food arrived cold. boxes wet from spilled drinks, drinks without straws. long waiting time. I do not recommend. and this has not happened for the first time

estimated time kept jumping between 5-10m back and forth so they were clearly lost and didn't message me or inform me of the issue

I really enjoyed my breakfast it tasted absolutely delicious I would definitely recommend it to everyone who loves McDonald’s.

Yes, they did deliver my food on time but the food was absolutely terrible. They spilt my drink. Started to leak once I’ve gotten into my house then I open up my box to see my big Mac and there’s a bite taken out of it. I know McDonald’s can do better.

The floor isn't mopped dry at the entrance so I slipped and injured my hand to a point it had swollen and I had to go to the hospital and I realised every time I went to this Mac Donalds the floor was always wet and its a safety hazard so I expect better service.Instead of really helping me they forced me to write an accidental report despite me not wanting to.

Food was good but had to unalive a fly and then had someone beg my family and other customers for food, I know many people are suffering and struggling but that doesn't take away from the experience and I found it very cheeky to ask people mid eating for their food.

Delivered fine, just a small nit pick, the delivery drivers try to go to number 47, instead of 47A, which is the one stated on the address.

Food mising from the takeaway order. Ordered 4 sausage +egg muffins and 4 hashbrown and I received 2 muffins and 3 hashbrown. 2 muffins were missing and one hashbrown.

Awesome service, have travelled all the way from Somerset today, and didn't feel like walking anywhere to get something to eat, very impressed with the speed of service, as very certain that it wasn't as long as estimated time of arrival that was given when I ordered, thank you very much. I will no doubt be putting in another order before we return home.

Absolutely taking the mickey I have no more and my children was expecting this and this has completely ruined morning it’s absolutely unexceptable as I use this service regularly and this is becoming a habit.

Terrible the food came mess and you mixed up my drink

The food would have been nice if it was warm, it said preparing for 30 mins we weren’t far away so it couldn’t have gotten that cold on way it must have just been sitting there. I understand it would have been busy but I’m still paying the same so it should be at least warm! No bbq sauce in bag either.

The food was so cold I didn’t end up eating it I paid for sauces and I didn’t get the quantity I paid for I brought 4 ketchup and got 2 this is unacceptable as I paid for it honestly going to stop using this app your paying with people’s money it’s like after you get the customers money, you then dictate whether you’re going to fulfil the order as expected or whether you’re going to refund it and how much you will give back

Today I asked them for hot water, as I was with a baby and needed to heat food for him, they refused, disappointed with this attitude of the staff

Its local so go here a good amount, was shopping today and went to eat here and was hoping to charge my phone only for the plug points by the tables not to work, when I asked the lady why, her response was rather surprising " we don't offer this service " I just brought a meal and wanted to charge my phone. Fix your plug points. .what a silly reason to give. Also just so you know if you have plugs by public tables then you do offer that service. 🙄😂 also stop being so stingy with the chips, I order large and barely get a medium. Also your annoying delivery drivers are very rude and just push through to the front, no manners and block the whole area, even the last serving the food had to ask multiple times for them to move, all speaking with other staff in there own language.

It's great that the refund process for missing items is simple but it would be better to receive the full order for once...

Their was an issue with my order, i was sent the wrong order, I informed Eat straight away about the issue, expecting them to resolve it with a refund, after one week they wanted photographic evidence, i am surprised when at the time I reported it, if I was asked at the time i reported it I could have then taken pictures and send some picture. I would have taken some pictures, but it was New Year’s Eve, I didn’t think of taking any pictures. Now they are requesting photographic evidence. .

I didn’t receive my food it wasn’t delivered

I ordered at 6pm, and at 8pm it said it was delivered, but it never arrived. This is the second time it’s happened to me. Appalling; and now I am without dinner. Utterly disgraceful.

Nice enough, although I don't visit McDonald's enough. The service is what you get elsewhere and a small wait for the food. The delivery riders make it less personal. For a quick late night munch it passes.

I asked for the driver to pick up 6 sugars and left a tip but I didn’t receive that. The pancakes were cold and the pineapple was not ripe (very hard)
