Burger King in North East Lincolnshire

Never again at this Burger King, spicy mayo chicken burger had bacon inside it but no mention of that? Burger not good quality bad taste. I asked for ketchup they don’t have ketchup, I then asked for bbq sauce sachets and been told 30p for each sachet?? Been inside the restaurant to toilets not clean.

Dreadful. Long wait although empty. £4 more than expected because vat isn't included in price. No game in childrens boxes, no milkshakes despite being on online menu, no kids ice-cream just rock hard ben and Jerry's. Rude and couldn't be bothered staff. Dirty unkempt eating areas. At least train your foreign staff to pretend to be pleasant. No tables wiped while we were there, although they had time to talk about a man who was keen on of the employees. The sooner this is shut down the better.

Totally disgusting 🤢🤮 avoid at all costs. The place is filthy with dirty tables. The food was the most pathetic, limp sorry looking offering I've ever seen and it was cold. The Cappuccino looked like dirty washing up water and did not resemble Cappuccino in any way.

Place looked like a cheap scuffy greasy spoon caff. All the tables were chipped and not cleaned. Burger was cold and thrown together. The chips were like cheap fries. The coff machine was broken as was the coke machine. I will never go back, and i would advise family and friends to avoid the olace.

This has to be the worst ever fast food venue in history my meal was warm not hot and fresh tasteless muck.seating was tatty the place itself filthy and as for the toilets both ladies and gents blocked off with chairs stacked up so it was a dirty disabled toilet with a broken hand dryer.

Very disappointed,tables and floor are filthy. Ordered a small drink and was half full,had to ask a member of staff to clean a table.where she half heartedly cleaned the previous sitters food on to the seats and then walked off. Most of the seats are ripped/torn,the toilets obviously never get cleaned. This is a health hazards,do not visit.lazy staff and cold reheated food.

I was visiting my home town and entered the store. I'd not been there in years and decided to get a whopper meal with a coke zero. After ordering, I sat down and noticed how damaged the seats were and then started to take in the surroundings. the place was an absolute disgrace! Messy/dirty floors, damaged seats all along on both sides between the entrance and collection point (wish id taken in surroundings on entry). I was told that the ice machine is broken and breaks whenever its hot, how ironic! Earliest it will be fixed is September 2022... Thats disgraceful! In addition, I was told that they had no full size buns remaining and the app where i placed the order should have told me... It didnt! I was told to cancel my order on the app due to the issues noted above or I could accept junior size buns. I tried cancelling but the app wouldnt allow it, maybe this is by design or because i was already in store and/or my order had been started... whatever the reason, I had no choice but to accept the junior size buns. To make matters worse, the staff then became aware of a sewage issue near the drive thru and became quite concerned. No idea if this were reported. The food was fine for a fast food solution in a pinch but never again will I visit this BK store. I've never seen a BK so run down and hopeless. I feel sorry for the staff having to apologise for so many issues.

Visited this Burger King on Thursday 5th January 2022 ordered 2 coffees 2 Whoppers with fries, the place looked very grubby and unkempt but we thought it would be cooked fresh and hot. How disappointing the coffees were Luke warm the burger buns crumbled and the burgers were Luke warm and a horrendous taste. We didn’t complain due to the scruffy untidy staff, no heating in the place and felt if we complained it would become confrontational so binned everything and left within 10 minutes of arriving. This place is a disgrace staff wise food and grubbiness of the whole place. Would definitely not recommend or return. I have marked the score 1 which isn’t good enough as it would be minuses.

bought two cheeseburgers, i could’ve done better at home with a birds eye frozen patty. had two mouthfuls and binned it. shocking for a place that claims to be the king of burgers.

In the 18 months of lockdown, this franchisee and the restaurant have done absolutely zero to improve the restaurant. The chairs are still damaged, the drinks machine is still damaged, the staff are still poor, the food is still poor. What an absolute disgrace. I have to drive to Ferrybridge Services to get a decent BK burger. You should be ashamed of yourselves

This places need closing down…today I visited with my 9yr old son to sit inside it’s absolutely disgusting I carnt believe it’s still open.There is roughly 20tables an not one person was sat eating in the restaurant area an not one clean table….ad love to know what the hygiene rating is on this place the hole place need a deep clean!

