Love my boss man he is so kind and caring towards me and my friends whilst we ordered .He always puts a smile on my face and makes me want to eat their more with every visit.

Quarter pounder with cheese was missing + the other food was cold. It also wasn’t easy to arrange a refund. Will not use again.

Great chippy food always hot, tasty & not greasy- staff are always friendly and advise on the different options

We went to claim the free mcmuffins and the app wasn't working for anyone in there. Jush (the manager) sorted everyone's orders out and not one person left disappointed. He's an excellent manager and did well in a stressful situation.

Unbelievable find in Nottingham!!! Must go. Best pizza, curly chips and hash browns around. 5* service with lovely lovely staff. Gorgeous backdrop decoration to add to the ambience of the restaurant.

We called the restaurant ordered our food asked for the price he said he’d call back, we waited 25mins before calling back ourselves we then asked him to double check the order which he refused to do. when the food arrived we were missing a large chunk of our order and tried to charge us extra We called to complain And he was extremely rude over the phone and it came to the point of shouting and then he hung up He then called us back and threatened to “f*** us up” (The food we did get was mediocre and not value for money)

The experiance was very nice. Nehaben Dhobi was very cooperative and helpful.

The burgers were huge, juicy and full of flavour. The chicken wings were crunchy and delicious. My son loved his burger. Highly recommend

My grandson accidentally threw his cards he got in his happy meal in the bin and the manager refused to give him some more, so we had to go through the bin to get them out. She was so very rude and laughed at us whist moaning at her staff about us. Was actually a seriel experience. Will never be returning! The young lad working on the floor was so appoligetic! This woman should certainly not work with the public! But being a manager is unbelievable.... This is how to bring a business into the ground by hiring egotistical people.

The staff aren't very friendly. I like to pay cash so I always order at the counter. There is always a lengthy wait for this. They see me waiting but make no effort to engage. I understand that they might be busy however a friendly greeting to acknowledge my presence would be nice but it never happens. The management obviously don't think great customer service is a priority. The stand with napkins and sauces etc is usually messy, untidy and poorly stocked. Fries are always lukewarm and the burgers taste like they have been sat for a while too. Even if you customise! I have stopped visiting this one completely even though the location is convenient. I have filled in surveys and explained how poor this is compared to other sites but nothing ever changes.

Que up to then be asked if we would wait 20 minutes while staff go on break yeah no problem il sit here 20 mins while you close for a 20 minute break we genuinely thought it was a joke turns out its not a joke and the member of staff was not a practicing comedian!!!! but a massive shout out to Ronald mc Donald for looking after your staff and giving them breaks thanks maybe next time we will eat or maybe not who knows when the breaks are 😀

Por último si no te gustan las malas críticas empieza a corregir las cosas y las malas críticas no aparecerán.

Visitado aquí el 8 de noviembre. El miembro del personal que prestaba servicio era una señora (! ) de aproximadamente 45 años, cabello oscuro, unos 5 ’ 2 y el peor problema de actitud que he experimentado en el sector de la hostelería. Ella estaba estafando a varios clientes mientras que ella estaba haciendo mal sus pedidos. Era lenta, grosera e increíblemente hosca. Tampoco había ninguna razón real para que ningún cliente fuera sometido a esto. Nadie fue grosero ni siquiera le preguntó por qué preguntas incómodas era francamente odiosa. Le pedí un rollo de salchicha y su respuesta fue “¿bueno cuál?” Ahora, estoy familiarizado con Greggs, pero nunca me han pedido que elija un rollo de salchicha específico... así que le pregunté qué quería decir y ella dijo “bueno, ¿quieres uno vegano o uno normal?” Y puso los ojos en mí. Estoy bastante seguro de que no quería uno vegano que fuera con mi bocadillo de tocino, pero la humillé respondiendo a uno “normal”... .. ella absolutamente usó la terminología frontal allí, pero en mi opinión está más que rectificando. Algunos clientes esperaban ver a una gerente para quejarse de su actitud. Si eres tan infeliz en tu trabajo, entonces cambia de trabajo. La única estrella es que la encantadora jovencita que estaba sirviendo y haciendo todo lo posible para mantenerse positiva mientras trabajaba junto al miembro del equipo desde el infierno.

First class breakfasts. I've had several! Always great value for money and the service quick for walk ins. Very lucky to have this Bakery a short walk away. Excellent!
