Slow night and still Managed to get my order wrong.

Foods always cold! Never again staff have bad attitudes.

Shocking waiting times for food to say they have so many staff, food hardly ever comes correct and is usually missing items. Staff avoid any interaction with customers and blatantly ignore you. Delivery drivers push through the ques and hog the collection points. Food is usually thrown in to your bags and mixed up all loose together. Shocking to say the least, I avoid this branch.

We had to wait for a while for our food, and the order was wrong and was only warm, which seems to be a common occurrence.

I have gone a few times in the past weeks as it was convenient and every time I got attitude from the staff there are not enough seats and food is mediocre at best.

Crap food cold chips they are so successful they have stopped trying and I only go for an ice cream now.

Ronseal Update: as usual these window lickers are incapable of reading a list of food items and getting them all in the bag. missing items again, and then they have the cheek to blame the delivery company and say its not there fault!!! Do the delivery drivers pack and seal the bags??? This place used to be good, but now the average IQ has dropped to that similar to the mouth breathers over on Radford road.

Service is always quick and food hot.

Suppose to be fast food and I waited over 20 minutes at a time that wasn’t busy only one order before me and the food was not up to the standard you would expect from McDonald’s

Excellent friendly service service. Ordered via app and had food delivered to the table. Food arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. Big Mac was excellent. Plenty of seating available when I visited and very clean. Has some parking and drive through. Returned and excellent service and food.

I've ordered from this maccies 5 times through the McDonald's app. On 3 of the occasions an entire burger was missing. Can't get a refund through the app as Uber Eats refuse the refund, so every time I've been left a burger short. Cheers maccies.

I made an account here just to write this review, not only was my food cold but they got there was hair in on my burger ! When I went to ask the staff for a replacement I was met with hostility and refusal. I’m never coming back here as long as I live.

Food was hot and it wasn't too long to wait. Unfortunately it's in a cesspit so the atmosphere was poor.

Ordered a reg toffee latte... at the drivethrough... watched a member of staff make it with the wipped cream on top while I waited at the window.... he passed it and another drink on to another member of staff at the window and needless to say the member of staff never even checked my drink was right and surprise surprise it wasn't a toffee latte...... not the first time this has happened..... I mean there were only two orders at the time...SHOCKING

We used Just Eat: first order missing items, we reordered to keep the kids happy and got a hamburger bap and a cheese burger with out buns. Looking at the reviews, don't risk it.

Lovely double sausage and egg muffin

Absolutely shocking ... walked out after waiting at the counter to order.... six members of staff either looked at me or walked past me whilst I waited to order... all of them to busy talking with each other to even ask me for my order....ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.... not as if the restaurant was busy either only 12 people inside dining.... whoever is the manager needs to look for another job (5/9/24) 9.10pm...

It's McDonald's and I like their breakfasts every now and again. Did not disappoint

App is poor and they don't prepare the food when you arrive as per what the app says. No flexibility from staff and overall just clueless. But I suppose to be expected from a cheap fast food restaurant. Oh no they aren't even cheap anymore!

Visited at 3 a.m. and it's just great that they are open 24/7 and there when you need them. The fact that the food tastes good is a bonus.

I ordered some food including 20 chicken nuggets when I got home they did not put my nuggets in put gave me the dips worst service ever.

Order on just eat all the time staff at this McDonald's always miss items in my orders and very rude staff

Disgusting the Quarter pounder tastes mushy and off worst ever meal from any McDonald's around the globe. It made me sick 😫 had for delivery my smoothie and fanta was damaged and all spilt in the bag which was not on this place isn't up to standard which I'm reporting this to food hygiene council. Made me really poorly please avoid.

Food wasn't fresh again, staff are not overly helpful when I reported the food was cold and not fresh. Always something forgotten on order. Do not recommend at all

Staff who don't know how to or are "managed" to not do their job. That means they take orders and payment then "come back later tills are down for 30 minutes "innit"". "But I've already paid" "Not our problem you need to contact McDonald's for a refund if you can't come back in 30 minutes". What they really mean is "we have a 30 minute delay in prepping food and don't have any space left in the car park" "Instead of being adults who accept their challenges honestly we're gonna pretend the tills are down (but not down enough to stop us taking orders and your money of course)." Exactly the kind of honest behaviour you want in the people prepping your food.

