We went to claim the free mcmuffins and the app wasn't working for anyone in there. Jush (the manager) sorted everyone's orders out and not one person left disappointed. He's an excellent manager and did well in a stressful situation.

Went on a busy day,even so didn’t have to wait too long for our food.Had table service due to amount of people standing around waiting for their orders.

I had a McDonald's at 23.00 so not to late the man at window 1 was a proper woffler and wouldn't stop talking while I paid for my food. Go to the next window and collect the food for a very rude women who gave me a COLD DRY 3piece chicken select meal with no sauce that i paid for with the meal. My latte was more frothe than coffee. So I wouldn't advice this McDonald's as it was very poor and I will not be returning to this place. Hope you take this advice and find a alternative McDonald's to eat from in the near future.

Visited with my family. Can't really comment on the food as it seems to be the same wherever you eat McDonalds so no surprises on that front. This restaurant has been recently refurbished and in addition to the normal counter service has three self service order machines near the entrance which seems to reduce queueing times dramatically. They also are now offering table service, where you put in the zone where you are sitting and they will deliver your order to your table.

Upton Way
The laziest KFC anywhere. They won't do table service, indeed, any service is too much trouble. Bins often overflow. They do not monitor the car park and need to be aware that disabled parking bays are used by their Deliveroo drivers. It's just bad. The portion sizes make no sense and are random. A small rice or gravy can be the same size as a large. Sometimes fries have salt, sometimes they don't. Occasionally, some pieces of chicken are effectively just bones with almost no meat. Some wings are tiny, others are huge, they don't care if someone orders 3 and get 3 tiny ones. As for the tables, they are cleaned with a dirty rag. Wipe once with a paper towel and see what it looks like, it's gross. Toilets are also horrible. The hand dryer, if it works, doesn't get hot so everyone walks out with wet hands. March 25 update. Rice had changed. Why don't we just get rice instead of trying to pretend we all want rice from the deep south USA. I'd like to see them try this rubbish in Asia!

210 Wellingborough RoadChicken and fries here are as to be expected and are nothing special however they are affordable and their garlic sauce is marvellous.

28 York RdI went in for food after having drinks with the girls, I asked for a chicken burger but asked if it was a breaded chicken burger and they said yes. I get home went to eat my chicken burger and the chicken was over cooked and burnt and wasn't breaded very disappointed. So my buggy had to go in the bin.
