good food but could have been warmer

The food was cold when it finally arrived

Food only just warm. Small portion size. McDonald’s for me in future.

Would have been 5 * for quality if they had sent the 2 sauces I paid for other than that the food was lovely.

Ordered a meal for delivery today and was delivered inedible food via Uber. DO NOT USE DELIVERY SERVICE. Burger King is my preferred burger supplier but I will never use Uber again. Burger King, please get rid of Uber as it is wrecking your reputation.

The driver was great and on time ,the food however was cold and salty . Don’t think we will be ordering from Burger King again .

Fries were stale and over salted Hot chocolate was tepid and cup was 3/4 full. Cappuccino also tepid.

The restaurant is just off a busy roundabout but very quiet. Food was ok and service aswell. For some reason they don't do milkshakes at this site which was disappointing on a hot day. All in all it feels forgotten about like it's been left open for the small premier Inn next door.

No BBQ sauce dip supplied with order, the Angus as far as I could tell was the ordinary rather than the peppercorn option, and the delivery driver took about 20 minutes to arrive in "9 minutes". When he did arrive, the order clearly hadn't been conveyed in an insulated bag (he just took it straight off the back seat), so the burgers were tepid and the ice cream melting. All in all, not a great experience, particularly bearing in mind how costly BK is nowadays, and this is why I don't tip B4.

I don't understand how this chain can get away with their advertising. How can they claim their burgers are flame grilled. There isn't a grill in the place. It's nothing more than a glorified toaster where the burgers pass through on a conveyerbelt. I asked them to speed it up as the burgers come out overcooked and dry. I was told there's only 1 speed. I haven't been back

My wife asked for a double cheese and bacon burger and sidecof onion rings. When she brought my meal hope, I got very overcooked and dry cheeseburger with no bacon and 3 soggy onion rings inside my burger. This was £13. I am so disappointed, and this is the lowest star I ever given. All my reviews are 4 and 5 stars. Please guys sort this out. There is a way of cooking and hot holding, which keeps burgers edible.onea they too dry, please just doscard them. Don't give them to your clients

Not had a Burger King for a long time. Always had a Whopper or double Whopper, which were my favourite burgers. Had a Whopper this time & was gutted how small it was! It’s half the size it used to be! Too expensive for small mediocre burger! Will have to wait until McDonalds bring back the Big Tasty, now my favourite burger. Won’t be ordering a Burger King again! Disappointed!

this was a great experience, staff were lovely and food was fresh and warm. Chose to take away so didn’t get the Dining experience however I received my food extremely quick so I was in and out. I even received an extra two dips :)

Stone cold food being driven around for 20 minutes before being offered £6 credit for £25 worth of food. Avoid at all costs

Food was cold, why would you place cold drinks next to warm food. Delivery was stated as 15 - 25 mins, an hour later after I finally got a delivery time. Not so fast food

everything was still hot, i asked for pickles on my burger and they gave a cup of them (i appreciate that dearly) overall was just really nice❤️ delivery driver was also really nice aswell x

the courier was at a petrol station jot far from my home for a good 15/20 minutes and the delivery time kept getting longer. very disappointed

Went to this place a couple of weeks ago, one staff member was extremely unfriendly and gave me and my friend a death stare when waiting for our food. It made me very uncomfortable. However most of the employees are hard working pleasant staff.

Inside was extremely tidy and clean, all the bins were empty inside and out, all tables were wiped down with the chairs tucked in nicely. When I approached the front counter to place my order I was met by a welcoming smile before politely being asked what my order was. The food was soon handed to me, it was hot and had all my items on it. Honestly brilliant for a fast food restaurant and I do regularly go to eat here.

Honestly made me fall in love with BK, first time ever having one was from here. They always get my order right, and I’m someone awkward who buys the vegan stuff, it’s always made super fast even when they don’t have them ready! Food is always fantastic and i think a lot of people here think it’s expensive because they don’t have the Burger King app!! Go and get it guys!! It’s so cheap!!

Wrong food received, what was there was a freezing cold congealed mess and toy inedible. After a combined 22 calls Burger King finally answered the phone. Duty manager completely ignored that the order was wrong and just blamed the driver, offering no resolution, he was downright rude. Disabled housemate ordered chicken as she can't eat red meat and received a cheeseburger. The entire order was binned as it was inedible. BK customer service was non existent, shocking experience.

Absolute joke. £30 for totally wrong freezing cold order (order chicken not a black lump of beef) not answering phone. I don’t drive so whole order is going in the bin. I’m so sick and tired of a basic order being wrong. It’s not life saving surgery it’s two meals. Aside from the fact in the absolute state it was delivered in and I wouldn’t feed it to a dog. As Burger King chesterfield don’t answer the phone whilst knowing they are a delivery service I will be speaking to Burger King head office on Monday for a full refund. Principle of it. How you can’t get two meals right and send out food colder than my fridge then ignore the phone and expect people to just throw money down the drain because you don’t answer your phone is beyond me. Absolute joke.

driver drove round estate twice. had to go out to look for him. food arrived cold drinks were the only things warm. by the time we got them.

How do you review a burger king? L Pretty standard burger king experience. Electronic ordering, quick and friendly service, no issues with order. Exactly as expected.
