Chesters Chicken in Manchester

Fantastic food and excellent delivery service. I truly can't believe so many negative reviews. I hope someday they open one in my hometown we defo need one.

I'm shocked that there's even ONE adverse review on here about Chesters! The food is awesome, the staff are friendly and accommodating (I like loads of pineapple on my pizza and that's what I get - controversial I know), the delivery is always on the dot or early - I honestly can't fault these guys. Always top of my list. Cheers fellas :-) xx

They Brant me cold chips with some dusty chicken burger which probably wasn’t even chicken then they had the cheek not to bring my gravy I am fuming mush

Wish I had read the reviews… ordered almost 2 hours ago and still hasn’t shown up. Now i’m not looking forward to when it does.

Disgusting service. Waited an hour for order to be cancelled whilst literally outside my house. Driver didn’t even try to ring. Restaurant took my call then didn’t ring me back. Took 20 calls for them to answer again to be told nothing they can do as it’s not their normal driver lol. Used to order regular from here. Won’t ever use them again.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Chesters and the 3rd time they have forgotten about part of my order. Its either the chicken or some pizza topping. Do not order from here, wase of time

Wrap was just mayo, chicken was pink at best, might as well have come with a pulse - straight from the battery farm. Please, for your own safety, do not order from this place under any circumstances!! Terrible is an understatement

I was extremely disappointed with how disgustingly frightening my meal was. All the chicken was raw and the batter tasting no better than the carboard it came in. I would know as after spending 5 years in prison, the food here was way, way worse. Would rather re-live my sentence than come back here again.

Sent the wrong food and had the audacity to get goby! Will certainly not be ordering from here again! Bunch of dishonest people. This is how you end of closing down, by losing customers and trashing your reputation down to the ground! Will never order from you again

Rubbish service and disrespectful staff. Wrong order sent on several occasions . Poor service . Azam needs to train his staff

Just received mine and my sisters order & let me tell you it’s was the worst meal I have ever had in my life , ordered a tender chicken and chips& Pepsi. When it came there was no drinks also sat down to eat my food and there was way too much salt on my chips and I do like salt on my chips but that was just too much and they tasted like plastic. Not to mention the chicken strips& chicken wings tasting very rubbery. If I can help anyone DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Ordered twice from here both times food was freezing cold and we were staying at a hotel two doors up. I asked no salad no mayonnaise I returned their burger twice for them to make it exactly the same way. Please do not buy from this place because food should be made to your taste which they do not care about. To top it off I wouldn’t have minded if the place was busy. But it was a ghost town and I was the only customer yet they still couldn’t get the order right. The chicken they use first is the chicken that’s been sat there all day.

I ordered online, 45 minutes delivery, rang and rang and rang no one answered. 1hour 10 minutes later our food arrived stone cold. I refused to pay and sent him away. I then drove to the shop to get fresh food, the phone in the shop was constantly ringing and none of the staff answered all there interested in is I’m the online bookings and getting the cash in. I was then charged 10% more for my food than ordering online, and he wouldn’t give me any money off. I’d advise not going here unless you like cold food and rude staff. We won’t be ordering again.

Ordered food at 12:00 it is now 01:36 hasn’t arrived paid online took cash 😡😡 annoyed isn’t the word! Won’t be ordering from here ever again and recommend you don’t neither

If you're looking for a takeaway in a hurry don't bother , waited an hour and a half for cold food with missing fries

We had a 7inch and 12 inch pizza meals were perfect. It came with 3 fries 3 drinks and dips to go with it.Read the reviews after ordering but I'd say them commented were maybe put there as they ordered during the rush hour.Mine was a last minute order and it was tasty apart from the chicken nuggets she ordered.We will be back

Been having Chesters since we moved to Northenden in 2015 and it was probably the best takeaway on Palatine Rd at the time.Fast forward 3 years and I believe a ‘takeover’ occurred last year and the standard of the food has gone downhill.The chicken burgers were to die for, now they are dry and come on stale buns (every time I have had it for the last year anyway).In the last 12 months I have had Chesters probably twice, usually to see if they have changed their ways. Before it was taken over, it would be regular visits every two weeks or so.

