Terrible service been waiting an hour for my food it’s disgusting and nobody can be bothered to pick up the phone.

Really terrible food. Cold fries and squashed burgers. Not had McDonald's for a long time so we were disappointed

This is probably the fourth or fifth time that we've ordered via ubereats and half the food wasn't in the sealed bags. Stop directing us to Uber eats for complaints (which they then don't take action on because they're not responsible for packing) and train your bloody staff.

The staff are bitchy and always arguing creating a tense atmosphere. When you stand at the counter counter, the staff will literally walk past and not even acknowledge you

It's a good place to visit particularly if you live nearby and they serve affordable food with nice quality.

It's a McDonald's what else can you say.

We some time order on line for our meals. By the time we get it the fries are cold. Staff who prepare the burgers forget what should or should not go the burger. Or a sertain item not arrived with the delivery. I find this very poor on food and staff.

Clean and tidy great place to eat.

Still frozen food. I'm not sure how you manage this? Do you stick it in the blast freezer before walking it out to carpark? If you're sent to the carpark to wait 50% chance something will be missing so check before you drive off.

Everything was stone cold, really not happy will be requesting a refund as it all went in the bin

Wrong items, items missing, cold and late delivery

I just spent 22 pound one a meal they gave me the wrong order

you put sauce dips in the chips when the sauce been all over the place and made chips soggy

Driver has given the wrong order and it is less than what I paid for he was too busy on his phone! One of my family members is allergic to the sauce in the double cheeseburger!

Order mcdonald's through the app order was fine it the delivery what done me what should of took a 5 min journey at best it took 15 mins yet according to uber it in the time scale but food was cold these drivers needs better way of keeping the food hot I've have things from places further then this and delivered hot why can't there it just a waste of money

i come in today for my breakfast and i over saw the managers using DISRESPECTFUL and DISGUSTING language towards staff after my visit today. do better.

Food was 20 minutes late and freezing cold. Delivery driver was rude, swearing, we have screen shots of the messages exchanged, saying he wanted us to go to the car when we said multiple times we were unable to because of mobility issues. Threw the food/drink bags at us. Was rude about our driveway. Would be happy to discuss this in further detail and can provide screen shots.

I accidentally ordered the food to the wrong address which is completely my fault. When I realised I messaged the driver which is while he was still at the restaurant. When he rang me I told him the situation but he didn’t understand and marked the order as delivered. Absolutely appalling

The happy meal and cheeseburger was missing so my husband had to go out to get my son's meal whilst his meal went cold.

Item missing from bag called and spoke to manager who clearly didnt care he wouldn't send the item out as he dint employ the driver however he employs the muppet who packs the food who ckearly cant read a list .rest of the food was cold tital waste

Missing most of our order, food was cold, order was over an hour late.

delivery was very good, bags were all in tact and no spillage or crushed items.

my partner was waiting outside for the delivery, saw a car we thought it might be didn't come anywhere near us so thought it must be someone else's, then our delivery was marked as delivered! They are supposed to confirm the delivery code or ring, so hope who ever got my toddlers birthday happy meal is happy! so my partner reordered from his account, it arrived on the second order but missing all drinks and no dips with the nuggets. Maybe your just busy but this level of service is not right!

Drinks wasn’t delivered, food cold, probably due to drivers making multiple drops! The delivery service seems to be getting worse.

Ordered twice off the app and both times I have had items missing. Never ordering again on the app. Even in the restaurant getting drinks wrong when you order a large caramel latte and a medium caramel hot chocolate but get given a medium caramel latte then waiting 10 mins for the hot chocolate and get given a large one when we didn't order that. It's a joke won't be bothering again when all that mc Donald's too is thob it off to a different company 😡🤦‍♀️

I was missing multiple items what a waiste of money

the only good thing was it was the coke wasn’t flat, however the chips were cold and we ordered 20 nugget sharer box but instead we got a cheese dipper share box.

The whole food ordered was delivered wrong. And the delay of driver delivery qas ridiculous. McDonald's are getting much worse. If you cant keep up with delivery demand you shouldn't advertise when extremely busy.

On arrival at the store, the Macdonalds app crashed and said no stock of any items, so we had to go instore to order and collect. My no mayo wrap had mayo. Considering how busy they were, the food came very quickly. The actual food was hot. The store was extremely clean but very cold.

Twice I've ordered this week, once in the evening, once in the morning for breakfast. Both times the main parts of my orders were missing and they don't answer the phone or fix the issue, so I have to go without....thanks Macdonald's Arnold's team

Visited for breakfast to eat inside... was greeted with a warm hello from the lady cleaning the restaurant... but as for any other interaction... the staff behind the counter were just messing about and giggling.. having noticed me at the counter and with no other customers in the restaurant they ignored me for over 5 mins.... so I left and went over the road to greggs and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and a beautiful sausage roll all of which were perfectly served with no mistakes.... this restaurant is shoddily run with no management or dicipline as earlier the same night ( around 1am ) I went to the same restaurant and was ignored for over 5 mins.... THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS TO BE RUN BY ANOTHER FRANCHISEE as clearly the current incumbent are totally useless

WE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER YET AGAIN!!!!!!! I ordered my son a Big Tasty Large Meal with a Chocolate Milk Shake and 6 Chicken McNuggets as an extra. INSTEAD WE GET A FEED THE FAMILY DEAL!!!!!! What is the point of using the app when you still have to wait in the car park bay for the food, this is anything but efficient and this McDonald's branch is anything but dynamic and efficient.
