Raj was the rudest person I have ever met the staff are rude and no one answers phone don’t bother food cold and fries and other things gs wrong they have have a ‘ no complaints accepted policy, period. Ain’t like this in the states y’all DO NOT USE TBIS PLACE YOU BETTER OFFER DYING OF HUNGER. Xx

I called to the drive through at 5,am on Saturday 30/03/24 8 pieces of chicken it was discuting half of the were cold and most over cooked never again.

Why is this KFC incapable of getting the order correct. Ordered 4 meals but only 3 in the bag. I am angry with myself for not checking before I drove away as I have never had a correct order. Cost twice the fuel having to return. Don’t know if the one on the Penn Road is better but if I’m having to use twice the fuel I will be using that one from now on.

I went today at about 15-45. The food was old, cold. Absolutely awful. The Pepsi Max was undrinkable. I live about 8 miles away, so I couldn't take it back . It was for my grandson. Very disappointed 😞 staff was rude , honestly won't be going back . Where are the management to sort out these problems, or do they just don't care, I think the latter.

COMPLETE RIP-OFF!! Bought a party bucket via drive thru at a cost of almost £32. When opened at home found it contained 11 drumsticks out of 14 chicken portions in the main box. 2nd time this has happened at KFC Oxley, will travel further to Penn Rd in future. My advice is avoid Oxley KFC you will get a better selection elsewhere

I have visited this KFC a number of times, using the drive through and going in to the store. Staff are always rude and arrogant. Orders, in the dozen times I've used this KFC, have been incorrect every single time. Food is always stale and tastes like it was reheated multiple times. If you order through Just Eat or Uber Eats like I have multiple times and they get your order wrong (which they have for me every single time) they refund you without even questioning it which makes me think that they either intentionally give you less food than you've ordered or they mess up orders so often that they don't even question it if you say the order is wrong. I'm mad at myself for using this KFC so many times, it's only because I live so close. However, I won't be using this store any more as they are clearly incompetent and could make better tasting food if a purchased a bag of southern fried chicken from a supermarket and shoved it in the oven. Avoid this KFC unless you want to spoken to like something the staff have trodden in and unless you want to eat stake chicken and chips.

Visited this restaurant yesterday to dine in, food was ok, but fries could have been hotter. Went to the toilet after I had eaten and they were filthy. Sinks had not been cleaned for sometime and no soap in dispenser. If I had gone in there before I had eaten I would have walked out.

Came in with my Dad as a treat after we both finished work for a catch up. Every single table was dirty and not cleaned, food on the floor and delivery drivers waiting about everywhere. The restaurant itself isn't big enough to have 12 drivers waiting around having a chat. On top of this, we asked for our receipt several times and they were unable to provide. It wasn't until we had sat down, eaten and reminded them again that they eventually managed to reprint. Unacceptable service and terrible hygiene!!

Visited KFC drive thru at Oxley on Saturday evening, ordered 3 piece variety meal plus an extra piece of chicken from the KFC app. It took about 20 minutes to collect my order, not sure why as it was busy, but not overly busy, people just seemed to be kept waiting at the collection window. Drove home (5 mins) to find chicken was Luke warm, chips were stone cold and the extra piece of chicken was missing. Had to microwave food. Tried to call restaurant to complain, but no answer. This restaurant used to be good, don’t know what’s happened. Won’t be going back, will try Penn Road branch next time.

Cold food arrived from KFC in Oxley. We ordered from deliveroo for the first time from here and will be the last. We had to microwave the chicken, fries and vegan burger - all cold. They were slow releasing the order due to being busy 🙄 and so it should arrived at 5.30pm but arrived at 6pm. I ordered just before 5pm. Avoid unless you like cold food.

A rare visit to any KFC but after a full day out called in for convenience at 20.18, we ordered boxed meals, these weren't in a box but looked like they had been thrown into the bad, flat pepsi max drinks We live less than 2 miles away food was stone cold and had to be warmed up in the microwave. Won't be going back to this store again andvwill think twice of any others. Was not worth the money either. Disgusting...

Absolutly disgusted with the staff attitude- missing items and they insisted they'd packed the things that were missing. Called us liars! Food not top brilliant gravy and chips cold when arrived!!

Rubbish customer care!! Rang to say items were missing was called a liar and told they remembered packing order so I was wrong!!! So rude! Laughable service! Won't order from here again!

Service very slow, food not great chips where cold waited that long couldn't be bothered to change and wait again Also while I was waiting one of the delivery drivers walked passed pulled down his mask and spat on the floor (obviously doesn't know there is a global pandemic) filthy

Ordered food online to be delivered. Missed an item off the order, tried to call the restaurant and no answer at all, phone just rings out.

I stood outside after being told I could for 30 minutes only to be told they where not taking orders over the counter anymore and myself and other people queuing would need to get in our cars and go to the back of the drive thru queue for another 30 minutes. So I left without my kids order. On phoning them on my way home to complain after being told that the staff member that she wanted to be at home with her kids rather than being there with customers, they said that where now open again to take orders via the restaurant. Incredible. Not ever going to that one (or KFC) again.

