McDonald's in Chesterfield

Quarter pounder with cheese was missing + the other food was cold. It also wasn’t easy to arrange a refund. Will not use again.

Incomplete order for our takeaway again. The Balsamic dressing was missing from.the chicken and bacon salad. We also ordered a cheese and chive dip and 2 sweet chilli dips , all of which were missing. Do staff not check before they send food out. 😡

To be clear this isn't a complaint about this particular store but this is my most frequented for breakfast and it has caught me out a few times . Why does McDonald's not provide milk with tea? It's not available on the menu whereas coffee with or without milk is . It's not on the side in the restaurant you have to ask for it , and when you order delivery to a numbered parking spot it's never in the bag and the server never asks if you want any . When you ask them for some they never have anybin their bum bag and have to go back inside the restaurant to fetch some back out to your car. For everything else that McDonald's are efficient in this seems a very inefficient way of providing us english with a traditional cuppa!

I wasn't going to review however I'm sick of having missing items. Its every order and its like they do it on purpose to make extra money. I won't be using again as I'm not being robbed in this day and age

Pretty quick drive through this afternoon. Order was taken easily and efficiently. 1.99 for a milkshake though.... seems more expensive than normal.

I paid for sour cream and chive sauce, didn’t receive this sauce. Ordered a Mayo chicken and it was dry. I wouldn’t mind if the person on the window knew what good customer service is. All after giving me a drink with the lid only half way on.

I have been to this McDonald's a couple of times and never have I met such a rude member of staff at a drive-thru window. 23:30(ish) on 23.04.21 at J29a I ordered food for myself and a co-worker all service was lovely until I got to the 3rd window - no hello or any acknowledgement of me being there , I had a polite request to have the drinks put in a bag for easier carrying, to which I was greeted with a huff and eye roll. Then it was time for the food, she then did not offer any sauces and when I asked I was again greeted with a huff and eye roll. She said very abruptly open the bag, at this point I had already put the bag down, so immediate response was to put my hand out, she then shouted at me saying 'open the bag' and then muttered under her breath, so I opened the bag back up and (not lying here) threw the sauces into the bag and then stormed off. I am appalled that there is such customer service at the restaurant! P.S the food was delicious as per usual, just I'll mannered staff that brings the rating down on this one.

Drive thru took around 20 mins. But ordered on line prior to arrival so although slow, it was a smooth process. They didn't personalise the burger as requested and the spicy sauce was mainly at the bottom of the wrap. Food was served hot.

Received a leaflet saying they deliver to our area, via Uber eats. Not an option when you ring. So we go to the 24 hour restaurant to drive through to find it coned off. Go into shop to order, get attitude like what are you coming in here for? We want to order and no drive through. System is down is excuse. Can you not serve us and take money, write down the sale and enter later. Not an option. McDonald’s you are a f*****g joke.

A man called Rob & a woman in a visor. Rob guy abused my old dad making my dad really uncomfortable with how close he came up to him, especially with corona going around. Second time a woman in a viser came up and coughed at us and all the spit was stuck in her viser it made us feel really sick so we left and didn’t order. We used to enjoy coming in regularly but the staff are very aggressive now making it and uncomfortable environment so we will go to Chesterfield McDonald’s instead they are nice there.

We visited on Friday evening at 6pm. The restaurant was mostly empty so got a table no problem. We ordered just a happy meal and choose the book option instead of the plastic toy option. When it was brought to our table, there was no mention of any substitutes. However when we opened the box, there was no book and instead a plastic toy in a plastic bag. Very disappointing. We were also not given any napkins so had to ask for some at the counter as you can't help yourself anymore. I was not able to eat anything as all their vegetarian options have been taken off the menu due to a recall, as per the assistant manager.

We arrived at 5.30pm on Saturday evening and it was surprisingly not busy. 5 mins to order food, less time to pay and collect. I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian deluxe burger with fries and Sprite Zero. Nice to get a bbq dip and ketchup dip too.

No manners were used, went through the drive thru, asked for two large coke zeros however they got our order wrong and handed us coffees so we explained that we ordered coke n the woman working proceeded to blame us for the order being wrong when we said two cokes and then when we got our cokes, it was very rude service as she had a disgusted look on her face and a rude attitude towards us. Very dissapointed with this visit.

We had tea here on Friday at 6pm. I was surprised to see it wasn't very busy. The tables were clean but lots of rubbish and food bits were under the table. My vegetarian wrap was over cooked and despite me asking for no red onion, there were 3 inside. On a positive note it was good to see no plastic toys in the happy meal but instead a mini family game for everyone to enjoy.

Extremely busy. Good ordering system for table service. The spicy veggie wrap was quite nice. Chips were way too salty. I forgot that you can ask for them without salt. Great to have sugar free 7up on the menu. Think it's pricey for what you get. Toilets were spacious and clean. Customer service was excellent

Decent little stop on the M1. Easy to locate and quick service as it’s quite a small McDonald’s. Friendly staff

I enjoy the food from this store and use it regularly, store is clean and staff friendly. If I go for drive through, it is fast, but prefer to go into the store as the food is hot and tasty

it does get really busy here at times. so best if more the then one of you going.it would be best 1 person finds a sit and the other one queues up for the food

Popped into the branch of Macdonalds after a long and tiring day working. The staff at most Macdonalds are friendly and helpful. The food is always consistent and tasty. I ordered a healthy grilled chicken wrap and a coffee. Never has a bad one yet....

Staying locally, out of ease and for speed we visited the store for breakfast before going on our adventure that day. We all sampled the menu mostly choosing Muffins, Bagels and Pancakes. The food got delivered to our table in minutes and the appropriate items...

Went to this McDonald's very busy but despite this was clean, pleasant staff, dealt with order in good time. Clean and tidy McDonald's. Decent Big Mac, decent chips. Would recommend doing the survey as you can get Big Mac meals for £1.99

Stop here regularly when travelling north on M1. The younger Counter staff are always very good and pleasant. Always clean. NEVER any wifi, asked at a previous visit, older employee looked very blank and then as what appeared an afterthought said, I think it's broke....
