Since i order morning food and a hot coffee as soon the other manager (his name is Savio) changed he saw me having my laptop plugged in electrical sockets he went to panel and turn them off.

Service absolutely horrible. Asked to enter the disability toilet as I have a hidden disability and the manager refused me. Told me to buy something first. Which i find extremely disrespectful and does not respect my disability. No inclusivity at all.

Keep getting stomach aches when I order from this Mcdonalds I don't know what their putting in the food but I'm definitely not buying from here again.

Ordered a takeaway. Decent food, the mc Crispy slightly cold, fries a little soggy (but that is common in almost every MC), overall good meal. There are several kiosks, the place seems warm and comfortable.

Puravi is very rude and arrogant i ask her that i hv a train and need the order first bcz its just a nugget and She replied that i don’t give a shit you have to wait in a cue for the order I will never recommend this place for eat with such a staff Highly not recommend

One of the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been. No one was served in a 15min window

By far the worse McDonald's experience in London. Maybe it was the receipt that didn't work on the machines and took 10 mins to get due to the person dealing with it not knowing what to do then mishearing what I said to them 4 times and then saying that I haven't ordered even though my food was sitting there now going cold. Maybe it was the security person coming over and being aggressive because I wanted to get someone who knew how to reprint a receipt to deal with it. Since this person had trouble and then just disappeared and deal with 3 other order while I'm left standing there. Maybe it's the fact the half way through eating we were all asked to leave mid meal at 945pm because they want d to close the seating area and maybe it didn't help that he was shouting at others who dare to try to sit down. No signs saying that seating is closing as I went in otherwise I wouldn't.

I was trying to redeem my points to buy food. But whoever worked in cashier does not know how to scan my code and take the order. It took nearly 10minutes. When I went to collect food the manager was shouted at me, not professional way. I really not happy about that. In end of they could not take my order aswell. wasted of time. Even If I say I'll pay for it they said no. Totally unsatisfied about their customer service.

Went in after the England game. Little busy however we was told to not sit down as they were closing parts of the restaurant, then got told to find somewhere else inside or go outside and eat it. Found a chair inside and the security and workers came over threatening to throw us and our food out if we didn’t leave. Then they put a barrier up and refused to move if to let us out. Rude staff and rude security.

Breakfast before NFL game. Staff friendly and food hot, provided quickly. Relatively busy but not packed at the time I was there so found a seat quickly.

I got McDonald’s yesterday with my friend and we are both now suffering from really bad diorehea. The worst part is she has a 2 hours train to take today and this experience ruined our time here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I wanted to give 0 but I had opt to 1 as I had no choice however more importantly even though the service itself was bad enough me and my friend had to rush home due to an upset tummy and now feel very ill and unable to go work so idk what you’ve put in ur food but we felt the need to raise awareness on such event

1st October 2024. I was trying to claim my rewards on the app. The lady didn't have a clue on how to assist me. Manager at Wembley Park McDonald's, please train your staff well in this area. 😒☹️

Not anywhere enough seating for where it is. Very crowded and dirty. Evenone was having to keep the trays to keep their food from hitting all the spills.

It's McDonald's, reliable (mediocre quality) food, and loved by children everywhere.

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered on the app for Wembley stadium retail, got to the restaurant and they hadn’t received the order despite this being paid for on the app. A staff member then proceeded to tell me the restaurant I was in was not Wembley stadium retail (I assume to get rid of me). The security guard then corrected him saying I was in the correct store. The same staff member then started referring to me as ‘darling’ and ‘sweets’ whilst another told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I ended up having to order again and McDonald’s customer service will not issue me a refund for their error in the app.

Long waiting time . Order has been ready and thats on there table then also they don't announce out order for serving 1 order they took 30 minutes for give to customer

I saw THE Paris fury as I was in this restaurant! Golly gosh! 😅 Such celebrities come to this famous Mac Donald’s ! Would recommend their chicken nuggets are rather spectacular! 👏👏👏

Quite crowded at times, but the location is very good.

The food and atmosphere were good but they did not have enough paper to print the receipts and it took quite long for the food to come than usual.

Just left the toylor swift concert and headed to mc donalds for to wait out the crowd traffic.. mc donalds was PACKED! We were pleasantly surprised how fast they took us inside from waiting in a long line outside... and they got our food to us in a very acceptable time.. the order was very accurate and hot ... just how we like it

Since the company makes it so hard to write a review on their official website, I'm just going to share it here. I've had the £2.79 bap + coffee and topped up some extra bacon for £0.80. This was the £0.80 rip-off bacon. Thanks and good day!

Visit here for my Grandson's sake and likes to take responsibility to collect the food. When I request hot chips, I always receive and they do change on request. Very busy most of the time but service is quick admittedly. No doubt will visit again next week.

Stopped going mcDs due to their support of illegal settlements in palestine. If getting halal/veggie food, check that they are not using the same oil to fry everything. Non-halal food mixing.

Very rude night security guards

Would have been 5 stars but always no milkshakes and toilets always filthy. I'll amend if/when this changes.

The ordering machine was not working properly and I couldn't use my card, but the clerk was kind and helpful.

