KFC in Gravesham

Pedí 12 alitas, sin cocinar y asquerosas, las papas fritas eran magramente 12 trozos pequeños, todos húmedos y suaves, de muy mal sabor, el que quería ser Pepsi era solo agua marrón. Este lugar debería estar cerrado.

Absolutely shocking stood at the till to order my food for 20 minutes while the staff just ignored me as if I wasn’t even there when I finally did get served and I ask why they ignored me I was told they were busy KFC Gravesend

Terrible. Ordered a meal for 3 of us through Uber and half the meal turned up , I have to go go through the grief of contacting Uber and KFC who I ordered from won't awsner the phon after 10 attempts.

The worst place ever . Spent 30 minutes in small queues …got my parcel but didn’t get all food I bought and didn’t inform me … came back to complain . Didn’t refund me , just gave cheapest food instead .. lost my money

First of all, the woman at the counter was very rude and miserable, shouting at staff in the back area, telling them to hurry up. The floor was also very wet when I entered, very slippery, a few people almost fell over. Then she moaned about the floor because it had dirty footprints everywhere, I was like "don't mop the floor when it's full of People, especially after school time". After waiting about 18 minutes for the food to be ready, I got to my car and drove back to a friend's house, literally just around the corner, 5 minute drive. The chips were stone cold, the chicken was so greasy and slimey, we ended up putting most of it in the trash. I shall never step foot in that place again, and for that miserable woman who works there, well she needs a different job because her attitude stinks. Her name was Jessica by the way, nasty woman!

Absolutely appalling. 2nd time in 3 weeks it's been this slow, so I think this is the norm. Not enough staff, and the ones there seem to be treading in treacle. Priority given to the uber eats couriers. Sort it out!

Called store twice told delivery on its way 90 mins not received, told to speak to Just Eat, £27 taken ,no refund,PayPal also docent open claims on that kind of translation, highway robbery,

Horrific experience, absolute chaos in the mêlée of Just Eat / Deliveroo / Uber drivers arguing with each other and the staff, at least that was until the locals started screaming at their kids. Perhaps lockdown has left me a little insulated from what society has become. As for the food, it’s hard to understand how this particular store is able to turn KFC’s secret recipe into the grey and greasy items I found swimming around the bottom of my bargain bucket.

The most disgusting KFC I have ever tasted , waited 2 hours for delivery although the place was 1.5 miles 3 starving children and then the whole order was wrong and all cold - and out of pocket by £30 - do not use this dump

Waited ages for chips then they realised they had no hot wings,the youngsters in there were to interested chatting to there mates to check what food they had and giving free ice cream to the women who had been waiting less time them me ! Won't be going back

Went In yesterday for a lunch order in uniform (ambulance driver) Went to the counter to order as I wanted o use my blue light discount card. Served by a young man called Hendrick. He was frankly a cocky little punk with his head on one side who barked at me to use the order screen. I said I needed him to take the order as I wanted to use my discount card. He rolled His eyes and said "then you have to pay cash!"... Never had to do that before but ...ok. He made it clear by his actions that that was an imposition. I think it was his way of showing off to the collection of schoolboys who were messing around in the shop. When I got the food home the bag of chips had about 9 chips in it and the chicken pieces were tiny. I will of course eat KFC again, but not from that branch. It`s not in my nature to write a bad review the next nearest KFC is in Valley Drive about a mile or two away but its a proper KFC. Use that one instead

Me and my friends went to KFC for lunch, all got chicken boxed meals (popcorn chicken, chicken fillets). The chicken was like jelly and was squishy with every bite. One of my friends chips were hard and stone cold.

Why did I go back absolutely awful cold soggy inedible was like it had been on the shelf for 5 hours never ate anything so bad should be closed down ASAP

By far the worst kfc on the planet orderd a takeaway loads missing And chicken soggy and tasteless whoever owns this franchise should have it taken away giving KFC a poor name shame on you

I am not usually one to complain and I know we all make mistakes but as a first time customer to use the KFC Delivery service & reasonably expecting a friendly, customer focused attitude, I placed an order for delivery & gave a clear delivery address but the order never turned up. I phoned KFC to ask for rectification but in effect was fobbed off and told to contact Uber Eats. I phoned Uber Eats Number And couldn't get anywhere, I tried emailing the company to get my money back. but the email address is not monitored. All in all a thoroughly poor dare I say a thoroughly disgusting service. I will never order from them again. Surely Trading Standards should be made aware of this pass the buck attitude with no clear procedure in place to rectify non deliveries. Never got my order or money back

We ordered a single meal and received party bucket reordered and some items from second order was missing tried to contact restaurant no answer just eat answered and gave refund

Ordered food and when checked was overcharged and gad wrong food, the lady rectified but when we got home it was still wrong.

Poor quality of food looks like just been thrown together. Portion size is absolutely disgusting for the price. Ordered a few times from Perry street and every time have got the same horrendous service. Will never be purchasing from there again, would rather pay double the delivery fee for the further restaurant... Vally drive it is!

Ordered meal for six people via Uber. Order delivered minus the chicken!Called restaurant & they advised to call Uber & refused to offer any further assistance.Absolutely shocking service. You cannot make contact with Uber & speak with someone on the telephone.Left with cold chips, sweetcorn & four very unhappy children!

Chips were overcooked and cold, chicken was bone dry, skin was was tough as cardboard, won’t be going back to this branch.

