Mcdonald's Restaurants in Brent

I have not received my full order. for the umpteenth time in a row.

I ordered large 9 nuggets meal, cheese melts, double cheeseburger and medium fries. All I received was the drink from the large meal without the actual meal. Sent the driver back to get the food and he was still sent with 2 items missing large and medium fries! The service at the McDonalds is probably the worst I’ve encountered. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this either! Terrible branch!

All the food was stone cold I don’t understand how this can happen the only thing that was at least warm was the apple pie

The medium chocolate milkshake was half empty, like they might aswell just give me an empty cup with straw to drink the scent of the chocolate milkshake.

I’m really happy with my order the food was absolutely delicious and was delivered on time.

Missing Double sausage and egg mcmuffin and mini hash browns were cold, not even warm.

Halloween Ice Cream served at Wembley High Street looks pretty spooky indeed. Young lady server at the counter says they "intentionally make it like that".

somehow the driver manage to spill the drinks in the bag on the way here. How does this happen coming less than a mile! He tried to show me and say it was only a bit, the the milkshake fell through the wet bag on the floor which I've had to clean up. very disappointing but why am I not suprised 🙄

My chips were missing both of them I swear it was only the Big Mac and the quarter and the curry sauce

the nuggets don't have no taste and the mcrib doesn't taste like when it first came out. very bland even the burgers. they are really cutting down on everything!

Really need to change your tip procedure and tipping before delivery is ridiculous!! Gave a good tip and driver made me get up get dressed come out into the carpark to collect food so I will no longer be tipping any driver again!! The he had attitude because I said return the tip and I’ll give to delivery code? Shocking delivery service!!!

I am Oder vegetarian spicy wreap. But inside 2 pic of onions one slice of tomato and full amount of lettuce. McDonald’s Wembley and When we call them to discuss this they are rude and dismissive on the phone implying that we are lying and they have packed the bags correctly. They pass the blame onto the delivery company even though the bag has been packaged.

The courier is terrible, they arrive at the wrong address even though I leave all the instructions and explain by the phone where to go. I had to leave my baby and go outside looking for them, what the point of order the delivery then? Also looks like they can't understand English because I told them several times that concierge will meet them downstairs but they did not know what concierge is

Coca cola is spilled again, there is not even half in the glass. Really zero!!! Change delivery drivers or at least tell them not to drive like idio*s!!!!!!! We pay for this!!!!!

The delivery service was great, the McDonald’s burger bun was burnt beyond belief, they shouldn’t be allowed to send food out like that.

I specifically said no bacon pork or egg in my notes, my breakfast wrap was filled with all of those things I wanted removed, I am absolutely offended as I don't eat pork or bacon, or egg. I would like to make a formal complaint.

The delivery was late because the driver was given the wrong meal and had to go back

late, cold and definitely can see why McDonalds are losing money compared to KFC or Burgerking

The driver dropped the drink on the floor. He spilled everything! Please pay attention to the kind of people you employ. He didn't even apologize, he only asked for the PIN.

Very poor ticket shows food prepared at 21.32, this is an 8 minute drive even less at this time. There was no viewing of driver location showing but kept saying on the way and delivery time constantly changing.

I ordered a meal. Estimated delivery time showed 7:25-7:30. This later changed to 7:31. As at 7:31, the meal was not delivered but tge app had been updated to delivered already. I trued to contact the restaurant but could not.Delivered cold much late

ordered a large meal and came just the burger. wrong drink (watered strawberry but ordered chocolate), snack missing.

Bag totally soaked. The McSpicy was more of a McSoaked with the bun and half the crispy chicken wet, with only half the drink ordered left in the cup. This is not the first time but the worst thus far.

Absolutely disgraceful service driver wouldn’t take directions or come to my address and was rude and I never received my order absolutely fuming as it was last bit of money in my account absolutely ridiculous now I won’t eat.
