Have to customise the orders and three times in a row some absolute joke of a worker at this place gets it wrong! Even putting the label on the food to say the ingredient has been removed you open up the box and said ingredient is still there!!! ridiculous. Even after being assisted more training and being spoken to about the importance of getting the orders right. Won’t bother coming here. They’ll kill someone one day.

Ordered from just eat this evening and it was missing an item so I called the store to let them know as obviously I’d paid for the item. I was greeted by a very rude young lady that couldn’t even repeat back what I had missing and I was told get a refund from just eat not my fault.. I then asked for the ladies name as I needed it for reference when contacting just eat to be met with “why do you need my name?” Again she was very rude about it. She stated she didn’t need to give me her name. After a few more moments she told me to have a nice day and put the phone down!!!! How rude was that. I then called to speak to the manager and she again answered the phone and stated she was the duty manager and that I couldn’t speak to the General manager as she wasn’t in the buisness, and I was told to email. Again the phone was slammed down !!!! I can’t believe that that was suppose to be GREAT customer service that McDonald’s pride themselves on. We won’t be ordering from there again in a hurry

My son ordered a small delivery via the McDonalds app. It was NOT delivered to our house. Upon complaining to the restaurant, they said it was down to Uber. Upon calling Uber, they flatly refused to accept it had not been delivered, even implying that we were lying, (it was a ten pond order ffs). Upon emailing McDonalds customer care, we were informed that we 'should have read the contract', and to go back and complain to Uber. 1/ Talking to Uber is like talking to a rock. 2/ No, we didn't 'read the contract within the McDonalds app. It's not about the money, its the total lack of human empathy.

Almost everything in the past two years, ALWAYS have items missing from our order. ITS A BLOODY MCDONAULDS, its fast food, we only order if we have a busy day...today a friend of mine is in hospital, almost died, we have been back and forth on the phone to family to find wards and visiting hours...the day got away from us, realised we hadn't eaten, so cheap n quick, mcdelivery done. BUT IT NEVER IS, at this point it just feels deliberate. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN, ID RATHÈR NOT HAVE THE OPTION OR THE STAFF employed there...looking at reviews this is a constant issue going back to 2020...its not going to change..meanwhile Ubereats now handles their refunds but you have to pay the delivery fee twice 🙄 now I have wasted my time on here because I am literally not forgiving of it anymore and will not be going there ever again, it's not worth the hassle we will order from subway from now on, at least we will get are order...

Incapable of getting an order right. It can be a small order or large order they miss at least one item! Last night was a birthday treat for my daughter and her friends it was rushed and when we got home 4 items (main parts of each meal missing) it’s not one off they are useless. They are far more interested in fulfilling their just eat orders . Don’t waste your money as this has been going on for months now with no improvement and they couldn’t care less

This is my first review of this McDonalds. I would have left more reviews had I realised that this was possible! 23 of the last 25 orders have been incomplete or inaccurate! Yes this happens a lot so we’re keeping a tally! I fill in the on-receipt surveys but they don’t seem to take the hints! I’ve also complained directly to the store who admit the failings but so far have not addressed them. They accept (and encourage) app orders even if they cannot supply the food. They don’t tell you at time of order confirmation. My last order was missing: Apple pie One portion of fries (other one was there!) Cheese side Dip for cheese side 2x sweet chilli dip for selects My advice is to check your order before you drive away - particularly for sauces! We’ve recently had two food items that were not edible - veggie deluxe and selects, both had been over fried or sitting around for so long that they were hard! If you go to the restaurant, be aware that the delivery drivers dump their cars anywhere they feel like such as disabled and click and serve bays. The drivers are often rude and not practicing good hygiene! This is a disappointing review and I hope that the franchisee (who owns all the sites from raunds to the M40) reads and take action on! Just so you know, I’ll be posting more reviews as long as TripAdvisor allows me! So check back soon - I hope I have something more positive to say on the next one! One last thing, McD’s Enstone Court has a 95% accuracy rate! I hope when they open a Burger King across the road, they buck their ideas up!