Replace fast food with slower than a snail. Absolute rubbish

Only issue being the soap had spilled all over the floor and i got it all on my shoes and was dangerous to drive and walk.

This isn't a review of the food, I'm sure it is great. However, working as a delivery driver here is shocking. The waiting times for the food to be ready are abysmal. There were about 20 delivery drivers, including myself, waiting to pick up their orders for over half an hour - even for tiny orders. McDonalds seriously need to get their act together, or at least acknowledge that they're short on staff and stop accepting orders. Shocking experience .

Used the drive through and was very good. Staff polite and friendly and service quick and they offered options.

Last 3 times I've been something has been wrong. Chemical taste to the diet coke Missed 2 apple pies This time, no fries with the regular meal I've complained thru the app so many times I'm sure they'll start thinking I'm making it up so haven't bothered this time and instead am leaving a post here.

I am always pleased when I get the fries Hot.but they sometimes forget to put condiments on tray.

Food was cold and chicken burger was squashed

Being a customer of Mcdonalds but also a delivery partner there was one thing which i always appreciated that Mcdonalds acknowledges their delivery partners by offering free drinks when they are on delivery. This is the only restaurant I have been in three different cities I have worked in who refuses to give drinks to you quoting no free drink for delivery drivers and one occasion I asked for just ice and that was also refused. Thats pathetic, wherein restaurants in Oldham advertise McDonalds policy of giving free drinks to delivery partners and discount on food

Ryan and Penny on night shift are absolutely disgusting no motivating staff nothing both with horrible faces no customer service nothing nothing whatsoever

Clean and tidy. Quite a long wait for 2 drinks but my main reason for leaving a review is to ask please that you get your ice machine fixed which seems to have been broken for ages. I come for a cold drink ( with ice as indicated on the menu and as per every McDonald’s) but there is never any available and the answer is always that the machine is broken. It’s a sunny day today as well so would have been especially nice. Surely this is not too big an ask as all other restaurants manage to provide ice.

We waitefld like 10 mins my burger was so hard

Very nice place, it's clean but quite busy especially at the time I went - Friday 5.45pm- despite how busy it was, the wait was very short and the staff were very kind and helpful would recommend to eat.

Visited macdonalds Robinson way in Arnold maxie customer service assistant was really friendly and very helpful would recommend a visit

Manager (blond short haired lady) randomly asked us to sit down so she can take our order for us because there was a long queue for the pickup at counter, so sweet!

I work as a delivery driver and I came to pick up my customer order with a delivery bag...I know ... bad ideea .and..I was stopped by Michelle who looked like a manager or at least supervisor and told me not in a nice way to go to the delivery entrance. I was a bit off I would say and showed her the app order number and told her that I'm a customer which made her quite furious I would say( I guess delivery drivers are not allowed to be customers from her pov🙄) using words as "you delivery people make me sick... shut up, shut up" and eventually being banned to work there( I don't work there much...and I wasn't working at that time..) It was funny at a point because she was keep coming at me pointing her finger hiding her name badge going up and down with words that I will not work there and so on...So if you are a delivery guy don't order there u might loose your job ... Like I did😅

Pretty much the same as every other McDonald's I would have thought.

Very busy always. High demand of burgers and chips here. You never find them free, if nobody is on the shop floor for ordering anything. They will still be preparing food for delivery to home. One of the most loved fast food.

What you would expect from a McDonald's

Ordered my food online They have now got my order wrong so many times my account has been deemed to have "suspicious activity" with Uber eats and will no longer give me money back for items they decided to not give me Waited for over an hour and 20 mins and was given half my order and the warmest thing in the bag was the mcflurry I imagine that's how they stay open. They charge people for items they don't deliver and keep the money. Also they did not stamp which of our drinks was diet. I need to know this for medical reasons and it would be harmful for me to drink the wrong one. This should always be clear on the drink for MEDICAL REASONS. If you have dietary requirements I would suggest you do not order from here as they do not consistently provide necessary information

We tend to drive a couple of miles out of our way to use a different McDonalds as we hate this one. Today, we decided to give them another try to see if they are any better. My coffee was luke-warm and I asked if they could change it. They snatched it off me, handed me another and slammed the window shut...without uttering a word. I guess we keep driving elsewhere then!!! Awful place.

