Jesus H Christ….. how hard is it to get a simple chicken meal so wrong….. ordered 2 zinger box meals…. And there was nothing zinging about it!!! Just two dry chicken burgers, a tub of gravy, a chicken wing and some fries.. I would say the disappointment stopped there… but oh no… I went on to open my 8 piece chicken bucket meal only to find 4 drumsticks and 4 wings.. KFC will never get another penny from me and I will be buying my fast food from central Kidlington from now on!

Horrible rude staff .overpriced dry rubbish. still waiting for a reply from head office.please don't waste your money here

Stopped off here for a quick bite. Tasty KFC and the kids stated the chips were nice too. The only thing I’d comment on is the stench that wafts up the stairs from the toilets when you are standing at the self order stands. The doors should be kept shut!

Just stopped off the A34 for a bit of lunch. Ordered mini fillet box via the screen, confirmed on receipt. Came quite quickly, sat down to eat it and realised it was popcorn chicken instead. Large queue by then, so changing it would take ages. The fries were also luke warm and soggy, think they had been around for a while. KFC food quality is normally good and consistent, but need to take a look at this branch, letting the brand down.

Ordered food zinger had gone up and gone it wasn’t even spicy food was just about edible table was so sticky it felt like Velcro but staff were very pleasant

Sick on the floor and the table that we didn't see at first. Noone was attending it...up until the point when we sat down, stepped and put our hands in it...after that only a blue roll wipe...how about some disinfecting?...open cooked food area...disgusting...absolutely disgusting...if it was possible to give negative points, I would...

KFC - When are you going to deal with this branch? Tonight, ordered three piece chicken, and gravy. My partner ordered a chicken burger. My chicken was warm and dry. I took it back and complained. The so called manager was indignant, rude and arrogant. He ordered I was given two pieces as I had eaten the third! I think this says more about him than it did about me. If he thinks I am that trying to get an extra piece of chicken from him then he clearly has no idea or concept of his low standards, and how they are perceived. This branch is shocking, it is badly managed and clearly no one cares at all about providing food to a standard that is acceptable. It is nothing less than fodder.

Ridiculous!! Long wait , rude arrogant staff & poor quality. 4 separate orders all had something wrong!…….,,,,,,,,,,

Come here on 5th November with my 11 year old son.The payment machines were playing up,so i went to the payment desk.A very rude man refused to serve me,and told me to go back to the payment machines. I told him they were playing up,and he got very rude and aggressive and refused to serve me.I had to wait for more than 10 minutes until the manager came over and finally served me.It seems to be a bit of a theme with KFC just lately. I visited one in milton keynes a few weeks ago,and recieved equally poor service there as well.Its a pretty poor way to treat customers,and needless to say i wont be returning to either branch again.There loss,not mine!

In one of the run down services off the A34, stinky bathrooms , generally dirty Long wait at KFC as they prioritized Deliveroo drivers ordering massive bags of food over regular punters My burger and chips didn’t taste good but was eaten and 5 hours later I had food poisoning with all the trimmings Thanks Colonel!

We love a KFC treat but going to this branch is a nightmare as even when they aren't busy you can pretty much guarantee your order will be slow and wrong or something will be missing. Some serious staff retraining needs to go on here as its awful

Ordered for delivery. Only 1 bag delivered,delivery driver had no other product. Missing over half order,had product delivered that was not ordered. Drove to site to get rest of order. As far as they were concerned after"checking" all the order was delivered,tough. Absolute zero Customer service,were not interested. Refused to give Franchise details or anything. Avoid completely.

It’s just a needs must KFC really, poor surroundings, staff sometimes don’t understand and it seems so basic with condiments etc but if you want a KFC and you’re here.........

We decided to have a takeaway for this eatery rather than eat in. When the food arrived bagged up I asked the person who handed me the bag ( she happened to be the manager on duty) if the side orders were in the bag with the rest of the food. She confirmed that they were. Unfortunately I took her word that they were. When we got home we found, yes you guessed it, NO SIDES. Rather than traipse back to complain, I decided to use the on line complaint service. Somewhat difficult as the complaint was not shown as an option. Finally I managed to sent the complaint off and waited for a response. The response took 3 days and they have sent me a voucher for some money off out next visit. The moral of this story is, don’t take the word of those who serve you as gospel, even if they are a manager.

Staff here would not let us use KFC loyalty points claiming it was already half price due to EIEO government scheme. When challenged the Manager claimed staff were wrong they didnt do as Services didnt like them offering and had no machine to accept bar code. Other people waiting also said they thought he was wrong on hearing us complain but had accepted. Have complained to KFC as not only were staff confrontational and rude. There was no continuity on offers. Brand loyalty went out window tonight we went to Hungry Horse instead where this location and Franchisee owner should go and learn customer service. Passed up to KFC for further investigation and comment.

Rude staff that think nothing of over charging (even when prices are displayed behind them)....closing early....opening late....shortages in meals....food items not available....all experienced by me...will not go there anymore....and the KFC Care Squad, online..they are just as bad, really could not settle any of my concerns. What a shower !

