I had a very disappointing experience at the IKEA returns department. Two staff members, Pradeep and Siddique, were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were dismissive, arrogant, and showed a complete lack of respect. Instead of assisting me, they laughed and smirked throughout the interaction, which felt demeaning and unnecessary. This is not the level of service I expect from IKEA. I hope management addresses this behavior seriously to ensure other customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Massive store. Free parking, toilets, restaurant with food food. The ikea layout is very well done showing all the different styles of rooms - bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom etc. So can see the size of the items before you buy them and how they look installed. Can spend hours there. Is quite pricey but decent quality. You first go through the showrooms upstairs, anything you like take a photo of the barcode, then can collect it downstairs in the warehouseman section usually in a flat pack. Easy to find things, lots of people to help and very good place to get ideas when decorating

How can such a big company have such a poor process in place?? There was over 50 people waiting and just 3 people processing returns, others were sat about chat to each other.

I haven’t been to Ikea Wembley before, it’s huge but I’m quite disappointed: It was Friday afternoon around 4pm and the store was not busy but it was a mess, the bedroom área all beds were messy which is not ideal, lots of other shelves/ areas were messy too. Another thing that irritates me and customers is price display, it’s 2025 and Ikea is a massive company why they can’t price their items? It’s soooo annoying, items without price or wrong product under wrong price, common Ikea sort your prices and create a decent system, I don’t buy stuff that has no price in it ( at IKEA this is common). I went to the toilet and almost throw up, it was dirty and with hands drying system was broken, só it was time to cut my trip short, pay and leave. There are self service check out but the system is dated, there are lots of staff behind you checking if u scan all your products which is annoying to have someone staring at you. I Love Ikea but they should invest in a new price and check out system and obviously check if their toilet ( next to the food área) is properly clean.

I ordered two items that the website said was available in stock and in Wembley store. I purchased them both. I received an email saying to pick up by 6pm. I arrive at 5.20pm go to click and collect counter and check in that I have arrived. I wait until 6.45pm (1.20hr)after being told our order is still being prepared. I then went to the counter and said I’m still waiting, the lady at the counter says I’m so sorry no one informed you but your items are not in stock. So she says wait here for manager Adil to come and help us get the item delivered in customer service. We wait another 15 min for adil who comes and doesn’t have our correct order to show at customer service. We attend customer service and they then refund my purchases making me pay again for my items to be delivered. I then go to pay and notice one of my items isn’t on the order. The whole process took me 2 hours to get sorted. I tried to ask for the manager adil to let him know I was terribly disappointed but the team member could not get through to him. I missed dinner time with my wife and son. The website was clearly incorrect with items being available, I wasted 2 hours, I made a mate of mine pick me up so we could use his car to get our items home. To not receive any compensation either.

The most disabled friendly company I've visited this year. Upon arrival a gentleman greeted me and offered help while I was waiting for my friend to park. It was easy to ask for a wheelchair, every worker we asked for help was knowledgeable, friendly and treated me with respect and not in a condescending way like some companies do. Thank you.

Ikea is a lovely place to shop, there are plenty of parking places, there are lifts and escalators, loads of stock and great ideas or suggestions nearby and the staff are helpful. There are self checkouts and regular tills so usually not too long to wait. There are fabulous food offers both in the Bistro and restaurant, make sure to check them out while you are there and you can get some of the food items in the shop, I love the plant balls. Overall it's great, the food is tasty and both food and all the items it sells are great value for money.

Overall, I had a terrific day at IKEA Wembley recently. Finding things was made simple by the store's well-organized structure, which featured eye-catching room arrangements and obvious signs. There was a wide range of furniture and décor options to suit various tastes and price ranges. The checkout process was quick. I had a great time stopping by the cafe for some coffee and kid-friendly ice cream. Overall, it's a handy store with reasonably priced home supplies. highly recommended!

I love the way all the rooms are set out to give lots of room layout ideas and solutions. There's always something to pick up for the home and garden, plus a bonus is the reasonably priced food, for a well deserved meal and catch up! I find the best times to visit are weekdays (during the day as it's quieter) or evenings...it can get busy weekends, with long queues to pay.

Returns is awful. The system for queues is ridiculous. They expect you to take a picture of the number but don’t instruct clearly anywhere. Had to wait an hour to return 1 item. No paper unlike before because they say they want to save the environment. There are so many other places they can save in the store.

Not a massive fan of the IKEA in-store shopping experience. Since they shut Edmonton, getting to Wembley is a proper pain. Obviously I get lost inside and can't figure out the shortcuts which never helps. Then, looking for kitchen chairs was offered assistance from Anna Marie. An absolute star who sorted everything thing out from stock checks to arranging delivery. Really great customer service.

