Wooow what a fantastic beef burger and attention from the staff, the vibe was great also- the food OMG juicy beef burgers and the chicken strips for delicious, the extra touch with the gravy sauce lovely, my boys really enjoyed too will definitely be coming back 😊😊🍔🍔

Jonathan is brilliant! Clearly an extremely busy day and he went over and above to make sure my order was perfect. The food was piping hot and extremely yummy! Would recommend

My daughter and myself, had a trip to Wembley and decided to go into box park we stopped at Nanny Bill's, we'd never been here before but i have to say the food was 100% outstanding by far probably the best burger I've had in a long time the sides where lovely, lots to choose from on the menu, and the lady who served us really friendly and great customer service, highly recommend them and will be visiting again one day hopefully soon 👌

The food was amazing, but I want to call out the staff, Faith & Jono! The food was ordered and arrived late and cold from Uber eats, and whilst short staffed, they stopped to fix our order and help us out with delicious burgers and the best fries. Amazing staff, thanks again Faith and Jono!!!

Went before a show at the OVO for a quick bite to eat. I was asked what I wanted to order and said "The Jam" but they didn't have any left, before I could choose something else the guy went off and continued preparing orders for 5 minutes. This should have been my red flag to walk away! I chose "The Dalston Dip" and the croquettes. A BURGER AND CROQUETTES TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES TO BE READY! The croquettes were good but the burger tasted just like a quarter pounder from McDonalds, very disappointing - £21 felt like a violation.

Went with my family and everyone had something different from the different food sellers in the food court. One let down was the pager didn't go off, all the other pagers went off. No apology from the staff at Nanny burgers just a question on where I was sitting! Every other pager worked but theirs where we were sitting. Anyway the burger was good, could have been hotter but that's probably down to it sitting under the lights for a while, fries were nice but again could have been hotter.

This place is absolutely not friendly at all. I have been there to pick up my order on Just eat and the staff was very rude. They told me to wait for 5 minutes, I waited for 25 minutes but there wasn’t any response and I told them to prepare my food they said Customer is our priority. I understand for every business that their customer is priority which doesn’t mean that someone is waiting to pick up food for someone who is not priority after waiting for 25 minutes. They told me to cancel order. Such a ridiculous place.

The burger was quite and fries were quite mediocre, could've made a better one myself. Not worth the price imo

if i could give this place no stars i would. I swear to God you people need to hire people who know how to bloody read. On more than one occasion have I ordered fries, and they have been left out of my order. It’s absolutely ridiculous at this point, and your team are full of stupid idiots who cannot read a ticket. Honestly do better .

Visited Nanny bills located on vineyard beside London Bridge station, great atmosphere, prompt service, the food was excellent, the truffle fries were to die for, the burgers and croquets, I live in Northern Ireland and I would literally come back just for the food 😂 also not expensive. 12/10 definitely recommend

Burgers are pretty good and chips are a very big portion. We ordered some ceaser chicken burgers and we found them slightly dry and needed a bit more sauce. Other than that, good food.

Worst experience. I went in Tuesday. The place was not busy at all. I asked the sever which all burger patties are vegetarian and without soya. He didn’t know much about the food and neither the chefs. He called his manager and mentioned The Chick Queen burger is a corn patty and not soya base. I ordered and after a bite I could see it was a soya patty rather than a corn one. I went back and asked to reconfirm as I specifically asked for no soya because of my intolerance to soya. He calls his manager back and confirmed this burger patty contains soya. The manager spoke to me and mentioned The Lula burger patty does not contain any soya but the bun does. And so gave me naked burger. However, while preparing that they again missed on the ingredients of the burger. I wouldn’t recommend going and wasting your money. They even charged £1 for ketchup 🤷‍♀️ Not worth eating at Box Park Wembley. You will get better options there.

Got their order wrong, charged us for an extra burger. Meal for two came up to £55! Error on their part. Oh well, with the loud music etc, it's hard to check these things in all the rush.

We went to Nanny Bills Wembley and overall we were very disappointed. It cost £60 for four (very) small burgers and four fries. The food was tasty but so expensive for what you got and they charged an extra £1 for a tiny amount of ketchup which we refused to pay which ruined the experience for us. The server was rude and unhelpful when asking about allergies and even said “well there’s only a little bit in,”. Appalling.

Ordered the Hot mess with bacon removed. The burger was decent, the chicken was well seasoned and crispy but still felt like it was missing something. Probably would’ve been better with their Gravy Pot. Their Beef Brisket Croquettes were okay, honestly was like a dulled shaami kebab. Overall decent burgers, would try again to get beef.

