I found a piece of hair in my burger

Food cold had large fries looked like a small half a box chicken royal all chucked together not a nice meal at all £50 on the worst meal never again

Didnt get all order. Previously got a diffrrent companies food which wasnt burger kings fault but this is second issue in a row. Really disaapointed as previously been brilliant

food cold overly not the restaurants fault but the delivery drive doing multiple drops

Food was cold due to driver having 3 stops before me

The food was cold and inedible, we ended up having to throw it away on top of that the food arrived 40minutes late.

unfortunately yet again my food was barely warm for my favorite place

Requested no mayo on vegan burger but they put some on.

Delicious food that arrived hot and my drink was nicely chilled. Delivery driver took care with the delivery and was friendly too.

How do you review a burger king? L Pretty standard burger king experience. Electronic ordering, quick and friendly service, no issues with order. Exactly as expected.

AVOID JUST EAT! Item missing from the order, no help from the branch or just eat.

You can't beat the occasional BK meal.....

what's the point scheduling a delivery if it doesn't come when you request

was an hr late then cold when arrived and some of the food was hard , not nice at all

told to cancel order as had to go to work but still got delivered. I was not in to eat it

Super quick, food hot and all there, removed and added items as requested. Always good.

went to the wrong address and then never delivered my food, after I spoke with him and told him where to go.

It was more a question of quality. It was cold and yesterday again the wrong order . Is tgerevmuch worse than paying for something and it not being what you order and even if you’re willing to pay for something you didn’t want you was subsrandard and put you at an allergy rushk?

Ordered from touch menu.Then realised after eating when sun hit it it was filthy.Annoyed that we touched it without realising then ate food with same hands 🤢

ordered 1 kid meal and 2 adults and only received 1 half meal

delivery was 20 minutes early, id rather it be 10 minutes late because atleast I can shower (as I was about to do when the food was delivered) I also requested the time of delivery. no sauce for my halloumi and a fries missing.

Cold when it arrived very disappointing especially from a brand like Burger King but it’s Just Eat that have created that problem I’d also get someone on quality checking and order accuracy at BK as tgis. food was cold...I had to microwave it... looks like courier did another delivery following him on the map.

The burger was awful soggy bread & thin unappetising burger.

Food arrived cold. Paper bag the fries were in were wet. I had to reheat in microwave.

generally okay, chips portion was low, not much cheese sauce on the chips, burgers were warm, usually pipping hot, but still very tasty, this occasionally happens with burger king, the odd order isn't as good as normal

Ordered food in store, got home and several items was missing, phoned up to let them know, told that they will have to look at cctv tomorrow to see if we did get our full order. Reminded them we had paid for items we haven't got and it was for our tea he said there is nothing he can do because people keep going back and saying they haven't got items when they have basically been called a liar we asked for the persons name and they hung up. We returned to burger king they wouldn't complete the order so had a full refund. The really disheartening thing about this is our son is autistic and had done exceptionally well at school and this was supposed to be a treat and instead ended with a meltdown. Ended up at mcdonald's had correct order and cheaper.

we ordered twice this week and both times burgers were missed off the order. appalling customer service to boot, as they put absolutely no effort into rectifying their mistake. will never order from here again.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. Ordered delivery twice within last week. Both times missing a burger. After ringing the restaurant, they offer for you to go pick up missing items... Because I ordered a takeaway to go and pick it up, yeah, makes sense. After an item was missing a few days ago, I made a note for the restaurant to triple check my order as I was missing a burger last time. They missed the exact same burger. First time i was told they don't have their own drivers to deliver, the second time (5 days later), I was told the person on the phone is the only driver and also a manager and therefore cannot leave the restaurant. So... Liars. I still not got refund for missing items from days ago, which I also told the lady on the phone. She said she can try and speed it up for me. After getting more and more agitated due to her incompetence, I was told "she doesn't have to speed up my refund, and is being nice". I've explained she's not doing me a favour since i wouldn't of needed a refund had they done their job. It's not rocket science to check there are 2 burgers in the bag. "Don't know what you want me to say" is the response I received. Absolutely atrocious service, never had problems until this week. Will never order from this store again.

an absolute joke, ordered 4 things, one was missing. ring the restaurant: you can come pick it up or just get your money back. why would I order food to my house if I wanted to go to pick it up? how hard is your job??? no wonder the ratings are so low.

Burger was alright but cold, they forgot my drink which I paid for. Delivery person left the food on the cold wet ground outside my door and didn’t knock/ring door bell to let me know it had arrived so was obviously cold, I think it was sat there for maybe 10 mins before I realised.

Just no. I’ve never ordered from burger king and wanted to see what the hype was about, the best thing in the order was the mayo and that’s probably because it was heinz. I dare say that a russtlers burger is of better quality. Chicken was so rubbery wouldnt even feed it to the dog. Food came cold after 50 minutes. Waste of money!

The kids that work here are clueless. Ordered a halloumi chilli jam burger without the chilli jam. Got shouted to the counter and asked if i was sure i didnt want chilli jam, i said i didnt. Got my order home amd theyve given me a double whopper with bacon. The whole building is depressing and run by cluless idiots

bbq stacks were missing the onion rings, and the sauce dips we ordered, also the food was slightly warm, usually it's pipping hot

double whopper burger arrived with no salad, sauce etc.. just to dry burgers and cheese plain - disappointing I am starving :-(

Food was cold,hard and rubbery and the milkshake didn’t taste right and had no flavour to it. Unsure if the delivery driver took multiple trips as he went well out of the way to deliver to us which should’ve been a straight forest 5 minute route. Not impressed at all :(

Very quick delivery, lovely delivery man but unfortunately my food was cold and it’s obviously been sat out for a while

the driver left the food outside wiout waiting for someone to get the food meaning it was sat outside for 20 minutes as no one new it arrived. the entire order was also someone else's. so £50 of food didn't arrive and likely arrived somewhere else.

Ordered a milkshake got a slushie

got wrong shake. ordered strawberry got vanilla. it was warm too

For how much the food costs, you would think it would come warm

I think the milkshakes are awful, there is way to much sugar in them and mine seemed more like vanilla and not the chocolate that I ordered. They are worse than McDonald's!

Our local branch. My son loves a Burger King. My 'go to' burger chain too, I guess. Not had a bad service yet. Never any tickets in the touch screen machines though, so don't forget your number on screen, after you pay 👍

Not many chips very small portion delivery took a while

Food was good but delivery time awful around an hour and the time before last it took hour and a half . I also noticed on tracking that the driver must have more than one delivery , fine in a similar direction but it was in a complete opposite direction adding delivery time and when the driver brought food to the door the warm bag was unzipped and the food was only warm. Decent food spoilt by poor delivery and slapdash service

driver didn't deliver the bottle of coke and even questioned drive off. not badly with the driver

Absolutely disgraceful. I couldn’t even order any food as it had to be done using a self order kiosk. I only pay cash and I have no desire in operating this kiosk. If I have dietary requirements then I should be able to discuss them with staff not a bloody machine. Why can you not order your food at the counter having human interaction. Walked out with out any food and this isn’t the only bk that has done this to me recently. Always been a fan off bk but this isn’t how to treat people.

Popped in on for a quick bite in the way home, brilliant and quick service. Staff were also very lovely which you don’t get much nowadays! Very pleased with the food and staff and even if it was a quick stop enjoyed it nonetheless!! :)

Food tasted great, though ordered 9 chilli bites and only received 6.

The burgers and chips are more enjoyable than the ones at McDonalds, but ice for the drinks are a bit over the top. Forgot to mention that I miss the place in Chesterfield town centre since it closed down.
