K F C in Oldham

Son and grandson had food, i had nothing as looks filthy. Tables left for over 1/2 hour full of rubbish. Freezing cold stored, could not changed the settings on the air conditioning made their food cold.

Absolutely disgusting. This place has fallen so down hill the staff dont care about anything. I came on the 3rd july 2024 around 2:45pm and literally just after i ate the food my whole body changed and felt a different way. The whole day i was shivering and had body aches and bad temperature. During the night i couldn’t sleep because i kept feeling the need to throw up and did throw up multiple times. This place needs closing or a big change up and health and safety need to come and inspect the place!!!

Went to get food for a takeaway to be honest the customer service is shocking me myself working in a customer service jop didn't get everything we ask for but when we got home there was tent any point going all the way back again plus the food was not warm at all we only live local they really need to sort there manners out

Ordered online for delivery, didn't get my full order! The gravy is not what it used to be it was far to thick n gloopy. Chips were soggy and cold. Never again!

This is the worse place I could be. I don't know if all kfc customer service is as bad as this But this is the third time I complained to the staff about my food. I usually get a party bucket, the pieces are so tiny it should be called mini bucket. Always missing items off my food order, ask them to make sure everything is there and without a doubt items are always missing. I don't think all kfc is as bad as this one. But definitely last time I'll be coming here.

WORST KFC IN ELK MILL !!!! I had ordered 4 all stars meal and the wraps were missing for all 4 of them, there were only fries and popcorn This has happened almost every time !!!! Avoid this place they rob you

This is the worst KFC ever! Ordered through ubereats a few times now There is always something missing - usually a gravy or a drink or something like that Tonight ordered a meal for three and when it arrived there’s a complete meal missing!! Shambles Never again Be warned

All I can say is there is a much needed improvement from the staff. Unfortunately there was a female employee there today who was so rude. She told a man to move by shouting at him saying he couldn't sit there because of the designated Covid seating areas. He was doing no harm at all eating his lunch as the place was virtually empty. Even if he did need to move she could have handled it so much better! Then she went on her lunch and sat in a restricted area herself moving a chair. What double standards! I also went to ask for a dip that I ordered and she gave me the dirtiest of looks. I will also be informing KFC directly. She needs to learn some manners and customer service as this is the field she is working in.

Had a KFC from the drive through with my granddaughter last Saturday. Chips were cold, Pepsi was flat and the chicken overcooked. KFC visit was a treat but came away very disappointed

Memeber of staff called Gill no manners no customer service awful! And who doesn't know to put burger sauce in the middle of the bun not on the side if of it!!

1 of the staff served us and didn’t give 2 meals and 2 drinks so I came back and spoke to the manager named Brad he said he will give me a reference number to pick the food up tomorrow then he start giving me attitude then he accused my kid of taking a picture of him then started shouting and then got my refund and I said I will complain tomorrow then he said I am going to be there why do you want to complain my kids were starving bad experience never will go back there again

What an absolute shambles, my last 2 visits using the Drive Thru have had items missing. Tried to resolve over the phone but they never answer and have also e-mailed KFC complaints Dept several times but same again no answer!!! Avoid using this restaurant.

Most of the staffs are very rude and very big headed, they don’t know how to talk to people, the manager should look into this.

Absolute garbage. Placed my order online, expected delivery time was 8.30. Checked the 'follow driver' map at 8.35, it was 5 mins away. At 9.20, checked the follow driver map again, he was 9 minutes away. Rang KFC at 9.25, they're busy. It's on its way. It arrived at 9.35. Absolute joke

Didn’t have the food we wanted so we ordered something different. Chips cold and popcorn chicken not much better. Also forgot the gravy we paid extra for. Staff are young and don’t really look like they want to be there. I’d go elsewhere next time

I had initially had a bad experience at KFC Elk Mill with an order that had multiple errors which were only found when we got home. I went back later and explained to the manageress and she delt with the problems admirably thanks very much.

