Our breakfast food came straight out. It was hot and tasted good

Based on multiple orders I can confirm you will receive half of a large portion of fries if you’re lucky making the food 0* . Complaining is mission impossible making the service 0*.

Awful meal and dreadful drive thru. Ordered three meals and not one was warm. We waited over 10 mins in the bay for the food. Drinks warm and no apology when the food was finally delivered. Go to McD’s for consistent food and this restaurant lets all the others down. Would have given zero stars if it was an option.

Stone cold food, bendy stale fries, forgotten all the sauces for chicken selects and also forgot the sauce I paid for. The worse Maccy D I think I’ve ever had. Also, £35 for 3 meals is beyond a joke. Never again.

This is a useful pit stop on the outskirts of Northampton that I use when I'm working.

Very slow service. Waiting more than 20 minutes for a small order

Haven't been on for about a year, the quality of the barely warm streamed buggers just reinforced why I haven't.

Slow progress on the drive thru from order to payment to receipt compared to other McDonald's out of town. Not sure why things are so slow in Wellingborough. The staff however are really polite and nice to deal with.

It was Luke warm , and the fries were soggy

absolutely appalling food, chips were cold and the burgers were luke warm, never had such a poor meal i think I will never order from McDonald's Wellingborough again

Hello Team. I ordered 2 Big Macs and a 1/4pounder with extra onions and I didn’t get extra onions. I am so disappointed with my order. Why offer the option if you do not action the request. You offer a service and don’t fulfill. I would like a refund

The best McDonald's I've been to ever...very clean thanks to Katie..airy..friendly staff and the food was just right...

Forgot the toys and the sauce and the straws! Bit rubbish really.

Never give you the full order even when you pay extra too

Specifically asked for no cheese in a burger and they put cheese in. The chicken in the wrap is hard and clearly been overcooked

Was missing an item of food but quick delivery and hopefully I’ll be receiving a refund for the missing item

Really annoyed with this place, my partner a nurse ordered through drive through to only get one wrap instead of multiple other things ordered. She spent 15 mins on the phone being told they couldn't find the receipt and also being basically called a liar. Eventually she got a refunded meal. What a joke to only get the meal she paid for after all that wasted time. I will be emailing head office about this McDonald's as its getting beyond a joke. Missed her lunch break arguing. What happened to the customer is always right?

Just another normal McDonald's with Media service and a lack of care of duty. Nobody seems to want to do their job at all. Let alone well.

No sauce’s delivered with the food as ordered, chips were cold as usual, better to collect as McDonald staff have very little to no attention to what they are doing, young untrained staff with poor management

Asked for no cheese on my sausage and egg mcmuffin. So they put cheese on and took out the egg. Couldn't eat it as I've got an allergy to cheese. The staff need to pay more attention as it's an allergen. Could get sued if you don't pay attention

I order my food and was missing items never again I then call them and the manager answers and says that he can’t help useless never ordering or going near that McDonald’s again

Was ok, not very warm and the coffee was definitely not very hot. I guess this should be expected as it’s not the easiest food to keep warm. Happy that I received the whole order and not had items missing, so overall we are happy.

My order took quite some time to even just be prepared, in the noticed the app updated today the driver was at the restaurant and it stayed that way for around half an hour, my food then arrived cold and we were even missing some items. So very poor this time round.

Not overcrowded at the time we visited, so plenty of seating was available in store. Also, most of the outdoor seating was available for a sunny afternoon

Driver went to wrong door and inside of looking he sat in his car on phone, so I had to go out to find him and my food got cold

Had an issue with my family order.should have been simple to rectify. One of two mayo chickens within the order was missing. It appeared the person who took the order missed it off. (Maybe I should have checked but there was a problem with the app). After being asked to wait at the next window the food came. I checked the food and mentioned the item was missing and the friendly lad went to speak to a manager. I was advised I could leave my car and come inside to buy another. I didn't want to leave my other food in the car. I then asked to speak to the manager and after a long wait nobody appeared until I tapped the window. At this time my other food which was poorly presented was getting cold.A manager was again requested. The young manger had a couldn't care less attitude. I said I'd pay for another but was again told id have to come inside and buy it.after a short discussion and after I considered handing the food back for a refund I chose to drive off with my food and I advised the manager what a poor service it was. The service was completely below the standard a customer should expect. By time I got home most of the food was cold. I wish there was an option for a zero star rating which this deserved.

I order the feed the family for 1499 waited nearly 2hours for it and then when it did come we only got the burgers no chips

The driver called to say he was at my address, but it was incorrect. He was somewhere else. He said he could not deliver to my location because his gps took him to where he was. I told him I was a short distance away as per the address on my order but he wouldn’t listen. I had to walk a quarter of a mile to collect my food, which by this time had gone cold. I am in a lorry with no way of reheating the food so I had to throw it away. I am really not impressed at the compensation given.

I don’t mind the cost as obviously I paid for the order but £6.75 delivery and service charge total seems steep.. we have ordered 3 time and this is the first time items have been missing only a refund was available no redelivery.. I think refunding just the item is a bit cheap as you have been paid for service and delivery and the item none of which I have… half deliver and service charge plus the item would have been more appropriate as only half the job was done

Large fries were missing half at least, definitely most of them missing and it was pretty cold.
