McDonald's in Brent

Every time when I take more than 10 min trying to place the order I’m being asked to leave the restaurant. Security man at this location does that to people all the time . It is not in his responsibility to decide who can stay and who can not based on long ordering time. Totally inappropriate behaviour therefore I’m hugely disappointed….again . Maybe for once he should be asked by someone like his boss to leave .not welcoming attitude at all . The toilet usually dirty no paper covered with poo sometimes blood .🤮🤢

Always eat there when i'm going to Wembley. This perdonal is perfect, always good mood and help you out with everything. The food is good and have nothing to complain about McDonald's and this personal.

The food is like in any McDonald's, but there was no mayonnaise, the place is small and there are many people of Muslim origin, it is not inconvenient just that we are not used to it.

I ordered a home delivery on a Saturday night I could understand. I called the restaurant and I offered to go to the restaurant and pick up my order he hang up on me without any explanation. Unbelievable

I'm very disappointed.. bought a Veggie Wrap Meal, not enough sauce and wilted lettuce in the wrap. Chips were soft and not crispy. Hot Cross Bun Pie had two live flies in it, which escaped up opening the takeaway bag.👎👎👎

Very busy Mc Donald this shop need more staff inside. Even days time please avoid because very busy shop. After shopping in liddell I used only facility.

They don't respect vegetarians they use the same food tongs for meat and vegetarian and the do have a green tong for the vegetarian food but forget to use it.

Every day I was drink coffee from McDonald’s because it’s very close to my house,nice stuff they help us but the problem with the coffee cup the cup every day it was missed to my clothes. There is a problem with the cup today I need to do the complaint because I’m not happy about this.

Place is too small for such amount of people coming in on Weekends no free tables

The manager here and the staff look like they work hard however the service is the SLOWEST I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s… everytime… I don’t know what’s going on but it’s always a negative experience. My recommendation would be ordering via Deliveroo rather than actually going in yourself.

Shut their doors but still accepted orders online, made us walk to drive through. Not safe, then did my order incorrect and tried to give me medium when I ordered large 😭😭😭

Terrible!! 3 days in a row first 2 they didn't scan my code before transaction so I couldn't get my loyalty points the third today the worst I received an offer for 1.99 bigmac and fries , they could nt sort it out as they were saying your code is not valid. How come if I received it today ? I feel terribly disappointed from mcdonald as i m your customer from 30 years between Italy and UK. That s not the way.

The staff is very bed behavior and the most staff member baljit women is not good person so that why I am not happy and not going again that restaurant .

Till staff were very pleasant . Jay the young security guard was very kind and approcable and a credit to the team . The other black older male security guard tried everything in his power to be rude and unnecessary . Despite working in the same business he continued to make us feel unwelcome , make smart comments and be as unhelpful as possible . I would not hire him if I needed security . Made the whole visit leave a sour taste in my mouth

I did the delivery and something in my order was not fresh ‘cause after eating I straight away started to feel bad. They should be checked for their hygiene and freshness of the food.

I ordered my food and the number just disappeared so I went to the counter and the staff couldn’t really do anything as the Wi-Fi was bad there, therefore I ordered my food again since it was way to busy to try get the order I had placed before.

Wow ,how do these people function? I placed a small order and waited, as I was waiting a cleaner sprayed chemicals onto my mouth, she didn't apologise rudely knocked my phone on the floor By now I was waiting 20 minutes for a very small order, I asked One of the cashier's, and she Said they gave my food to someone else by mistake, I asked for a refund , they said no because nanager wasn't there,this was a lie, there Is ALWAYS a supervisor/ team leader So I waited another 15 minutes, when I received my order it was wrong, I had enough and threw the food in the bin I could understand if it was busy,but this happened on a quiet Sunday McDonald's have increased their prices while their service has gone down I can't remember the last time I received warm fries

Not impressed with this McDonald's restaurant as we were encouraged to do our order on the order boards and not at the counter as there were long queues I managed to order our food but no receipt printed out and I hadn't noticed our order number. I told them at the counter that I didn't have a receipt so didn't know the order number and we were just left there waiting and waiting and waiting eventually I had to ask again about my order and then relay to them what I had ordered after another 10 minutes a guy came with my order but some items were missing. They eventually got my order together but everything was cold. I won't go back to that restaurant.