Can’t read a message that’s been preordered literally made 4quid out of me for f all. Half food missing poor service no manners. Chips still uncooked absolutely waste of money that I over spent for half I didn’t get. Oh and they don’t answer the phone.

Went for a takeaway for the family through the drive through Had to queue for 25 mins had to pay for our meal at the same window you collect your food from hence the wait Honestly not worth the trouble Won’t be going there again

Wooow please don't eat there we ordered zinger meal and chicken fillet they both looked the same no difference at all..tastes like ashtray and to top it off the manager smelled like ashtray grease.com she told a new starter when she offered us sauces if they don't ask don't give like it's her KFC HA and the gravey looked like runs WTF KFC

I have to say the food is very good and hygiene around the place top notch. But then comes the staff. This bloke. I think Carl was on his nametag just starts shouting at me when I try to change my order because I changed my mind as you do sometimes. Then the rest of the staff/ managers don't step in. It's a good restaraunt just need to sort the staff standards

No hot drinks. No water. Forgot to put Pepsi in the order We were asked "yea what you want mate" Absolutely terrible will never go back not good value, greasy !!!

16.13pm on 01/01/18 After queuing in one almighty queue for nearly 20 mins, we then spend nearly £20 on a 10 piece wicked variety bucket and a large gravy, drive no more than 2 minutes away to chadderton hall road and hey presto the food is cold, the chips are limp and cold, the gravy that has a sticker on saying prepped at 3.32pm is luke warm at best and on further inspection there are 3 hot wings missing(this isn't any surprise as the last time we went we had the same and on inspection when driving off, I noticed the wings missing completely, no surprise for the staff as they pulled a bag from the till area of the drive through, clearly knowing they were mine and handed them to me ), I have only ever known this particular KFC to have two decent members of staff, a young British Asian lad with a few gold crowns, who is excellent, I forget his name, the other I don't think works there anymore. What is difficult about serving fast food hot and counting to say 10. I challenge KFC to respond to this review as you clearly don't to any others and I will gladly come in and see your representative or 10 face to face as this is now beyond a joke, my order number is 4128 , If i don't get a response then this is the last time

Just terrible. The staff cant cope when they have more than one order to do. Always a long slow queue for the drive through and the counter inside isnt much better

Iv eaten here a few times and I have to say the food is good but the restaurant area is a sham because it's never clean and doesn't have the basics sorted never i.e. Sources napkins folks wipes which are normally put out regularly on the floor aren't put on how they should be since it's had a refurb shame the management need to look at this

Usually go to huddesfield rd.their rice box come with a drink and fries.Come to elk mill disappointed when I got home in 15 20 mins no fries .wouldn't go again

Went here this weekend and ordered a massive meal for all the family, 11 of us !

Arrived mid afternoon to find the queue going out of the door! Had to queue for 20 mins as only one till open but plenty of staff behind the counter!?!? Not a long wait for the food but there was no gravy, no mayonnaise and no forks to eat the rice box I ordered! The order was wrong when we got home and they should give you paracetamol for the headache you get listening to all the screaming kids whilst you're waiting! On the plus side it was clean n the staff were friendly!

Visited here today after work for a spot of lunch, to find that it was no longer there anymore and yes I was a tad upset as I was very hungry, but hey never mind.

Arrived to have a quick dinner, restaurant was really dirty, not one clean table to sit at! Made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen area so left without ordering!

Este lugar es una vergüenza. Nos dio totalmente el orden equivocado y comida fría de piedra. No nos dimos cuenta hasta que habían y no podía volver porque mi hijo hubiera sido tarde para el trabajo. Comida totalmente comestible. En línea se quejó y enviado un cupón para una caja de bocadillos de pollo palomitas! ! ! Apenas compensación para tirar casi 20 libras en comida en los perros bowl. Gracias KFC laminador para la alce gesto insultante, que puede quedarse su pollo palomitas con el resto de la basura que sirven. Lo menos que podría haber hecho es reembolsado el orden como para como. No volveremos ya que obviamente no valoran nuestro encargo.

