Great place bit over priced but ok for a treat

Apart from the annoying having to order from the stupid digital kiosks and everything being a fortune. It's OK.

Clean and quite food fresh and tasty.

Lovely staff who make me feel comfortable, quick and efficient service, I’m never having to wait long at all. The food is great, always hot and fresh. Fries are the best, they’re always piping hot. I normally order cheese and bacon loaded fries anyway.

Ordered through just eat. Apparently my food was delivered but nothing arrived. No one answering the phone. I went down to and spoke to the manager who couldn’t have been any more apologetic. He couldn’t understand why it changed to delivered as the order never left the restaurant. My order was made fresh again. Thank you

It’s a Burger King place so the food is what you would expect but I would take out not eat in as it’s not the nicest place inside.

Best whopper if have had in a long time, fabulous food, friendly service. Not sure what they do differently there, but the burger was amazing 😋

Ordered 3 burgers got 2, rang a place to tell them that, couldnt find my order for ages and then hang up on me, tried rining again but wouldnt pick up phone. Had issues before ordering through just eat- received completley wrong food, was very late, food were cold. How can you fail so much? Each of you there got one job to do, how can you fail so much and so bad? Had better expericance from local kebab shop.

Great experience on my first visit to a Burger King in a few years… food and drink was great and so much better than other fast food chains! However the engaging service provided by Ray made the difference…. Couldn’t do enough for his customers and did so with a smile and was attentive throughout… Top drawer!! Thank you!

Although the service was on point, the food really let them down. It was luke warm, dry and unappetising. The chocolate shake had no taste but the lovely ladies on shift tried their best to rectify it but it was horrible.

The food is so hot and fresh the burgers were smashed and caramelised 👌🏼. Never had red hot onion rings anywhere but here. Awesome

My experience at this burgerking was brilliant I came here with family and staff was so polite food was red hot which is always good and my whole experience here was outstanding

Food was good i always enjoy burger king i have not had a bad one yet no matter where i go, the wait time was extremly long for what i had ordered, my coffee was sat there for so long it was cold by the time i got it in my hand i was not impressed by that but i had no time to complian i was in a rush

Still the best place to get a burger out of all the fast food joints. Way more filling than a McDonald's and actually tastes like real beef, it's a bit more expensive though but its definitely worth it not to feel hungry again an hour or so later! Can't not have the Chilli Cheese bites, proper tasty 😋

Basic food, over priced. No oreo milkshakes. Service slow.

Call once a week for a bonus meal using the app. Once you suss the app out a bargain can be had.

Weirdest burger King I have ever seen but so dead aswell. Full of nittys Just a burger King innit food was mid and I had some girl staring at me for 20 minutes

It's a burger king. Nowt special but did what they do well. Better than McDonald's every time.

Arogent staff, insisted that I use the ordering machines while they stood around doing nothing. Also they prioritise deliverio, so my party had finished eating before my order was ready.

Went in and was asked if I had a mask, I suffer from asthma and don’t need to wear one, I was also asked to provide a medical exemption card to which is illegal to challenge, you should retrain all of your staff and management, you can also be fined for asking, absolutely shocking

Today i went with my 4 children to have dinner, and it was the worst experiance of my life,The place is dirty.... staff use foul language behind the cooker thing but can b heard! The food was not up to any sellable standard n the floors r discusting and dirty.... i felt sick i didnt eat here in the end i binned all our food ( the bins were also full) and left! The kids picked burger king (chesterfield) as there treat biggest regret ever going there and i will b telling my friends and family to stay well clear. THE PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I have taken pictures for environental health!