I ordered food to collect and when I received my order, everything was incorrect apart from the fries which is very hard to really do wrong. But the deluxe quarter pounder meal was missing the salad which it is meant to come with, instead I was giving a normal quarter pounder meal which was just slapped together with no care in the world. All the food was cold which isn’t the best feeling when I’m expecting warm food. The service was just abysmal and something needs to be done .

Rude staff, absolutely appalled. Forgot half my order with delivery so came down to retrieve the other half and was greeted with staff members LAUGHING in my face, even the manager.

Lovely place, very busy at times but nice for breakfast, very quick service and food was good. Breakfast deals are super.

Visited around 630pm and the drive through was extremely busy so went in store instead which wasn't much better very few parking spaces available mostly delivery people with 2 or 3 tables in use and about the same regular customer's waiting, great food as usual but no longer fast food 30 min wait to collect my food.

Shocking excuse of fast food. Fast food means fast not maybe an hour or 2 hour wait, just eat have ruined the experience in all honesty stop using them the foods always cold on arrival and I among others never get what we pay for I pay to get my stuff delivered and they share the delivery with as many other orders as they can.

Third time in 6 months they've put dairy cheese on a Mcplant. That's beyond the occasional accident.

The staff were all amazing, it was proper busy hour and I was with my Daughter and two grand daughters, one being in a pram. No tables were readily available and the super friendly staff could see that we were flagging a bit and they kondly asked the parents who were sitting at different tables to their children to combine their clan onto one good sized table. The reluctantly did it but were saying that they had wanted some peace n quiet from their kids.... Don't have children if you don't wish to love 'em and wantntot make memories with them. Amazing staff, decent food and very fair prices, just a pity about some customers. I aint the perfect person but I would always try to think of others. Again, amazing staff!!

All depends what staff are on. Sometimes foods alright, other times u can see its been thrown together.

Super quick service ordered 5 meals through drive thru, and within 2 minutes, the order was complete by the next window. Never had that service that fast from McDonald's this store the best well-done management and team

Artificial food and nothing else!

Service was very slow nearly took 15-20 minutes for us to receive our order considering it’s a fast food restaurant and McDonald is known to prepare food within 5 minutes. Also, they need to monitor restroom regularly as it wasn’t up to McD standard.

Really nice but there was one staff member that was rude for no reason

Easily the worse McDonald's in Nottingham. I had to wait 25 minutes yesterday for my food. Then when I finally got it was stone cold. I was refused the opportunity to speak to a manager in store and tried for over an hour and a half to call to no avail. Fast food, far from it. Cold, slow food.

Always very busy makes fast food not so fast

Another poor service at McDonald's. Ordered food on Saturday having gone through the drive through. Arrived home to find that the drinks were soda water, machine run out of syrup or whatever they make the drinks were. Three out of four meals were wrong. Three sets of chips for four meals....nearly £26 wasted, I thought they would have sorted this poor service out by now, rotten place. Don't try ringing as they don't answere their phone.

Always good quality a rather long wait in the drive through but worth it 👌

Forgot to bag up a few items from our order!

The meat was realy crispeh and and juicy and it saved my belly like rory saves shots at training. Would recomend to Jayden and Alan, service was as quick as owen on the left wing however the atmosphere was like the etihad. Love Jerreh Olutu xx 😍

These cowboys manage to mess the order up every single time. Deliveries are always missing at least one item.

If your thinking of dining in store, dont bother. Its faster to use the drive thru, and there is significantly less wannabe "roadmen" kids. Food is alright. Shame about the ridiculous in-store waiting times.

