At the play off final for Charlton. I’ve never ever seen service like that before. The place was packed and orders were flying out. Well done McDonald’s 👏👏 and most of all the food was hot a d lovely

Drive through queues can be annoying slow and some meals /items require further waiting in bays. Food normally to the right standards.

It’s McDonald’s guys you can’t really go wrong. Only thing is they have a wood rotting problem and you can smell it immediately when you walk in. Haven’t fixed for over a year, just a heads up to anyone who doesn’t mind eating in that. It permeates the whole branch 😭 Otherwise yeah it’s McDonald’s

I’ve been to lots of Mcdonalds, maybe the time might have been influence, but overall this one was consistently good with service and food with the price I paid. Just one thing would be printer is not working yet they have a sign in the toilet to have code, that is printed on our receipt. So took some time to find the code and use the toilet.

Food was good, the line at the drive through was excessively slow.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to!

Had an issue with one of the self servicing machine possible due to the receipt not printing. My Payment was declined 3x but I still got an order number and paid at the till. The Manager was nice enough to look at the Self Service machine too. Thus McDonald's is one of the best in the Wembley area. The Food is always hot and tastes the best too 👍🏼 Keep up the good work

Always eat there when i'm going to Wembley. This perdonal is perfect, always good mood and help you out with everything. The food is good and have nothing to complain about McDonald's and this personal.

If I could give it no stars I would. Cold chips lukewarm burger absolutely bloody dire. Christ I'll never eat another McDonalds in my life again. The food in this one is particularly awful.

We went here to have breakfast, fast service good food and drinks, plenty of parking.

Very busy match day, many items not available. However, service was well managed given how busy it was and food always reliable

My wife ordered to take away and I suppose she didn't see the happy meal. I came back 10 minutes later and no questions asked they prepared a new happy meal, making my daughter happy. I'm giving them 5 stars as a thank you, great service and customer trust !

Very tired staff no smile, enthusiasm energy

If you can't serve food at 6am, please don't open at 6am!!!! I've been waiting 25 minutes for two muffins and one pancake! I never expected McDonald's to be some gourmet food, but they've always been quick to serve it. I'd avoid it from now on purely based on this experience.

I was waited on my order morę than 1h. Wraps ware not warm and doesn’t fresh (in my opinion). It was the wort MC even my live.

Good food and nice people working here

Popped in McDonald's at Wembley Stadium after touring the local area for reasonably priced meals but seeing meal deals for £18, hot dogs and burgers for around £11 so relieved to have found the McDonald's. Prices normal, staff very pleasant and as it was particularly busy they closed the drive through and re-named it as a walk through which worked very well. Thank god for McDonald's

Rubbish service, took half an hour to make 2 meals. Absolutely disgusting compared to other McDonald’s. I wouldn’t come here if the alternative option was CBT

I recently visited the McDonald's at Stadium Retail Park in Wembley at 2330hrs and was disappointed with the experience. My order included a veg burger, fries, and a latte, all of which were served cold. This was unexpected, especially during a less busy time. Given McDonald's reputation for quick and hot meals, this visit was below expectations. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the dining experience.

forgot to give me a straw for my drink n they didnt even give me the nether flame sauce when they literally had it n they also gave me the food in a tray when i pressed take out 🥀🥀

Wembley mc Donald's helpful and friendly staff meal was hot and presented well 👌🏼 which is good for a McDonald's

Waiting for my car MOT. I needed somewhere to shelter from the cold. After feeling guilty for occupying a seat I bought a Big Mac meal. A decision I deeply regretted. Bland & tasteless, I should have found a decent coffee shop instead

Clean and tidy environment. Nice & fast service

It was past midnight and we were hungry, luckily this mc is open 24/7. It was not possible to order from the screens but you could contact the staff directly. The sandwich was good with the usual MC chips. The bathroom was quite clean compared to usual.

Good food, good service, not very clean

Surprisingly small inside despite it being in a popular place, so it could get crowded very quickly. The service was quite fast, and as it was early, it was possible to find a seat.

This might be the saddest McDonald's I've ever been to. The lighting is dim, the floors are sticky, and the air smells vaguely of fryer oil and regret. The employees look like they’d rather be anywhere else, and honestly, I don’t blame them. My McFlurry was half-melted, with barely any mix-ins, and tasted like disappointment. The only thing more lifeless than the food was the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to contemplate your poor life choices over a sad cup of melted ice cream, this is it. Otherwise, keep driving.

Service absolutely horrible. Asked to enter the disability toilet as I have a hidden disability and the manager refused me. Told me to buy something first. Which i find extremely disrespectful and does not respect my disability. No inclusivity at all.