Absolutely Tasteless , I ate in car park so should have been fresh , fries where cold , onion rings just mush no taste , double whopper was disgusting , drink Coke was flat and no ice , the guy who handed me my drink and tomato sauce sachets touched my hand and I could feel it wet , really covid safe transaction , I will absolutely never go back there again also it cost me £10.80 wished I had gone to McDonalds it would have tasted better

Placed an order approximately 9pm, tried ordering oreo Shake, machine broken after 2 weeks ago, same excuse, ordered a mocha, that machine is broken, ordered a bbq texas long, patties very pale & bbq sauce very very sparse won't be surprised if I'm on the loo all tomorrow, AVOID AVOID AVOID I'm surprised this Grimsby store is still open, no wonder it looks like a ghost town.

We went at around 7:30pm. It was empty. The place itself could do with a huge make over. All the chairs are damaged and tables very dirty. We had to search for a clean table in an empty restaurant (they were all clear but needed a good wipe!!) The food was very nice and hot! But the milkshake machine wasn’t working so no milkshake for us! Overall, I think they just need to take a bit more care here: get some new chairs , clean the dining area and the toilets!

Can be a little slow, but everything is freshly cooked to order, never had a bad meal here, milkshakes really good too

Having had the misfortune of eating here on Tuesday. It was empty when I arrived I can see why. If you like smashed furniture. Tepid warm burgers. Staff who don`t give a s*** you are in the right place.

Absolutely filthy disgusting place hovel of a place. Unwashed tables not clean. Place is a mess totally. Patched up furniture all over Food on floor. Really really run down. Filthy in places. Anyone should be disgusted to call it Burger King. Seriously give this s@@@Hole a miss.

Really slow service every time I've been waited 6 minutes just to ger served then an offer 8 minutes for my food food quality was okay at best

If you are looking for poor service, average food and a run-down place to eat it, this has to be your destination!! It appears that the place (I'm not using restaurant!) has been given a poor lick of paint but hardly had any attention since it opened. A lack-lustre welcome and a usually luke-warm meal awaits. Will I go back? Having tried very hard to eat here (I do usually like BK), and enjoy it........don't think so unless they buck up their ideas!!

We visited this Burger King and had to wait excessive times for our meal. There was probably a dozen others stood waiting. However after 20 minutes there was no sign of or meal so requested a refund.There was not enough staff for a lunch time, and the staff there were running around trying to cope with the restaurant and drive in orders. Totally mismanaged.Unfortunately this was the worst occasion as the previous visit was not particuarly a fast food time either.The resturant was freezing as well.The owners need to take note of a rivals management because when we visited themthey were full and coping very well with a high turn over

Simply filled another cup and handed it to me.I then asked if the receipt was in the bag.No reply. She just turned to the side and printed off one and handed it to me then shut the window. No smile. So dribbling tomato juice and mayo down my face had to be mopped up by a chip. Well I had wanted extra mayo on my chips!I work for a mystery shopping company - and although this wasn't an inspection - it failed on many levels. The customer service on 30/07 at 5.32pm was awful. (M**C 7512).The food and drink completely disappointing.. especially as it is not the cheapest of fast food. £7.38 on this visit.It has done some good.. as it has put me off going to BK any more. Lovely food in this restaurant. Staff are polite. Some times have some offers on. Can be a little expensive compared to MacDonald's, and a shame they do not do NUS discount like MacDonald's.

Staff very welcoming, helpful. Food delicious, hot, filling. I ate in, very clean, tables cleared and floor spotless. Highly recommend

Este restaurante es una absoluta vergüenza. Los suelos estaban sucios, las mesas no limpian correctamente. Ruido personal maleducado de ralentí. Máquina de bebidas es una abominación. Las sillas están en orden trapo. Los techos son incluso sucia! La directora está siempre en un sucio montaje, que enferma camisa nunca ha visto una plancha. Toma demasiado tiempo, ya que el personal prefiere sentarse en la parte trasera para no fumadores. No hay dirección de gestión allí, que es la razón por la que el personal siempre juega durante períodos de mucho. En el lado positivo, el coche a través de las chicas son siempre educado y cortés. Burger King conseguir un agarre, se ejecutan esta franquicia en el suelo! ! No comer en alguna más, porque es una absoluta agujero de rata. KFC! ! ! !