Been away for 2 weeks in spain, got back today after eating at quite a few places of which are our favourites while roaming about . To get back on uk soil to have nothing in the cupboards so time to improvise. So KFC was the Nearest for us after travelling most of the day and hanging around airports and waiting for trains, good job 1st class rail travel makes it more comfortable. But getting a kfc tonight actually made a change, and for once was a decent meal, even though it's junc food, it was hot after the 10 minute journey home, as normal on a friday night, the place is Heaving with Kids, that think everything revolves around them, and messing about while waiting for a bag of chips between 10 and a small coke with 5 straws for all the mates. Staff were having a meltdown due to the number of people waiting for a take out, and the fact, no one can read off a screen , the place is crowded. Anyway For £12 what more do you want .. Perhaps KFC has had a shake up and things are on the turn .. if so keep it up

My husband requested a 6 piece wicked variety bucket which includes 8 hot wings. The hot wings consisted of a very tiny wing, a very large wing, 2 thighs and a boneless piece of chicken. The whole time he was waiting all he could hear was the manager swearing at the staff saying how can this be a chicken shop with no f****g chicken! It's clearly obvious that its is in the process of being updated but in my opinion for the worst. My husband had already been discounted £5 for his long wait after being ignored upon entering the store. He then had to wait a further 15 mins to get our food. We decided to use this kfc as we had a really bad experience at the penn road kfc. I'm assuming its kfc as a whole that seems to need to get its affairs in order, not just individual stores. Roll on Grill-it opening across the road, I'll be getting my chicken fix from there in future!

Food came very quick.. chips were nice but It was a good job I checked my chicken before I ate it. Could of had food poising

Waited half hour for food. Arrogant staff, service terrible. Won't go there again. Food tepid. Need better customer service and staff who welcome you, not treat you like something they trod in.

Dangerous food for kids and attitude was really bad from drive thru Went to kfc today on Stafford Road the food was not up to standard I ordered a family bucket.The lady on the drive thru that passed me the food was so rude she just passed me my food so fast through the window like I was a dog I went off to go home and my daughter was eating her food and ended up choking on the chicken because it had broken peace of bone in the batter really discussed how bad the staff was and how we was treated I have uploaded pictures of what my daughter was choking on real is bad from kfc

staff mess around and do not serve people, slag customers off behind there backs arguing with customers so definitely wont be going there again, well done to the manger who gave these staff a job think you need to train your staff some manners

Went through the drive thru of this restaurant when we was greeted at the pick up window by a member of staff who didn’t acknowledge us as customers, was in mid conversation with another member of star and began swearing towards the staff member and telling them to ‘shut up’. She was a very rude member of staff

As a family , we have been regular customers of tbis KFC. Apart from the National problem with chicken supply,we have always enjoyed good service and prompt “delivery” from the drive through. However the recent change of fries has really not worked for us and their big M competitor down the road is now our first port of call.

I've been through the drive through a few times, and it doesn't matter what time of day it is, even if there is no queue, service is so slow, and items from order regularly missing.

Didn’t even get a chance to order the food, waited 5 mins for a women to moan to a customer that the tills ‘slow man’ then another 5 mins to not even be acknowledged. Husband asked if anybody’s serving us? She asks another member of staff to serve us but she says ‘I’m making a Krushem’ tried to order on the self serve which froze, whilst we did this the lady at till served somebody off to McDonald’s we go!

I go here often as it is just down the road! They have never ever got our order right! Either no hot wings with zinger boxed, no gravy with mega box, no hasbrown on the towers, ask for leg get breast!!! Also the people are slow and rude and it always looks chaotic even if the restaurant is empt. I also whitnessed one customer asking for no bacon and they just removed it from the burger and gave it him!!! Also there was a long black hair stuck in my cheese on my zinger burger!! Think that is the last straw now and I will not be going again! Dirty, unorganised and crappy place! This KFC should be shut down or at least unannounced inspection needed.

The young lady was called Monique.. brilliant work ethic. I haven't been to that particular KFC for years cos it is normally dirty however I saw this young lady clean .. and clean good. Also had a nice manner too.. well done x

Visit the drive through and ordered a family boneless bucket paid for it at the first window. When driving to the second window and collected the food we pulled away but it was the wrong order when returning it was for the car behind us which they then just give it to when really they should had made a fresh order for them as we had it in the car for about five minutes. We then had to wait Five minutes for our food to be cooked not good service at all.

Every time I eat here I get a dicky stomach. The staff are so slow and its like they can't be bothered. I would not recommend going here for food.

I still go every now and again because I love kfc. But I have NEVER been here and them actually get a full 2 person order correct. I asked for zinger meal with the two hot wings - the plump ones. The lady shouted that over. I also asked for my side to be coleslaw. Collected drove off and surprise surprise - not correct. No fork for my coleslaw. Chicken wings were both the little ones. No wipe for after

This place NEVER gets your order right. The amount of times I’ve been through the drive thru, even checked in the bag to make sure we have all the bags & boxes that we should, when I get home & open the bags & boxes, it’s not what I ordered! Then I’ve taken it back & while waiting for the order to be corrected, the staff in the kitchen area are screaming, giggling, laughing, while me, an unsatisfied customer is standing there. When I complained, I got told by management that I have a bad attitude! Needless to say, that particular manager is not working there any more. When this kfc first opened, it was great, but very rapidly went downhill & has stayed in the pits ever since. Disgusting service.

Food is good and staff are brilliant I think it's the best of in Wolverhampton well done to the people who run it

A place to mis if you want something to eat

So i come to get some food at 11pm after a long day at work, and was honestly craving a krushem, as i ordered they said the machine was "off" not any other reason so i questioned and the staff member stuttered and didnt know what to say.

Staff here are really friendly and polite. There has never been a long wait for my order and Zinger Towers are wow.

Always polite staff and dont look miserable everytime i have been! Very helpful and quick to apologise about my short wait. Clean car park and well kept. I will be back again. Thanks.

I did like KFC until I found out that they now uses halal slaughtered meat. Unfortunately I don't adhere to sharia law

Staff are always friendly , food is always tasty and fresh and flavoursome. Store can look a little untidy at times but this would be helped if people learn how to put rubbish in bin rather than leave it on tables.