When I popped in to get a take away we ordered are food was quick and staff helpful But that is where it ended when I got home to find the share box of garlic cheese bites were missing from the order and the mc plant was cold and very disappointing and the large fries were more like a small. Will not be using the Drybrook mac Donald's again

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the manager at a particular McDonald's location. The encounter I had with this manager left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Here are the reasons why I believe this manager's performance was abysmal. The manager displayed a shocking lack of professionalism throughout the interaction. They were dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns, showing a complete disregard for customer service. Instead of addressing my issue with empathy and understanding, they seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist. The manager's communication skills were sorely lacking. They failed to provide clear and concise information, leaving me confused and frustrated. Instead of actively listening to my concerns, they interrupted me and failed to provide satisfactory explanations or solutions. This lack of effective communication only exacerbated the problem and left me feeling unheard. When I approached the manager with a legitimate complaint, they failed to take appropriate action to resolve the issue. They showed a complete lack of accountability and responsibility for the poor service I experienced. Instead of offering a solution or compensating for the inconvenience caused, they brushed off my concerns, leaving the problem unresolved. The manager's conduct during our interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. They displayed a condescending attitude and spoke to me in a dismissive and demeaning manner. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not align with the values of customer service and respect that McDonald's should uphold. A good manager should prioritize the satisfaction and needs of the customers. However, this manager seemed more interested in avoiding accountability than in providing a positive customer experience. They failed to recognize the importance of addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively, which is a fundamental aspect of quality management. In conclusion, my encounter with this particular manager at McDonald's was incredibly disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, ineffective communication, inadequate problem resolution, unprofessional conduct, and failure to address customer needs demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that McDonald's takes these concerns seriously and addresses the shortcomings in management at this location to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences. Sat here at 12:30am Sunday morning and I was in drive thru for 10 minutes which is a long time for a drive thru as the guy in collection window was having a good chat and catch up with the customer in the car. Absolutely fuming, a few people hit the horn myself included and the guy at window just glanced back at us and continued his chat. When I finally collected my food the fries were greasy, cold and floppy, and the white coffee had never seen a drop of milk as it was black. The only thing that was good was the fact that the Big Tasty burger is back on the menu. The whole car park is full of teenagers with loud exhausts and is being used as a speedway to show off cars. There's rubbish everywhere and the place is run by kids.

Been 4 times, 2 times my order from drive through has been incorrect

this is the fourth time we have had the order wrong there but the food is good its just the service

The fries were not fresh but replaced them with fresh ones when asked.

Make sure you check your receipt, was overcharged and wrong order. Will not return tried rectifying it, they got that wrong as well. Meanwhile food got cold. Complained to head office, that was a waste of time as well

ordered breakfast this morning, had to wait around for my food even though i was the only car. then when I went to eat it the food had not been cooked at all. went back to counter and they didn't seem bothered and didn't offer any explanation.

They can’t seem to get an order right.. My last order the majority of the food was stone cold (x3 meals) and the burgers and chips were far too salty.. The last 4 orders before this were even worse, on two occasions they forgot to add the meat to the burgers and one where the burger was completely missing. Missing nuggets, straws etc. It’s the last time we’re using this branch. It’s awful in pretty much every way.

Have delivery every week with family. For some reason, they never send the sauces we order or which come with the food - annoying. Tried to order delivery a few weeks later, they only sent half the order and food was cold. Uber eats only had the food for 5 minutes as we are only 2 minutes up the road. Tried to complain- was told it was Uber eats fault and to take it up with them- obviously they aren’t responsible for the quality of food or for ensuring correct food is in the order. Mac Donald’s refused a refund for food they have charged for and not provided. Few weeks later I’m getting quite impressed by the determination of this branch of macdonalds to provide terrible food we picked up this time, checked the order was all there got it home and the mcplant was provided with no cheese, no salad, no mayo, nothing in the bun but the dry burger itself! Never again!

The food was amazing couldn’t ask for better staff 😍 they all did there job so well and I would happily go there again

Sat outside in the beautiful weather whilst the children played in the play area. Quick table service and the food was hot.

Went 7pm 4 May was disgusting food all over the floor , bins overflowing, all but one tabke had leftovers on them .
