The place is very slow also there is only two staffs, one working at the back and one who is taking the order and also Oakington the food which takes a long time for a customer to order.

Why are the peri peri grilled wings always not fresh?

Bought some fried chicken and chips plus 2 chicken burgers from this place yesterday. The fried chicken was stale/bad. Had tummy ache after eating. Won't be buying from this shop again

Chicken Nugget meal includes fries and a drink. Clown gave me nothing more than the nuggets. It was raining and was on tube by time I realised it but it's their responsibility to ensure the correct order. A total disgrace and I hope they lose the franchise. Takeaways "forget" items on deliveries usually they aren't this brazen. Pathetic.

They are cash in hand only. But if you know them then you can pay by card and the machine is hidden under the counter I have seen it. Money laundry

Paid £8.50 for a double beef burger that in the pics shows two smashed patties but in reality it was the two cheapest frozen beef burgers I've ever had it was disgusting the burgers were grey! It's businesses like this that take the piss in london just cause its so expensive to live down here doesnt mean you can charge so much for utter rubbish like that..... I will never come back to sams

Slow service, but worth the wait!

Disgraceful experience with this shop. Ordered to collect delayed collection due to traffic when tried collect was told no such order exists. Since then marked as order picked up. I will call this a fraud.

Customer service very poor food it’s okay

Over priced for just a a normal fried chicken shop, and the staff are slow to be honest won't go back because I just hate fried chicken shops that are stingy with sauces spent £8.50 askedfor sauces and they gave me 1 ketchup and 1 mayonnaise asked for more but was asked to pay for them.

I come from work verry late like after midnight and all the time they said that pos not working just lies they don’t want to use it, so iff you dont hold cash dont expect to eat iff you ask them why is not working will say o just this night but is every night

I recently ordered from sams, through uber eats app, and What I received it was not what any person should receive! My chicken was totally raw, it’s unbelievable how bad the cooking methods could be! Extremely disappointed, it never happened to me before at any other sams, but I’m definitely not ordering from this branch ever again! Raw food can cause many illnesses! Please sort out the quality of your food.

The slim girl was very rude. I had to ask for every little thing, sauces, napkins etc. I made an order of more than 30£ and got only one napkin meanwhile we were in three. Even she forgot to put fries in the order when we paid for that. Never coming again .

I ordered a blaze burger, no mayonnaise. Went home to find mayonnaise in my burger. They do not listen to orders and I had to end up binning the burger. Not happy!!!!

Double cheeseburger that I ordered was made of frozen meat patties, took a very long time to to be made, tasted like rubber, hard and tasteless. I paid £7.50 for a disgusting burger (they charge extra for chips and a drink) that I have put in the rubbish bin. Just Eat and Deliveroo has great customer reviews, because I believe the staff prioritises online customers over eating in and takeaway.

Was good! Arrived quick and the wings were spicey and tasted good! The chilli jam was nice too

This branch of Sam's Peri Peri is a non serious food business. Peri Peri Chicken was normal grilled chicken with sweet Peri Peri sauce poured before serving. Fizzy Drinks were pathetically chosen. Surprisingly most variety was either diet or some unknown brands. The staff on counter said they don't keep normal Coke, Pepsi or Irn Bru etc. This is different from other Sam's Peri Peri branches or chicken outlets. I won't add 1 star if that was possible.

The worst chicken in my life, the cooking oil has not been changed for while. Disgusting taste of food. The chicken was not fresh, the chicken skin was greasy.I had to throw all the food away. Never again.

Place used to be amazing but now all staff has attitude. They make you wait 30-45mins while all Uber and delivery platforms collecting.. don’t bother coming as walk in customer.

Been here many times long wait as always but today was around 45 minutes and the girl behind the counter was laughing and trying to explain me that chicken is cooking like I understand but it doesn’t take 1 hour plus she served 2 customers that where behind us before us plus horrible costumer service

It has gone down the hill, used to be good but not anymore. Ask them twice to put extra jalapeño and girl like .. yes...yes...yes. but found two in by burger. And bun and chicken dry like cardboard.

Sooooo slooow and food is cold and bad

This place is quite unsanitary as there are many uncleaned areas besides the tables. The workers there aren’t the best but they try their best to deliver in a nice way. Unfortunately, I always hear from my friends that the chicken is pink and i can confirm it’s true as I’ve gotten food poisoning. The prices are mediocre.

Unfortunately I would have to give them 2 stars simple because I felt as thou the women at the establishment are being exploited not enough staff compromising on food and safety hygiene and health and safety regulations although they were very helpful and keen to serve and food was nice but the buns were cold.

I would have given 0 stars if I had an option. I placed an order for vegeterian burger & Spicy Fries, the patty was undercooked and spicy fries had no spicy powder on it, the fries were absolutely plain ones. I call Sam's and talk to one of the employees she tells me she can't do anything about it and that she has sent spicy fries thats it and not ready to accept that the fries were sent plain. I told her I will have to write a bad review in that case and she said I can do whatever I want but she can't help. Really bad service on part of Sam's Chiken Grand Parade. Will never order from here ever again and will tell my friends to do the same. Totally disappointed.

For the last half a year, it has been the only Sam's that refuses to take bank cards. Inconsistent and inconvenient, especially when cotnacyless payment is on the rise

They serve great quality fried chicken at a great price. Their spicy chicken is nice too, but their non-spicy chicken pieces are better. The cashier at the time was friendly and patient.

I really love the chicken here. Its so good and very soft.

Quality of food is very poor, the lettuce in my chicken burger looked liked it fell there by accident, same with sauce, literally a drop or 2, we were a group andwe all saw the same problem with our food. Overpriced for the misery they serve you. I have been to other Sam's branches, try Croydon if you want to fall in love with it, but this branch is a waste of money. Won't be going there again.

Good but the chips could be better

The staff including the manager are so rude. I suffer with mental health and I am totally discussed with how I was treated. I placed an order and the lady misheard. She was so rude when I asked if I can change my burger as I was given the wrong one to start with. Then she refused to change the burger. The manager came from the back and said she would change it. That's when the real rudeness began. My change was thrown at me. I was then ignored when I wanted to ask a question. They laughed at me everytime I asked for the lady to go through my receipt. She shouted at me the breakdown of the price. I told her can you tell me calmly. To top it off another Customer was shocked. The staff member then told the customer to SHUT UP! I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The worst experience ever. It's a franchise so they don't care. I am taking this further as when I got home. My order was still wrong! I am truly so upset with how I was treated. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong due to the bad attitude of the staff in this shop. I will never go here again and will be taking it further

They didn't had paper in the paying machine , so it did not print when I paid but it made the Beep sound when I touch it with the card. Then they put a new roll of paper and told me to pay once again cause the machine didn't print the receipt. Then I've checked my online banking and show them I paid twice and need my money back. Careful when you buy from them.
