Left a order note due to a family member’s allergy food arrived covered in seasoning all fries straight in bin to avoid reaction have spoken to store before ordering and advised to put order note on to stop this happening but still happening

Been delivering food to ohannes for months and today decided to try one of their burgers and seasond fries with were cooked perfectly. It was one of the best buttermilk chicken burgers I've had in a while. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and will a be returning customer.

Great staff members who seem to really enjoy serving customers which is great to see. The owner is very passionate and friendly plus his team of chefs really work well together. They open till late too.

Food was delicious. Only gripe is order was missing the strawberry cheesecake & chocolate fudge cake. Rating is based on the quality of food delivered which arrived beautifully packaged, chips crispy with perfect seasoning, burgers were perfection.

Food is always hot and fresh, hoping they put more seasoning on the fries cause the seasoning is amazing!!!

Money stolen I made an order for collection for two meals and side from the shop but it was delivered meaning it got home when I was in the shop and the food was cold after I got home. I still decided to give the burgers a try and after a first bite I realised my veggie burger had meat in. I called the shop to sort it out. The person who answered the phone was very rude said they would not deliver the correct order and that I need to pick it up. I lost my appetite and asked for my refund back. This was refused. I was told that if I brought the burgers (both meals) back to the shop I would get a refund. I went back to the shop returned the order (I have a recording of the interaction) and I was still refused a refund or even a confirmation that a refund will be given. The people were very rude and tried to fob me off without a refund. In the end the man in the shop got aggressive because I said I would call the police because I don’t have the right order or the refund. He started shouting telling me to leave the shop and whilst I was making a police report he threatened to “knock me out”. After I left the shop one of the people from the shop were trying to intimidate me by following and standing really close. I did not get a refund but I have a crime reference number to deal with this. The terms and conditions say that if your food was mislabelled or incorrect you are entitled to a new order or a refund but this is not being honoured in the shop. I was a regular in that shop but now I would not recommend, horrible experience. Even after they admitted the mistake they still did not make it right and stole my money!! Update: I can see people leaving the review that people ringing the police for a refund should grow up. A report has been made not about a refund but because of the threats coming from 4 grown men towards a woman.

Eachtime I go past ohannes burger Arnold I get respected but all the food I have got is always the best and the drinks as well I recommend everyone to visit the shop the customer service is the best and food to match you won’t regret it

This guys who rang the police should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and the boss man offered them replacement and everything and still they wouldn’t have it or listen they undermined the boss man in front of other customers Such as me people like this make me sick boss man tried to make it right but the woman was having none of it people these days 🤦

Incredible burgers and super friendly staff!

Ordered delivery, friendly staff and great service. I had the butter chicken burger with chips, and it was absolutely delicious! Very accommodating to changes and extras to their menu items. Portions were huge, especially considering the price, great value for money. The burger was flavourful and juicy, the chips were seasoned and crispy to perfection. Highly recommended for anyone craving a delicious takeaway.

Received a text to say food was ready to collect but waited in the restaurant for 15 minutes. The food was then cold and the fries were unseasoned. I called the restaurant to request a new meal and was refused and told that next time I could have free fries. Awful service

Ordered food, waited a hour and a half so decided to ring they had not even started processing my order man on the phone was extremely rood and useless, offered me a poxy position of onion rings no thanx asked for a refund and he couldn't even sort that never again will I order from them

Wow, absolutely wow. The nicest burger I think I’ve ever eaten. So much flavour and the seasoning on the fries is delicious. Will be ordering again that’s for sure. Has cheeseburger, pulled beef burger and also had the stead loaded fries. 10/10 on it all.

very disappointed in the chicken burger was so dry was meant to be butter milk chicken but 100percent was not did not finish the food to dry this used to be good a place but is now going down hill and justeat will not offer me a refund

food was half an hour late, i both added in the notes and phoned the restaurant to ensure there was no cheese on one of the burgers due to an allergy along with some other notes, all the other notes were acknowledged apart from the cheese as the burger had cheese pretty much oozing out of it, manager is also very rude and unprofessional

We ordered food at 6.34pm. Latest delivery slot time was given between 7.05pm and 7.35pm. After 3 phone calls to the shop it arrived 2 hours late at 9.30pm. The first time we called the ‘fast food’ restaurant at 8.10pm and they said it was already out for delivery, and we should have it within 10mins. We received it at 9.30pm which is far too late for us to be eating. The place is a 3min drive from us! After the third call the lady apologised and said she would have the food remade and sent out as a priority, which to me highlights the fact that Just Eat delivered my food elsewhere. Not impressed. In total we waited 3 hours from ordering to eating and didn’t enjoy it when it eventually turned up. All we wanted to do was Just Eat.

Horrible place!!! The food is always cold, the delivery is overestimated and takes ages!!! When asking about delivery tracking, the customer service keep answering it will come soon, but it ALWAYS comes extremely late and the servers are rude and uninterested in satisfying their customers

The food arrived late was due between 6.30 to 6.50pm but after chasing the order it arrive just after half past 7 cold. However food quality was good I could only put 1 star as it was cold and would have been a 4 star if it was hot.

Got to be one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had, almost 40 minutes late when we literally live 5 mins around the corner. When food finally turned up every single item was freezing cold both burgers chips and chicken bites £30 worth of food had to be chucked in the bin not fit for human consumption!!! Absolutely disgusting service will not be ordering again!!! I’d advise everyone else to steer clear

Appreciate busy hours but my food was delivered 90 minutes after ordering (30 minutes later than est time) and had clearly been sat in the shop waiting for a driver. When it finally got delivered the pretzel bun was hard and the chips were like rubber because it had all gone cold. Not impressed at all.

This place WAS amazing Edit 04/05/2023 This place was amazing however over the last few years as theybhave opened more stores the quality service has massively dropped off. The prices have gone up, burgers often arrive cold and the care that goes into building the burgers had dropped off. I often look over to the store when I wait at the traffic lights by Wetherspoons. Its quite common to see customers and staff smoking in the door way meaning smoke is blown into the shop. The staff thst don't smoke in the doorway are often seen squatting down next to the dirty alleyway at the side of the shop whilst wearing their kitchen whites. I've worked in kitchens and I wouldn't dream of doing this. Disgusting. Sadly I won't be visiting here any more. ***Response to owners comments*** Thanks for the rude response from the owners of Ohannes.... I have no problem paying decent money for decent food... But charging more money when the service received is now sloppy, wet sloppy burgers and cold sloppy food from rubbish service? That's not called whining it's called a previously loyal customer being let down by poor management of your business. If you had any sense you would take the feedback on board and sort it out.

I constantly order from these guys because I love to support small local businesses whenever I can, the food is always beautiful, and tonight they've gone above and beyond after a wrong order was sent to me, we couldn't eat what was sent unfortunately so I called them up and within half an hour the manager delivered my order himself, he was very apologetic, but these things happen and we understand that. So thank you very much, once again the food was delicious and I can't thank you enough! We look forward to ordering again in a couple of weeks! 12 January 2024 Unfortunately I can't make another review so my partner is going to do one for you, so thought I'd edit this one to do one for tonight Ordered on the website and we got 25% off 😅 it was ready in 30 minutes and my partner went to collect it 🙃 It was absolutely amazing, nice to see that this hasn't changed, I still only have the Swiss burger, its my favourite and never disappoints! Staff are always lovely and friendly here, The burgers from this place are great and we wouldn't go anywhere else Thank you X
