daft after the fact - absolute clowns) and chips and drink aren't included with an £8 single patty burger. 'say that to my face' says you - yes very mature. You can now have one star for that. Edit 2: yes very clever - you've now updated your pitiful menu. In your reply to me before editing it you said 'people who are polite get cheese' because there was only ONE burger on menu with cheese. I actually did them a favour by pointing this out. I never said you claimed your chicken bites were made with chicken breast just that they aren't made with it and they're gash as well.

Food was lovely as usual, but the boxes the burger and chips came in really smelt of disinfectant and unfortunately then left a taste on the chips. The burger was amazing as usual though.

The ingredients are cut too rustic, you can’t have EVERYTHING in the burger large like that, i’m not a bear and I got sauce all over me. You can’t cut a thing like that into halves as the maybe ingredients slip out and splat you.

Order was delayed, though we were notified. The driver however was hopelessly lost and I just hope he doesn't pick up our next order.

Always fresh and delicious food from here. the burgers, fries, sides and shakes are all amazing 🤩. the Garlic Ailoi is the GOAT. It's so tasty we always want more then we order. definitely will be collecting from here when we move to Calverton next week, it's too good not to!

Never tried these before but I'm glad I did. It was close to 11pm and I'm glad they were still open because it's one of the best burgers I've had!!. And you get a choice of bun too!. Sourdough. Pretzel or brioche!.I went for the sourdough bun.£11.50 for a double burger and fries!!. Yes please!!..

Left a order note due to a family member’s allergy food arrived covered in seasoning all fries straight in bin to avoid reaction have spoken to store before ordering and advised to put order note on to stop this happening but still happening

Been delivering food to ohannes for months and today decided to try one of their burgers and seasond fries with were cooked perfectly. It was one of the best buttermilk chicken burgers I've had in a while. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and will a be returning customer.

Great staff members who seem to really enjoy serving customers which is great to see. The owner is very passionate and friendly plus his team of chefs really work well together. They open till late too.

Food was delicious. Only gripe is order was missing the strawberry cheesecake & chocolate fudge cake. Rating is based on the quality of food delivered which arrived beautifully packaged, chips crispy with perfect seasoning, burgers were perfection.

Eachtime I go past ohannes burger Arnold I get respected but all the food I have got is always the best and the drinks as well I recommend everyone to visit the shop the customer service is the best and food to match you won’t regret it

Money stolen I made an order for collection for two meals and side from the shop but it was delivered meaning it got home when I was in the shop and the food was cold after I got home. I still decided to give the burgers a try and after a first bite I realised my veggie burger had meat in. I called the shop to sort it out. The person who answered the phone was very rude said they would not deliver the correct order and that I need to pick it up. I lost my appetite and asked for my refund back. This was refused. I was told that if I brought the burgers (both meals) back to the shop I would get a refund. I went back to the shop returned the order (I have a recording of the interaction) and I was still refused a refund or even a confirmation that a refund will be given. The people were very rude and tried to fob me off without a refund. In the end the man in the shop got aggressive because I said I would call the police because I don’t have the right order or the refund. He started shouting telling me to leave the shop and whilst I was making a police report he threatened to “knock me out”. After I left the shop one of the people from the shop were trying to intimidate me by following and standing really close. I did not get a refund but I have a crime reference number to deal with this. The terms and conditions say that if your food was mislabelled or incorrect you are entitled to a new order or a refund but this is not being honoured in the shop. I was a regular in that shop but now I would not recommend, horrible experience. Even after they admitted the mistake they still did not make it right and stole my money!! Update: I can see people leaving the review that people ringing the police for a refund should grow up. A report has been made not about a refund but because of the threats coming from 4 grown men towards a woman.

This guys who rang the police should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and the boss man offered them replacement and everything and still they wouldn’t have it or listen they undermined the boss man in front of other customers Such as me people like this make me sick boss man tried to make it right but the woman was having none of it people these days 🤦

Ordered delivery, friendly staff and great service. I had the butter chicken burger with chips, and it was absolutely delicious! Very accommodating to changes and extras to their menu items. Portions were huge, especially considering the price, great value for money. The burger was flavourful and juicy, the chips were seasoned and crispy to perfection. Highly recommended for anyone craving a delicious takeaway.

Received a text to say food was ready to collect but waited in the restaurant for 15 minutes. The food was then cold and the fries were unseasoned. I called the restaurant to request a new meal and was refused and told that next time I could have free fries. Awful service

Ordered food, waited a hour and a half so decided to ring they had not even started processing my order man on the phone was extremely rood and useless, offered me a poxy position of onion rings no thanx asked for a refund and he couldn't even sort that never again will I order from them

Wow, absolutely wow. The nicest burger I think I’ve ever eaten. So much flavour and the seasoning on the fries is delicious. Will be ordering again that’s for sure. Has cheeseburger, pulled beef burger and also had the stead loaded fries. 10/10 on it all.

very disappointed in the chicken burger was so dry was meant to be butter milk chicken but 100percent was not did not finish the food to dry this used to be good a place but is now going down hill and justeat will not offer me a refund

Not sure what happened this time, usually perfect but forgot the onions on the burger and onions and coriander for the steak fries, only requested no sauces as its usually too much.