Ordered a takeaway. Decent food, the mc Crispy slightly cold, fries a little soggy (but that is common in almost every MC), overall good meal. There are several kiosks, the place seems warm and comfortable.

Puravi is very rude and arrogant i ask her that i hv a train and need the order first bcz its just a nugget and She replied that i don’t give a shit you have to wait in a cue for the order I will never recommend this place for eat with such a staff Highly not recommend

One of the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been. No one was served in a 15min window

By far the worse McDonald's experience in London. Maybe it was the receipt that didn't work on the machines and took 10 mins to get due to the person dealing with it not knowing what to do then mishearing what I said to them 4 times and then saying that I haven't ordered even though my food was sitting there now going cold. Maybe it was the security person coming over and being aggressive because I wanted to get someone who knew how to reprint a receipt to deal with it. Since this person had trouble and then just disappeared and deal with 3 other order while I'm left standing there. Maybe it's the fact the half way through eating we were all asked to leave mid meal at 945pm because they want d to close the seating area and maybe it didn't help that he was shouting at others who dare to try to sit down. No signs saying that seating is closing as I went in otherwise I wouldn't.

I was trying to redeem my points to buy food. But whoever worked in cashier does not know how to scan my code and take the order. It took nearly 10minutes. When I went to collect food the manager was shouted at me, not professional way. I really not happy about that. In end of they could not take my order aswell. wasted of time. Even If I say I'll pay for it they said no. Totally unsatisfied about their customer service.

Went in after the England game. Little busy however we was told to not sit down as they were closing parts of the restaurant, then got told to find somewhere else inside or go outside and eat it. Found a chair inside and the security and workers came over threatening to throw us and our food out if we didn’t leave. Then they put a barrier up and refused to move if to let us out. Rude staff and rude security.

Breakfast before NFL game. Staff friendly and food hot, provided quickly. Relatively busy but not packed at the time I was there so found a seat quickly.

Not anywhere enough seating for where it is. Very crowded and dirty. Evenone was having to keep the trays to keep their food from hitting all the spills.

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered on the app for Wembley stadium retail, got to the restaurant and they hadn’t received the order despite this being paid for on the app. A staff member then proceeded to tell me the restaurant I was in was not Wembley stadium retail (I assume to get rid of me). The security guard then corrected him saying I was in the correct store. The same staff member then started referring to me as ‘darling’ and ‘sweets’ whilst another told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I ended up having to order again and McDonald’s customer service will not issue me a refund for their error in the app.

I saw THE Paris fury as I was in this restaurant! Golly gosh! 😅 Such celebrities come to this famous Mac Donald’s ! Would recommend their chicken nuggets are rather spectacular! 👏👏👏

Quite crowded at times, but the location is very good.

The food and atmosphere were good but they did not have enough paper to print the receipts and it took quite long for the food to come than usual.

Just left the toylor swift concert and headed to mc donalds for to wait out the crowd traffic.. mc donalds was PACKED! We were pleasantly surprised how fast they took us inside from waiting in a long line outside... and they got our food to us in a very acceptable time.. the order was very accurate and hot ... just how we like it

Since the company makes it so hard to write a review on their official website, I'm just going to share it here. I've had the £2.79 bap + coffee and topped up some extra bacon for £0.80. This was the £0.80 rip-off bacon. Thanks and good day!

Visit here for my Grandson's sake and likes to take responsibility to collect the food. When I request hot chips, I always receive and they do change on request. Very busy most of the time but service is quick admittedly. No doubt will visit again next week.

Very rude night security guards

The ordering machine was not working properly and I couldn't use my card, but the clerk was kind and helpful.

Would have been 5 stars but always no milkshakes and toilets always filthy. I'll amend if/when this changes.

Not sure I got the right order. The chicken was on the tough side and tasteless.

Very slow service considering the amount of people working in the kitchen and actual people eating in the restaurant. I was waiting for a single oreo Frappe for 5 minutes when all of the burgers were being delivered quickly. When i asked the lady to check my order she ignored me completely and kept delivering the other orders without checking my single frappe. When they delivered my order, i could tell straight away that it was the wrong drink but I decided to try anyways. Guess what, it was the wrong drink (it was a caramel frappe). When i went to the counter to complaint about the wrong order the lady said that it was the right order and that i was wrong when i clearly tasted coffee. She insisted that I had the right order but after telling her to try my drink she just gave up and went to the drinks section to make my actual Oreo Frappe. Never coming back to this Mcdonald’s. Really rude staff, slow service.

Came for a breakfast, smelt a bit odd, like the pork was maybe going off slightly. Service was slow considering only us in the shop.
