Mcdonald's Restaurants in Brent

This is a large McDonald's with many tables, toilets, and staff but without parking spaces or drive-in services. The atmosphere is not really that great because it is always crowded and noisy. The upside is that they serve the typical menus which are so-so, I doubt that the food is fresh instead of being defrosted. All throughout, this is a decent place to go to for fast-food.

I've ordered delivery twice from this place in the last 2 weeks, both times they gave me like half the portion of fries I ordered. Just because the customer is not there in person to go back and complain, you shouldn't cheat them.

I order food and got out expired food here.

The food is like the food from Mc... Everyone knows... but the service is terrible... It's terrible, there are no people running around and there are plenty of people begging for food, sitting and warming themselves in Mc... People

McDonald's at Wembley Central is located at a very convenient location on the High Road. It's a very popular joint with the youth and people of all ages. They have a two seating floors so lots of place to relax. The place is always busy but specially during the breakfast and weekend it's crowded. They serve the usual Mcdonald menu nothing to boast about. On two occasions when I had ordered fries after 9pm the fries were not to the standard it was like they had been lying there for more than a hour and were tasting like rubbery and cold., its not that all customers complain but some do when they get a chance to write a review. Overall the service is ok

The service here has always been bad but last time I visited I ordered 1 burger. I saw 4 of those burgers come out which were put in a delivery bag to stand there and then I kept waiting and nothing came. So I asked for my order and she tells the guy to make one more of my burger??? I waited 20 minutes in total and will not go back there.

Service is poor. Serve others food when they have ordered after. Don’t apologise just hand cold burnt food over.

Fries are often undercooked, but great maccies in general.

I will never visit that place with tose management (the old english women) which intentionally she switched off the electricity and don't provide well service for the costumers after i ask them nicely to switch on for 30 min as long i'm eating my food and drinking my coffee.

This is the most inefficient McDonalds. Have to wait so much for the food that a restaurant would do lobster quicker. Kinda losing the meaning of fast food. Plus your burger is cold by the time you get it. This many people doesn’t wait here because it’s busy, they are waiting long time that’s why there are so many of them.

Ive eaten in a lot of McDonalds in London but this is the best one yet. Food was so fresh and tasty.

Food quality is not the same as elsewhere. The quality of the meat and cheese is not so good. Coke is very diluted. Orange juice is not fresh. Not cheap, you can eat way better for this money

Really bad service I visit Wembley McDonald's twice a week, every time they are so slow with the food, even when it's not busy, almost none of the staff speak or understand English, so they often give you the wrong items, not good enough there is a big problem with schoolchildren, they make noise ,scream, and run around in McDonald's, but the staff do nothing, other McDonald's have security guards , Wembley doesn't, you can't eat your food in peace Also delivery drivers take up too much space, they hang around waiting for orders, taking up most of the seats

Food is fine, but staff will come up and pester you about leaving a review. At one point a manager even tried to get me to let her use my phone to review her own store. Despicable.

Triple cheese burger 🍔 😋 above all

Food sat cold while staff ignored ready to collection order for 5 minutes. Large size fries portion half empty, more like medium to small size. Why bother paying more ? Burgers had less ingredients than described. Double bacon cheeseburger had no onion no pickles no ketchup no mustard and included 2 flat -shrinked dry microscopic patties stuck together with only one cheese slice in middle. Double cheeseburger equally halved in ingredients. For over £8 long wait rude staff and a child's portion don't think I'll bother.

Went today just to get a milkshake, a lady who was on the shift came towards me and said please doa survey and I will receive £2 voucher. I agreed, but then she took my phone from my hand and started typing and doing the survey by herself by inserting some bill number she had in her pocket. Then she quickly started inserting everything as highly satisfied or all positive feedback’s and did not let me see. I felt terrible with it and deliberately snatched my phone from her hand. Work good for your points. I won’t like to take the name of the lady but staff should not do it for their own benefit and if they request politely people would do it.

The spicy chicken was so incredibly spicy I couldn't eat more than half without burning. I ate it in other Mcs and it should be mild. They have very little seats. Only that the service was fast

For such a busy Macdonald's the staff were attentive. Toilets were clean.

Not a great stuff. Ordered Vegetarian burger. They tossed in two small fried nuggets n that's it. No sauce , no taste. They should spend some time checking their quality and processes. Won't come again 😔

The order service is closed at 1am but all the sitting areas are closed at 10pm!!! I brought the meal with a hot coffee for dine in but the staff just asked me to leave when I was sitting down for only 5mins!!!! Why don't you mentioned it clearly in the opening hours of Google maps or your branch!!!

Waiting time is awful and location wise is just a bad spot in wembley. Even if there are literally no people, you still have to wait 15-30 minutes. Staff also forgot some items from my order and after telling them, it took them another 10 minutes do deliver the rest. The Food istelf was also only mediocre at best

This place not good at all firstly , They dont let customers using toilet , inorder to have access to toilet you must need to show receipt . What on earth customers just entered in the resturent and show receipt ? i would recommend avoid this place.

