the bag was not closed and the food nearly dropped out when handed to me the bag dropped on the floor, an it's the 2nd time that's happened, please make sure its tied closed properly

Went to drive through had to repeat order three time when got to the pay window they have my order paid for it got to pick up window told us to go to car park the order was simple nowhere to park in car park after minutes went to enquire the whole place was a disaster area

Went through drive 09/05/2025 ordered on app , once i had code the whole system went down and was told i needed to come in store to complete order. I did as request and the assistant said that the order hadn't gone through.So i need to re order to which they then took payment again, i called the store to complain and was told you need to take it up with head office in london. I explained that this wasnt a very good resolution as this was not by fault. She then said we have had IT issues for a while and thats just the way it is. i asked to speak with manager and asked for their name to which she became very angry and said i dont need to give anyones name and she had given the details of what to do end of. i said your customer service is appauling to which she replied their is no more we can do , i said i would come into store if i get no response saturday to which she replied their is no need to threaten anyone and but the phone down, This is a multi million pound company that doesn't give a monkey's about the customers This is the worst Mcdonalds in Teeside.

El pedido estaba mal, ordenado en la aplicación, estaba esperando 15 minutos como se olvidó de mí, tuvo que salir del coche para pedir de nuevo el pedido y luego esperar otros 10 minutos El personal discutía sobre sí mismos en la parte trasera. Cuando llegué a casa, todo lo que dijo fue que lo sentía porque estaban cortos de personal y tenían nuevos miembros del personal. El personal era muy grosero allí y tan miserable

We got two double deluxe burger meals and a happy meal waited ten minutes at drive thru window when we got it home we had to use a knife and fork (yes I know rediculous) the topping and the cheese was all over the box was absolutely nothing like the picture you advertise Customer service is rubbish I know the staff are kids but some training wouldn’t go amiss

The McRib is absolutely delicious ! Every bite is packed with amazing flavour-so yummy and finger- licking good! With the current promo, its the perfect time to try it. The manger told me an extra charge that the machines put on my card would be refunded, it was not. They also cleared away me and my friend's food and drinks while we were in the toilet. Terrible service do not visit

Absolutamente terrible experiencia. La comida estaba fría, empapada, y parecía que se había tirado sin ningún cuidado. Todo estaba mezclado de una manera que lo hacía poco apetitoso, y honestamente, se sentía más adecuado para los animales que para los humanos. El sabor era igual de malo: soso, sin vida y completamente desagradable. Definitivamente no vale la pena el dinero, y no recomendaría este lugar a nadie. Nunca más.

Food was great with delivery till mog found the bag then is was a cat astrophe.....mainly because I couldn't get my straw and was attacked by the fur babies.

The quarter pounder with cheese had zero salad, only a couple of slivers of onion and burnt bits on the burgers. The chips were cold, and the floor was filthy

Decided to use the drive through at this McDonalds and ordered a Mars Mc Flurry, they took the order and when i got to the pick up window i was handed a less than half full McFlurry and the person handing out the food also informed me that they did not have any Mars pieces, asked me if i wanted a different type, so said i would have Maltesers, so they threw some Maltesers bits on the top of the half made Mars version and it was still less than half full, why is it that other McDonalds give a full measure made properly and this lot seem incabable of doing anything right, got to be the worst McDonalds i have been to ever, AVOID !!

Visited today, just days after it reopened as part of the British Garden Centres chain. The place was festooned with artificial fronds of greenery. Artificial….. in a garden centre! The place of highest concentration was the cafeteria; good coffee, good menu and good service. Well done BGC but PLEASE get rid of the plastic greenery and ‘ take a leaf’ from Blue Diamond at Harlestone.

No receipt printed from machine, no table service placards, people waiting in front of me already sick of waiting, no till service/staff, had to speak to 3 people to get my payment refunded, told they're short staffed but they seemed to be dealing with drive thru completely fine. Don't go unless you're in a car, even then you should check the other reviews about drive thru quality/service. Absolute pirate ship of staff who couldn't care less. Avoid!
