Nick has been an absolute superstar! I placed an order that included a few items which couldn’t be delivered due to their nature, and I was worried we’d have to go without. Fortunately a lovely lady , who's name I don't remember, instead of shutting me down went to seek out some guidance to help us as best as they can. Nick stepped in and truly went above and beyond—personally making sure that everything was sorted and delivered to us. His dedication, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience so much smoother and less stressful. It’s not every day you come across someone so genuinely helpful and committed to excellent service. A huge thank you to Nick (and no name lady) for all their effort and support—we’re so grateful!

It’s always very nice shopping experience and makes you imagine your home in a different perspective. Make you feel comfy and want to make your home your own unique place. Sometimes it’s a hit and miss with staff hence 4 stars. I find staff can be sloppy shoulders and never go beyond. As a family we all enjoy visiting IKEA stores and always end-up buying something outside of your shopping list. 😬🙂

You will each and every smallest things of your home. Various varieties and lots of options available.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find things. It was annoying that buying somethings required use of the IKEA app (which was difficult) or staff assistance (it was difficult to find available staff).

I’ve been to IKEA Wembley four times in the past month while settling into a new flat, and it’s been great every time. It’s super easy to check what’s in stock online before heading in, which makes planning a lot smoother. Their returns policy is also really straightforward - ideal when you’re buying a lot and still figuring things out. And of course, the meatballs are always a solid reward after a successful shop.

Do not reserve anything. They will make you wait for over 60 minutes then tell you it’s not there. Not. One off. I keeps on happening. Other ikea are fine. Avoid Wembley

There are various options for the home and at a very good price.

It’s Ikea….. you know what yo expect. Arrive early to avoid busy times. New spacious collection point.

Overall, I had a terrific day at IKEA Wembley recently. Finding things was made simple by the store's well-organized structure, which featured eye-catching room arrangements and obvious signs. There was a wide range of furniture and décor options to suit various tastes and price ranges. The checkout process was quick. I had a great time stopping by the cafe for some coffee and kid-friendly ice cream. Overall, it's a handy store with reasonably priced home supplies. highly recommended!

Pretty sure male toilets don’t pass Health and Safety checks. They smelled REALLY bad and there were spiders inside it - another level of disgusting! Shouldn’t be open to public. They also keep minimum staff at returns.

Cheap and easy for the average English man

Grand showroom..... All most all household items are available..... Rates are reasonable....

Excellent place and excellent food

I can’t get over the fact that ikea is selling 0.5L water bottles at £1.2!!!!! I don’t know what to call this as peak of stinginess or what, but a multi billion giant business should have a better business ethics as compared to a small grocery store. Rest, I don’t think to comment on anything.

Welcome to the original marathon maze of furniture and homewares - a concept only copied by a brave few, and then only in miniature form... such as Flying Tiger Copenhagen. It is a great place to either get some inspiration (embrace the maze), get something that you didn't realise that you needed (appreciate the maze), or just get what you know you need (bypass the maze). While you're there, go to the restaurant for some food (and some 'famous' Sweedish meetballs), where (no surprise here) you'll have to navigate the food maze - which unlike the main maze, has no shortcuts). Overall summary: Utterly aMAZEing.

Great value food at the Ikea food hall

I usually love going to IKEA. When I voiced that the man who was the manager, behind the fish and chips counter was abrupt, nobody could help me. If there is a customer service friendly policy, IKEA should remind their employees. It's no excuse to say it's busy at midday. Kindness is key to great customer service.

Our favourite store for the home. IKEA have brilliant designers and practically make the best items for homes. Highly recommend Ikea.

A café with no coffee. There's a novelty. Three coffee machines all kaput. Daim cake was nice though. Would have liked a coffee with it.

The worst customer service ever , rude unhelpful people there and very not friendly

Not as good as the Reading store, staff particularly one lady in the home bedroom furnishings area with a black uniform a hat and glasses need to be taught that it's ikea and not the streets of Peckham where you can talk to customers like they are roadmen, you are only an ikea worker so get rid of the attitude and stay in your limits, i will not be returning as i value good customer service.

Endless queues in exchange & returns because only 2 out 7 counters are open. Unacceptable.

There is a great variety of everything. Not to be visited too often as one does not stop buying. 😀

The best place for a rainy day where children can enjoy Swedish meatballs.

The new pickup system is just unbearable. It took us ages to collect something that normally would have been done in 10 minutes if we had access to self-collect isle. Insane, I am never coming here again!