The MC plants burger is great. The Service was good. I was confused whats happening as I think they missed one Vegan order and I thought was it mine?! But found out it wasn't it was someone else's.

This place need security guard. A homeless person was harassing people in the dining area when I was there and staff did nothing.

I found the worst service of this McDonald’s as well as staff was nit working properly and misbehaving with customers.

Order the my food to the machine was out of print paper soo I haven’t got the receipt for my order soo I forgot my order number after that immediately I talk to to manager who incharged at that time and I told him what I order he wasn’t help me and he was rude to me so I lose my money and order again by the till

They are not allow to sit inside the resturant, the staff behviour too much rude, impolite and they do not care rider and customer. The manager told me only nice people allow to inside the resturant. I think this is racist mentality.

I went to at wembley central macdonalds today …manager was rude to me about the services..as i asked for the receipt of my order manager whose name is jay is denied to give me receipt. I found hair on my order then went there back and told them they denied. Even manager wasn’t wearing any kind of cap or anything.

Very unfriendly and rude staff. My spicy chicken sandwich came as hard and dry as it could be. The baps are burnt. Not the first time I am served unsuitable food for McD standards. Opened the takeaway bag at home 2 miles away. Too late to return. I am not going back.

I seen there many times a manager who has long hair and beard he never wear any protection to falling hair in food so he supposed to wear some kind of protection so it can be avoid another thing I noticed there is one girl i think her name is Aditi she is very rude with customers and she never focused on her duty and just kidding with others

There is no respect for delivery drivers I have seen that when I was waiting for my order that time one lady staff I guess her name was Mitali with specs was behaving Rudely with drivers when driver was showing his order number to her although she was blaming him as he is rude actually driver did not said anything but she was behaving irrespective with him In my uploaded image you can see there are two managers and one of them the guy who has long hair and beard but he is not aware of food safety because he supposed to cover his beard and hair so he can prevent hair loss in the food

Terrible customer service from the lady handing out orders today at 3pm, she was not friendly or polite at all, I asked her for ketchup and she pulled a face, disgusting behavior, she need training on customer service 🙄 and the chips give where over salted 🤮 another issue with this McDonald's is there so many uber eats, deliveroo etc driver standing around the counter in customers way, this needs to be sorted, not a great atmosphere, when you just want to collect food fast, but you got to get through all these people just hanging around in the way. These driver are also slowing down food for customers that are waiting because staff just want to get there orders out the way

Almost all the time i receive my food late, the workers are extremely slow and not caring. It's like watching zombies at work. On two occasions, they forgot to add something to my order or question me if i am sure that it is my order, just because they are too lazy to add receit paper to the self-service machine. The food sometimes comes cold, and the meat in the burger ripped in 2, thrown in there like it would be scrap.

Modernly equipped, comparably priced, quite full, unfortunately not all seating options were available because the upper floor was closed.

Compared to many of the McD's I have visited this one by far is the most under-staffed, and even after being closest in between important stations like Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium its service is really slow, they cannot manage order efficiently - fortunately quality is not different from other McD. I would recommend visiting McD near Olympic way or at Forty Lane (inside Asda) but eliminate these two during weekdays between 11.30 am and 12.30 pm or between 4 pm and 6 pm - as school kids from nearby schools leave or have a break.

At Least McDonalds is open 1am if you ever get hungry after seating at a cinema for 3 hours. We know what to expect: Fast food. Predicable taste. Speed. A good team at this Wembley Central restaurant. Manager on point with his staff and working as much, if not more. Couriers don’t forget your insulated bags please.

The best deal place here.... all the people who have to save their cost should prefer this Mc Donald at wembley.... Mr. Khan , Ms Disha and Ms Simran are the best staff which I found them here. There service should be acknowledged.. Mc Donald management please apericiate them with whatever best you can

Is there very good experience but the food was not good I took the vegan wrap in the vegan wrap only salad inside that and just one patty the taste was not good also I ordered a large meal but they give me a small chips

This has been the third time Wembley High Road McDonald's has given me the wrong order with none of the items I asked for inside the delivery. Plus what I received today was way cheaper than the money I spent through uber eats making the order. I tried to be understanding of their mistakes the first couple occasions and spoke to them on the phone but now not only was the order wrong, the number they advertise on google for their store is not available. So now I feel like I've literally been robbed and mugged and this is horrible service to treat local customers like this. I would have given no stars if possible because they are even hiding ways to contact them directly while taking your money and delivering a poor service.

It was a really good experience! Met there with a friend for a quick meal. People looked relaxed. Stuff was attentive and friendly. We might have different opinions but McDonald's food never caused me any food poisoning. I enjoyed eating my "naughty" burger. I would probably go there next time when in this area.
