Fast timing for delivery, 5 mins of waiting compared of 20 mins before

Slow service stale fries wrong items. Go to the other location round corner, much better. For a location that has just gone through a major refurbishment, you would have expected better. We suspect a staff moral issue or a training issue

Since McDonald's Got Updated Its Got Bad The Service Is Slow.They Moved The Pick Up Counter To The Right Side So It's Smaller Also It Difficult To Move Round In There Now When Collecting Your Food Also They Put More Sitting In And The Staff Don't Look Happy At All.

Visited 1.11.24 after the refurbishment and it's made the best McDonald's in wellingborough of the 2 worse much smaller now and no sauce on tap also less windows. Was so much better before the refurbishment it's saving grace is the other McDonald's is so busy and such poor service this could be seen as slightly better

As soon u arrive there is a very confused queue... The collection and the order urself screen is very close together mixed with waiting customer and ordering customer together so no one have any idea who was waiting and ordering. I b surprised on a very busy Friday gonna be nightmare to get in to order. The layout is poorly design.. one entrance you can not enter in or out during peak time, unlike westen favell they have two entry, free of blockage. Staff look unhappy, and service to table was meh... Drop on table without asking questions, no communication, lack of enthusiasm therefore had to get myself milk from the collection. The service was about 10 minutes wait was therefore the meal was a little less warm but not cold. No sauce available anywhere but somehow got BBQ sauce. The whole things at Wellingborough is a shambles at the start of new opening refurbishment.

Drove up to find that the gates are closed and the work is not finished. They’re advertising that they’re open when they’re 100% not

Delivery driver in Blue badge Bay asked driver why he said I need to collect delivery . Did not care he was in disabled bay . Not did macdonalds

Worth place to ever order from you order stuff and it comes back missing to meny kids in there and staff who can’t talk English

Delivery driver delivered food on time! Amazing! However he then sat in my drive way for nearly 5 minutes with his feet resting on his door. This was making my reactive dog go crazy. When I asked him to move his car he said yes I’m sorting something slammed his door shut then drove away.

For the 3rd time my order was short. This time I had approx 30% of my order. Phone McDonald’s and ended up having to drive there to get my order sorted. Had to rush tho as they were closing early for a refurb and didn’t have available half my order

Seems to be temporarily closed though can't find anything online. People are streaming in but the car park is cordoned off and there are skips in the car park with heavy plant and cabins being delivered. Very disappointed as we had walked there too wasting our lunch break.

Except for the fact that i got eggshells in my muffins 3 days out of 5 at breakfast. Everything is as good as it should. The service is excellent, though.

Constantly something missing from order also changed delivery address to my sons(approx 200yds from mine) but was still delivered to my home, arrived cold, driver was rather ignorant, was a meal for my grandkids and myself to enjoy together but obviously few tears as some of the items that were missing caused upset was charged £47 but on receipt oon bag said £44, it happens too often and it's an expensive treat that always seems to cause more drama than it's worth

Ordered a large meal and received a medium instead and paid the 70p extra for a sauce and didn’t even receive it! It’s not hard to work in McDonalds, I don’t see how you miss the sauces and the order details?

Absolutely shocking. I had 4 items missing from my order. What i did get i never got what i asked for ( 1 example- no pickles with extra onion) i got no pickles no onion.. The food was barely warm and my son had no food

We arrived around 6:30 PM and didn’t get served until 7:20 PM. When our order finally came, two main items were missing. While the staff was friendly, they seemed disorganized and slow, spending more time chatting than working. There was a long line of customers waiting, but little effort to speed things up. My advice: avoid this place.

0* absolutely shocking service. 2 hrs after ordering and constantly checking the app, which the delivery time was being extended to a later time over and over again, I refresh the app for it to say delivered - it wasn't. The app didn't even update to say we are preparing your order... disgusting!

Good delivery time. However Mcdonalds missed the free promotional cheeseburger entirely despite it being on the receipt. The large Philly cheese stack meal removed the cheese slices too instead of leaving them in.

I ordered this meal for me and my child to eat and it came cold and uneatable, the nuggets were like cardboard and the selects were also completely uneatable. the drink was half fall and my fries may as well have been uncooked they were that cold. very unhappy

Forgot an item again considering removing yourself from delivery if you can’t put things in a bag !!!

I ordered at 11:20, food arrived at 12.50. Food was soggy, cold, McFlurrys were all melted. Drinks were half filled. Absolutely disgusting and didn’t end up eating half of it. Incredibly disappointed.

Missing cheesy garlic dippers plus the dips for the selects and the chips were stone cold (not the first time) quite poor when paying nearly £35 for takeaway food

Overall pretty good. Delivered 40 mins after ordering. Muffin and hash browns nice. Only thing that let it down was the pancakes - cold and chewy.

I made the order at 14.58 which was confirmed by email and receipt says they didn’t sort it until 17.10 the food turnt up an hour later at 18.08 and was freezing and stale like. I don’t pay delivery and s.c on top of £29 worth of food for me to not enjoy it.

Missing items & Cold - waste of time !

Usual McDonald's car park is a bit of a squeeze and annoying speed bumps. No bin on drivers side. Staff friendly.
