Mcdonald's Restaurants in Chesterfield

Ordered breakfast originally at 10:20, this was put off then cancelled at 11:00 without warning, ordered this order, came after the driver drove round the roundabout and estate for 10 minutes missing the blatant sign for my workplace. Food wasnt warm

Chips are white not cooked properly and food is cold

I spent almost £10 on the Minecraft meal and it didn’t even come with the extras. Waste of money

They got the order right- well they forgot the sauce but I can live with that

The driver didn’t listen to instructions I said hall instead of pub then went the opposite way to ringwood hall therefore I was stood outside for 10 minutes and my food was barely warm when I finally received it

All the drinks have leaked everywhere

only issue was less than half a cup in the large cappuccinos

Was good came warm enough however both the chocolate and strawberry milkshake had a minty taste to them could taste the mint more then the chocolate and strawberry in both the milkshake. Other pretty satisfied

currier had a problem on route and food was spoiled by coffee tipping over. He duly went and got a repeat order. thank you to him for excellent service. However, maybe the restaurant should secure liquids in their containers better to avoid leakages from poor fitting lids.

Driver was friendly and professional made a great difference to the service

I don’t know what it is about Fridays but these just can’t read an order to save themselves. Food missing again so 2 weeks on the trott had to go back for a refund. Mc your loosing money hand over fist. Sort your selves out

that's 2 times iv ordered mcdonalds and it's been wrong and iv not been refunded still from the last time how hard is it to get the order right not rocket science

Over an hour late for delivers. Wrong order was delivered we spent £48 and got a meal worth £13. mcdonald's wouldn't help at all not the least bot apologetic. absolute shambles. .

Very very very busy, no where to sit at all, took a while for the food to be served because it was so busy, upstairs was closed due to cleaning too, so had to sit outside on the floor with quite a few other people.

Absolute disgrace, I watched the delivery driver just sit in his car. He didn't even get out and attempt delivery. Then I get a message saying delivered and he drove off! Stole a meal for my daughter!

only problem was i ordered a double quarter meal and 2 quarter pounder meals, but got 3 quarter pounder meals instead please ask McDonald's to check there order against the order I actually placed. I was soo looking forward to my double quarter.

Not only was the delivery late, the food was stone cold when it arrived!

Everytime ive ordered something it’s always missing items. Becoming a common theme. Delivery can’t fault. But actual food needs sorting.

they burnt it abit on one side and also didn't put any sauce in and one bag not sealed was open

Burger may have been put together using a catapult. Lukewarm food. Yep, it's definitely McDonald's

Chips were absolutely freezing and we had to throw them non of us could eat them.

Bad experience with the delivery driver.

Not very warm by the time I got it, had to reheat the fries as they were stone cold the burger was warmer but could have been warmer.

Food arrived 30 mins late and completely cold. The food had obviously been ready for a long time before being sent for delivery. Both burgers we cold right the way through, chips cold and soggy, ice had melted in the drink and the 2 mcflurrys ordered were just liquid. Terrible service all around.

The nuggets was lovely and fresh. The portion size of the fries was very poor and they was obviously been stood along time has they was floppy and cold.

I always use this store, especially when we are travelling. The breakfast menu is great, as is all the food there.

Delivery was long took an hour and a bit but that’s understandable due to the snow. Food was hot and everything was delivered.

stone cold when I got it, cold greasy stodgy chips

The chips were a little cold. Since delivery was on time I imagine that this was because the food (the chips at least) was prepared too early.

Cold coffee, really small cheese burger & the cheese dippers was tiny. Shocking sizes, but the price keeps rising. Restaurant was fine, surely the sizes can't get any smaller!!!!!