Happy Meal not so happy. Ordered, given food, drove to a park to eat before a walk and what did we find, a scrap of paper saying we owe you one happy meal toy in each of the meals, noting said at time of ordering. Not happy kids, may sound a bit pathetic but it’s the reason they want a Happy Meal let’s be honest, and my burger was cold. Only thing hot was the chips. Disgusting nothing was said at the time. Can you imagine any other retailer doing this.

Firstly this was an Uber eats delivery but not their issue in my opinion. Received a delayed message via app, then another notification saying food was in its way, driver arrived within time expected.Food however was stone cold, not even slightly warm but actually stone cold and totally vile. Order went straight in the bin. Rang McDonalds and the girl that answered actually couldn’t give a monkeys, didn’t listen, tried telling me that they don’t cook the food until the driver is there ready, absolutely rubbish! I told her that the driver arrived here within 4 minutes as expected but she still basically said it was his fault. Now if I had never eaten in McD’s before I might of brought her rubbish but when you can actually be served cold food via the drive though or indeed at the counter then I also believe this was cold before given to the driver. Customer service is appalling.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. If you use the drive thru, you will be waiting for a minimum of 15 minutes. When you get to the serving window they will be unapologetic. When you check your order it will be wrong and/or cold.

Person on the drive through order system asked questions then got it wrong. Ordered a Big Mac meal and got a cheese burger meal. Asked if my little one wanted ketchup, said no and still had ketchup. White coffee was without milk! Fries were way over salted too, even my six year old didn’t want to eat them.Fast food that we waited ages at the window to get and wasn’t worth the time it money.

I like to be honest in my reviews and last monday night the service was once was really good, pleasant and quick. However last night- well it was just dreadful, all we wanted was a milkshake and coke - 15 minutes in a bloody drive through trapped unable to get out!!! Firstly, this happens almost every time, you go to a booth and are ignored for about 5 minutes whilst 2 or 3 people get servred at the opposite one.Last night, after 5 minutes, we were finally served, no milkshakes (another common problem with this branch.) 5 minutes later (yes 10 minutes) we had not moved!!!! Why, if things are not ready, are customers not moved into the waiting bays because in total it took 15 minutes. No apology from either the money booth and especially not from the food window who were too busy laughing and joking amongst themselves to notice that they had served about 6 cars in a 15 minute period. Last nights bank holiday service was the worst EVER at any Macdonalds i have been to. Once a car is behind you in the drive through you can not get out and have to wait, subsequently 5 minutes late picking up my daughter from her class. Do any managers or staff read any of their reviews, cos they should be ashamed of the appalling service. Oh and the coke was flat and had no ice, probably melted in the time it took to get through. Dire, just dreadful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sick of this mcdonalds,what has happened to them ?, They were ok when they were in town, seem to have taken a nose dive.You order the food, which has to be repeated, you wait for the food which seems like 10 - 15 minutes, you have to ask for napkins, sauces and straws on occasions, the food is warm or cold.Dare you complain? staff, don`t like that and you worry what are they doing to the food as some members are not trustworthy in that department.Hygiene is awful, the ones in white shirts (managers) don`t wear hats while preparing food, They don`t wash their hands before helping with food that hasn't arrived quick enough.When i was last there the girl on the front shouted for food which was not ready she then served someone who paid in coins on the til then went back to giving out food,she shouted again, then went and made a sandwich herself and came back and handed it out with the other food Seems like the customer is not important enough, if you go through the drive through you hear them arguing about how long they have waited for the food, yet the food is still coldWhy is it so poorly managed, not organised and staff so slow and incompetentFast food it is not !! or its fast and cold !! So many teenagers taking up seats meant for families, they move from table to table leaving a mess, you have to listen to their shouting across the restaurant so don`t expect to relax here, it`s a grab your warm food and eat quickly and go kinda place ..if you don`t mind even cold food, try Uber !!

Often there are staff walking around and always offer to take your rubbish for you. The counter staff will also happily replace your food if anything is wrong with it. However, sometimes the service can be a slow, understandable when theyre busy, but it's slow even when there isn't that many people.

I went through the drive through, and the guy said what’s your order mate, I replied skinny latte, what he said, so I repeated myself, went to the window an I asked why it takes so long through the drive though he answered I know mate, went to the window to collect my coffee, was given the coffee, no recipet no offer of a sugar, so I asked for one and got a look as if I had asked for a free meal, this McDonald’s is shocking, people service the full experience is just rubbish, no other words describe here. I won’t be returning, look at the reviews on here most people say the same thing.

