As a housebound person McD’s is a lovely treat.

wrong order. delivery driver wanted to meet half way.

Absolute disgrace, I watched the delivery driver just sit in his car. He didn't even get out and attempt delivery. Then I get a message saying delivered and he drove off! Stole a meal for my daughter!

Not only was the delivery late, the food was stone cold when it arrived!

only problem was i ordered a double quarter meal and 2 quarter pounder meals, but got 3 quarter pounder meals instead please ask McDonald's to check there order against the order I actually placed. I was soo looking forward to my double quarter.

Always missing the dips for the nuggets

Disgusted, the food was cold, the oasis had been tipped over and the bag was soaking wet

Two hours late and cold so just chucked it in the bin. Plus double the the cost it should have been absolutely ridiculous not ordering again

Everytime ive ordered something it’s always missing items. Becoming a common theme. Delivery can’t fault. But actual food needs sorting.

Not happy that I've had to reorder an item just because McDonald's forgot it. Yeah I used the voucher JustEat sent me, but it didn't exactly cover the cost in total. Cheers...

Arrived within time frame, but chips were not fresh actually cold and a bit chewy to be honest. Burger was ok.

Chips were absolutely freezing and we had to throw them non of us could eat them.

Chips are cold and have no salt on. Chicken nuggets taste stale. White coffee was black and my order was late unhappy with my order

Not very warm by the time I got it, had to reheat the fries as they were stone cold the burger was warmer but could have been warmer.

Bad experience with the delivery driver.

Food arrived 30 mins late and completely cold. The food had obviously been ready for a long time before being sent for delivery. Both burgers we cold right the way through, chips cold and soggy, ice had melted in the drink and the 2 mcflurrys ordered were just liquid. Terrible service all around.

The nuggets was lovely and fresh. The portion size of the fries was very poor and they was obviously been stood along time has they was floppy and cold.

I always use this store, especially when we are travelling. The breakfast menu is great, as is all the food there.

Delivery was long took an hour and a bit but that’s understandable due to the snow. Food was hot and everything was delivered.

stone cold when I got it, cold greasy stodgy chips

The chips were a little cold. Since delivery was on time I imagine that this was because the food (the chips at least) was prepared too early.

Cold coffee, really small cheese burger & the cheese dippers was tiny. Shocking sizes, but the price keeps rising. Restaurant was fine, surely the sizes can't get any smaller!!!!!

Perfect time. The fries were salty and tasty. McRib was okay, perhaps a tad dry, but the bbq sauce made it nice.

The driver was rude with a bad atttitude respresenting your company . He doesnt make customers feel safe opening the door to him as hes overly direct and seens very unapproachable even when hes working in a customer focused role . Definately dont want him returning to my door !

I ordered a Philly Cheese stack and it came smothered in ketchup and mustard. There was no mention of ketchup and mustard on the item description nor was there an option to remove any ketchup or mustard when I was customising my order. I also asked for no mayo on my mayo chicken but it arrived with mayonnaise on it. This made the best parts of my meal inedible.
