Had intended on going Burger King but they seemed to be closed so KFC it had to be. Had a large Boneless Banquet. The food was hot. Took a while to come but overall it was OK even if it was a weak looking "large" fries.

Appalling. Had bad service and almost every order from Wesham KFC wrong in the past so stopped going for a long time. Nipped tonight as one off thinking staff and management might have changed or improved service but as naff as ever - order not what I asked for plus stuff missing when I got home- they’ve run out of items - the staff just either don’t listen or don’t care or both! Also sat and waited in drivethru nearly 20 minutes. They don’t deserve the custom - go elsewhere

We went to the drive through on Saturday 29th October. We ordered 10pc bargain bucket got there the guy on the check in kept going and coming back so we waited quite a while there to place an order. We then moved on and paid but they had no change in the till the guy request change but no action from anyone he then had to leave his station to get the change another waste of time. Move to the next window we are now in a line of cars awaiting our order there nearly 10 minutes we get the order. This place is very busy with a long line of cars going through the drive in and the resturant is just as bad but this place does not seem to be organised in any way and it would appear you are being served by people who are about 15 years of age and are not really bother. We get home to find the chicken is not good and the chips well I think they could have been cooked about a week ago. To say it was terrible is an understatement but in all it turned out to be a total disaster food timewise etc and was very very disappointing Go back no thanks I will go some other place or keep my money but will they be worried about that NO

The wait time from ordering. to receiving food was shocking - at least 25 minutes. Meanwhile staff were focussed on one thing at a time and stopped working as they waited for items to complete orders. Whilst waiting, they chatted with each other as the queues grew longer. My order appeared (1 item) but sat there as staff seemed incapable of completing my order as they were waiting for items for orders they had started. My fillet burger, when I finally got it, was awful; the chicken was dry and over-cooked, the bread was crispy and dry too, the lettuce was brown and soggy but the mayo was fine. The staff were all very young, were most definitely poorly trained and incapable of providing adequate service. There was no sign of any person in a supervisory or management position. A complete shambles - won’t ever return and definitely do not recommend. Friends and family have since shared stories of a similar ilk from their visits. Terrible

So this is my second review and my second visit equally as bad as each other. The staff were rude, they opened at 10:30 and by 11 the tills hadn’t been turned on. Lee was just rude, obnoxious and to put it bluntly sh1t his job and it doesn’t take much to work on the till at kfc. Whoever is the manager of this place needs to quit immediately, you’re a joke.

Where to start? The last time we visited this 'restaurant', the card machines were down and they were only accepting cash. Common sense had obviously gone out of the window however as they put a hand written sign up which was only visible when you had already joined the drive through queue. As a result, I spent 15 minutes in the queue just to exit at the other end with no food. We stupidly visited again this week and it was just awful. After queuing again for 10 minutes in the drive through, our order was completely wrong and I had to go into the restaurant to try and correct the order and get what we had asked for. I checked the order in front of the staff member and again it was completely wrong. I waited another 5 minutes to get the right burgers as they were obviously starting from scratch. Having eventually got back to the car with our order, I found that I was obviously expected to drink my beans as they hadn't put a spoon in the bag (as per usual, I should have known better). Back in I go to fetch a spoon. Back to the car and now I find out that I have the wrong drink. One portion of luke warm soggy chips wasn't even a portion. There were about 9 chips in the bag. Back in I go. Having finally sorted everything (with a 5 hour drive to London ahead of us), the chicken burgers we ordered were absolutely disgusting. Limp, tasteless and almost cold. I gave up and It's put me off KFC for life. We've experienced the wrong order scenario so many times at different KFC's which makes me think that their staff training is severely lacking. And of course, no one seems to give two hoots. My parents used to take me to the KFC on Whitegate Drive in Blackpool when I was a youngster and it was always excellent. Not so now. 1st world problems I know but we will NEVER be stopping at KFC Kirkham again, it's just abysmal.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place chance after chance! From now on I am just going to drive the extra miles to Preston! This is the fourth time I’ve been in the last few months and they have not had gravy, rubbish situation to start with, but they are so dismissive over this fact. Hello people literally only go to kfc for the gravy! It’s like going to McDonald’s and then not having Big Macs! I’ve had orders wrong in the past. This time we ordered 8 hot wings and the 10 piece mini fillet bucket. Knowing that they often get it wrong I tried to check, however they had put them all in the same bucket and I couldn’t see the fillets below. I get home to find 7 fillets and then 2 half scraps! I’ve had to sacrifice my portion so that my child and husband are fed! The only thing you are consistent at is being consistently bad! You really need to improve the standards here!

