Kfc in Brent

Is it because I ordered a delivery, you give me the smallest pieces of chicken?? KFC don't taste like how it used to back in the old days anyway. I'll be going to Popeye from now

If you want to give up eating chicken with chips, please visit Wembley branch, I might have KFC 4 or 5 times a year as a snack, but this food if you but it in the bin, bin will throw it back at you, the are and the place has got scope, better management and better staff and food, prime location deal with it.

Staff look fed up and make no effort to smile. Nothing like McDonald's. Food was hot but staff ruined visit

After a day at the National Museum we travelled back across to Wembley and alighted the bus at Wetherspoons. Their kitchen was closed due to a breakdown so we decided to have a KFC from across the road. We chose the GRAVY CHICKEN BUCKET and sat inside. Although it was a typical KFC takeaway it was ok. The toilets weren't too bad & most people cleared there tables. One fella had even fallen asleep half way through his meal so he must of been comfortale! lol The chicken was all fresh & the corn was also good. We asked the staff for a take-away bag & took the leftovers with us. I thought the food was good but, I proberbly would have missed out on it if I'd gone by these ratings. Just goes to show.

Honestly the worst kfc I've ever been to. Slow to order and prepare food. Seating area dirty, bins over flowing. Toilets locked. Chicken extremley dry, gravy like black gloop. Asked to eat in but was served in a bag. No plates, salt, spoons, tissues or cups. Went back to ask for these things but was ignored. I couldn't eat the food, it was awful.

It's your typical KFC restaurant; arrive, order, sit down to eat or take away. You can order at the counter or the digital ordering screens. Food was freshly prepared and hot, staff were good and the seating area was well cleaned.

Popped in with Mrs who went and sat down. Ordered, waited about 15 minutes for 6 pcs and 4 chips plus 2 sides. Not a tricky or confusing order. First it got served in a bag and had to ask for a tray, then had to ask for cups for the drinks. Sat down, back to counter to ask for some plates and the assistant didn't actually know they supplied a cardboard plate. Got one of the two sides wrong also. All the staff seemed more focused on chatting then saying "oh he did your order not me" when simply asking for tissue which wasn't given We used to like it there but it's gone proper downhill

KFC Wembley you should be ashamed!!! Dirty tables and food everywhere. Cold food, that when we returned to get replaced we were looked at like we were idiots. No hygiene practises in place, only cleaned up when we pointed out the seating area was a disgusting mess. Maybe Brent need to pay a visit!!!

Don't waste your money. Ordered some chicken with chips and corn on the cob. Home delivery by Deliveroo. The chips were cold, soggy and greasy (binned), the corn on the cob was disgusting.....the worst I've ever had (binned). The chicken was warm and reasonably tasty. Never again!

Honestly do not bother with this poor excuse for a take away, I went there to get some food thought it’s be quick but my god the service is slow and people just barge in shouting for there order to be done next and jump in front of people who have been waiting there before them while the staff just do not care and will serve only the people rude enough to jump in front of people. Also the small toll area is freezing cold because of a constant blast of cold air from the fan from ceiling so if it’s cold inside imagine how the food is if you ever get served. Poor customer service from a chain that probably doesn’t care whatsoever

Service is absolutely SHOCKING! All the staff probably got U's in their GCSEs. They can't even get the change right!!!!!!!!!!!

Drove all the way from Kent for my girlfriend took her to Wembley thought cheeky kfc why not? Walked to kfc and ordered a dipping feast meal, £15.99 the order was painful the poor lady had a very grumpy face, bless her, order took ages the lady asked me over the counter would I mind having some wing instead of the mini Fillets I said of course ( confused how a chicken shop runs out of chicken?) we finally got our order and they shut the seating area, what am suppose to do now, I haft to walk back and eat it in my car, getting back to my car we unloaded the food, I was missing my popcorn chicken ( End of the world can I say ), my friend opens out his coleslaw, no spork, no plates, no wipes, so I’m left with drinking my gravy then talking a bit of chicken, what has life come too The only Thing keeping me sane was the chicken was very nice. # Iv never complained before, or left a bad review KFC what you getting wrong - not smiling ! - Shocking service - Not giving customer what they paid for I’m not cross just disappointed ☹️ You can do so better. Denne KFC ligger 8 minutters gåavstand fra Wembley Stadium, lokalet er typisk for kjeden og maten er den samme, kjedelig og fritert. De ansatte er hyggelige og yter service, men desverre møter ikke maten disse inntrykkene.

A fair place for a quick light meal. This day one stood a lot waiting to place and collect orders. Apparently many students stopped by same time.
