quite literally a dead bug in my burger … also took over an hour to come

We arrived around 6:30 PM and didn’t get served until 7:20 PM. When our order finally came, two main items were missing. While the staff was friendly, they seemed disorganized and slow, spending more time chatting than working. There was a long line of customers waiting, but little effort to speed things up. My advice: avoid this place.

Do not send requests to drivers if orders not ready, don spam delivery network, and stop misleading drivers, 15 minutes of waiting time is not ok

Usual McDonald's car park is a bit of a squeeze and annoying speed bumps. No bin on drivers side. Staff friendly.

It is absolutely disgusting the way that they treat customers here we ordered an online food order we go to collect it and it’s not in their system so we have to re-order everything and pay for it separately there we paid for it and we got the food and the order was wrong They messed up the order completely gave us the wrong drinks and the person serving us which looked like a manager didn’t even stick around to make sure our order was correct. He walked off immediately terrible customer service in this store.

My full address didn't show up on the delivery note but the delivery driver confirmed the address before he left. Very prompt and professional.

Food was cold but the double cheese burger

My strawberry milkshake was COMPLETELY melted (like cold soup). Also, I requested NO onions and pickle and they were both in my burger. I am lost for words and am requesting a refund on both items. The ice-cream was barely cold. This is shameful.

Everything was fresh tasty , no mistakes. Preparation was a bit long but delivery was quick

Order never arrived, store staff very unhelpful considering our repeat custom, Just Eat even less helpful overall. Totally shambolic in every sense, certainly won't be ordering again from Just Eat.

Food freezing, even my 5 year old wouldn’t eat it! They went in the opposite direction when delivering, as in 15 minutes the wrong way and had at least 2 other stops. Never ever ever again. Not edible.

The food was alright but not great, food was a little cold when it arrived. All the dips (which I specially ordered) were not included. This has happened twice now. Food was a little later than it originally said but only by about 5-6 mins. The delivery driver was really friendly and jolly though 👍

Once our order had gone through the estimated delivery time initially given quickly changed and got continually pushed back stating all their drivers were busy. It took 2 hours from the time we ordered until the delivery came when the original estimated time was no longer than 40 minutes. To add insult to the wound one the burgers was made incorrectly as cheese had been added to the double big Mac when it was asked to be excluded as the person couldn't cheese, which obviously meant they went without their burger as it had still been added. What got us most of all though, was that a dip which was included with the nuggets had been put in one of the Mcflurry's! We've had issues with this restaurant in the past and we are all thoroughly fed up with the poor service provided.

I have tried to use this branch a great many times and every time I am disappointed with one or more items in the order. to say I'm disappointed is a drastic understatement.

30 minutes to get through the drive in (stuck in the queue) and the cheeseburger was luke warm and tasteless and like plastic.

Drive through was good. Service and smile were very good. The food was good for the time of night 10pm on a Saturday. Fast food hit the spot!

Took nearly two hours to come was unable to cancel order had to carry on and wait for food which after an hour I wanted to just cancel, was not satisfied with the extremely long wait.

Update 29/6/24 Our faith in the app has been restored. All was good and the food and service as good as expected. UPDATE 4/4/24. Such a big disappointment for us . I pre ordered using our app applying rewards to keep the costs down as we had the granddaughter. As we arrived I picked up my table number and went to press the "I have arrived" on the app. To find it had frozen and after 20 mins , trying to close and open the app and signing in to the local WiFi it was just frozen!!! Landed up having to reorder on the kiosk as a guest so didn't get any points ... Now spent 30 plus mins trying to discuss the issue with a virtual assistant.. absolutely useless..... Such a shame.... So please be aware... Sorry Macdonalds you don't score anything on this experience.. Our local is great, always clean and tidy. Food is promptly served. We use our app which is even better as we pre order ... Good value for money.

Food was fine and i got what i ordered but McDonald’s took too long to make it. This isn’t the couriers fault as it showed he was waiting there for a while too. Courier was friendly
