The food order was wrong and cold. The manager apologised for the delay due to the food being cooked fresh but still managed to come out cold.

App a complete fook up as per usual right now and ignorant staff don't help the matter

Honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed my recent McDonald's meal here. Haven't been for a long time. The food was hot, fresh, and surprisingly flavorful. Will definitely be back! The Big Mac was the star of the show!

They work slowly, use their phones during work, do not give importance to customers, and take a long time to prepare orders.

Ordered a mc Donald’s on the app it turned up after an hr it was fridge temperature cold and when contacted uber as that’s who you have to go through was basically told there was nothing they were willing to do the customer service from uber is shocking and will never use again

Went through drive through. Really fast service and recieved food from happy smiling girl. Thankyou

Avoid this McDonald’s, worst one in the area. The service is absolutely shocking and always get the orders incorrect and overall it’s just total chaos.

So it's had a make over ..... but the food still comes out cold !!! Why spend all that money on a refurb if you can't perfect your food quality service !!! Surely a burger has to be temperature probed before giving it to a customer, I don't understand why this is the only Mcdonalds where the bottom of the bun is freezing cold and the burger isn't hot.

Yes, I know! But it certainly doesn't hurt once in a while. We use this one when picking up the grandchildren. We have used the other one in Wellingborough, but the number of times we have had wrong orders... This one gets it right.

Since McDonald's updated the place in Wellingborough, service has gone downhill. It's more important for staff to serve cars and deliveries rather than customers in the shop.

Refurbished on November 24 so it looks clean and nice.

This is the second consecutive time that my food has been unforgivably cold and the times before that ... always an incomplete order. Are the workers even trying at this point or are they too busy talking about their hobbies and weekend stories to do their jobs properly. All I ever see is workers laughing amongst themselves without any greeting or interest in the people they are serving. Not surprised the food is cold. I'm all for having a chat ... but you have a job to do ... stop serving cold food.

Both burger and fries was cold again! Every time I order it's literally 50/50 if its edible I'm gong to stop using it at this rate

Poor delivery driver turned up to be told it’s the completely wrong order. We ordered chicken, and a bag of Big Macs and quarter pounders turned up. We can’t eat beef due to religious beliefs, so the order was refused and driver had to take it with him.

Just been through the drive through , was told to park up and wait for food, it's just been delivered food is stone cold , straight in the bin won't be going here again

The delivery time changed 3 times, the eventual delivery was JUST within the delivery window, and the food arrived pretty much cold.

Spent £35 on a McDonald’s order for it to be late (to be expected on a weekend). However I could have dealt with this without issue however my food was stone cold and all our ice cream was melted and all over our drinks. Just added to the annoyance of the whole experience. Won’t be ordering from McDonald’s again as I don’t believe the driver is at fault for anything.

Deliveries from here are always cold. And there is nearly always something missing. This was the case again today.

Why is it so difficult to put the dips in the bag? They are part of the meal, it really isn't difficult to check they've been included. Not too mention the apparent inability to correctly read the burger customisations!

Food was dispatched with courier at 1938hrs with a delivery of 1950hrs. They then proceeded to sit and wait at another restaurant as seen on the tracker, screenshots to prove, and food finally delivered at 2016hrs. The food has turned up cold and practically inedible, absolute disgrace, and complain to get an automated email saying you’ll get a response in 7 days. Very good customer service I have to say!!! Absolute rubbish.

Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for order to arrive and when it arrived it was stone cold. Submitted a request and was denied any level of refund.

Driver apologised profusely for the condition of the food. The packaging was all wet and the bottom of the bag split. Bacon roll and 2x hash browns on the floor and the cup of tea was already half empty. Driver showed me his bag it was wet inside.

Food lovely, enjoyed looking for the Xmas gift tags.

Food was 1 hour 40 minutes from ordering. Restaurant not answering phone, no option to contact just eat, drove to restaurant to see what the issue was myself, driver and food were not there, food arrived cold & required reheating. Driver unbothered.

I am a fan of McDonalds model however this store was slow to bring my order out, over 10 minutes.

I had missing items yet again this week and I got a refund for it but still had to reorder the items so I was charged delivery again so I still loose out and my children had to wait even longer to eat

When you order 2 cheese burgers,they should at least come with cheese hence they are called CHEESEBURGERS NOT HAMBURGERS

2 medium cokes, half empty… 3 medium fries, all half empty… 2 cokes, tastes like absolutely nothing - water has more flavour … if you’re only giving me half an effort and half my food/ drink then why am I not paying for half of my order ? EXTREMELY disappointed and I’m not one to leave reviews…

I ordered 9 chicken select box and got given chicken nuggets I counted them to see if they mixed up at gave me 20 instead of my 9 selects, I had 15 nuggets in the box. Slow service stale fries wrong items. Go to the other location round corner, much better. For a location that has just gone through a major refurbishment, you would have expected better. We suspect a staff moral issue or a training issue

Since McDonald's Got Updated Its Got Bad The Service Is Slow.They Moved The Pick Up Counter To The Right Side So It's Smaller Also It Difficult To Move Round In There Now When Collecting Your Food Also They Put More Sitting In And The Staff Don't Look Happy At All.

Visited 1.11.24 after the refurbishment and it's made the best McDonald's in wellingborough of the 2 worse much smaller now and no sauce on tap also less windows. Was so much better before the refurbishment it's saving grace is the other McDonald's is so busy and such poor service this could be seen as slightly better

We never received our delivery, I have contacted just eat as the food never arrived after 2 hours and they took my payment. I have requested a refund. Not a great service at all. No response from just eat as yet 😔

Just received my order and it was completely wrong. I ordered a mcplant & Big Mac and received two double cheeseburgers no pickles. We tried to hand the order back to the driver and said it was wrong and he said “I know” and drove off?