Ordered 6 pieces of fried chicken and two large sides via Just Eat. Though the order was apparently checked and sealed by KFC I only received 5 pieces of chicken. It would be quite nice if KFC staff were able to count.Won't be ordered from there again.

Food was ok but the portion sizes are too small for the price was hungry again after a while the best part of the meal was the bbq beans

I Dont use this KFC anymore, belive me when I tell you that this is the first KFC that never has any chicken ready even when quiet, rude staff poor service, NOT FOR ME!

Ordered KFC Perry street from just eat. Ordered 2 box meals and 2 sides. Was missing 3/4 of a box meal ( only had the popcorn chicken, no drink and no side) on one of them and missing the fries and the drink from another. So in total we didn’t even have one full meal. Rang up they were not helpful said it wasn’t there fault when clearly it was. the food was COLD also. If you want KFC. Don’t get it via just eat!

We use this shop in perry street because it is usually much better than the one in valley drive today was an exception POOR POOR POOR service was slow and disorganised we didn’t receive all of our order and half the order was inedible I should have taken it back but live a couple of miles away and didn’t want to have that argument you need more staff less just eat drivers cluttering the place with their helmets on and to concentrate on what customers have ordered and paid for won’t go back in a hurry foxes ate well tonight Disgusting

Always go to this KFC rather than the valley drive one. Service is always good and food is very good standard. Never had any problems anytime I go.

Been here a few times now, but won’t now return. Every time there have been atleast 4 JUst Eat drivers with huge orders, large queues in the store and not enough people serving. Poorly organised and bad service delivery. Expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for anything.

Shop closed when i got there,( ment to be open from 10am to 11pm ) this was 4pm notice on the door said opening again at 16.30. Alas a queue outside grew and 16.30 came and went. Eventually opened at 16.50 , frozen we all went in , the chicken had been on the shelf for all that time, so how long had it been there for? We got tutted at for asking for fresh cooked chicken plus No bags as they had run out so had to carry it in our arms. Eventually got home at 17.35 still frozen cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be using it again.

Deliveries always on time.. Food is always lovely and hot. Defiantly a decent local takeaway. Would give it a go x

Decided to have a KFC as a rare treat, I ordered a large fillet burger box meal, the food was lovely just a shame about the very slow service.

Every time I have ordered from here the food cold and the order wrong I have stopped ordering from here now

The worst KFC ever, they’re always running out of important items, extremely slow service and food preparation, rude customer service and I’ve never seen any of the Managers actually “Manage” hence the organised chaos, and be prepared to wait a LONG time, and check your order before you leave as I guarantee something will be missing / different.

I popped in here for a bargain bucket and believe me it taste nothing like a KFC !! I guess this a franchise and on making enquiries I was told that it was managed by Asians, very dissatisfied and disappointed that they are trading on the KFC name but not using the main ingredients! They are on a busy road and always busy so I guess it is all down to location location location !!

Food good and usually fresh but I’ve not been here and waited less than 16 minutes to be served. Worth considering they do deliver

Been here many times as always this fast food rest has ling queue but quick and very friendly customer service made the queue worthied. And of course they got tasty original chickens.

On 3 occasions now when returned home items missing this time will 100% be the last asked for no drum sticks in buckets what we actually got was 9x drum sticks

Generally a good KFC. Plenty of space and the food is to a good quality. Fairly easy parking aat the door. Usually dont have to wait to long either. I use this pkace and will continue to do so.

Not a bad KFC on the downside you always have to wait and if you go after 9pm there is every chance they wont have what you want as they run the chicken down low after this time.

I went to collect a takeaway at 8pm on Friday 7th July. I'm not a huge fan but I'd just finished work. As per the norm the staff are not very quick and unfriendly except one young male who was polite. I ordered a boneless sharing box. When i arrived home which takes less than 5 minutes the chips were actually stone cold so we're not hot when they served them to me and the chicken was like warm. Plus half the boneless chicken was missing. It's not rocket science to put in a bag what's ordered. It's also not science to test the temperature of the food which your supposed to do. In fact I don't like KFC so this has just made me dislike it further. You need retraining in cooking. Packing and reading so you do give people a correct order. But what you need more than anything is to teach your staff customer service. To whinge on a Friday night you have a queue but don't actually serve anyone is a joke. Needs closing down or putting in staff who can do the job there paid to do.

This is a take away restaurant , staff are friendly and queues are not too bad depending on time off day .not much else to say really .

Everything you would expect of a KFC restaurant, good quality chicken, clean restaurant, presentable friendly staff.

often buy the childrens banquet meal not bad my children have this meal most Fridays good value for money

The young lady who served us could not have been more helpful but the food was lacking. The corn was piping hot, the chicken hottish but dry but the chips were absolutely awful. They were really cold, limp and dry.

This review is for PERRY STREET kfc branch. We very seldom have kfc. Decided to treat ourselves. The chips were ice cold and limp. The chicken was greasy and so salty, which I couldn't understand? Their spices come pre packed, don't they? I was so disgusted. I feel ill just thinking that I ate some of that disgusting meal. The telltale sign should have been there when we visited at 4.40pm on a Friday night, nobody else in the shop!!! Wouldn't give it one star, if I didn't have to....

This has been the worst KFC experience I have ever had. Chips were ice cold and chicken not properly cooked still raw at the bone
