Pret A Manger in Brent

Been a while since I last went in a Pret, maybe a year or so. Prices have literally doubled since then! £3.40 for a brownie! A BROWNIE! Lunch for 2 came to £28 with only 1 drink! Could have gone to any of the many restaurants nearby and had a proper meal for about the same or less. Won't be going back to a Pret again. Food wasn't even as good as I remember. Grainy meatballs...dry macaroni...sandwich was good but not worth the money.

Not open today, I make my way there and is shut ,on Google it's saying open...

The lady at the till yesterday with fake lashes on , tired , kept yawning without a care in the world has attitude , no badge , dirty white shirt 🤦🏻‍♀️,sad

Got the Merry Berry hot chocolate. It took me five minutes to get the drink as the staff there were slow and were confused about the orders.

It’s great service and coffee. It does get quite busy and the Wi-Fi is pretty terrible. Customers tend to grab coffees that are not theirs which can be annoying and means you can end up waiting for coffee for a while

Note: i will be comparing this Pret (Brent cross) with the one in Wembley. General: The barista made cold drinks were really good. Hot drinks they are the same like the other prets. The atmosphere is alright considering it's in inside a shopping mall. So there is no nature to enjoy. It's place where people can grab something while shopping. Working inside this pret is not a good idea. The staff served me was kind. Of the shopping centre is busy there might be a chance the space will run out quickly. Comparison with Wembley Pret: 1. A naturustic view is not possible in Brent cross shopping centre Pret. Unlike the one in wembley where you can enjoy a drink with the beauty of Wembley stadium and it's surrounding. 2. Cold drinks/ shakers are really better compared to the wembley pret 3.Work in both these pret seems really hard. The wembley pret has poor Wifi connection and in shopping centre it's fully packed with people. Because it's a shopping centre their will be loud noise. However if you are shopping this pret is really nice to take break, take a snack and enjoy the shopping😇😇

Wrong description of opening time on Sunday. It opens on 1100 not 1030

Standard, good branch of Pret. The only downside I would say is that it gets uncomfortably hot in hot weather as there is no air con.

Very upset with Pret. It’s the 2nd time In a row where they haven’t bothered to put in all the items selected and was counting on it as I was very hungry. It’s frustrating to keep receiving orders and half the items not showing up! I do not recommend ordering from Pret unless you wish to pay for everything and only get half your selected items!!

There is always something wrong with my order. Either burnt, wrong order or squashed…

Mobin is very good and friendly to costomers

Imane and Corazone they were absolutely friendly and fantastic people. I always go for The hazel nutt latee drink never couldnt ask any better she is the best artist barista among Pret a manager 🫶🏼👏🎩

Yesterday 7th of July 2023, at 18:30 The young asian slim barista served me in the way that l never had an experience like that. Firstly she served my ice latte without stirring it;(milk and coffee and ice were all in separate levels),it wasn't a big deal for me to stir it but I was totally shocked by the look of that😆 when I asked her politely that if she'd serve it like that? In a very rude attitude she replied me that: some customers like it!Added: You only need to shake it! and shook my drink with attitude that a bit of the milk dripped out....and it was like I did something wrong! This lady needs to be trained that customer is paying for the service and if she's standing there means she needs to do A-Z of the duty that she's needed to and not to command the customer psychasticaly and rolling up her eyes like I asked her to add golden champagne to my drink or what a huge mistake I did😄 It's like you serve milkshake to customer without mixing strawberry, milk, ice-cream, and ice, then say to customer to go and mix it yourself,it's not a hard job!Or It's 6:30 and I'm tired, Or I don't mix it because I don't like it😄 So dear barista plz remember that if I wished you to serve iced caramel latte in any unusual style I'd ask you, so please follow the normal standard of all Coffeeshops and protocols of Pret and not assume on behalf of Me and take it easy instead of rolling up your eyes😄

Lovely staff and fresh food but this pret needs a bigger site. Never any seats

The venue was very dirty, floor and tables full of used paper tissue and used coffee caps. The chairs were all broken. The tuna melt was unpleasant made with bread that tasted old. The sandwiches from the fridge did not taste nice neither.

A small, busy Pret. Dirty tables and the staff aren't particularly friendly. The baguette that I had was dry; not up to the usual Pret standard.

A reliable pick in a pinch, quality food and coffee, but gets crowded during peak times.

The service is always quick and efficient. The food is always fresh and tasty. Highly recommended for grab and go food.

Again, I've had to give a one star score to be able to let you know about the very poor service I received at this branch of Pret. If I could give minus stars I would. The guy who served me was impatient, blunt and disrespectful.

