Shocking, I don't know the guy who did the review below me but I could have been stood on his shoulder. The place was also dirty with food all over the floor. Rarely have a KFC but had it as a one off as we were staying close-by.......what a mistake to make!!!!

Visited here on a lunch break and highly unlikely that I will be returning. The food is okay, but not great. Non-existent customer service with rude staff. Staff behind the counter constantly talking to the staff cooking the food. Once the food is ready they simply push it at you across the counter, with no comments or pleasantries (or looking at you).

I have visited a few different KFC restaurants over the years but the staff at Thornbury, Bradford have to be the most friendly people and very helpful. I observed the staff as I was eating and they were all smiling as they served which was good to see. Hats off to Uzair who was lovely and patient with me as I was useless with the KFC app

Called in yesterday for a meal which included a drink. Ask for tea, 'sorry don't do tea' came the reply after consulting a colleague. 'Well you did last week' I said. Pause. ' the machines broken' he said without asking his colleague again. I left and took my custom elsewhere.

Shocking service the ladt 3 times they have messed up my order 1st time forgot hot wings 2nd time forgot side of gravy Said i wouldn't go again vut kids hu gry they wanted kfc so decided to try again BOOM hat trick this time forgot mini fillets ! How on earth do they mess orders up !! It's not like the menu is massive n everything is on the screen !!!! Diabolical

The staff simply do not care very unprofessional. Appalling customer service, skills are non existent. Food arrived cold and our complaint was handled terribly. I cannot think of a worse KFC avoid!!!

All self service machines were out of order, staff got order wrong and chip portions were tiny. Food could have been warmer and burgers were drowned in tomato sauce. Worst KFC I've been to.

I have been 3 times, for various reasons (Late night Trips, Drunken Cravings and Most Recently, because the partner wanted food) and every time it genuinly astounds me how poor the service is. Focusing on my latest trip, i think it is important to go through the full experience so everyone can ask themselves; 'is this the sort of place i want to eat?' We arrived in the early afternoon, dodging a speeding car coming the wrong way up the small road leading to the restaurant and was flipped off for my trouble. We arrived and drove into the drive through lane, slowing down to select food. I knew what i wanted, a Chicken Tower Meal and Snack Wrap. (we were on our way to see a Band and needed the sustinence) After a short perusal the partner decided on a Boneless Box for One and a Krushem, with a side of the Limited Edition Spicy Mayo. We proptly ordered through a 2 way intercom that sounded like it had been dredged from the bottom of the North Sea, to a member of staff who sounded liek they would prefer to be at the Bottom of the North Sea than working at KFC. We drove around to the next window - and this is where the fun began. if you have never used a Drive through - firstly, do its great, and secondly, there are 2 windows, one to pay at and anther to collect your order. However this KFC branch has decided to revolutionise the whole process by not using one of the windows, instead combine all fuctions into 1 window managed by 1 member of staff (taking Orders, Payment and serving food). This has the major improvemt of making the whole process massively slower and more cumbersome! We arrived and were told our order was £20.00 ish, i asked... How? It was at this point I was told we had ordered a Bonless Banquet, a Limited Edition Spicy Burger and a Mini Chicken Fillet Burger. I was dumfounded, not a single item was correct. The staff memeber went away to get the manager. Who appeared around 2 minutes later and re-took my order. before asking me, very abruptly 'so you dont want your food?' I answered nto htis order, I wanted what I ordered. I paid for the correct order and was told to drive to the parking bay and someone would be out. A staff member walked over and handed me a bag with 2 drinks. I opened it up, and all the food was there.... except it wasn't. There was no extra sauce and no Krushem. I told the staff member who said they would be back and trotted off into the Branch. We waited around 5 minutes, before, getting slightly irritated i headed into the restaurant. (despite the partner telling me to leave it and just go to leeds, as we were now late) Firstly, the eatery is clean and tidy, so a bonus there. I headed up to the Till and asked where the missing items were. The staff asked what I had ordered, which I relayed and was horrified to be told that the order was cancelled, as I had told the staff I didnt want my food. I advised that a staff member had just brought me my food to the car so it obviosuly wasn't cancelled. The staff then retorted, if someone brought my food to the car why was i in here asking where my food was? I explained again that there were 2 missing items, which my order receipt showed I had paid for, an extra sauce and a Krushem The staff disappeared and it was at this point I finally broke with the venue. 1 staff memebr was managing all drive through orders, whilst 2 staff preparred food. Endlessly making wrap after wrap, until the supervisor asked who had orderd the wraps? and where the fillet burger the drive through order was waiting for was... and the staff replied, were making them incase... Much to my dissatisfaction the manager then appeared (breaking off my watching of the bordeline anarchy that was going on before my eyes) and handed me a warm Krushem, telling me that this was infact made when I ordered it but had been forgotten about. He then advised that the sauce i ordered was only available on the burger but i could have some normal mayo if I wanted (its free). I tok the warm drink and left, having wasted 30 minutes of my life, money on a melted icecream that went straight in the bin and having never received the Side Sauce i ordered. never to return again

