Freddy's Chicken & Pizza in Liverpool

Chicken was softer than me in the shower bread was also super soft, the chicken fillets tasted and looked undercooked. All around a crap meal

Horrible customer service and horrible food. Worst place ever. Charged me extra and ended up getting my whole order wrong.

Service was terrible, had to go back because they hadn't put the spicy wings in with the meals....when I did eventually eat my food, it was vile

lovely food we always enjoy when we go here staff friendly delivery sometimes takes long but they tell you this when you order online

Orders a few meals from there and they left 1 out when we rang back to let them no they was rude and said “can’t you come and get it” we then explained we have already paid and paid for delivery ... half n hour later it came with the wrong thing again. Will never order from here again

Ordered food on just eat waited over 1hr and 15 mins for it called the takeaway 3 times to see where it was on one occasion the girl who answered was very rude to me on the fone and slammed it down.. When the food finally arrived it was all cold and soggy.. Food was awful customer service was awful do not waste your money here

Asked takeaway . Order delivered promptly . About 45mts. Checked all items according to order . Courteous. Will order again.

My Chicken was raw. A bad enough incident in itself but their refusal to offer a refund was disgusting. I would never buy from this establishment again and neither should you. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely vile! Contacted them, they put the phone down. Just waiting for ya all to get sick now! It’s clearly undercooked!!

Visited this place on a lunch break after being recommended it by 2 colleagues who both commented on how good the quality of the food was compared to other fast food chicken places. The staff were friendly and service was quick. The kitchen looked really clean and the quality of the chicken itself was great with all white meat. Would definitely recommend this place and will eat here again.