Not sure I got the right order. The chicken was on the tough side and tasteless.

Very slow service considering the amount of people working in the kitchen and actual people eating in the restaurant. I was waiting for a single oreo Frappe for 5 minutes when all of the burgers were being delivered quickly. When i asked the lady to check my order she ignored me completely and kept delivering the other orders without checking my single frappe. When they delivered my order, i could tell straight away that it was the wrong drink but I decided to try anyways. Guess what, it was the wrong drink (it was a caramel frappe). When i went to the counter to complaint about the wrong order the lady said that it was the right order and that i was wrong when i clearly tasted coffee. She insisted that I had the right order but after telling her to try my drink she just gave up and went to the drinks section to make my actual Oreo Frappe. Never coming back to this Mcdonald’s. Really rude staff, slow service.

Came for a breakfast, smelt a bit odd, like the pork was maybe going off slightly. Service was slow considering only us in the shop.

The staff of this restaurant very much saved my life! I came to this restaurant to order my food on July 16 at 6:00 p.m. and suddenly fainted with low blood sugar, a very kind lady staff and her male colleague gave me sugar and water, and stayed with me caring and taking care of me for a very long time, although I don't know their names, I am very grateful! I don't know where to write a thank you letter, so I'll just leave the positive comments here. I wish them happiness and health forever!

Looks like a crime scene, police tape all over the inside to stop anyone sitting. Rather dreadful, full security but unable to eat food inside at all without being escorted out.

Asked staff for big mac sauce on my burger was declined due to cross contamination. Staff are bring food out in trays. Serving a veg meal, and then going back with a none veg meal.

One lady manager was very rude which she was wear spects Indian lady she made my day bad I never come again

It gets very crowded in this McDonald's, but the staff are really on top of getting orders out fast

Waiting time 20 min where was not really busy 11pm and in home we find out that they put mayo for chilli chicken wrap where normally it goes with chilli sauce only .

Somebody named nataisha can't serve customer

Fantastic McDonald’s, considering we visited on a Wembley event day they were very quick to provide our food, and it was really hot. The security guards were really friendly, there’s some reviews indicating they are aggressive, we had no trouble from any members of staff at this McDonald’s. Parking is free although restricted to 90 minutes (with no return within one hour). One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been too.

They made us wait half an hour for the system to update but it was broken and didn’t update and everyone waited for nothing. They should’ve informed us there was an issue/error with the system but didn’t, they made us wait.

This is an absurd McDonald's. They very clearly have space to make another floor which would allow them to build another kitchen but they simply don't. This place is always extremely crowded especially on weekends.

The management of the team was very poor. Everyone in a crowd waiting like a hell. Burger became blown away. Although they were confused how to approach customers accordingly. Everyone was very tired from their team work

Had ordered 1 hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin. 1 the hot chocolate was cold 2 the blueberry muffin was someone else's left over bitten along with the package already opened. Recieved an exchange for the muffin but waited another 3 minutes only to recieve another cold hot chocolate! Clearly they dont care about customers. Then waited another 5 minutes to finally get a real hot chocolate.

Bad service cold hot chocolate twice had to ask a 3rd time to get a HOT chocolate. Served me a blueberry muffen open packet and already eaten!!!!!

Considering this place is right outside Wembley Stadium, so is generally packed I think they do a pretty good job of turning over the food. No complaints here.

Queued to get in and the order was wrong. Put cheese bites in my selects box when I ordered selects. McDonald’s has been on the downhill for a while.

There’s no significant difference between this and any other McDonald’s. The wait time is a little longer though. And maybe it was a weekend but it was so crowded. Eating here is just convenient although the meal isn’t the best.

Ordered my food on the app, said it was on its way for 25 mins (I live 7 min drive away). Then the app said my food had arrived and no driver in sight for 10 mins. No refund was available

Every time when I take more than 10 min trying to place the order I’m being asked to leave the restaurant. Security man at this location does that to people all the time . It is not in his responsibility to decide who can stay and who can not based on long ordering time. Totally inappropriate behaviour therefore I’m hugely disappointed….again . Maybe for once he should be asked by someone like his boss to leave .not welcoming attitude at all . The toilet usually dirty no paper covered with poo sometimes blood .🤮🤢

Always eat there when i'm going to Wembley. This perdonal is perfect, always good mood and help you out with everything. The food is good and have nothing to complain about McDonald's and this personal.

Busy at peak times but the crew always looking after the customer. Especially that blond girl during the nights shifts she should be promoted.

Typical Mc Donalds branch, with all what u need for for a quick break and snack

The food is like in any McDonald's, but there was no mayonnaise, the place is small and there are many people of Muslim origin, it is not inconvenient just that we are not used to it.

I ordered a home delivery on a Saturday night I could understand. I called the restaurant and I offered to go to the restaurant and pick up my order he hang up on me without any explanation. Unbelievable

I'm very disappointed.. bought a Veggie Wrap Meal, not enough sauce and wilted lettuce in the wrap. Chips were soft and not crispy. Hot Cross Bun Pie had two live flies in it, which escaped up opening the takeaway bag.👎👎👎