Not a fan of this chain but was persuaded to visit. The drinks are never fizzy and the chips are not great compared to other chain venues. The Boneless Dipping Banquet was alright, but nothing to write home about. They always seem to focus more on drive thru customers rather than those who go inside and so have large queues and a really slow service for food.

I like the look and inside of the newer KFC buildings, ordering is better as well. It is a KFC so you know what you are getting, staff really friendly and service was quick, however the chicken strips had minimal coating on, we go there for the coating and to be mean on that is poor, the chicken was cooked really very and it was fresh and juicy, just needs the right amount of the famous 11 herbs and spices.

If you need to have some food in a hurry then pop in, it's your standard KFC, with its usual menu. The staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant seemed clean.

After having a fun day at Elland Road Stadium and Ice Skating I thought I’d take my son down to one of my old haunts. As a teen I used to frequent this particular Burger King and had warm fuzzy feeling of nostalgia for the place. Well with in 30 seconds all that was ruined and I could see why it was empty (Apart from some obnoxious Delivery Guys). Tables were filled with Rubbish, staff were more concerned with Drive Through and Online Orders than actually serving people who visit, the food was cold and poorly assembled, chips were soggy we couldn’t finish it, asked to speak to a manager who never appeared, took my complaint to their customer service. I can’t believe that a company like Burger King willing hires and promotes staff with such a high level of incompetence and complete lack of manners! Yet to hear back from Burger King Customer Service, but fond memories have been replaced by this experience, and if the place gets shut down by environmental health, I wouldn’t be surprised! AVOID THIS BRANCH LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

RUDE! LAZY! Sat at speaker for touching 5 mins no answer moved to window to be looked at 3x then knocked on window for the drive thru lady to come and say go back to the speak….i refused so she took my order code. Explained about the guy looking at me no answers! Checked order it was totally wrong so went inside again said excuse me to a different lady for her to look and carry on packing an order! Drive thru woman returns explains my order was wrong she snaps at me telling me she didn’t pack it? Did I say she did? She shouted the woman that did who said well I put the boneless meal in….she didn’t and I had 4 pieces of chicken that I didn’t order all with bones in so she clearly got it wrong. It was changed over and I left. I decided to ring the manager who well let’s just say she’s not going far in life…..rude and arrogant she is. When I explained about the lad looking at me she says “he’s not trained in driver thru” I understand that but to open a window and ask me to wait a moment is more than enough….wait for it HES NOT TRAINED TO OPEN A WINDOW!!! Howling I was…not trained to open a window must be in next pay scale then young man hurry and get up there. She asked what I wanted her to do? Clearly as useless as the team she leads! The chicken when I got home was as dry as Gandhis Flip Flop well dehydrated because they were all chatting and not working that’s why! What a complete joke of a place. Never been in a place with so many rude people serving customers! (04.02.2024 @ 20.20 order #8125- this is so that when the area manager looks he can see what shower of a team was supposed to be working)
