McDonald's in Chesterfield

Waited 20 minutes for my breakfast in the restaurant at West bars chesterfield, when there were 8 cars in the drive threw been served I'm never going thr again for breakfast what a joke

I found a piece of hair in my burger

6 items missed off order no white coffee, not their finest 5 mins…… will avoid in future

After leaving a review about part of our order missing I get a standard reply. KFC its fantastic that you are going to "take it onboard" However this does not compensate me for the rubbish service. The least I expect is a refund for the items that I paid for but did not receive 😡