Gracias a Dios que no pedí comida. Ayer por la tarde entré en la estación de servicio para usar el baño. Cuando me iba, noté delante de mí una banda de ratas que salían de las tuberías de drenaje del edificio directamente detrás de KFC. En un momento debo haber visto 20. No comería aquí si alguien me pagara también. ¡Asqueroso! ! ! ! ! ¡Necesitamos estándares comerciales allí lo antes posible!

Used it this week whilst working in the area. Quick service and it is in a good service station with lots of parking.

El kfc crappest que he tenido. Vine aquí el jueves por la noche para una comida. Pidió una comida regular y luego me cobró por una comida grande, y nunca se disculpó ni me preguntó si quería un reembolso. También observé a un miembro del personal picarle la espalda y luego recogió las papas fritas y salsa para poner en mi comida de la caja.

Bueno por donde empezar. El personal es grosero y sin ser insultante ni nada muy lento. La mayoría apenas habla inglés y discute con los clientes cuando son ellos los que se equivocan. Parece que intentan y cobran más por las cosas que no pediste, como aumentar los impuestos o el impuesto al azúcar. Impuesto sobre el azúcar en Pepsi max y dieta Pepsi hmmm. Las órdenes de comida deben ser revisadas. Comida normalmente tibia a fría. Si puedes evitar este lugar, no es un kfc bueno o promedio, es el peor en Oxford con diferencia.

We visited on a Sunday lunchtime with two children. We decided to use the self service counter for ease and to save time. Unfortunately the instructions are not very clear, once ordered you are supposed to take the receipt to the collection point desk for them to look at your order. The machine does not tell you to do this neither is there any signage to state this. Fortunately there was a lady in front of us that explained to us that this is the procedure following them having been sat down and waiting for 20+ minutes not knowing the self that this was the procedure. Finally when I was served the employee behind the counter grabbed my receipt so hard that it almost ripped! The food was good, but the customer service was not. Don’t use the self serve counter as it actually ends up taking much longer - they had one person taking the receipts for this, where as people queuing had about 4 people serving so this que went down much more quickly.

Very rude staff. Complaining to me that they haven't been given a break. WTF has it got to do with my food. Just serve me. Run with no skills management.

I've been to this KFC several times, and every time the service gets worse. You can expect to wait a minimum of 20 minutes at busy times, then they get orders muded up. It's anything but fast food. A couple of members of staff are friendly, the vast majority though are impolite and uninterested.

Service was slow and the food was dreadful. This has to have been the worst KFC I have ever been to. There’s another KFC in banbury that I have frequented over the years and I’d suggest if it’s KFC you need thats were you go.

One of the shittest KFC in the world if not 100% the worst in the country the staffs are miserable the service is dead slow Avoid coming in this shitwhole

More often than not, you arrive and the staff are either miserable or condescending. However yesterdays experiece really topped it when myself and 4 friends arrived at the Pear Tree branch and discovered that they had decided to close 2 hours early because they were "short staffed"...

Stand by the self service till and all you smell is the toilets disgusting it something the management must be proud off

Stopped off here for a late dinner, it was around 9pm. They had one guy doing the till and two working in the kitchen. I got no problem with that, but the queue was getting pretty long. The till man was good,

KFC at Pear Tree services at Oxford, ideal if you enjoy eating chicken with the small of the toilets located right next to the restaurant.

well here goes we ordered our food after a 20 minute wait in a queue that only had two people in front of us. when we got our food they had forgotten my other half's hot wings the chap who served us quickly rectified this and gave us two extra wings free despite the current problems with delivery that kfc are having the staff are doing well and they are using their initiative by asking customers if they agree to substitute products eg they had no popcorn chicken so gave me extra mini fillet in my meal.

15 minutes to serve 2 people and a queue of nearly 20 people. I was still 3 from the front and left - life is too short. Oh and they had a restricted menu because of delivery issues.

KFC are usually quite good if you like that sort of thing, however the staff in this place haven't got a clue. #poorservice

So the food is as a standard KFC, although they seem to cook chips in batches and keep them warm ages, so they are all soggy.

Visited this evening to try and eat but gave up after waiting 10 minutes with 20 plus people still before me . Self service system shut .. Probably due to lack of staff .

I have the misfortune of having to frequent KFC's around the country because my son loves their Flaming Wraps. This KFC is our local one so I have been many times. I dislike them all because, despite much feedback from me, they continue to make the worst chips of any fast food franchise I know of. Anyone who goes here will know that the queues are always long. If you use one of the two computer terminals, you can be the next to be served in the computer ordering queue. There's a reason that people don't opt to be next in the queue and would rather queue for half an hour and that is that their computer ordering system is non intuitive and frustrating. It also, most importantly, does not have their flaming wraps on the menu, my son's food of choice. I have by now learned not to go to the counter first and ask how to order a flaming wrap on their computer system ( I have tried this in at least 5 KFCs; at this one and others off the M6. They always respond with a blank look as if I'm speaking a foreign language. So, now I just order a wrap and then, when I get to the counter, I explain that I want the flaming wrap instead. I have asked them a few times why it's not on the system, but I just get the KFC shrug in answer.