KFC is normally a safe option for a quick bite to eat. How wrong I was. I queued for 15 minutes, placed my order and waited a further 10 minutes. Hardly fast food!The man in front of me was presented with a tray of food. He picked up and turned over a piece of chicken on the plate with his dirty contractors hands and passed comment that the chicken was small and demanded a chicken leg. Fair enough I thought. The server then picked up the prodded bit of chicken and put it back in the warmer ready to be served to the next unsuspecting customer! Unfortunately I was that person. The same piece of fingered, prodded chicken was served to me. I complained and was given another bit of chicken and an extra portion of fries for my wait and complaint! The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. KFC, your staff need some serious lessons in food hygiene. This experience has put me off this usually consistent fast food chain.

The service in this "restaurant" is by far the worst I have received anywhere. For a huge fast food chain KFC should be teaching their employees how to have manners. Firstly we were ordering our meal and I added a malteaser krushem as my drink on the meal, while my partner was still telling the girl on the till what else we wanted to order another 'woman' came up and shouted "malteaser krushem..... MALTEASER KRUSHEM!!!" And I said "well we have one on our order but didn't order it separately so it should come with the order" I got a rude reply of "well did you order a malteaser krushem because if so then it's obviously yours" I WAS FURIOUS WITH HER ATTITUDE. But as you do I just bit my tongue. Then the guy started complaining that my partner asked for 2 fries and 2 corn in the bargain bucket since it was for him and his friend, they obviously aren't going to eat four fries and I'd understand if he said politely but no he went and started saying stuff about it to his co workers. And then as if it wasn't already bad enough I walked into the toilets and walked straight back out. I don't think they've ever been cleaned!!! Avoid at all costs!!! The most disgusting and rude people and most unclean place we've ever been. I think KFC will be going into liquidation in a few years if it's company keeps like this

I go here about once a month as I like kfc , the service isnt as fast as most fast food resteraunts and always have to ask staff to clean a table , nobody seems to have the job of cleaning tables and dining area

Great location staff friendly and all smiling food hot restraunt very clean and tidy a credit to management staff and kfc well done thank you

Yet again get home to find items missing from order this happens virtually all the time even tho they say everything is in the bags, then don't answer the phone to complain

Called for take out, got a mixed bucket and true to the word it was mixed. Spicy wings burnt, chicken strips dry, coated chicken all squashed up at bottom of bucket so the coating came off and chips cold. I would avoild this place

so slow I mean the person that serverd us couldn't count give her 26 pounds she had to check again forgot our drinks need kick up the backside

This place is very hit and miss. The staff are all great, they'd be even better if they didnt constantly forget sides from take out.

Never really been to kfc! Won't go back! Went and got a fully loaded box meal and a variety bucket. Took ages! Got in car drove home. No drink with it. Came in bag just chucked in no box. No sweetcorn. Fries freezing. Chicken burger disgusting.

We were visiting Oldham to watch our team Barnsley play Oldham FC and called here for some needed nourishment. we all got fried chicken to take away and were happy with the service and quality of the food.

Made the mistake of popping in for a quick meal. What I got failed on both counts!It wasn't quick and it wasn't a meal!It took over 20 minutes to get my 'meal' which was cold, badly presented by someone who had a serious attitude problem.When I complained they just stared at me. No one spoke.Eventually I got my money back, signed a compliant book and ate at a small cafe round the corner

Always get the order wrong. Always freezing cold and when you get your order there is always something missing

sorry but is it me or has kfc gone downhill the chicken seems very greasy to me and the staff not very friendly seems as though they try to hard to smile

Is ok I guess, they have little booths for privacy and I enjoy eating there with my family, I like the food obviously but there are a bit slow with the orders