The burger was RAW. I didn’t realise, I just knew it tasted weird - very soft and the flavour was disgusting - so I put it in the air fryer for ten minutes. After that it still tasted weird so I chucked it. It wasn’t until I had to take a picture for deliveroo to claim my money back that I realised it was RAW. Imagine what it looked like BEFORE being in the air fryer? Felt sick for hours after. I ordered on deliveroo and all they did was refund the burger, not the whole meal. Avoid avoid avoid.

I've been a regular customer of Nanny Bills in Wembley for a number of years now. Living locally, I often grab a burger for lunch or dinner as my go-to, and it never disappoints. However, my recent visit was an exception. During my lunch break I popped down to get a take away and noticed some new faces behind the till and in the kitchen. While the burger was made ready to order in 10 minutes, which was great, the quality was not up to scratch at all. Firstly, the patties were not juicy, flattened, and blackened like they usually are. Instead, they were two thick slobs of meat that were barely blackened, lacking their usual deep flavour and texture. The meat tasted rubbery and flavourless, and it was also really dry. Additionally, the chipotle sauce used on the burger tasted slightly off. I ordered two burgers, and unfortunately, they were both of the same quality. Considering the price points (£25 in total), the burgers did not meet expectations at all. This experience has made me hesitant to order again in the future, as I am not willing to splash out on a burger that may be hit and miss depending on who's in the kitchen.

The staff has no manner to talk with delivery drivers and they asked us to cancel the order and make arguments on not giving order if the driver has not bag. In the same case they give us the food order without bag to others driver. And not giving proper response

45 minutes wait... Can't recommend. I was the first to order at the table (everyone else went elsewhere) and they finished eating before Nanny Bill's gave me my food. Update three years on: I've eaten here a bunch of times. Very expensive, £7 for a portion of fries with truffle mayo! They do a Wembley special with chicken strips and fries for a tenner, probably the best value thing on their menu and the chicken was nice, so I would recommend that!

Lovely delicious burgers! They were the right size to get you full but not stuffed. The patty was juicy and well seasoned, the brioche sesame bun was nice and soft. The fries were also nicely seasoned and crispy. Great atmosphere at box park as usual! The staff were also super friendly!

Had a lovely dinner ! The gravy we wanted with our burgers were out of stock but the lovely lady(in a black beanie) made some quickly for us! And was so appreciated, we came specifically for the gravy and bacon cheese burgers! Always so good , plus the Mac&cheese balls amazing as always . 6* for staff

Ordered through deliveroo. We got the deal for 2 and they forgot one of the fries!! Unbelievable! Also the dalston dip burger which I had was nothing special. Not going to be ordering from here again. I believe there are better burger joints out there!

Wouldn't order the dip burger or Aggy fries again, simply not worth the money. The chicken burger was next level though, delicious and good size. Would only have the chicken burgers next time.

If you are looking for delicious burgers this is the place for you. The Mac and cheese crocs were insanely good! The young person on the till was super friendly and really knew the menu and offered some great recommendations without being pushy! Despite the Uber/deliveroo driver strike which was causing havoc in the area the staff looked like they were still managing to get the food out quickly 😍

Lovely smiley staff member who served me. I had a The Jam burger but I don't get why it was called Jam. It was basically a standard double cheese burger. The burger needed more flavour. Btw it's Halal.

Used to be really good 10/10 could not fault them at all. Even though the prices are high the quality of the food was well worth it. Now I feel as though I’ve been robbed. My burger had one spec of Parmesan cheese, fries were freezing cold and had next to no seasoning. Honestly after this experience would NEVER go here again, used to be my favourite but has gone so down hill and still have the audacity to charge that much. Absolute joke.

I had an amazing experience at Nanny Bills where I was served by an amazing front of house team and her name was Grave. She served me and gave me suggestions on what to get for my first meal from Nanny Bills and was so friendly. The chef’s made an amazing burger and chips and they tasted spectacular. The reviews I believe are too harsh as I came on an event day so it was really busy so I believe they should be given some slack as it is really warm and hot there and they’re constantly getting orders from Deliveroo too. Overall an amazing experience and would go again and suggest to thoses wanting to go!