The worst delivery service (DPD) i have ever seen i am living in third floor just they left my parcel in ground floor and they left without trying to bring to my flat and i paid 10£ for delivery

Returns department were helpful and supportive and assisted me without receipt to return what I needed to… then respend it on more! lol

I don't need to explain what IKEA is all about, and the one in Wembley is amongst the largest in the UK, if not the largest! Large means huge amounts of customers, and this place is often heaving with people especially on the weekend. So if you want to avoid the crowds, I would recommend going in the evening during the working week. I went Monday and I was able to swiftly walk through the entire showroom and market hall without bumping into anyone...it was a dream!! Obviously the lack of people also meant a very quick checkout at the end, and that was with the express tills closed. Amazing!! My only disappointment was with the small food section after them main tills which doesn't seem hardly any of the lovely provisions they used to sell, like Marabou chocolate discs, the oat and chocolate sandwich cookies and their own pear cider. Shame 😥

Shame for customers service and return area. They are very rude and bored to work. They was adding other customers in front of people with numbers allocated and when we ask a simple question about how to change a delivery address they get more bored and they didn't want to answer. They was sending us to the colleges next to them and those again send us back to the previous ones. Shame because the workers from selling they pay all attention for customers but after they take our money the customer service do not give a s*** about customers. Never return back.

Ikea, Wembley, has gone to pot! Used to love visiting the Wembley store. but it's all profit over people now and the proof is in the pudding... On our visit.. Not enough trollies, not enough staff (went 20 minutes in the basement without anyone to ask) no hot drinks in the cafe on a Saturday as machines all broken, hair dryers not working in the toilets, wrong labels on items that didn't link up the aisles, slow in-store click & collect (30 mins wait on an item that previously you could've collected at the end in 2 minutes. I didn't even order it online). Finally, lots of cars in the disabled bays without blue badges - and nobody checking them. Not impressed with this store anymore, at all...

IKEA never disappoints. This one is nice and tidy.

I've been to lots of branches of IKEA and this is the worst. Impossible to find a clean table at lunch even though it was not busy; food slopped on the plate with no care; staff at the checkout chatting to each other rather than helping. It's just a case of bad management.

I ordered Kuggis box with lid from ikea Wembley online home delivery. I received brocken lid.For return I have to go to store now.I paid £5 extra for the delivery to avoid travelling.Very disappointed.

Oversized IKEA store. You can find many of the materials you are looking for.

It's an Ikea so you know what to expect. Parking is good, food is good.

I had a terrible experience at IKEA Wembley, London on 10th March at 20:45. A staff member on the shop floor made a mistake while taking my order and booked the delivery for the wrong date. She admitted the error and told me to go to customer service to get it corrected. I was with my 4-year-old child, who was already tired, but I still went to customer service, took a ticket, and waited. When my number was called, I was suddenly told I was “jumping the queue,” even though I had a valid ticket. I explained the situation and asked for help, but the staff refused. I asked for the manager, Rui, who was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me, “It’s not my problem if you have a child. You’re not the only one.” My husband and I pleaded for help, but we were ignored and left with no resolution. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff showed no empathy, and the way I was treated in front of my child was unacceptable. I considered canceling my order but didn’t want to deal with the same poor service again. IKEA needs to seriously improve their customer service at this location. I do not recommend shopping here.

There has been a massive improvement in the service lately; the staff are proactively helpful which is a breath of fresh air, not only on this mega shop, but I've noticed it across the board. I hope they will keep it up. The products also keep improving.

To the store manager named Sam or Kylee,as per customer service call centre,I had purchased products online and then went to the store for return on 20th January;2025.The lady at the counter made me tap my card,and the refund has not been back to my card yet. I have made multiple phone calls and visits to the store. Unfortunately you were not available any time. At the store,they ask me to call customer service,at the call centre they either tell me to visit tue store or assure me that money will be back in max 14 days. I am exhausted chasing my refund amount. I want to raise this further and want my refund back ASAP.

Says stock in store, travelled all the way from south west London.. only to find out they had only 4 and yet they couldn’t find it..

Returns department is appalling and really rude. They make it slow and impossible to use so that people give up and dont return things - more money for IKEA and less money for us. Spoke to the manager about it she was offhand and rude. Avoid if at all possible !! IKEA you are better than this !

A great store with good products for the home. Good value restaurant. However I wish there were shortcuts for the marketplace when you want to grab a couple of items and leave, and not have to go round the whole store.