Discussed by manager and staff, customer collapses in cue 2 pm tonight ( girl) I put her in recovery position and checked pulse and kept air flow open throughout her mouth while staff of McShite screaming ( your food is ready) even that my order was 29.89£

I always have double cheese burger with Big Mac Sauce and still can buy it anywhere else but this store refuse to do so! I don’t understand how is that possible when I can actually from Anywhere else. I think you need to improve on your customer service, I have been going to McDonald’s and still do

These idiots are calling their customers ‘guests’ pretending to care for us, when in reality to them we’re just a number, and they were ordered to bark out that word by their American bosses. What can I say about these retards? Avoid if possible, the service is terrible, had to wait for my meal for 20 minutes, finally it was delivered by a brain dead employee who couldn’t put two words together in English, must be working there cash in hand, and dumped in front of me without any apology! What’s more they got my order wrong, another couple of minutes waiting!

A slow and disorganised mess. Staff just saunter around with no urgency or management at all.

Ordered a large Oreo McFlurry, large Coke Zero and a medium Coke Zero. When they finished preparing my order, it was all as expected. The receipt printer on the self service machine I used didn't work. But that wasn't a big deal, just remembered the number. Some rubbish left behind by people who had eaten in that wasn't cleaned up. But I suspect it wasn't there long.

Order something by mistake, tried to call the restaurant to rectify it. No response at all.

The last few times I have been to McDonald’s they haven’t been up to usual standard,I have been really disappointed and I hoped that McDonald’s could get better as I got super excited for the new South Ruislip branch.I decided to get a slushie from here as I was passing one and it was a scorching day!So glad I did,this McDonald’s was very nice,clean,great atmosphere.Also service was great,friendly staff and fast service.The slushies were delicious as well and not bad value for money.Would recommend

McDonald’s food is good but the service is just something else. They told me to drive to the next window and when I did they were serving the people behind me then told me to wait longer until I finally got my food.

There is so much Uber driver and they hold a delivery then they cancel delivery so another driver got more money.. by mistake delivery gone another driver so they forcefully reject order and there is a group of drivers they are drinking and smoking etc.... So customer report and they got a free food and MacDonald ratings is very down so I requested to you do something against this issue

Is what it is, cheap, fast food just without the "fast" bit 😅 with poor customer service, and silly waiting times as they prioritise orders over customers standing waiting in the queue and drive through.

Okay 1st of all the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The one woman worker (who has long black straight hair and wears it in a ponytail) wouldn’t even give me ketchup. I offered to pay and she strictly said no more than 1. She also didn’t even look me in the eyes when taking my order. The staff here need much better training. The place also is filthy and the ketchup on the side (that you can pour yourself) tastes rotten. Used to come here for breakfast and will not anymore

Small order couple of coffees. Arrived filled properly and nice and hot. Just servic3 was little slow. And not enough servers. The automatic system for ordering was super super slow. And really would of proffered just to pay at counter that is manned but on my experience this was not manned. Overall though nice enough coffee hot too and filled correctly not underfilled like many do. I'd go back yes

Will NEVER eat at a McDonald's again!!!! staff messing with peoples food has put me off for life 🤢🤮... I have allergies to certain ingredients and when I went back to the shop to make a complaint and needed to know what allergens/ingredients were in whatever was on the burger they immediately called security untill I explained how serious the situation is.... I seriously recommend avoiding all McDonald's in the future.

We dopped in here on the way back to our hotel. It felt pretty souless and it was cold in there to be honest which isn't great when you're sitting down in a place to eat. The food took a while to come to us and I think this was because the drive thru and delivery orders were being prioritised over ours. When it came, the food was ok and the order was correct. Tables were not being cleaned so not the best overall experience.