I call here most Mondays for a snack for my daughter and the service is just awful each time. If you purchase inside then you are waiting 10-15 minutes for your food and last time I had to take by my milkshake as by the time the food arrived, the drink was warm and frothy.

Went into the drive through and waited for ages. Next lane drove in and got served straight away. When i mentioned this they just said they were busy. The girl didn't bother to apologise and then said i should consider it good customer service because at least i got served!! When i complained to the manager britanny about her attitude she just laughed and said I'll have a word with her. Disgusting service and attitude....i would find somewhere else to eat as they seriously need training in customer service and how to deal with the public!!

I can't comment on the service inside but the drive through can be a challenge, not the simple service it should be. I regularly call for a drink or mcflurry, occasionally chips. The last time I went I was waiting at the window, I was told 'i'll be back in a moment' and 5 minutes later I was still there- the other lane was being served so I moved over and ordered. When I got to the pay window I mentioned what had happened and how bad the service was and she was actually really rude and said 'it wasn't me' not an apology or anything. The staff are busy but no more so than any other macdonalds, and judging from other comments It seems the rudeness and poor service is quite common. Perhaps the managers should take note of the poor reviews and address the issues with the staff!

thought we would pop down and have a burger on Sunday afternoon......oh my god what a mistake that was.the drive in was a complete no go the queue was nearly back to the traffic lights, so we went inside.we told the young girl we wanted 2 hamburgers and a med fries, and all she kept saying was 2 quarter pounders.we kept saying no in the end just agreeing with her she really had no idea what the hell she was doing.looked up on the board and there was our order number only to disappear seconds later.we stood there for ages eventually getting an order ,not realising until we got home she had given us 2 cheese quarter pounders and I hate cheese.the place was mayhem so many staff no one in charge............you seriously need to look how you are running the place.you don't give people food they haven't asked for then charge them for the privilige.

Messed our order up twice over. First time went through drive through, got home to find it was someone else’s order - went back with the wrong order (they didn’t bother to offer a refund or anything) just swapped it and then forgot the sauces they were meant to come with on the second time round! Absolute joke. Avoid!!! Particularly when they get busy because they can’t seem to handle it.

Attempted to go through the drive through very early one Friday morning but was repeatedly told "I can't hear you" There was so much feedback at the ordering station I could understand why. I took the initiative and said I'd drive to the payment window and place my order there. The girl on the headset heard that information clearly and was not happy that I'd suggested it and I heard a loud stroppy "no" as I drove round. I didn't think this action would cause such a fuss especially as I was the only vehicle that was at the drive through at the time. I waited a while at the payment window and eventually a young man came to the window and asked what the problem was and I explained that the girl taking my order couldn't hear me to take my order so I thought it would be better to place it here. He was happy to take my order. I then explained which station I was ordering from and advised that there was so much feedback at the station that she didn't stand much of a chance taking people's order if there was a problem with the station or headset she was using. He thanked me for the info and said he'd pass it on.

Used drivethrough today. It was busy but at what I assume is the pay counter the window was closed and nobody was there. On following the queue of cars to the food collection point and saying that I hadn't paid, I was told that somebody was there the whole time and in effect I was lying. I have rarely been so insulted. Its OK to have signs about unacceptable customer behaviour, but what about unacceptable staff behaviour like this? I have never been there before and will never go there again.

I went to MacDonald London road after work as needed something quick to eat before going to an important meeting. Have my order in the drive through luckily for me spotted totally different order on screen. Paid went to next window to collect asked for receipt told printer not working to watch the printer print out the next order. Sadly since the move from the town centre to London road things have gone drastically downhill. Will not be using them again. Will go back to the one by the the priory much better device and quicker too.

As a new build in the centre of a busy town, you would think McDonald's would put in an effort to maintain the inside of the restaurant... it isn't horrible but considering it was built very recently it is already looking a bit tired. The staff are often employed from the schools residing around Wellingborough and the service is very slow whilst they chat and laugh before handing over your food. Again not the worst service in the world and this is probably the first job for most of these teens but you would think mcdonalds would take a stricter approach to who they employ.