Llamado en nuestro viaje a casa de Skegness. El lugar estaba muy tranquilo, ya que era justo antes de las 12 del mediodía. Le faltaba la persona que sirve la confianza y realmente no sabía lo que era. Posiblemente tomó unos 20 minutos para llegar a nuestro fin juntos y en ese momento unos cuantos más clientes habíamos venido, formando una cola. Otra chica fue enviado a ayudar a ella y nos sentamos a observar la diversión tomando lugar mientras comíamos nuestra comida. No es una gran experiencia de comida rápida! Bendita sea! !

Un buen menú variado para todos incluyendo niños, bebidas y precios razonables. Ha habido un par de veces y a los niños les encanta

Fuimos a Burger King por primera vez con mi hermana ayer.. Muy limpio, el personal era encantador y la comida muy rica pipping caliente no podemos quejarnos del lugar gracias

Mi Royale de pollo estaba frío, llevamos a la segunda era frío, así que no llegué a comer. Mis dos nietos tenía coca cola sin hielo. Sabía como un delicioso agua de coca-cola. indignado no será ir allí de nuevo!!!

this burger king is always empty considering its perfectly positioned in grimsby. the reason its empty is its food is not as good as mcd and usually more expensive

This place is awful. Very dirty. Ripped seats. Drinks machine is falling apart with tape to hold it together. There were 4 staff on at lunch time meaning we had to wait approximately 15 minutes for a fast food meal. The lady passing the food to customer kept shouting in a high pitched voice. The server did not great or say thank you. Never again will i go there.

No customers inside but still had to wait over 5 minutes to be served, staff member was rude when finally did come to take order. Then had to wait 10 minutes for one drink and one burger than as she rammed the drink at my husband it spilt all over and no apology what so ever from the staffnot impressed with the service !!!!

I had a cheeseburger, small chips and a drink. Drink and chips were fine.. The cheese burger tasted funny after one bite so I lifted the bun to investigate. I was horrified to find the burger looked dodgy to say the least, it almost looked like it had small mushroomy type things growing on it but I'm not sure what it was. Needless to say I chucked it in the bin whilst cringing at the bite I had already eaten. I wish I had taken it straight back but it was on the return journey of a holiday abroad and was absolutely shattered a day went to bed.. I still have the receipt though! I will never return!

I visited this place on Sunday and within 10 minutes was reminded of why I haven't been for 5 years .Shocking service , received a pulled pork burger when I ordered beef & told when I complained 'well some of the staff are new ' food was awful ,overpriced .We went there as it was nearest but won't be going back .The drinks dispenser was broken & it is about time places like this offered free water .I should have known better than to go back .

The service was good. Staff are friendly and willing to help. I found the premises to be very clean and tidy during my visit. Can get busy at times as tends to be typical of fast food outlets especially in school holidays when it can get a bit noisy.

Always used to go here when I grimsby as I much prefer the food in burger king but never again! Over the last 12 months it's really gone off, on our last visit returned the cold food with half the elements missing for a refund, staff disinterested, place scruffy, have given up now, needs closing or a manager with some oomf to shake it up big time, don't bother.

we went for lunch here today. Two chicken royal meals, one with coffee and one with fizzy drink. Order taken by very fed up, but polite young lady. The seating here is in an appalling state. We were hard pushed to find any seats that were either not torn or badly scuffed. The floor looked as though it had not been cleaned for a while. Coffee was lukewarm, fries looked twice cooked. I think this place has lost the race with McDonalds and KFC close by. Time to close as never many people I'm here. No wonder staff are miserable I think I would be if I had a job here too.