Huge place with lots of home stuff and good food too

The outside car park at ikea is insecure. I just had my van broken into in the middle of the day. The van was parked in the middle of the car park. When I've contacted the MITIE Security in the car park they advised me to contact the police. The review is not for ikea the store or their products but to highlight the fact that thieves operate on their premises

For a kid's bench, which is a small box btw, they force you to wait for an hour in the order& collect location with 30 other people, because for some reason you cannot pick it up from the aisle shelves. Here is just a waste of time.

I love Ikea but it's just a shame that the Wembley branch is my nearest one since they closed down the one in Tottenham. But I still love Ikea ❤️

The return policy is unbelievable that you have to wait for bloody a long time. There are very limited numbers of teams and services. Very disappointed 😞

Great customer service - helpful and friendly. The winding layout is a bit painful if you’re there to get a specific item but that’s just the IKEA style. However there are self service kiosks that tell you exactly where you need to go to find something specific, which was very helpful.

For the love of God. If you go there on the weekend, expect huge queues and do not get tempted to take a left and park outside as you will be doing what everyone else is doing except you won't find a spot. Just turn right at the round about and park in the multi-storey. When queue up at the till and you see random people who skip the queue and walk right to the front and loiter. They will push in up front and are just waiting for an opportunity. Don't let them pass and tell them to head back in line. Anything else has already been said by others. Over and out.

Rude staff at diner, otherwise flawless

What a joke place. Comparing to IKEA in Milton Keynes this is simply dump. Very unpleasant staff welcomed us and whe I asked how to get to bistro to buy Hot Dogs, lady looked at me like I was an alien or something and simply replied "Exit". Cold hot dogs. Really bad. I will not be coming back there.

I have never sI have never encountered such impolite staff anywhere else as I have at the IKEA in Wembley, they seem more interested in displaying attitude than in providing assistance. Especially the staff at click and collect on 21/02/2025 evening.this is my first and last visit to IKEA wembley

This is the second time IKEA has failed to deliver my online order on the scheduled day. I waited at home from 9 AM to 7 PM, and they never showed up—no update, no explanation, nothing. If you're ordering online and expecting a reliable delivery, think twice. Very disappointing experience!

The goods are mostly of poor quality, look how they delivered the goods! and waited more than three weeks!!!! for a fee of 35 pounds even more so!!!!!

Our first visit at this branch. Loved the layout, clean and the food excellent.

Despite horrendous roadworks nearby, Waze directed us through a safe route to the back of the store. Inside still an amazing store. Was able to get everything we wanted apart from one item which is available for delivery only.

The IKEA Café is absolutely great well within most peoples budget. I’ve been there for all meals on this occasion. I was there for breakfast and walk for £ £3.70 he had nine pieces of breakfast what a bargain and well worth it You don’t have to be coming just for shopping. You can just come here for a meal.

Very quick and easy to click and collect

Upon entering the shop, the ground floor stunk of fishy urine, and it wasn't difficult to locate where the toilets were! My son and l were looking for a particular duvet which ikea sell. We approached two staff members who behaved like they really didn't enjoy their jobs. If you ask me, both are a liability to the business. I came with the intention of buying an item which cost £249.00. I was told by the first staff member that we only do that item in 'double' size. And then directed us to the incorrect item. To be busy to be bothered! The second lady, my goodness she glared at us, like how dear you ask me a question! She then, said oh it's discontinued." I replied, but it was here on the shelf. She then said, "we don't have anymore in stock. My son and l decided to leave and couldn't be bothered with the attitude. When we got to the car, l googled the item and found that it was in stock at the same ikea we had just left!! What a waste of time l will go to Argos instead.

Good size ikea, and everything that you would expect from one, very tidy and clean and a larger than normal selection.

Omg. Hard to get to as traffic v bad. Mobbed with people. They closed Edmonton branch so I'll go to Lakeside next time

First there was an employee checking everything in packing and making sure I didn’t steal something, then 2m later another dude is bothering me with the very same thing. I will never come again as this is super lame. Why don’t you trust your customers ikea?

I visited this store recently and found the sales assistants to be incredibly helpful and hardworking despite the clear difficult conditions they have to work with. The store itself was wonderful, however the management team were utterly ridiculous. It's clear they have little care for their employees as they were forced to work whilst sick and treated poorly by those who are supposed to support them throughout their shift. One worker in particular was working as hard as she could to support my family and I to browse for a new sofa, despite her clear fever and illness. This employee was refused to leave early to help recover by her manager, even though she was visibly unwell. I usually enjoy visiting IKEA with my family, however this has disappointed my view of this company. I have never seen such an ill-trained and disrespectful management team.

The IKEA experience, good shopping and then fish and chips in the cafeteria. A shopping experience like no other!!!!!!!!
