6 items missed off order no white coffee, not their finest 5 mins…… will avoid in future

We ordered at 1:30 and didn’t arrive till 3:20 kept changing delivery times all time

Friendly delivery person and food was delicious

Food was hot, driver polite Delivery was late but time of day and weather caused that. Best Mc donalds in chesterfied. Other two terrible.

I’m a five minutes drive away from the restaurant , the food is cold, the fries are soggy. Not good enough at £26

Arrived within time frame, but chips were not fresh actually cold and a bit chewy to be honest. Burger was ok.

Chips were absolutely freezing and we had to throw them non of us could eat them.

Chips are cold and have no salt on. Chicken nuggets taste stale. White coffee was black and my order was late unhappy with my order

Bad experience with the delivery driver.

Not very warm by the time I got it, had to reheat the fries as they were stone cold the burger was warmer but could have been warmer.

Food arrived 30 mins late and completely cold. The food had obviously been ready for a long time before being sent for delivery. Both burgers we cold right the way through, chips cold and soggy, ice had melted in the drink and the 2 mcflurrys ordered were just liquid. Terrible service all around.

The nuggets was lovely and fresh. The portion size of the fries was very poor and they was obviously been stood along time has they was floppy and cold.

I always use this store, especially when we are travelling. The breakfast menu is great, as is all the food there.

Delivery was long took an hour and a bit but that’s understandable due to the snow. Food was hot and everything was delivered.

Totally wrong order , phoned the driver who was looking for our warehouse and it would not let me , it says contact them , I only get 20 mins break so couldn’t do that so no not good at all , no drinks and wrong food

only half a cup of coffee again. It was spilt in the bag AGAIN! I'm housebound and McDonald's breakfast is my only indulgence. As a 71 year old I don't have money to waste!.

stone cold when I got it, cold greasy stodgy chips

The chips were a little cold. Since delivery was on time I imagine that this was because the food (the chips at least) was prepared too early.

Cold coffee, really small cheese burger & the cheese dippers was tiny. Shocking sizes, but the price keeps rising. Restaurant was fine, surely the sizes can't get any smaller!!!!!

Ordered a latte but never arrived yet my bag that contained the food was full of coffee. Food was cold and flatbread was stale and hard like it had been cooked and left under heater for a long time. Should be ashamed sending food out for delivery that is so ppor

Absolohtely fuming. Every time I order from here I have a problem. Both McMuffins missing and coke spilt in the bag all over my deserts as the lid wasn’t on properly. Not happy

Perfect time. The fries were salty and tasty. McRib was okay, perhaps a tad dry, but the bbq sauce made it nice.

Things not ordered on there some detrimental to allergies in truth a distaster of an order with potential to Carla’s a medical issue if wasn’t bigger last but at the same time had to throw 3/4’s of. The order away. A total and utter waste of money. Is this damaging to he just eat brand or the McDonald’s brand.? In truth probably both

The driver was rude with a bad atttitude respresenting your company . He doesnt make customers feel safe opening the door to him as hes overly direct and seens very unapproachable even when hes working in a customer focused role . Definately dont want him returning to my door !

Order wrong, I’m missing 4 nuggets and 2 dips. Fuming

I ordered a Philly Cheese stack and it came smothered in ketchup and mustard. There was no mention of ketchup and mustard on the item description nor was there an option to remove any ketchup or mustard when I was customising my order. I also asked for no mayo on my mayo chicken but it arrived with mayonnaise on it. This made the best parts of my meal inedible.

Shame there is no option for zero stars and so late it never arrived. Useless waste of time, garbage avoid these at all costs, last time we had missing items this time whole meal missing, don’t deserve a single star

missing chips paid for a big mac meal burger cold no chips. no help from McDonalds. burger went into bin. limp salad.

How hard is it to get 3 items wrong and the left out the biggest order 20 chicken nuggets it’s the biggest item on the order

I ordered a breakfast wrap and I revived a breakfast roll with a hash brown. I was not happy as I was charged for the wrap but the roll was cheaper.

Neutral score on atmosphere as it was very early morning and quiet. So naturally not much of an atmosphere to comment on. Great coffee and helpful staff.

What can I say about McDs food, chips go limp after 3 mins and taste awful, the MC crunchy burger was nothing great, the milkshakes have changed and don't taste as good as they used to. The venue was clean and tidy and staff worked hard.

The bag was wet on the inside from my drink being spilt, and my napkins were wet and soggy, but luckily my straw was still intact.

My order was missing the cola I ordered which for me is important for me to enjoy my meal. It wasn’t enjoyable without it. I rang to ask if they could bring it me but they said they couldn’t. This is unacceptable. My burger was a mess too. No gerkins
