I order my food and was missing items never again I then call them and the manager answers and says that he can’t help useless never ordering or going near that McDonald’s again

Got my order completely wrong. Replacement food was fold and grim

Really slow, food not mixed porridge. Really terrible.

Not overcrowded at the time we visited, so plenty of seating was available in store. Also, most of the outdoor seating was available for a sunny afternoon

Had an issue with my family order.should have been simple to rectify. One of two mayo chickens within the order was missing. It appeared the person who took the order missed it off. (Maybe I should have checked but there was a problem with the app). After being asked to wait at the next window the food came. I checked the food and mentioned the item was missing and the friendly lad went to speak to a manager. I was advised I could leave my car and come inside to buy another. I didn't want to leave my other food in the car. I then asked to speak to the manager and after a long wait nobody appeared until I tapped the window. At this time my other food which was poorly presented was getting cold.A manager was again requested. The young manger had a couldn't care less attitude. I said I'd pay for another but was again told id have to come inside and buy it.after a short discussion and after I considered handing the food back for a refund I chose to drive off with my food and I advised the manager what a poor service it was. The service was completely below the standard a customer should expect. By time I got home most of the food was cold. I wish there was an option for a zero star rating which this deserved.

Nice people here, very quick and friendly

Very clean great service. The young man looking after the floor, his name began with Swaroop was very attentive and kept the place looking excellent. Very impressed with his dedication.

Large fries were missing half at least, definitely most of them missing and it was pretty cold.

I don’t mind the cost as obviously I paid for the order but £6.75 delivery and service charge total seems steep.. we have ordered 3 time and this is the first time items have been missing only a refund was available no redelivery.. I think refunding just the item is a bit cheap as you have been paid for service and delivery and the item none of which I have… half deliver and service charge plus the item would have been more appropriate as only half the job was done

Order food to table . They forgot all about us .tried going to counter to speak to someone .every staff member ignored me .they seen me standing there then just went to hide .once someone finally came to counter .could not speak English .or very like English

I honestly don’t know who to blame at this point but I’ve waited an hour for food for them to tell me my order was canceled what a joke my 6 year old is expecting dinner and now I have to make him wait longer so I can either make him food or find somewhere else I ordered food at 4.10pm and it’s now 5.30pm so I now have to sort something else out this is ridiculous if you can’t take my order don’t say your delivering my food we’ve been expecting it for ages this isn’t the 1st time either

THE WORST McDonalds I've ever visited..!! We love a Maccie D's, but this one the drive-through staff, we're the rudest I've ever experienced at any restaurant and took ages..!! Also needed the loo so popped in, male urinals, all we're taped up and out of use, so used the disabled instead as no other choice, and the flush didn't even work in there either..!! luckily, I needed a number 1 😅 A disappointing experience for Mc D's will certainly avoid returning to this one again...

Update 9/1/25 Oh dear App fIled again!! The venue however has been refurbished and is fantastic , only negative is the toilets were out of use so had to use the disabled room. Otherwise the food was good and good value. Update 29/6/24 Our faith in the app has been restored. All was good and the food and service as good as expected. UPDATE 4/4/24. Such a big disappointment for us . I pre ordered using our app applying rewards to keep the costs down as we had the granddaughter. As we arrived I picked up my table number and went to press the "I have arrived" on the app. To find it had frozen and after 20 mins , trying to close and open the app and signing in to the local WiFi it was just frozen!!! Landed up having to reorder on the kiosk as a guest so didn't get any points ... Now spent 30 plus mins trying to discuss the issue with a virtual assistant.. absolutely useless..... Such a shame.... So please be aware... Sorry Macdonalds you don't score anything on this experience.. Our local is great, always clean and tidy. Food is promptly served. We use our app which is even better as we pre order ... Good value for money.

Missing food and items are cold I demand a refund

Looked like a 3 year old had made it. Absolute garbage! Asked for no butter, so what did they do slathered it in butter. Bacon barely touched the grill. Never again!

The food order was wrong and cold. The manager apologised for the delay due to the food being cooked fresh but still managed to come out cold.

Chicken selects missing from the order chips were soggy no replacement offered only refund. Very disappointing.

Order came, brought full two meals and only received a drink and some sauce.

I ordered a double cheese burger and a chilli cheeseburger was sent, also the food was all cold

I must stress that the lateness was down to the driver having to wait.at the restaurant for at least 20 minutes, it may have been long. This is the issue of the restaurant not the driver. Even with the wait for what should have been fresh food, it was barely luke warm. Guessing it was sat in their bins waiting to be packed, whilst they concentrated on the driver thru as normal.

order was nearly 2 hours. Terrible service. if you can't deliver on time then you should close deliveries until you have enough staff to cope with demand.

I waited 2 hrs for my food! And couldn't cancel my order to reorder some where else. When my food finally arrived it was cold had to reheat it. which isn't always a great idea but my family were hungry.If was very busy should of stop people from ordering.

They work slowly, use their phones during work, do not give importance to customers, and take a long time to prepare orders.

Honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed my recent McDonald's meal here. Haven't been for a long time. The food was hot, fresh, and surprisingly flavorful. Will definitely be back! The Big Mac was the star of the show!

Ordered a mc Donald’s on the app it turned up after an hr it was fridge temperature cold and when contacted uber as that’s who you have to go through was basically told there was nothing they were willing to do the customer service from uber is shocking and will never use again

Avoid this McDonald’s, worst one in the area. The service is absolutely shocking and always get the orders incorrect and overall it’s just total chaos.

So it's had a make over ..... but the food still comes out cold !!! Why spend all that money on a refurb if you can't perfect your food quality service !!! Surely a burger has to be temperature probed before giving it to a customer, I don't understand why this is the only Mcdonalds where the bottom of the bun is freezing cold and the burger isn't hot.

Ordered food around 5ish was going to be here for 6 then changed to 7pm and now 8pm What a joke

Yes, I know! But it certainly doesn't hurt once in a while. We use this one when picking up the grandchildren. We have used the other one in Wellingborough, but the number of times we have had wrong orders... This one gets it right.

Since McDonald's updated the place in Wellingborough, service has gone downhill. It's more important for staff to serve cars and deliveries rather than customers in the shop.

This is the second consecutive time that my food has been unforgivably cold and the times before that ... always an incomplete order. Are the workers even trying at this point or are they too busy talking about their hobbies and weekend stories to do their jobs properly. All I ever see is workers laughing amongst themselves without any greeting or interest in the people they are serving. Not surprised the food is cold. I'm all for having a chat ... but you have a job to do ... stop serving cold food.

Refurbished on November 24 so it looks clean and nice.

Poor delivery driver turned up to be told it’s the completely wrong order. We ordered chicken, and a bag of Big Macs and quarter pounders turned up. We can’t eat beef due to religious beliefs, so the order was refused and driver had to take it with him.

The delivery time changed 3 times, the eventual delivery was JUST within the delivery window, and the food arrived pretty much cold.

Spent £35 on a McDonald’s order for it to be late (to be expected on a weekend). However I could have dealt with this without issue however my food was stone cold and all our ice cream was melted and all over our drinks. Just added to the annoyance of the whole experience. Won’t be ordering from McDonald’s again as I don’t believe the driver is at fault for anything.