Just been here tonight orderd where do I begin, drive through was dead quite so order trilogy BOX meal LARGE , and toasted twister on its own , Also ordered Dare devil BOX meal LARGE sides gravy, 2 peaces of chicken there reply was " we don't have any chicken left " absolutely shocking!, Got home to find trilogy BOX meal had no pop corn chicken , no salad in fillet burger Toasted twister same no sauce no salad just a wrap with chicken inside thats not a toasted twister!!! Gravy was half full Dare devil BOX.meal hardly any chips No salad in burger And 1 dry chicken fillet Gravy half full again I wouldn't go back there what a shame as we live in Kirkham but I would rather travel to BLACKPOOL!!!! My advice don't bother with this place.

Went to order some food for my partner, this was at 9:53pm. After waiting at the drive through, no answer on the intercom. Only to find all the staff outside smoking. After ten minutes they went in and someone answered the intercom. However they didn't have a lot of chicken selection left. I agree with other peoples assessments about retraining your staff.

Don’t bother with the drive through, the order process goes as follows:- take your order- take your money- send you to the front grill bay- leave you waiting 15-25 minutes (they have your money so you can’t go)- eventually arrive with a cold, wrong order.If you want KFC go to blackpool or preston

This place is an absolute joke. I would say 90% of the time they get the order wrong - typically on the drive through so you’re at home before you realise it. They’re slow too. I had to return to the store to return the food. Eurogarages own this franchise and I would say it’s damaging the reputation of KFC. They’re in capable of running a KFC.

Haven't had a KFC in over 10 years. Working from home and fed up so thought I'd treat myself when I was out and about and bought 6 pieces with chips. The chicken was small, dry and tasteless and the chips were cold and soggy. Now I know why I go to the local fried chicken shop in the town... disgusting and won't be going again

Went last night for the first time to this Kfc. Bought a 6 piece bargain bucket got home to find there was only 5 pieces. Why does this happen it has happened at the Layton kfc on numerous occasions. They need to employ people who can count. Plus the chips where soggy I'll stick to Chinese in future.

After a long drive to the area we viewed a KFC and a show of hands was enough for a visit. Social distancing was clearly in operation with screens and table service. Food arrived without any fuss and it was of the Colonel standard. Just what we needed.

Visited this KFC for the first and last time today.Staff lacking in any skills that related customer service, slow resulting in cold food, wrong orders, Complaints met with blank vacant looks as if it was the customer who was at fault.The owner of this franchise should be ashamed!Close it, train or replace staff and re open with smiling staff that help provide you with the livelihood you currently steal

I visited with my family for lunch on our way to Ribby Hall and the place was deserted when we got there. My parents and brother ordered a 6 piece bucket, and I had a lunchbox. After some initial confusion with the order (the staff member was obviously new), we paid for our food and got our drinks. After ten minutes, we could see part of our meal sitting on a tray. The staff member put some chips in the fryer and wandered off. While she was gone, the chips obviously finished cooking so were taken by another staff member and given to drive through orders. The first staff member came back, realised what had happened, and put more chips in. It was another ten minutes before the rest of the meal was ready. Surprisingly, the food that had been waiting out was still hot so we didn't question it, we were just glad to finally have what we ordered!When we finally were able to eat our food, we found the bucket had far more than 6 bits of chicken, and even had a few boneless fillets. We also had five portions of chips instead of 4 (those in the lunchbox were separate).The food was nice, but waiting 20 minutes for 'fast' food only to find we had far more than was ordered and paid for was a bit strange. Overall it was a bit weird and the staff member who took our order, ignored us for 20 minutes, and finally brought us the food clearly needed more support than was given as she seemed very lost.Very bizarre operation, hopefully there are more experienced staff next time!

filthy, greasy restaurant. even the door handles are slippery. Food is served warm by staff who don't care. They would rather be chatting on their phones or with each other than pay attention to a customer. Soggy chips, wrong order AGAIN. but never again from us.

we were driving past and thought a treat for kids as we have not been to kfc for a long time . we used drive through as two older kids were at home with granma even she had some and like it thats world first for her. it was the best ever chicken the chips were ok a bit soggy but that chicken just great better than any others we have been to. will be going there again

My wife ordered a fillet burger and zinger burger meal. Whatever we ate was crunchy and tasted like cardboard. It was definitely not chicken. I expect both of us to need a visit to a&e; tomorrow. Never had a kfc life it. We have eaten many kfc meals in our lives and the one thing you could rely on was that you were eating chicken. I can honestly say that I haven’t a clue what I have just eaten. Will never go here again.
