This was an uber eats order and after one time too many I've decided never to use this store- which is our local- for uber eats. my daughters wanted a mcdonals, i don't drive, i added 2 cheeseburgers for myself which are on the receipt but did not arrive. This has happened at least 3 or times now over the last few months. I even rang the store last time and was told by someone that it's definitely problems with their store. Trying to claim a refund through uber eats is too difficult for me so I've literally spent around £15 for foos that never came. When this store isn't available and we use further away stores, this doesn't happen so i will be swerving this store for online orders as they are just terrible. someone there is incompetent or thieving on a regular basis!!

I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star, dreadful food, dried up old fish that’s been sitting all day and chips dry as a bone. Didn’t appear clean and when I threw my chips in the bin outside a big rat ran out, could be to do with all the rubbish at the side of the shop. Don’t waste your money plenty of good chip shops and takeaways in the area but this is certainly not one of them.

Call in here in a regular basis. Food varies every time, but one thing always remains consistent- the coffee machine! Ever time we order, we ask for latte with our meals and every time we get told the coffee machine is not working 🙄. It’s been ‘not working’ for over four months now, with no reasonable explanation. Pathetic, not everyone wants high sugar fizzy drinks with their meal. But I was told by an ex employee that it’s because they don’t want to clean it, so don’t use it, which seems a more likely scenario!

It's a McDonald's, they're all the same, you know exactly what to expect? Not this one, it's rubbish! Having squeezed into the one available parking space (it's a small car park) we ventured in. Ordering was fine, using the touch screen thingy, until it offered table service. Usually I take this option so as to sit with kids whilst waiting, but although it was offered, it isn't available as there are none of those numbered little tent do dads, or even a place where they should be held! So I then get to linger around the counter for the next 25 minutes (yes, really) for an order to arrive that looked like mine (no receipt available, so no number to watch on screen). Whilst waiting I did notice many people visiting the till to report missing or wrong items, bodes well, and a huge number of staff with very little productivity. Food finally in hand I rejoin my kids, who have begun fighting from boredom / hunger, to discover one burger wrong and anemic chips. Kids wanted a McFlurry, but not risking that wait again. Add to that, some of the worst smelling toilets I've frequented in a good long while. AVOID!

Manager needs to pay attention and get of his phone, apparently this is a standard muffin size, as you can see egg is bigger, toffee latte bitter and overly stronger, again manager dismissed any comment made.

Not one customer in store drive through drink machine broke but if we want a drink we would have to come in store to pour ourselves a drink. I’d understand if the were busy ! But not one customer. Rubbish. Customer service

Two Quarter pounder with cheese meal orders were met with the usual can you please move forward to the front hatch and wait. We did. ...and we waited...and waited...and waited. We watched as over 20 cars were served ahead of us and wondered what could be so complicated about quarter pounders with cheese. The truth? We had been forgotten. We were now down the priority list as they dealt with those behind us and the precious Just Eats orders. After 8 minutes sat there like idiots i shouted for some help and after a further two minutes the food arrived. We parked up. "Never Mind" i sighed. "At least it will be fresh and hot" Guess what? Stone cold burgers and luke warm fries. Proving that we had been forgotten.God this is so frustrating. There used to be a few constant rules in the universe in the 80's and 90's. NOTHING CAN BE CERTAIN EXCEPT DEATH AND TAXES........ AND EXCELLENT QUALITY AT MCDONALD'S. I am dismayed that the new McDonalds standards are awful. I did actually complain. I took the time to walk into the restaurant and ask for a manager. She looked disinterested , overwhelmed , overworked. I was offered fresh meals or ice creams. I actually wanted her to care. To say this situation would be discussed at a Management meeting. To promise improvement. This is not how the post covid world works however. So we drove off dissapointed as i am sure many others will experience at this venue.

Ordered on the app for quickness, how ironic! Used the drive thru, were given our drinks and mayo and asked to park up to await 2 meals which were for our teenagers. Waited 20 minutes watching several cars coming through the drive thru after having being served. Went in to be told they had no record our our meal and didn't know what had happened. The manager said he couldn't give any discount but would upgrade both meals and add extras. Meanwhile the Indian takeaway we had collected for ourselves previously was getting cold but we waited again and after about 5 minutes they produced our order. On arriving home we found no upgrade had been made and the only extra was a portion of popcorn chicken! We had to heat our Indian food back up before we ate it, but it was by now, lukewarm. Terrible service with no ownership taken an no real apology or explanation.

