Food was and chips were soggy and not fresh not the best experience

Order was lovey how erva a pot off ice cream was put next to hot food and was harft melted

For the second order in a row , not everything was delivered. No nuggets or halloumi fries. Absolutely shocking poor service

My wife asked for a double cheese and bacon burger and sidecof onion rings. When she brought my meal hope, I got very overcooked and dry cheeseburger with no bacon and 3 soggy onion rings inside my burger. This was £13. I am so disappointed, and this is the lowest star I ever given. All my reviews are 4 and 5 stars. Please guys sort this out. There is a way of cooking and hot holding, which keeps burgers edible.onea they too dry, please just doscard them. Don't give them to your clients

Not had a Burger King for a long time. Always had a Whopper or double Whopper, which were my favourite burgers. Had a Whopper this time & was gutted how small it was! It’s half the size it used to be! Too expensive for small mediocre burger! Will have to wait until McDonalds bring back the Big Tasty, now my favourite burger. Won’t be ordering a Burger King again! Disappointed!

this was a great experience, staff were lovely and food was fresh and warm. Chose to take away so didn’t get the Dining experience however I received my food extremely quick so I was in and out. I even received an extra two dips :)

A girl with brown hair dealt with me, I think her name was faith. She was lovely and the food was also hot and put together well.

Food was cold, why would you place cold drinks next to warm food. Delivery was stated as 15 - 25 mins, an hour later after I finally got a delivery time. Not so fast food

the courier was at a petrol station jot far from my home for a good 15/20 minutes and the delivery time kept getting longer. very disappointed

Went to this place a couple of weeks ago, one staff member was extremely unfriendly and gave me and my friend a death stare when waiting for our food. It made me very uncomfortable. However most of the employees are hard working pleasant staff.

Inside was extremely tidy and clean, all the bins were empty inside and out, all tables were wiped down with the chairs tucked in nicely. When I approached the front counter to place my order I was met by a welcoming smile before politely being asked what my order was. The food was soon handed to me, it was hot and had all my items on it. Honestly brilliant for a fast food restaurant and I do regularly go to eat here.

Wrong food received, what was there was a freezing cold congealed mess and toy inedible. After a combined 22 calls Burger King finally answered the phone. Duty manager completely ignored that the order was wrong and just blamed the driver, offering no resolution, he was downright rude. Disabled housemate ordered chicken as she can't eat red meat and received a cheeseburger. The entire order was binned as it was inedible. BK customer service was non existent, shocking experience.

Honestly made me fall in love with BK, first time ever having one was from here. They always get my order right, and I’m someone awkward who buys the vegan stuff, it’s always made super fast even when they don’t have them ready! Food is always fantastic and i think a lot of people here think it’s expensive because they don’t have the Burger King app!! Go and get it guys!! It’s so cheap!!

Absolute joke. £30 for totally wrong freezing cold order (order chicken not a black lump of beef) not answering phone. I don’t drive so whole order is going in the bin. I’m so sick and tired of a basic order being wrong. It’s not life saving surgery it’s two meals. Aside from the fact in the absolute state it was delivered in and I wouldn’t feed it to a dog. As Burger King chesterfield don’t answer the phone whilst knowing they are a delivery service I will be speaking to Burger King head office on Monday for a full refund. Principle of it. How you can’t get two meals right and send out food colder than my fridge then ignore the phone and expect people to just throw money down the drain because you don’t answer your phone is beyond me. Absolute joke.

How do you review a burger king? L Pretty standard burger king experience. Electronic ordering, quick and friendly service, no issues with order. Exactly as expected.

AVOID JUST EAT! Item missing from the order, no help from the branch or just eat.

You can't beat the occasional BK meal.....

delivery was 20 minutes early, id rather it be 10 minutes late because atleast I can shower (as I was about to do when the food was delivered) I also requested the time of delivery. no sauce for my halloumi and a fries missing.

Ordered food in store, got home and several items was missing, phoned up to let them know, told that they will have to look at cctv tomorrow to see if we did get our full order. Reminded them we had paid for items we haven't got and it was for our tea he said there is nothing he can do because people keep going back and saying they haven't got items when they have basically been called a liar we asked for the persons name and they hung up. We returned to burger king they wouldn't complete the order so had a full refund. The really disheartening thing about this is our son is autistic and had done exceptionally well at school and this was supposed to be a treat and instead ended with a meltdown. Ended up at mcdonald's had correct order and cheaper.

generally okay, chips portion was low, not much cheese sauce on the chips, burgers were warm, usually pipping hot, but still very tasty, this occasionally happens with burger king, the odd order isn't as good as normal

we ordered twice this week and both times burgers were missed off the order. appalling customer service to boot, as they put absolutely no effort into rectifying their mistake. will never order from here again.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. Ordered delivery twice within last week. Both times missing a burger. After ringing the restaurant, they offer for you to go pick up missing items... Because I ordered a takeaway to go and pick it up, yeah, makes sense. After an item was missing a few days ago, I made a note for the restaurant to triple check my order as I was missing a burger last time. They missed the exact same burger. First time i was told they don't have their own drivers to deliver, the second time (5 days later), I was told the person on the phone is the only driver and also a manager and therefore cannot leave the restaurant. So... Liars. I still not got refund for missing items from days ago, which I also told the lady on the phone. She said she can try and speed it up for me. After getting more and more agitated due to her incompetence, I was told "she doesn't have to speed up my refund, and is being nice". I've explained she's not doing me a favour since i wouldn't of needed a refund had they done their job. It's not rocket science to check there are 2 burgers in the bag. "Don't know what you want me to say" is the response I received. Absolutely atrocious service, never had problems until this week. Will never order from this store again.