Was there yesterday the guy serving all rude and stuff to everyone he was serving acting like he’s only working was even rude to the lady before me even after giving him the order … instead of asking politely are you done would yu like anything else ? Said ARE YOU DONE ? Wasn’t even wearing a hair mask for his beard ! On asking him was comparing himself to mc Donald’s ..the manger should look at how the server handle food and hygiene to be maintained.. Also a good attitude.. that’s a different thing my meat balls dint get a flag on it 😂

Nick has been an absolute superstar! I placed an order that included a few items which couldn’t be delivered due to their nature, and I was worried we’d have to go without. Fortunately a lovely lady , who's name I don't remember, instead of shutting me down went to seek out some guidance to help us as best as they can. Nick stepped in and truly went above and beyond—personally making sure that everything was sorted and delivered to us. His dedication, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience so much smoother and less stressful. I’ve been to IKEA Wembley four times in the past month while settling into a new flat, and it’s been great every time. It’s super easy to check what’s in stock online before heading in, which makes planning a lot smoother. Their returns policy is also really straightforward - ideal when you’re buying a lot and still figuring things out. And of course, the meatballs are always a solid reward after a successful shop.

It’s always very nice shopping experience and makes you imagine your home in a different perspective. Make you feel comfy and want to make your home your own unique place. Sometimes it’s a hit and miss with staff hence 4 stars. I find staff can be sloppy shoulders and never go beyond. As a family we all enjoy visiting IKEA stores and always end-up buying something outside of your shopping list. 😬🙂

Welcome to the original marathon maze of furniture and homewares - a concept only copied by a brave few, and then only in miniature form... such as Flying Tiger Copenhagen. It is a great place to either get some inspiration (embrace the maze), get something that you didn't realise that you needed (appreciate the maze), or just get what you know you need (bypass the maze). While you're there, go to the restaurant for some food (and some 'famous' Sweedish meetballs), where (no surprise here) you'll have to navigate the food maze - which unlike the main maze, has no shortcuts). Overall summary: Utterly aMAZEing.

I usually love going to IKEA. When I voiced that the man who was the manager, behind the fish and chips counter was abrupt, nobody could help me. If there is a customer service friendly policy, IKEA should remind their employees. It's no excuse to say it's busy at midday. Kindness is key to great customer service.

I don't need to explain what IKEA is all about, and the one in Wembley is amongst the largest in the UK, if not the largest! Large means huge amounts of customers, and this place is often heaving with people especially on the weekend. So if you want to avoid the crowds, I would recommend going in the evening during the working week. I went Monday and I was able to swiftly walk through the entire showroom and market hall without bumping into anyone...it was a dream!! Obviously the lack of people also meant a very quick checkout at the end, and that was with the express tills closed. Amazing!! My only disappointment was with the small food section after them main tills which doesn't seem hardly any of the lovely provisions they used to sell, like Marabou chocolate discs, the oat and chocolate sandwich cookies and their own pear cider. Shame 😥

Shame for customers service and return area. They are very rude and bored to work. They was adding other customers in front of people with numbers allocated and when we ask a simple question about how to change a delivery address they get more bored and they didn't want to answer. They was sending us to the colleges next to them and those again send us back to the previous ones. Shame because the workers from selling they pay all attention for customers but after they take our money the customer service do not give a s*** about customers. Never return back.

Ikea, Wembley, has gone to pot! Used to love visiting the Wembley store. but it's all profit over people now and the proof is in the pudding... On our visit.. Not enough trollies, not enough staff (went 20 minutes in the basement without anyone to ask) no hot drinks in the cafe on a Saturday as machines all broken, hair dryers not working in the toilets, wrong labels on items that didn't link up the aisles, slow in-store click & collect (30 mins wait on an item that previously you could've collected at the end in 2 minutes. I didn't even order it online). Finally, lots of cars in the disabled bays without blue badges - and nobody checking them. Not impressed with this store anymore, at all...

I've been to lots of branches of IKEA and this is the worst. Impossible to find a clean table at lunch even though it was not busy; food slopped on the plate with no care; staff at the checkout chatting to each other rather than helping. It's just a case of bad management.

I had a terrible experience at IKEA Wembley, London on 10th March at 20:45. A staff member on the shop floor made a mistake while taking my order and booked the delivery for the wrong date. She admitted the error and told me to go to customer service to get it corrected. I was with my 4-year-old child, who was already tired, but I still went to customer service, took a ticket, and waited. When my number was called, I was suddenly told I was “jumping the queue,” even though I had a valid ticket. I explained the situation and asked for help, but the staff refused. I asked for the manager, Rui, who was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me, “It’s not my problem if you have a child. You’re not the only one.” My husband and I pleaded for help, but we were ignored and left with no resolution. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff showed no empathy, and the way I was treated in front of my child was unacceptable. I considered canceling my order but didn’t want to deal with the same poor service again. IKEA needs to seriously improve their customer service at this location. I do not recommend shopping here.

To the store manager named Sam or Kylee,as per customer service call centre,I had purchased products online and then went to the store for return on 20th January;2025.The lady at the counter made me tap my card,and the refund has not been back to my card yet. I have made multiple phone calls and visits to the store. Unfortunately you were not available any time. At the store,they ask me to call customer service,at the call centre they either tell me to visit tue store or assure me that money will be back in max 14 days. I am exhausted chasing my refund amount. I want to raise this further and want my refund back ASAP.