They contract a parking company known as Civil Enforcement LTD. Dine in at your own risk, lest you risk a £100.00 fine. KFC will fob you off with the 3rd party excuse. "We can't do anything". (This old chestnut only takes you so far). Meanwhile, they outsource these lowlifes, (Civil Enforcement LTD) to farm KFC patrons for extra £££ cash, like KFC farms broiler chickens. They do not care if you have multiple receipts for money spent at KFC during your stay. (Yes, KFC punishes you for giving them more money!) This KFC (C04 9HB) use ANPR cameras. Meaning they extract your information from the DVLA, who are obviously in their back-pocket. The days of GDPR are GONE! They will find your address (Thanks, DVLA), and threaten to harass if you do not pay their parking invoice. The parking company are a private firm, yet they want to apply council penalty charges with prices that exploit the working poor. (f you are not the council you do not get to act like them!) Especially when your supposed penalties far exceed the prices that councils would ever dream of imposing on members of the public! These are prices that people just cannot afford to pay during the current economic climate. The car park was near EMPTY and their cheap signage was blocked by larger vehicles. I would love to know how my presence cost them £100 in an empty parking lot. I feel disgusted with myself for making multiple purchases at this KFC on the same date during my stay. It is tragic how KFC outsources aggressive cowboy companies to extract money from people who are for the most part average, and not well off financially. There is little money to be made on the backs of the less fortunate, and for a company worth $5.4 BILLION it is a true disgrace. Not even the councils are this heavy-handed when it comes out to issuing penalties. Usually, it is a stern warning, followed by £50 - £70.00 KFC - If you are reading this, you have alienated a lifelong customer. I am sure you will experience severe backlash from hard working members of the public who just want to get on with life if you continue to operate in such a despicable manner. Lastly, Your care squad did nothing to help, and your "3rd party "Civil Enforcement" prefers to send threatening letters, rather than responding to calls. (They do not have an email). Do not even hope to win with POPLA, it is rigged in favour of the Parking agencies. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Fried Chicken, Mighty Bucket for One Parking Not worth ruining your future.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered £30 worth of food delivery driver shows up with only drinks in hand. Said he couldn’t do anything about it and to ring mcdonald’s went down to mcdonald’s they said “once the delivery driver touches it, it’s nothing to do with them”. Stood there early in morning with 4 drinks in my hand like an idiot it’s absolutely slack. Gets home no contact number for uber rang mcdonald’s app spoke to a woman, refund issued of £8. Rang again different woman said email is wrong and on her end it’s £19? £19? 3rd times it’s happened absolutely disgusting. Turned around to her and said so it’s £11 for 4 small drinks i don’t think so. She said only can do a partial refund, ended phone. Don’t order from here because people can’t manage to put food in a bag and give it to a delivery driver, absolutely disgusting.

In here a lot and the McFlurrys are melted every time. It’s like a milk shake and they don’t do anything about it. You can see it coming out of the machine and doesn’t look solid or frozen at all.

We decided to get something to eat from here for breakfast. I had the sausage and egg mcmuffin. This was dry and the muffin was dry and didn't seem overly fresh. The hash brown was ok. The coffee I had to drink was ok. It does get busy here and it isn't helped by the car park being very small.

I thought I’d have a go at the Too Good to Go offers, and Subway came up. My daughters had use the TGTG app at different outlets like Starbucks and at local shops and stores and had found them very good and it helps to cut down on food waste, and save money so win, win. Or so I thought. Now the offers at each outlet state that there is no accurate prediction of what you get, but does state the type of goods you will get, in my case from Subway it said bread and cookies. What I got was bread, no cookies, so not a big saving for me, and a freezer stuffed with 6 x foot long rolls. I’ll try other outlets, but Subway is a no from me, and my daughters were very surprised too, and will give them a swerve
