My partner got chicken and chip for he’s dinner tonight and he found this it’s looks like it hasn’t been cooked properly and it was disgusting

Ordered 3 meals from here. My son found hairs in the meals. Looked like some one just had a shave (beard trimmings) 2 hairs just on one chip. Seems a very dirty place

Ordered food and desert the cheesecake came frozen so couldn’t eat it , phoned to explain and they said that’s how they serve it from the freezer , don’t order deserts they are rubbish

Ordered in store, chicken & pizza. Waited 15 mins. Chicken was piled up in the UV light area. When we received order chicken was just warm, not really edible. Not enough toppings on pizza, tastes very similar to Paradise and Vegas which are based nearby, prefer Pizza hut Dominos or Papa Johns - won't be returning!!!

Incredibly good quality food all around for a very good price compared to major chicken take-aways. The strips and PIZZAS are of notable quality. For a chicken shop the pizzas are better than most pizza only shops?! Delivery driver is very friendly too and I appreciate you delivering all the way from Carlton.

Rude service put the phone down on me cause he wasn’t making any sense when it came to price if delivery, amazing food don’t get me wrong just rude staff.

Always use Chick Chick when ordering via Just Eat. Under the name Jamie. Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery driver is always friendly. I never hesitate when I order from Chick Chick. Always positive reviews on Just Eat. Strip burger, fries, wings and chicken wrap are my favourite choices when ordering food from Chick Chick. Many thanks! Owners always respond back on Just Eat when a customer leaves a review. And they are always helpful when you have to call them.

Wings and chips always taste good and hot . When the wings are small they always put some extra .i always order by phone to collect they never go wrong.

Wings taste fresh but oily, pizza is good quality too. Chips could do with improvement, otherwise good quality

Ordered a large order, food was warm not hot, some of the order was missing and had to wait around half an hour for it to be sent back out. Quality of the food was poor

Chicken is good quality and really tasty, chilli cheese balls are amazing and generally good value overall. Regular customer and never had any issues.

We ordered 2 large pizzas which were nice and hot and very tasty. The shop is bright and clean and airy, and the staff are hardworking and friendly.

Drove to collect it as they don't deliver to our area, very disappointed with the food. Over cooked chicken thats obviously warmed up. Asked for salad and only got a few sprigs of lettuce, they should state lettuce not salad......Staff very rude!!!! Id avoid unless you're desperate and nowhere else is open

When KFC were shut during Lockdown and wanted some fried chicken wings. I had my own reservation but ordered from ChickChick Carlton and enjoyed the taste. The staff were really polite. Definitely will order again from this place.

This is the best take away I've ever had. The chicken is juicy, crispy and very flavourful.Also the chips are just absolutely crisp. 10/10 would go again! Soon 😋😋😋

Avoid at all cost. Just picked up food from here with my friends. The chicken was clearly out of date and basically jelly, the chips were wet and tasteless Over priced as well.

Popped in today for a quick snack. Ordered the zinger burger only three quid. The burger was freshly cooked really tasty and filling. Better than KFC at half the price.

Found a toenail in my mini chicken strip burger and when questioned as to why i couldn't get a new one he shouted get out of the shop.

1 day after when we finished chick chick me and my brother were sicking 5 time and we were very ill and chips are to salty.what chicken do they use its so dirty and after eating them you litterly feel so sick

First let me say I’m really fussy with takeaways. I ordered food last night and the food and the delivery was phenomenal I recommend everyone to try it out.

I ordered a meal deal chicken wings, strips, garlic bread and fries. The delivery came very fast and the food was phenomenal. Would recommend for anyone and everyone :)

Friendly staff great food reasonably priced, I've been treating myself to their delights for a few years now. Can't go wrong on the ckn Tikka wraps. never used the delivery service but they do have one if anyone else is wondering

Excellent chicken, rapid service... No complaints. Been many times over several years, and had roughly 99% satisfaction - a couple of slightly stale bits of chicken, but most of the time it's fantastic. The pizza is also good value and passable.

Gutted. This is normally our takeaway we go to when we can't agree on where to go or what to have! I had not just one but 3 hairs underneath my pizza. It physically made me feel sick and couldn't eat anymore. The 2 stars are purely because I haven't identified any problems before. If it was just one hair I would of said it's easily done and not left a bad review but that looked like somebody had had their hair cut over the pizza boxes!

Bought a meal deal with pizzas, chicken strips,chicken wings, fries and garlic bread for delivery. Everything was delicious and red hot and I am really fussy with takeaway food . The delivery guy was really cheerful and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Went to palace an order and the staff are rude with the attitude and they ripped me off with the price and the food is horrible. They should not even get 1 star.

So much grease you can smell it in the air and see it collecting on the walls, doesn't look particularly healthy to enter the place, does not openly display food hygiene rating either.

Chick chick is my favourite place to order from the food is good and the prices are awesome the chicken strips are amazing.

My husband and I were on holiday in Carlton, Nottingham and wanted to buy takeaway fried chicken. We found Chick chick and the prices were low enough so we bought from there and took the food "home." I ate one piece of what I thought was chicken but it had virtually no flavour and when I got down to the bones I found NOT chicken bones, but a hip joint. Chickens don't have hip joints. This was a "ball and socket" hip joint, like a large rat would have. I reported it to the council who then passed it on to the food safety people (I can't remember the name). However, they did not contact us while we were still in the UK so I don't know what happened. Chick Chick is still open but I will never buy any food from them ever again!

Pizza was absolutely disgraceful, it was so greasy and clumpy. What an embarrassment to the local community, I'd advice you to shut down immediately. Thank you
