this is a really nice takeaway the food is always great. staff are very friendly and service is quick. can’t go wrong w ohannes and this location has no faults in my opinion, 10/10

accompanied by a warm welcome. I had a nice dinner with special bread and delicious meat. I definitely recommend it.

Order for delivery placed at 6.10pm, several attempts to call and after having the phone put down on us several times at 8.15pm we went else where. Never again!

Fantastic burgers for a really good price. Staff are always really friendly too, never takes too long to get your order.

Food arrived 30 minutes late, both burgers and chip's were stone cold. Eventually spoke to the manager who tried to pass off various excuses. Was offered £10 off the next time I ordered, can't see happing. Poor customer service

Writing this reluctantly but this place has been slipping over the last few months. Delivery is slow but this hasn't been an issue as we order with this in mind. Today a "milkshake" was delivered that consisted of watery whipped cream with the ice cream missing. I called the restaurant who insisted that they had put the ice cream in. Delivery of order within a 40-minute timefram, so not enough time for ice cream to completely disintegrate. Mistakes happen, but it's not a helpful response to deny an error. Please see photo as proof. Delivery drivers have always been lovely, though that's the last time we give this place our money sadly.

The food took 2 hours to arrive, it was cold when it turned up and didn't even taste nice. Despite being hungry, I hardly ate any of it because they got my order wrong and the beef was burnt. We used to love Ohannes and always had a great experience before so it's a shame.

Currently having home renovations and so unable to use the kitchen. We thought we would try Ohannes as a quick and easy meal after a tiring day. We were not disappointed. The staff were a delight, friendly, helpful and engaging. The food was delicious and really good portion sizes. We will certainly be visiting again and would highly recommend.

The team here is phenomenal and always make me feel welcomed while recommending the yummiest burgers 😊 their food really brought me a sense of comfort after recently moving here from Canada! Great burgers with the yummiest fries with generosity beyond any other spots in Arnold.

never been impressed with this place, thought we’d try it again as it’s been over a year since last ordered, got food for 3 people and it cost over £50 for burgers that were chewy and taste frozen! chips taste nice but where slightly soggy, i live a 2-3 minute drive from ohannes so doubt it was the drivers fault. quick service but still not worth the price. only thing i would recommend other than not going here is the onion rings!

After a long, cold day I decided to treat myself to a takeaway and I'm so glad I did. I ordered from O'hannes Arnold and not only was the food hot and delicious, the service was exceptional! The lady on the phone was friendly and polite and a credit to the brand O'hannes has gone to the top of my favourites now

Placed order at 5:30pm. Over £45 for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Arrived 3 hours later, stone cold. Restaurant quick to say it'll be 5 minutes...Still waiting over an hour later. Arrived in soggy boxes. Over all, terrible service. Shame you can't give zero stars.
