the driver was very helpful and polite even though the address of our hotel sent him somewhere else and we had some issues with his app

I really enjoyed my breakfast it was absolutely delicious I love McDonald’s breakfast.

I ordered a dip which did not arrive so I expect that to be refunded

The food was so cold and the driver didn’t ring my doorbell instead he called for me to come and get the food

The food was so cold I didn’t end up eating it I paid for sauces and I didn’t get the quantity I paid for I brought 4 ketchup and got 2 this is unacceptable as I paid for it honestly going to stop using this app your paying with people’s money it’s like after you get the customers money, you then dictate whether you’re going to fulfil the order as expected or whether you’re going to refund it and how much you will give back

REALLY DISAPPOINTING, FOOD WAS COLD, HOW LONG DID THE DRIVER HAVE MY ORDER IN HIS BIKE BOX ? THESE MISTAKES SHOULD HAVE MORE OF A BARING THSN ME GETTING A REFUND, THE DRIVER SHOULD BE WARNED YOU LATE DELIVER MORE YOU CAN'T EORK FOR US SNY MORE, ITS APPALLING THE SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE.

The driver was chatting on the phone instead of trying to deliver the food on time. Food was cold when arrived.

It's great that the refund process for missing items is simple but it would be better to receive the full order for once...

Their was an issue with my order, i was sent the wrong order, I informed Eat straight away about the issue, expecting them to resolve it with a refund, after one week they wanted photographic evidence, i am surprised when at the time I reported it, if I was asked at the time i reported it I could have then taken pictures and send some picture. I would have taken some pictures, but it was New Year’s Eve, I didn’t think of taking any pictures. Now they are requesting photographic evidence. .

I didn’t receive my food it wasn’t delivered

My food was cold like it had been out for a while I had to reheat it and the quality of the food wasn’t as good

I ordered at 6pm, and at 8pm it said it was delivered, but it never arrived. This is the second time it’s happened to me. Appalling; and now I am without dinner. Utterly disgraceful.

Order was good but had missing item, did not receive 20 chicken nuggets.

I asked for the driver to pick up 6 sugars and left a tip but I didn’t receive that. The pancakes were cold and the pineapple was not ripe (very hard)

The food we recieved was absolutely freezing, I understand that it's cold outside however, the temperature of the food was like it was taken out of the fridge.

I was sent wrong order in place of double mcchicken sandwich I was sent 1 chicken and other Mcplant. I was send additional oder of ice cream, jucie and lolly.

It was as expected, good food but as usual the fries were tepid, not sure it’s ever possible to get hot fries unless you are ordering personally in store.

I have not received my full order. for the umpteenth time in a row.

I ordered large 9 nuggets meal, cheese melts, double cheeseburger and medium fries. All I received was the drink from the large meal without the actual meal. Sent the driver back to get the food and he was still sent with 2 items missing large and medium fries! The service at the McDonalds is probably the worst I’ve encountered. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this either! Terrible branch!

Staff are nice and put up with a lot of abuse at times. Can’t praise them enough but the electronic ticket counter is pointless in all McDonald’s. I only assume it’s for head office to see that orders are done tiny but every time it says collect your order it’s never ready. I gave up today as I needed to catch my train. Waited for 5 mins after it said collect and couldn’t wait any more. I just gave my ticket back and said treat someone.

Halloween Ice Cream served at Wembley High Street looks pretty spooky indeed. Young lady server at the counter says they "intentionally make it like that".

somehow the driver manage to spill the drinks in the bag on the way here. How does this happen coming less than a mile! He tried to show me and say it was only a bit, the the milkshake fell through the wet bag on the floor which I've had to clean up. very disappointing but why am I not suprised 🙄

My chips were missing both of them I swear it was only the Big Mac and the quarter and the curry sauce

Really need to change your tip procedure and tipping before delivery is ridiculous!! Gave a good tip and driver made me get up get dressed come out into the carpark to collect food so I will no longer be tipping any driver again!! The he had attitude because I said return the tip and I’ll give to delivery code? Shocking delivery service!!!

I am Oder vegetarian spicy wreap. But inside 2 pic of onions one slice of tomato and full amount of lettuce. McDonald’s Wembley and When we call them to discuss this they are rude and dismissive on the phone implying that we are lying and they have packed the bags correctly. They pass the blame onto the delivery company even though the bag has been packaged.

The courier is terrible, they arrive at the wrong address even though I leave all the instructions and explain by the phone where to go. I had to leave my baby and go outside looking for them, what the point of order the delivery then? Also looks like they can't understand English because I told them several times that concierge will meet them downstairs but they did not know what concierge is

I specifically said no bacon pork or egg in my notes, my breakfast wrap was filled with all of those things I wanted removed, I am absolutely offended as I don't eat pork or bacon, or egg. I would like to make a formal complaint.

The delivery service was great, the McDonald’s burger bun was burnt beyond belief, they shouldn’t be allowed to send food out like that.

Coca cola is spilled again, there is not even half in the glass. Really zero!!! Change delivery drivers or at least tell them not to drive like idio*s!!!!!!! We pay for this!!!!!