Its so frustrating that when you order from uber eats there's items missing from the order its happened a few times with Brent cross PRet . The staff need to start reading the order details properly. Missing 2 sandwiches this time

Bought the soup — DISGUSTING!!!! It taste or even is from the tin awful!!!! Never again!!!! For £4.40 I do not think so!!!

Great and friendly staff but they always run out of ice. But when you get an iced drink it's full, could you not just give leas ice in each drink?

Nice spot to spend your pret subscription but Music a little bit loud for my liking especially for those trying to work.

Very busy Pret but the staff are efficient and helpful. Special mention for Ivan! He is super hard working and helpful. The short time I was there today on an extremely busy lunch time weekend, he was everywhere working hard non stop, behind the tills, clearing/cleaning tables properly (very rare tbh as most just push crumbs etc on the floor). I haven't seen such a positive young person/worker in a long time, very impressed with him indeed. He deserves a promotion! 👍

Really good coffee and croissant.

Enjoyed my coffee and croissant but what really impressed me were the lovely staff. Two mornings I visited here and observed happy caring staff. The girl I ordered with checked my coffee was being made but I hadn’t been waiting long and passed it with a beaming smile. Yesterday I observed one staff member showing concern for a customer who spilled hot coffee on their hand and then apologised she hadn’t taken my rubbish when I passed to leave looking for it. It’s the staff that make the difference.

Nabeela/Nabila is so nice !!! Their very berry croissant and cinnamon swirl are v delicious, the customer service provided elevated it!! Also there is a water filling station for water bottles if you need it! Very handy in my opinion.

Nice place. Seemed clean and when I went there wasn't that many people which made the place better if your looking for somewhere quiet.

I always drink coffee there but first time trying their porridge since I went early in the morning , it's amazing and also had the avocado basil sandwich ow woow I totally recommend for avocado lovers .My hubby had egg,mayo and cress sandwich and said it was really fresh and tasty .

Great offer of free coffee on a monthly cost. However a lot of places don't do Frappe. And I had joined for that reason only.

Not a lot of vegan options available and they tend to sell out fairly quickly. Veggie options, are even more limited. Generally over priced for the food, with extra charges for eating in. Hot drinks are nothing special. If you're really desperate and need a quick bite I would recommend it, otherwise definitely not worth it.

Pret as a whole used to be my go to coffee place admittedly this was 15 years ago. Whilst the food side is still more or less as good the coffee isn't. Service can be haphazard as they churn cup after cup out

I give this 5 star to a lady called Patricia who is Barista- so lovely and nice who never forgets to smile despite being tired

Good for a quick bite.. good options of coffee and sandwiches here.. it's located on the third floor of Brent cross shopping centre.. it's opposite nandos.. their sandwiches are really nice and they warm it up for you if you ask.. thier coffee selection is decent too.. but ideal for a quick bite

Staff always lie towards the end of the day saying that the ice machine is broken because they’re too lazy!!!! Honestly please deal with this issue because we expect to be served the drinks we pay our subscription for

Very minimal Vegan options. Food shelves are mostly empty. Not sure if reduced customer numbers due to Covid is the reason they don't frequently refill the shelves

Here the barrister (seems like management) when asked for baby chino, tells me they stopped two years ago doing this. When I told him I was here in last November I got it for children (even for that it wasn't a nice good service) and also just in the last 2 weeks I was at wood green and st johns wood pret a manger and they gave my children baby chino when requested it. I wonder do the employees here pret a manger in rent cross have issue just with me (here just 2x a year) or with people from a particular background.

Great great sandwiches wraps, soups, hot food as well as there a amazing breakfast omelette in a brioche.. When you're on the go when you want so fast fresh and tasty good value for money you cannot beat pret

I like to stop off for a quick easy lunch at Pret A Manger. I think good is nice and simple. But please don’t say “classic cheese toastie” and then add spring onion to it... that’s not a classic thing to add to a cheese toastie...Its misleading, that’s all. You can come, rest, good and tasty eat. Nice place. Lots of dishes to choose from.

Love the coffee and food. All ways fresh. Beats star bucks hand down.

Cheddar cheese pickled onion chutney sandwich in a brown baguette is my go too.

Very pleased to see these guys doing free milk alternatives! (Oat, Rice-Coconut & Soya). No almond but that's okay. Apart from that, just a small Pret Branch in a busy Brent Cross shopping centre. Fairly quick service time, 50p discount if you bring your own cup!

Beautifully presented park with a fairly recent facelift. Great play area for kids with a good range of rides and games to keep them occupied. Perfect for kids to play football. The playground is also extremely nice, especially as there are new games since the last visit
