Good food quick to make my food still nice and hot and very kind staff

Ordered a chicken rice box and a burger they didn't even pack the burger they guy was rude af and the rice was awful never ever ever will I go there again

Jackson's is so much better now it has changed from Sam's. Same staff but prices have dropped on what I like, there's more selection, they do a £3 meal deal and peri-peri strips are back! Still do the spicy fries too! I used to go weekly but the prices at Sam's went up, so I changed to monthly and then kept going up so it was a luxury - I will visit Jackson's more often now!

A great place to pop in for a quick meal. Reasonably priced halal food. I have visited this place twice and have found the place clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

The kids love the spicy chicken wings here. Very good value for what you get. Fries are pretty decent too.

Not enough people working customers waiting time little longer

The food is Chicktastic, the crispness, the batter, the chips. You can certain taste every flavour. Random selection of drinks. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There are tables and chairs, no toilet facilities ( so don't eat or drink too much lol) There isn't parking facilities but there is options behind if they allow. The place in general is clean and tidy, still has COVID screen up.

I went here for a bag of chips. The person did not give it to me in the brown paper bag with the logo on. He just handed me the bag of chips. He assumed that I was staying in.

Best chicken I've had in along time

The food was awful the following day I had stomach pains and felt ill and certain i have food poisoning from the lack of hygiene this place has as it had recently went down hill.

I ordered a club max box meal from Sam’s Chicken and this has the best tasting wings and chicken , chips were great too but mostly with salt and pepper. What disappointed me slightly is the burger, the chicken was undercooked in the middle leaving half of the burger unedible but other then that it’s a solid 3.5/5 stars 👍

I visited Sam's Chicken recently and was disappointed by the hygiene standards. There were noticeable issues with cleanliness and hygiene at the establishment. Terrible customer service, very rude. Place was a mess and there wasn’t a clean table to even sit on. Very nonchalant attitude and didn’t care about the customers. Place was a absolute state!

In my opinion sams chicken is the best fast food place. Their chicken strip burgers are s tier, their chips are perfect and the mozzarella sticks are so goooooooooood.

Just went in got chicken fillet it wasn't cooked probably I showed it to staff too he just shaked he's head admitted aswell it's not cooked. Not going again

I really enjoy the Mexicano burger. The last one I bought 2 days ago had so much mayonnaise it was blooming tasty to the extreme. The fries with the breaded chicken fillet in was just enough to go with it. Thanks Guys!!

My family and I have ordered many times from Sam's. The meat eaters love their chicken and meals, however, the vegetarian wrap has declined in preparation by staff. It is often under cooked or soggy. My husband has mentioned this to them many times but they have made no effort to improve.

Prices are ridiculous now. No longer worth it. Better deals at kfc and Dixy’s.

Horrible service. On entrance I have been told food will be ready in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later it was not. Service is atrocious even though chicken is decent. Will not use again. Will not recommend.

Only place I know local, that is better and outlived a KFC right down the road 🤣🤣 If you want good and I mean good chicken that's not general dogsbody KFC, Sam's is perfect for the alternative taste and absolute quality food!

Love their strips, chicken burger with hash brown and their peri peri chicken, and don't forget to try their chips with spicy powder. Amazing, and food is always served hot.

We use this place for takeaways when we want something quick to eat. I wouldn’t say it’s the cheapest around but the prices are fair. The chicken we order is the usual fried chicken. Overall an ok place.

Most enjoyable and very good value

I order for twice normal chicken without spice as I have a stomach problem and they give me spice chicken, I only noticed when I arrived home, is so frustrating, never used again. Terrible service.

First time today at Sam's chicken, well very nice food, well priced and wasn't waiting long for food, even though there was around 5 customs in front of me and service was still fast and this was at it peak time, really recommended.

Long wait for food to be cooked. But everything was cooked fresh. No complaints. Staff pleasant.

Very nice food and fast service

The toilet was filthy and there was NO SOAP! I couldn’t even use the toilet because it was covered in poo and wee, making me feel sick. So, I went to wash my hands and there was no soap! Hygiene standards need prioritising! The staff also hate their job, and it shows. I was leaving and thanked the young man on the front and he said ‘Yeah’ in a rude way. The only reason this has one star is because the food tastes good. Thats all!

Really helpful gent serving me...perhaps he was Sam. 😆. Chicken burger was really nicely cooked and tasty. Chips a little over done for my liking but ok for my misses. Price was excellent. All in all 5 stars better than the other major competition..

Delicious chicken (better than a certain chicken shop further down)

I've been here a few times and its always hit and miss. Sometimes the chicken is gorgeous and cooked well and other times you have to send it back due to it still being alive in your box. It's just a standard chicken shop..

Sometime it's nice. Sometime it's very greasy. Better then kfc.