Visited with my mum and dad after shopping we where hungry and I suggested burger king as only being across the road bad idea I ordered 3 bacon double cheese xl meals after waiting in a long que for 10mins and only one older slow lady taking orders no apology for having to wait. gave my order 20mins later and 5 times saying where's my food it came not happy waiting food was bland only warm not worth the money and definitely not worth the time of 30mins waiting to be served and waiting for food.

worst burger kings ever!served by a man called rich i ordered a plain 99p chicken burger, 4 nuggets, fries, and a big king meal. 10 minutes later still no food. said to my dad this is ment to be fast food. rich the rude man says: what where you saying mate? our food is cooked to order so you have to wait so get used to it! food came another 5 minutes later 99p chicken burger not plain. we wernt waiting again so we asked for our money back. manger came down rich was serving a someone and he stopped serving the customer and said he apparently asked for it plain but i think hes lieing. and he said he not waiting agian evan though hes only been here 2 minutes. hes just too much in a rush! manger handed money back no sorry or anything. went back to see the manger in privaite about the serivce and he said you waiting a long tme because i cant be bothered the people who moan all the time! stick to MacDonalds

My last few visits have been really good, i have heard through word of mouth that there has been a few changes and that the restaurant manager has lost her job through poor sales and service, and she has been replaced and i must say that my last 2 visits have been a massive improvement quick service actually polite staff and hot fresh food, which now i have tasted food at the standard come to expect i will definitely be returning as it was alot better quality and taste from McDonalds hopefully this wasn't just a flash in the pan and will continue as i will certainly be wanting to carry on visiting.

What a load of crap, microwaved burgers, overpriced,incompetent staff,dirty, promise this place will be shut down soon stay well away its a dump stick to mcdonalds!

we visited here today after shopping at a nearby retail park, the girl behind the counter clearly either hasnt had any customer service training or simply just couldnt be bothered! her reply to everything i said was 'what?' so i had to keep repeating, the restaurant wasn't full so i guess just blatantly being rude! the food was actually pretty good, but i think shouting my order across the restaurant for me to collect is bad service! we had our meals without cups for drinks, so had to ask for them! everytime we go to this place to eat they always seem to have something not working or not in, last time it was no ice-cream or milkshakes, this time its no apple fries, another time it was no fries! sort it out

Just returned from BK and felt compelled to write a review...we went through the drive thru as busy and wanted to be quick..ha no chance, we had to wait five minutes until we could give our order....then a further wait for the food...at least it's being freshly cooked we said....ha....admittedly we drove home but this was a less than 5 min journey and the food was cold....we had tried two Angry Angus meals and received two burgers lathered in BBQ sauce, the addition of jalapeño peppers apparently makes it angry...no pepper jack cheese etc....and two small chips...we had asked for two strawberry and banana smoothies as advertised with the angry range to be met with an apathetic, 'we haven't got any in stock' what about milkshakes? The same reply...we had to ask what our options were and then mo ed on to pick up.... Once the food was eventually delivered....it was passed through minus drinks and the window slammed shut...we beeped and eventually someone asked if there was a problem...and we got passed the drinks that had been poured and stood on the main serving counter...minus a stand...so spilt all over me....in summary the service was rubbish, the food equally rubbish and the experience depressing...totally unacceptable...especially on what one would expect to be the busiest day - Saturday - sort it BK or close down its embarrassing...and btw the place was virtually empty so no excuses there!

Do not eat here! The service is slow, the food is cold and the staff aren't bothered. The worst Burger King experience EVER. We will not be returning.

If I could do a zero for this place I would. Dirty, cold and that's just the place. Food was just warm and when we asked about it they said it had just been put out!!!!! Fast food..........yep but not something we will do again.

Called for quick lunch food awful luke warm burger which was not freshly prepared so don't now long it had sat there.chips re constituted potato. Staff friendly but very expensive for poor quality food

As a family we visited this restaurant to be told there were NO FRIES. I asked if there was anything else we could have as a substitute to go with our meals. The answer was basically NO.. They could only sell the burgers individually and all other sides would be extra.. I actually felt sorry for the young girl that tried to serve us, but her manager needs to be spoken to.... What fast food restaurant doesn't have any fries!!

Had a whopper meal from here which was luke warm, and quite frankly disgusting. The whole thing had ton of mayonnaise on it, and iook two mouthfuls and had to chuck the rest. Terrible experience never to be repeated. Nothing is ever done well in a hurry, and fast food like this is a great example of this.

I Needed A Burger meal, I came in to a dirty restaurant bins overflowing and food was slow, you cant get it right all the time but empty the bins and clear the tables