Very welcoming. And staff were very friendly i wasn’t sure what to order and they took their time and helped me decide. The food was very delicious and they gave me nothing but a 5 star service. I couldn’t help but tip. The packaging was very clean and organised they gave me a ketchup for free as i had to wait just a bit as it was very busy on site. 100% will go again and I highly recommend

Disappointing experience with the delivery driver - extremely slow and encountered rude behavior. Service fell far below expectations. Improvement needed for better customer satisfaction.

The overall vibe from the staff was negative, impacting the perception of the establishment; training on creating a positive environment is essential.

Disgusting behaviour of front staff and supervisors

Can’t give much to atmosphere as it’s just Boxpark. Food is great but I was not a fan of the fries with the sauce but burger taste and service was second to none. Mac and cheese croquettes is a must.

After having this before which was so lovely we ordered again this evening via deliveroo.. After an hour the food arrived unfortunately they forgot an entire burger and chips let down… so the person who was missing food we had to cook for them then to top it off the yard burger which Ive had before was literally completely RAW lets just say you lost a customer completely and the pulled beef croquets really salty… i don’t understand whats happening to this place.. Used to be so nice but never again. Avoid completely.

Came to wembley boxpark. The portion size of burger is good i found it slightly warm it should have been hot. The chips were ok had sauces and spring onion ontop nothing special. The mac and cheeae balls were my highlight hot and tasty. Good portion

The food is great from here, highly recommended. The staff are under constant, non-stop pressure, this place is always super busy but my food never takes more than 10-15 minutes to come out and the staff are all very nice and friendly, despite the relentless pressure. Very good service, excellent team and great food. 👏 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

After seeing a insta post thought I'd give them a try .was not disappointed best burger I have had in a long time .I had the bacon double cheese .it was banging .Freshly cooked and so tasty love the season fries will definitely be back

I had the yard burger, and it was so delicious! One of the best I’ve ever had. Bruna, at the Walthamstow branch was so friendly, too! She made our food so quickly even though she was the only one there and was so busy. Amazing food and service, definitely recommend.

Unless you're a fan of raw meat, avoid. Burgers were pink inside, sauces were oily and watery. Avoid.

I ordered takeaway via uber eats - but have eaten from here before at Boxpark. The team left a cute personalised note on the delivery bag to leave a review & enjoy my food which is a nice touch 🌟 In terms of food I ordered: 🍔 The Jam - disappointed with this. Looked delicious but the burger sauce was very pickle-y from the burger sauce, which overpowered any of the taste from the bacon jam 😔 good quality though. I’ve had burgers from here in the past which were better: Bacon Double Cheese, The Yard & The Little One I’d 100% recommend. 🧆 The croquettes live up to the hype! I got the mac & cheese ones and they were delicious. Only comment I would say is they’re slightly overpriced for how much you get, and I don’t rate the sauce that comes with them. I’d definitely buy these again though and recommend! 🍗 Buttermilk Fried Chicken strips were great, very succulent and the bbq sauce that came with was great. These I would buy again!! Overall, very yummy food and good quality.

I’d been eyeing Nanny Bills on Deliveroo for quite some time and now I’m kicking myself for not ordering sooner. The jam burger, with its double patties, pink onions, special sauce, and Turkey rashers, was a delight even though it was a tad cold. The sea salt fries struck a balance between crispiness and softness, and the portion size was generous. However, the real standout for me was the macaroni cheese croquettes. A revelation! Creamy and cheesy on the inside with a crisp exterior, they were a dream, especially when paired with the provided hot sauce. I’m eagerly looking forward to my next order, where the brisket croquettes will be top of my list.

This is for the Vinegar Yard (London Bridge) one. Firstly, the girl on the till was really nice. Vinegar Yard is also worth a visit as it's a beer garden / food hall. Anyway, ordered the Dalston Dip burger after seeing some online hype. For £12, it was mediocre. Give it a 6/10. Would I get it again, no. Might try something else next time.

25 minute wait for a burger. Lots of people who arrived after me got served before me. Burger was good but not worth it when you have a hangry 5 year old with you. It was expensive too. Over £30 for three small burgers

Burger wasn't as great as my first visit, meat was a bit burnt and despite looking fantastic, even with the gravy was a bit dry. The croquettes were perfect, highly recommend the mac and cheese ones! Usual boxpark prices, 2 burgers and the sides pictured was £23 with a 2 for 1 on the burgers

Had the brisket croquettes, they were AMAZING, went to the one at vinegar yard just a stones throw from Borough Market, the bbq sauce is also super tasty especially with the loaded fries, lovely young girl served us very friendly and food came out quickly, lots of seating available, would go back in a heartbeat!