Youd think all McDonalds would be much the same - turns out youd be wrong! Its the worst McDonalds ive ever encountered, however its conveniently located - so you convince yourself to go back, thinking it cant possibly be as bad as last time... and yet it always ends up even sh**ter than it was previously. Tonights visit = NONE of the self serve machines working, meaning all the customers had to queue up to order in person. Presumed this was due to an IT problem but cant say for sure as none of the staff actually bothered to acknowlede the problem let alone offer an apology or any kind of explanation. Queued up for 30 mins only to find the machines were working again and a load of people had managed to jump the queue and get their orders in, so then had to wait another 30 mins for my food. Absolutely no apology from the staff who seemed incapable of independent thought and could barely speak english so absolutely no apology forthcoming for the disgraceful service most of their customers were suffering. Right now I think ill never go back but at some point im bound to think 'ah ill pop in, it cant possibly be as bad as last time"... and yet somehow it always is...

The reason I feel compelled to write a review is that we both had a regular coke and a chilli wrap. The wraps were okay but each coke was flat and worse still was very warm. I know this may sound picky but I would have thought serving a cold fizzy coke would have been pretty straight forward. Sorry to say I won’t be returning as both of us couldn’t drink what was served

Noticeable lack of cleaning, signage for social distancing was none existant. Queues were forming right round the sitting area where people were trying to enjoy their meals without masks on. Needs more staff, tables left filthy and bins not emptied. Covid-19 - this McDonald's doesn't care, business as usual.Touch screens not being cleaned,doors to entrance. Such a shame,thriving multimillion pound business but not able to cope with change.

Visited here for takeaway food . They operate a drive through system, so you place your order, pay, then collect. System seemed to work very well and must be popular because there was a fairly long queue of cards when I arrived, but the ordering and service was prompt and I did not have to queue as long as I had anticipated. Will almost certainly use them again.

Ordered a chicken burger to come home and see that I got a beef burger, which is against my religion furious at this mistake!!

Ordered a veggie burger and asked no mayo and instead to have spicy relish. Kindly they added the spicy relish but then when I told them they added mayo by accident, i was told 'we were nice enough to give you the relish' !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Asked a lady on the phone If it was possible to get a veggie burger with spicy sauce and to put it in a deli (because they used to do that) the lady was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo rude to tell me that they dont take orders over the phone and I said I know that, I just want to know before I come all the way and she bluntly said ' we have a veggie wrap. veggie burger. come down and see' disgusting lady.

It was a good sized and effective Golden Arches with one draw back. The bathroom was fetid. Not only was the cubicle areas unclean but when I was using the facilities, a man appeared to be having some issues in his cubicle. It sounded like he was emptying buckets in the loo. Bleak.

Order screen is simple and user friendly. The order was prepared promptly The restaurants was very busy with security at hand. The food was prepared fresh

'Had quick bites here every now and then during my week long stay at Wembley. Just 3 minutes walk from the hotel.Typical McDonald's. Nothing unexpected.

I had to wait 20 minutes for a burger which is ridiculous and CHAD THE STAFF MANAGER. Was so rude when I asked for a refund then he asked for the fries and drink back. After him keep walking away he came back and gave me the refund and walked off mid way through another staff member had to give me the receipt and finish it I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USEING THIS BRANCH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE

Just got a takeaway for two adults and two kids. Restaurant was packed. Order was missing a drink and cheese melts. The two coke's were flat. Load of rubbish it can't be that hard to get the order right.

Currently sat in here and I can't describe how vile he staff are in here. (6am on 30th June). Not only did it take a long time to get our food, we were then presented with a crew who were so childish, we couldn't believe it. We don't expect to be eating our breakfast and listening to "ew, I'm not cleaning that s*** up" by the manager followed by every single member of staff going in and having a look making the place seem like a primary school. We quite clearly weren't the only customer disgusted by such behaviour as someone else walked out calling them idiots. The toilets are absolutely vile and I make it clear to the girl that the toilets were rank. And had been 5 hours prior to that!!!! Sort it out, what a disgusting place.
