Ordered a drink of coke from then at 08:00 on the click and serve 30 minutes and it still had not arrived I had to go in and get it myself ridiculous. It does not take 30 minutes to make a coke

Full order was wrong, no sauce or toppings of any kind on burgers or loaded fries, burger missing, inedible food, refused to answer phone, forwarded pics to creditcard company

Not good at all they put onions in my burger when i said no onicons very disappointed. Never ever happened at another mcdonals that i have been to im never coming back to this restaurant

Pérdida de dinero y tiempo esperando. Burger tenía una cantidad ridícula de ketchup y estaba frío y empapado. Esperó casi 30 minutos. Se podía oír al personal discutir y gritar mientras cocinaba.

I put grim not because of the staff but because of the customers. Lazy peoples, not clearing their tables and dropping stuff all over. Kids said the food was ok and my vegan burger was nice. Staff did the best they could i guess

Great friendly staff. Fast hot food. Will definitely return. Outstanding customer service. The manager John was great and his customer service is out of this world.

Raj fue la persona más grosera que he conocido el personal es grosero y nadie contesta el teléfono no molestar a la comida fría y patatas fritas y otras cosas gs mal que tienen una ‘ no se aceptan quejas política, punto. No es así en los estados NO USES TBIS LUGAR QUE MEJOR OFREZCAS MORIR DE HAMBRE. Xx

Como tantos otros han experimentado, cosas faltaban en mi orden. Imposible de resolver porque no contestan el teléfono. Desearía haber revisado primero al asesor de viajes y no haberlo ordenado desde aquí.

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. We were hungry on the first night, I’d seen bad reviews for the fish and chips but wondered how badly wrong you can really get them. Jeez was I wrong, they were practically inedible. The batter was awful, even after peeling it off and just have the fish it still tasted really greasy. £27 for 2 fish and chips. Drive to squires in Braunton or the takeaway in Woolacombe if you want good fish and chips.

Terrible servicio la mayoría de las semanas. Sólo ve como ocupado. 3 veces la semana pasada mi pedido era incorrecto. Pedí un simple 1/4 sin queso. Incluso me repetí la última vez al cajero 3 veces. Y todavía se ponen queso. ¿Por qué no lo cambian a 1/4 de libra en lugar de 1/4 con queso? No tengo ni idea. Tienes que pedir 1/4 de libra con queso como sin queso... claramente confuso para los cajeros y cocineros Cuando entré para un reemplazo ellos donde resoplar y soplar... ahí confunden no el mío. Muy grosero y desagradable

DO NOT order food from this place. You get totally the wrong items which you've ordered, when you try and talk to someone, they say it's not their fault. i had to call back twice and eventually got through to the 'gold star' supervisor who continually talked over me whilst i was trying to explain what happened. They were blaming Uber eats for giving us the wrong order. i stated that the receipt stuck to the bag was the same items as i ordered, unfortunately the staff cannot differentiate between chicken and cheese. they both begin with CH i suppose. a good job we didn't order big macs, god knows what we would have got....... bisto snacks or something worse. the 1 star general obviously thought he was the Mr.Big of the fast food underground and couldn't offer a substantial argument, so he did what all small minded idiots do and hung up. needless to say we are stuck with cold, tasteless crap that can't be returned. please people avoid at all costs.

Han was very friendly and she made sure my food was correct. I was reluctant to come back after he last few times where I didn’t receive my full order. This time it was perfect after Han double checked my order and read it out to me.