Aunque amo este lugar, estoy de acuerdo con algunas de las otras críticas. He tenido comidas frías, tardías y malas antes, ¡pero no muy a menudo!¡De alguien que le ordena bastante, la mayoría de las veces es perfecto, cuando es correcto está CORRECTO!Por malo, he tenido bollos rancios. He tenido buches de guerra y chips congelados cuando obviamente han estado en baja cantidad.En cuanto a la sal roja en las patatas fritas, Chester's es una franquicia y todos tienen esta sal. En realidad es realmente agradable, no pimentón, como se indica en otra crítica!¡Vale la pena la oportunidad 8/10 es absolutamente perfecto!

Ordené comida en la aplicación a las 6:45 p.m., después de una hora tuvimos que volver a llamar nos dijeron que no habíamos pedido, así que reordenamos lo que queríamos. A las 9 pm, decidió aparecer, estábamos comiendo nuestra mega mezcla familiar cuando había una mosca cocida en la hamburguesa que mi hijo de 7 años estaba comiendo. ¡Ya olvidaron las papas fritas y un trozo de pollo que estaba incluido en la mega mezcla! Los llamamos para quejarse y pedirnos que le devolvamos el dinero, pero el tipo era arrogante y grosero. ¡Diciendo que no nos está devolviendo nuestro dinero porque hemos comido algo de la comida! ¡Luego dijeron que podemos tener 12 y nos traerán comida nueva! El conductor regresó a nosotros y le mostré la mosca que estaba en mi hamburguesa de 7 años. Luego se comunicó con su gerente y cerró toda su ventana y me dijo que llamara nuevamente a Chesters. Ordered a pizza waited an hour and a half and the pizza was raw! How can u mess up cooking a pizza i mean after an hour it should of been burnt!

went here the other night, seen what a customer was served and thought twice. Thinking long term and slowly poisoning us, be warned!

After having no previous problems my wife decided to order from here and after it being an hour and forty five minutes late (she had to chase it up), it was luke warm and came with a staple in it that luckily she spotted before she took any further bites. On calling them to complain she was offered £5 or 20% off the next order which she politely declined as we won't be going there again. They then sent the driver back out with a fiver which was actually only half of the order! Definitely will be not be ordering from here again and I would not recommend.

Seriously guys. Don't order from there.

Probamos como un proceso en línea HungryHouse para llevar, y nos fuimos con pollo, A. Porque Chesters entrega era gratuita, y ser. porque estaba cerca de donde estamos.

Yo no sabía de este lugar había estado allí un rato. Normalmente me pide de Drumstick, que está bien, pero nos dieron un folleto a través de la puerta, así que pensamos que era un lugar nuevo.

Ordered 2 kebabs came soggy and a tiny bit of salad. Worst kebab i have ever had. No wonder it is cheap. Thought it was too good to be true. Nothing like advertised. Will never order from here again

本来想去对面的越南菜，结果已经关门了，无奈八点半的晚上又搓了一顿高热量炸鸡。热炸的味道都还不错，薯条比较意外加了特别的辣粉，不辣很好吃。

We ordered pizza it's take more than 2 hours when we called them and ask how long more wait they we don't know. All staff is very bad and stupid.

We had food from here, it was excellent and very cheap. Would recommend. They have some really good offers on and a great choice of food. We had a pizza deal which was unbelievably cheap with extra chips and drinks thrown in !

Pedimos desde este lugar numerosas veces. La comida tarda más de una hora para ser entregado y llega fría y en 2/3 veces que pedimos desde allí la orden recibida era incorrecto.

Es un lugar tarde noche pollo grasienta y hace exactamente lo que dice en la lata!

Ordered delivery. Took nearly 2 hours. Food absolutely horrendous. Chicken fried in old oil, Coleslaw off! Delivery driver no change plus cold food. Never again!!!!

I understand the impact a bad review can leave for a business and I don't like to do it. But after listening to my partner in the bathroom being sick (never been sick in the 3 years I known him) roughly 8hrs after eating a 3 piece meal from here.....and having only had a sandwich mid day (and been fine) he I think it's pretty safe to say it was the not so tasty chicken. Sorry guys - this franchise needs to pull their finger licken chicken out! 1/10
