The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Walked up to the customer ordering counter and was told I would be served shortly..I must have stood there for a good 25 mins but still no service.Decided I had been there long enough so left. I will not be using that branch again as this isn't the first time it has happened.

Every time I order from here on Deliveroo the sauces are missing, This causes great problems with the family and fussy children . I am sick of complaining to deliveroo when try and ring McDonalds no one answers the phone . This must be happening to other people. I know some sauces are free but others are 70p and just has me fuming as spoils the meals.

Order meant to be delivered for half 7, didn’t arrive until 8. The food was fine but we didn’t get the bottle of pop ordered with it and no one answered the phone when called afterwards. I called at quarter past 7 to change the address for the food to be delivered to because I had forgotten to change it on the app, a mistake I’m sure plenty of people make. During this call I was met with the rudest customer service I’ve had in a while! I acknowledged that it was my mistake and apologised numerous times for it, the woman who answered seemed totally fed up - she replied with “well you’re lucky because we were just going to send it out. Where do you want it” I apologised again and gave my address, she then said “right, ok bye” and hung up. The way she spoke to me was like I was a piece of rubbish she had stepped on. Absolutely unacceptable! If you can’t deal with customers then don’t work in a place that requires some kind of customer service! Had a similar experience last month, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again but I won’t be making that mistake again! It’s a shame because I’ve never had a problem with their food, it’s quick and easy and I’ve always got good amounts for the prices! the customer service lets them down massively!

Ordered 6 piece variety bucket meal on just eat, came to £31 and they delivered a bucket of hot wings. No original chicken whatsoever. All you’ve got to do is read the receipt and place the order in the bag. Shocking

Thats the third time we have used this Burger King, the previous 2 trips we waited for so long for our food, and only 1 car in front of us, today we decided to time it, 2 cars then us, 28 MINUTES!!! and when we got to the hatch to collect our food we still had to wait another 10 minutes, Burger King is supposed to be fast food, if they were any slower it would be past its use by date!! RIDICULOUS!!

hot Wings are horrendous. so oily. wish they used a normal seasoned batter like every other place……………………………………………….

called in for rice box & chicken fillet burger meal, gave wrong order ,no drinks when i went back in to correct order, was kept waiting 10 mins for a chicken burger & drinks , young girl who served me seemed to be on another planet.all food cold when we finally got to eat it😡, steer clear of this branch , drive 5 minutes into wigan go to kfc on robin retail park👍🏻

Worst ever. Just don't go there. Long and wrong orders. Problem with taking order right, 25 min waiting time night is a thing.. Really.

EL REINICIO ME PUSO EN RIESGO ESTA NOCHE Vino al restaurante esta noche a comprar algo de comida mientras iba de compras. Ordene lo siguiente ver imagen. No pedí mayo porque también reacciona mal también yo. Solo queso y salsa fría dulce. Cuando obtuve mi comida después de esperar la mesa también ser limpiado. Lleva salsa de mayo extra. Volví a hablar con alguien que me confirmaron que no debería venir con mayo. Le pregunté también hablar gerente a una persona llamada gerente de restaurante de culo chole extremadamente inútil no se tomó en serio sobre mis alergias demasiado mayo y cómo me hace mal. En un momento dado le pedí a ella también que me lo reembolsara, lo que hizo. Entonces le pedí que también lo ordenara debido a mi salud y necesitaba comer demasiado. En un momento dado ella muy discutible con y culpando a su equipo de no tomar en cuenta la seriedad de la misma en absoluto. Lo siento mucho. No ofrecer demasiado hacerlo mejor, etc. Le pedí información de la oficina central, ella me dijo que había un número de teléfono y luego le dijo a solo el sitio web. También pedí gm para restaurante esto fue rechazado también. Indignante y realmente pobre no volvería a escuchar. Restaurante sucio, además ni siquiera estaba ocupado. PONEN EN RIESGO MI SALUD

Warning do not order from KFC Surbiton especially via Uber. Took 1 hr 15 mins to deliver and lots of missed items. Uber refused to refund extortionate delivery fee & service fee. Will never order from here or via Uber again.

Friendly staff helpful clean But why have the Music to Loud pls pls turn it down I cannot understand why it has to be so loud why can it be calming music and soft my grandson is autistic and he cannot cope with loud

Waited 2.5 hours for my delivery and then they just cancelled my food randomly! What a shame that this pizza shop has such crappy service.

Have a big family meal this evening with my family and mother and the chicken was so so salt my family wouldn't eat the food then talked to a manager called hubby 😀 he did nothing at all and seemed very rude didn't even offer to redo the food or even a refund 😑 nothing terrible service. Avoid this pooly run KFC eat somewhere else if possible don't waste your money... hubby is a joke

Best McDonald’s in south london I did not have any problem, staff are so friendly and managers as well
